Leanne is my stylist and I highly recommend her because she really cares about her customers. Im pretty sure the rest of the staff is amazing as well. Give this place a shot, theyre very talented. Went for the first time to Zano Salon last month Myla did an amazing job with my hair it was years i didnt do my hair. Loved that she makes sure that you are satisfied with your hair. She is very passionate about her job. Overall i loved my hair went in for a balayage and left with amazing hair got so many compliments. I will trust her with my hair needs. 100% recommend her to any friends and family. Taking all precautions during COVID time.
Lawrence is the best! I moved 25 miles away and still go see him. I wont go anywhere else. Have continued to drive out to that location for years now. And I wouldnt want anyone other than Marissa to do color!!!! I have 100% trust in her and love the outcome every time. Amazing artists; both of them 😍Update: Lawrence may be gone, but I still make the drive for Marissa! Definitely worth it🤩
I’ve been going here to get my eyebrows done for the last year and they are great! They staff is very good at making sure it’s a comfortable environment and they offer water while you’re waiting. Everyone there has always been very kind to me and they have always been able to fit me in same day even on short notice! As for the actual waxing itself, it’s on the pricey side, but it’s worth it! It’s basically painless with the sensitive skin wax they have and it always turns out looking amazing! This place is definitely worth a try.
Today was my first time here and it definitely won’t be my last! Everyone here is so friendly and accommodating. Amy corrected my hair and it looks amazing now! I feel so much better about myself because of her. Amy is a life saver. Definitely recommend this salon!💞
I beyond love this place. I get both my highlights and hair cuts here and I have yet to leave unhappy. My highlights are done perfectly by Ann and I just recently went there to get my haircut. I told her I was so unhappy with the style of my hair and had no idea what to do with it, just that I hated it. She easily came up with a new style, a new look, cut it and styled it and then later taught me how to style it so I’m happy with the cut! I’ve never walked out of a salon as happy as I did. Also, very LGBT friendly place, I referred my girlfriend here after my great experiences
I first came here about 2 years ago. I always got my hair cut at other places that didn’t do such a great job. I finally decided to pay more for a better haircut. Literally the best decision I have ever made. Gabriella has given me the best haircuts/hair washes and style better than anyone else has ever! Everyone here is also so very kind and so helpful, I feel so comfortable being there.
Ann (for color) and Gabby (for cut/style) are THE BEST at what they do! I have never had so many compliments on my cut/color. My hair always feels so healthy when I leave. Zano downtown has the best receptionists- theyre so sweet and accommodating from the time I walk in and offer me a beverage, to the time I leave and they compliment my hair. I definitely recommend Zano downtown to anyone for a quality experience. I love that they use Kerastase products, which are my absolute favorite. Ive been coming here for a few years and Ill never leave!
Leah is the BEST! She takes the time to listen to you and what you want, and she gives her professional advice. Exactly the perfect balance of what you want from a colorist! My hair turned out great! Can’t wait to come back!
I worked with a colorist and a stylist.The colorist had half the time she needed for what I wanted so we discussed options for getting as close as possible in the time crunch. My choice was a little crazy and vibrant and she was as exited as me. The color ended up beautiful and exactly what I wanted. (Ombre + vibrant multiple colors)The stylist seemed to read my mind. I prefer to leave my hair cut to the stylist. The cut she chose is a fantastic length for me. My layers are exactly how I like them and she double checked with me about my bangs length which was one of the few things Im picky about.Overall, it looks amazing. They communicated with me. The salon was beautiful. And they can do both complicated and simple hair related things.
Ive been getting my hair cut by Cassandra for what seems like forever, but in reality its been probably 15 years at least! Shes super sweet, easy to talk to, listens, and simply knows what works for my hair. I trust that when I go in to see her I will come out happy with a great cut. She knows my hair and I really value her opinion. Love her!

I had my first appointment at Zanos this month, and was extremely happy with my outcome. Had Londyn as my stylist, and she had such great ideas about what hair color/cut I should strive for, so I let her do her thing and boy! I am so happy with the results I got, a great hair cut and fabulous blonde highlites (-_-).....
I cannot say enough about my experience here. I see Amy for color, Gabby for cut, and Cyrena for my eyebrows. I love all three of them so much!!! They always do such an amazing job even when I am not 100% sure what I want done with my hair. I have been a customer of Zano for several years now and never plan on going anywhere else!! They never disappoint.
I came in yesterday for a tinted balayage. I came in early and was very excited to get this done. I have never been to this place, however my sister has, and I drove 45 minutes to come here for the best quality service. I was very disappointed with the fact that my hair came out BLEACHED BLONDE and not even slightly what I wanted. My roots were uneven, and the back of my head had unfinished pieces. When I asked the manager, Allyson, if I could get it tinted a bit, she rudely told me that it would be an ADDITIONAL charge on top of the 130 I just paid. This place is trying to scam you and your money, never coming here again.
Ive always had a great experience at the Downtown Naperville Zanos location. The salon is always bright and clean and everyone is always friendly. Ive been seeing Ashley for cut and Leah for color for a few years now and I love them both. They are very good at knowing what Im looking for and helping me find what will work for me and my skill level/time commitment for my hair. Ive also recently had my husband come see Ashley and he loved his haircut!
Just went to Zano’s for the first time yesterday for highlights. Had Myla and she was great! Knew exactly what I wanted and made it look so natural. She is the only one that has colored my hair and will continue to be. Definitely recommend going to her.
Beautiful salon. Its small yet well designed. Friendly staffed. Haircuts are pretty decently priced as well. My hair was super outgrown and the woman did an excellent job. I will definitely go here again for another cut!
I will never go anywhere else!! Lauren is an incredible colorist and took care of my troubled hair! She took her time to explain and match my color and it ended up perfect!Moreover, Lawrence blew my hair out like never before. He is TALENTED and worked with my difficult, colicky hair.

I have been getting services here since I was in elementary school - and now I am a junior in college! Vanessa has never failed to amaze me when she does my nails, and Monique and Londyn are my go-tos for haircuts. I have thick, textured hair that often stumps stylists, but they have never failed to amaze me with the haircuts they give. The whole staff is so personable and fun to be around. My whole family loves Zanos!
I have had multiple great experiences at Zanos with Leah Sydello. Her patience in helping me decide color from all over to highlights has been truly amazing. Every time I go my hair comes out looking better than I could hope thanks to her knowledge and expertise. I always wonder why I didnt come back sooner. Ann does amazing color on me every time I go to Zano Salon! I always like to change it up, and it doesnt matter if shes doing a balayage or a solid color, she is so talented and always makes sure my hair is healthy and strong. You will not be disappointed if you go to see Ann!
I went to Zano Salon for a balayage and had an appointment with Myla. She was very kind and explained to me what she was going to do. Because of COVID, they do not blow dry hair, so when I got home, Myla messaged me asking how I liked my hair. I explained to her that I was hoping for it to be lighter, and she offered for me to get a touch up within the next few days. When I went in again, she asked me what I wanted and she made sure to get what I was hoping for. I loved my experience...will def be going back!:)
I see Lauren for my color and Kennedy for my cut. My hair is extremely fragile but I never worry when Lauren highlights my hair. They both make you feel like you are part of the Zano family. I always look forward to my appointments and I go a lot! I wouldnt trust anyone else with my hair.
When it comes to massages, Tracy is top-notch! She is the only massage therapist I trust to give me a thorough but relaxing deep-tissue massage - as a working mom of two small boys, Ive been to many other places in a pinch, but I keep coming back to Tracy because shes by far the best around. She makes my limited self-care time worthwhile! The spa is quiet and calm, the table is always toasty and comfortable, and Tracys genuine personality and warmth makes her massages the perfect combo of relaxation and rejuvenation! I went in for my massage unable to turn my head all the way to the left, and the moment I got home I realized that crick in my neck was completely gone....she works wonders! Im always so sad when my massages are over because I know reality will set in too soon. I highly recommend booking a massage with Tracy - you will not be disappointed!
Leah does a great job coloring hair! Shes very helpful in figuring out what look I want and what will look best on me. I love the way it turns out every time! Absolutely love her!!
Good cut for both our kids but the stylist was not at all kid friendly and seemed put out the entire time.
I have always been happy with Zano in downtown naperville for hair cuts color and nails. Yesterday just sealed it!Lawrence is a miracle worker 🙏. He completely transformed my damaged hair (from a bad smoothing treatment at a different salon ) in one sitting. He explained what happened with my hair , suggested a treatment plan, was not at all pushy and explained every step of the way as he was working on my hair. My almost waist length Hair that I thought I would have to cut off is almost back to normal just with one treatment. Can’t wait to go back for my 8 week follow up with Lawrence
Myla gave me an amazing cut. I receive compliments all the time. Short hair can be tough.. she listens to you and will give a cut and style that matches your lifestyle.. mine happens to be wash and wear...and it looks great after air drying ..
I finally found a salon in the suburbs where you can get an edgy look while keeping it classy! The service was superb. Riley and Ashley are awesome I gave them control and they surprise me by making me look ten years younger. My husband and children are still complimenting me on my look! I found my favorite salon and Im so excited to see what happens in the future. Everyone should come here at least once in their lives to have a one time life expirience.
I will never return. I went to Zano the first time for a color, cut, and eyebrow wax after seeing a promo for 50% off new services. The colorist did a decent job and was really friendly but the balayage ended up just looking like a meaty platinum blonde dye job with a half inch of the roots grown out. I had shown her a picture of the warmer honey blonde I had wanted and it was absolutely nothing like that color when she finished. Then, the junior hair stylist that cut my hair was not friendly and butchered it past the point of no return. Then, when I went to check out, the woman told me that the promotional offer did not apply to all the services, only one. This would be understandable if the person I booked the appointment with hadn’t guaranteed me that it would apply to all services. The woman at the desk proceeded to “call a manager” whom she claims agreed with her it could only be used on one of the services. I paid and left very frustrated by the haircut and checkout process. A half hour later, I got a call from the woman at the front desk saying the promo actually should’ve been applied to all services “according to a manager” and I was refunded. While I appreciate them calling and processing the refund I should’ve gotten in the first place, the overall experience was tainted by the curt attitude of the hair cutter and the terrible cut as well as the failure to provide good customer service at checkout. With so many options in this area, I’m not daring to risk returning to this salon.
Niki was super helpful when I had to reschedule my appointment last minute for later in the day. (traffic from the city was horrible!) This was my first time at this salon with Niki and it was everything I want in a salon experience - relaxing, fun, welcoming, chill. The salon is beautiful with many things that elevate the overall experience - citrus water, up-to-date magazines in plastic covers, great brands (that smell really great!) and everyone being friendly. Im a city girl, so it takes a LOT for me to drive to the burbs - I will be going to Niki and Zano salon exclusively. The salon and Niki are worth the drive (just not at rush hour)!
I had another wonderful experience with Leah at Zanos in downtown Naperville. She is amazing with color. I travel an hour to get there and its worth it! She knows what products my hair needs and is always right. She is funny and a pleasure to talk to. I never leave disappointed.
Amazing experience today at Zano with Myla. She had a good reviews from other customers, so I decided to book my appointment with her, couldn’t have made a better choice!!!I had blonde hair until Dec 2019 when I decided to do a quick touch up at home for my grays and my hair turned out super dark... so I had to wait a few weeks to color agaiin, and here I was todaY, with virtually no hope of being blonde any time soon! I figured it would take months to get anywhere close to being blonde again.... well, I was wrong!Myla was on point with the time of the appointment, she sat me down and we discussed what I wanted and expectations for today. She listened to everything I wanted and told me step by step what she was going to do.To say I am pleased with the results, it’s a major understatement!!!To say it simply, Myla has been one of the best I’ve ever had doing my hair. And I am VERY pleased with her work!Keep it up, Myla!!!
Finding this place was a blessing. I had a salon mess up my hair to the point where I went from brunette to ginger real quick. I came in a little flustered and MIKAYLA saved my hair. I now feel better than ever. I have beautiful hair and enjoyed every minute with her. Thank you Mikayla youre the best! Beautiful atmosphere and reasonable prices for an amazing job.

Zanos downtown Naperville is the first and only salon that has actually made me want to stick around and keep going back! From the moment you walk in, everything is so clean and professional. Starting with the great welcome desk, and waiting area. The music playing in the salon is on point, and every stylist and associate is welcoming. Youll never feel out of place or like you dont belong there. I get my hair cut and colored, and my eyebrows waxed at Zanos downtown Naperville location and I always look forward to my appointments! Just the best salon all around. S/O to Sienna, for the BEST color and cuts!!! Shell make your hair look great while also keeping its health a main priority.
It was my first time going to get my hair done( this was at the end of December) I wanted my hair to be a brownish/ blonde ombré kind of look. But they said that it will take a 3 sessions since I have black hair to be able achieve that color. I told them that if they could get it to a similar look but doing a type of Carmel ombré color. They say that they can do that. Let me start of by saying the service was bad the person who cut and dyed my hair was doing it in a rush (my appointment was 11 am). When she was toning it she didn’t completely fold the foil to get it to be able to get “blonde” or in my case lighter. But fast forwarding to that when she took of the Foil and had someone washed my hair I saw after that there was parts of my hair that were uneven toned like my left side was light then my right and then one spot was blonde and another spot would be brown. She asked if I wanted to keep like the warm colors in and I’m like I want to be caramel ombré color. Well she put the color dye left it in for awhile then had someone washed my hair. In the end the results was bad. One it was the color I wanted and it wasn’t even like an ombré style. It was like if I bleach my hair myself. And there was just spot lighter then others and spot that were brown. Then the lady who did my hair told me “next session it will be better” “it’s okay if you don’t like it” like gee thanks 😤 and she was like the second higher level of hair experience. I asked her if there’s hair product to make my hair healthy. She gave me this shampoo and conditioner that helps for blondes and makes it “healthier”. She told me that my hair would be healthier for next session. Which is gonna be around the end of Feb. Let me tell you the products just dried my hair and just a lot of split ends within a month . (let me remind you I gotten it cut to) just overall the experience and the service was horrible. And I payed $240 just so my hair could look like I bleached it myself. 😤😭 I need to talk to there manager or the owner for a redo without pay to make up for what they did to my hair. 😩
I have since moved out of the area but Zanos DT Naperville was my Salon for over a decade. Primarily for nails and hair - specifically Kennedy for hair, and Lisa for nails. Absolutely loved everyone there! Marissa for hair color was great too! Top notch in their areas of beauty, they all became friends of mine. I miss Zanos a lot! I havent found a replacement good enough in my opinion.
Love this place. I go to Maria for a mens haircut and she is outstanding. I usually cut a ton of hair off and I always leave with a refreshed feel and a smile on my face. Always great conversation and nice people working. Highly recommend!

The talent at all 4 Zano locations is absolutely incredible. Each salon professional is trained and educated in all important aspects of not just hair, skin, and nails, but customer service as well. Kennedy cuts my hair at the downtown location and she is phenomenal. For impeccable service always choose Zano.

I enjoyed a lovely pedicure in a very clean, well-distanced space at Zano. The staff is very friendly and great to chat with. I appreciate all the precautions they have in place due to COVID-19. I appreciated the fact that they were taking contactless payments and also either cash or Venmo for gratuity - very convenient!
Cassandra szymanski is the best hair designer ever.....she listens to you and does exactly what you want with your hair.....very patient and caring..she knows her stuff...she has been cutting and styling my hair for over 15 years....shes very creative! She has a bubbly personality that will keep you coming back.
If youre looking to get a blonde balayage done go to Amy! She is amazing and Ive already sent 3 friend in to see her who also love what shes done. Gab cuts my hair and she is equally amazing and I have referred her many times as well. Zanos is such a nice atmosphere and very welcoming so definitely give them a try if youre looking for a new hair stylist!
There is no better nail tech than Lisa Cibulskis! I moved away and literally cannot get my nails or toes done because Im so disappointed. Shes the perfect mix. My nails were perfect and she made the experience relaxing, but she still respected my time and worked quickly. My nails never chipped, constant compliments at work (I worked in Park Ridge, ppl desperately wished Lisa didnt work so far away). Highly recommend her!
If you want perfect hair color, Lindsay is the person to see at Zano Naperville. She is FANTASTIC! My hair was a mess; too much color, it looked drab, no shine, etc... Lindsay got my color perfect, it looks natural and it my hair is finally in great shape.
Great place to go! Stylists are friendly and professional. Hair colorists are excellent. Everybody in the salon is there to service the client! They even hang up your coat or get you a cup of coffee. Love Zanos!!
The atmosphere is great, receptionists very friendly, and I like that they offer drinks as well. I came in to get an ombre and was scheduled with Ann. My hair has been a ton of different red and black shades, and despite using a color remover, she didnt think I could attain what I wanted: a light ash brown into light pink ombre. Thats fair. So, she went with a balayage to lighten up some areas and an ash brown to even out the top. She placed the highlights well on one side, and on the other they were pretty chunky. However, my real issue was that she dyed the bottom sections that she didnt bleach a suuuuper dark brown, essentially black. My new stylist will have to do at least 3 bleach sessions on those sections to get the ombre I wanted in the first place, and I really contribute this to Ann not bothering to bleach a test strand and find that my hair, even with old residual box dye and color remover, lightens incredibly easily. Again, the salon overall was nice, but I really prefer a stylist that listens a bit more and takes their time.

I work super hard and decided to splurge on myself for my hair. I wanted to bring my hair from an auburn back to blonde and a couple years ago I went to Zanos for a color correction (another salon took it too dark) and left Zanos with blonde hair. I couldnt believe it and I was SO happy. Well years later and I remembered how great they did. So I went in. I showed the girl my hair goal and said I wanted to do olaplex for damage control as well ( I heard great things and researched it and loved that Zanos offers it as a service)I was there for three hours. It took her 1 hour and 45 min to do my foils and she said it is because she knows I wanted to be really blonde so she was doing heavy highlights (It turns out she was really doing SUPER fine thin thin thin lines) after that she do a gloss (which isnt gloss, it is color - she put on a color over my highlights and it cost more money) what? As she started putting it on I was like What are you doing?? She said it wont darken it at all so I said okay but I knew better.Then we did the olaplex treatment. She told me that I needed protein so that I should get the Kerastase kit and that I needed to cut off a couple inches of hair. uh, okay.Then she blowdried my hair - it was brown. no blonde, nothing close to what they did last time. She said if I cut it into a cute pixie that in a couple visits I could go super blonde. what? What about this visit? Why did I have no blonde? My heart was beating and I wanted to cry but didnt want to get into a fight. So I left and came home and my sister was like WHAT? why are you brown? and now I feel embarrassed and gross.The total with the products was $300 - I feel dupped and super icky. Rather than dropping that much money and feeling bright and blonde.My husband got home and tried to cheer me up and he said Honestly, its the worst color youve ever had and it looks neutral, what did they do? How awful to feel this horrible after spending a small fortune.
This is one of the best spas I have been to in a long time. I dont treat myself often. But when I do, Zano Salons does not disappoint. Their specialists provide excellent manicures and pedicures.
This was my first appointment with Myla and I am so happy with how it turned out! I came in for a balayage and trim. Myla communicated with me so well about what I wanted in regards to the color... it came out exactly how I wanted. Recommend for sure!
I absolutely love going to see Dana for my facials. She takes special care in each product and procedure she uses on me. I always come out of a 1hr appointment feeling like I spent the day at the spa. :)

Amazing pedicure. Very well done and free coffee. Relaxing atmosphere. I went to use my spa finder gift card which is listed on spa finder. However, Zanos no longer accepts them as of June. Being a single mom and teacher, I couldnt afford $77 pedi. Figured Id spend $40 with top, which is still expensive, but, I wanted to treat myself. I broke down in ugly sobs. The sweethearts took my card and didnt make me feel like a total jerk. Customer service goes a long way. One day, I will be back on my feet and you bet I will be returning.

I normally love my zanos experiences but I was very upset with my last one. I asked for very natural highlights that were barely noticable, only like the sun had done them, and I got very chunky streaks going through my hair. My hair is very dark so there are just random blotches of blonde through it. I also asked for just a quarter inch off and that I was growing my hair out and they cut an inch off and in a straight line. Ive been going there for 5 years and have always loved it but this time I was very dissipointed.

Today was my first time ever at the Zano Salons. I had a red touch up and it was the best experience I’ve ever had. Alyssa York was my color specialist and did not disappoint. I think this would have to be the best color I’ve ever had done. Alyssa didn’t rush, but got the job done quickly. She got me to the perfect natural red hair. I’m blonde naturally, but everyone thinks I look like a natural red head, she’s that good) PS I hate cutting my hair… but it was time for a trim. I asked for 1/2-3/4 in off, she did exactly that. She educated me on the importance of home care and things I can do at home to keep my hair healthy.If you’re looking for a someone who genuinely cares about their clients hair, and will do a fantastic job come to Zano, and ask for Alyssa. (I’ll even be checking out their other services)Thank you Alyssa and the Zano Team!

2021-10-05On the weekend of my bridal shower, I wanted to give my mom and sister a wonderful spa day - Zano did not disappoint!!!They were able to switch some schedules around to accommodate my requests and I am so appreciative. The concierge (Rodrigo) and Nick were incredibly responsive and helpful prior to our visit.Our service providers were AMAZING as well. Tracy gives a top notch massage and really listens to your needs.PC was a pleasure to be with for our nail services. She is passionate about the good quality products the salon uses.I loved the experience so much that I am going to try to book the service for the day before my wedding.Thank you all for your amazing service!

2019-09-30I am Turkish, and Ive been in States for 1,5 years. I had very long hair and I was anxious to get a hair cut; however, it was my first time at Zano. Meredith was friendly and professional! 2021-06-21The single worst haircut experience Ive ever had. No exaggeration.The hairstylist working on my hair was not experienced or professional - my hair was chopped in sections and was so uneven I had to get another cut the next day to even it out. Seems like the salon allows even non-hairstylists cut hair so the person who cut my hair just really didnt know what they were doing. Not to mention the lack of professionalism - the haircut was maybe 10 minutes (no time or care was taken in the cut), but even that was too long. The person was making moves on my while trying to cut my hair. It was a violating, traumatic cut experience Id recommend avoiding if you can.

2021-05-20The location has beautiful views of the Naperville skyline. The facility is clean and classy.They now have a barber named Maurice who does cuts and my personal favorite a hot shave.A good hot shave at a modest price is very hard to find, but youll find it here. Maurice uses superior products, is highly trained and clearly takes his shave seriously.This is a home run. Go treat yourself!

2020-08-07I went back and forth about writing this review but felt it necessary. While the staff was extremely nice and professional, I was very disappointed in my hair after the appointment. I had even gone back a second time to have the colorist fix it, but it honestly just looked the same after. It is not my intention to be rude or mean, but I am disappointed that I spent $200 on my hair for essentially a very little difference and not what I had asked for. I have attached the photo of what I was looking for and showed my stylist (balayage) and what was done to my hair (essentially only highlights by the front of my face).

2018-12-03I absolutely love Zanos! Dominique is a true artist! She has been doing my hair for about 6 months now and I don’t trust anyone else with my hair. She is all about hair health and always keeps me informed on how my hair is doing. Being an African American woman it’s very hard to find someone who can deal with my thick curly hair and get it really straight. She does just that! I’m so happy with her and the salon as a whole.

2021-06-21Always love coming here, the location is great and the service is very good. Have been getting my hair and eyebrows done here for a year or two, plus getting it dyed a few times(Madison is amazing!). While it is on the expensive side the location and the great staff keeps me coming back!
