Our family ages 9, and 3 absolutely loved our stay was very clean, staff was so sweet. It was opening weekend and all the water activities were closed down and some construction but it was still a blast it didn’t stop our enjoyment of our stay! We are already planning to go back!
We have been to 9 different jellystone parks. This one is now our favorite. Amenities are plentiful several playgrounds, pavilions and shower houses. Basketball court, horseshoes, arcade, pool, beach, aquatic playground, sites on the lake, can rent canoes and paddleboards, trampoline blow up thing, snack bar. Not as many activities as some jellystones but makes up for it in fun amenities.
We love this place! The kids always have an absolute blast swimming in the pool and lake and playing on the inflatables. The only real negative is the price... VERY expensive. However, if you make the reservations way in advance it does help. I just made reservations for July 2022 and purchased passes for the obstacle course for the entire visit.. only $18 per person total and we will be there 5 nights. Also I did not have to pay the entire amount.. paid about $700 today and wont have to pay the remaining $500 until 1 month before trip. Also if you want a golf cart you have to reserve early.. so thankful I finally got one! I will say I am not a fan of the glamping tents (aka Yurts).. might be ok in the Fall but this past summer it was so HOT! There is an AC but it doesnt circulate through the bedrooms due to where its situated.. so we had to go and buy two fans at Walmart.. definitely helped but still not great.. also had lots of bugs. We probably wont stay in one of those again. This time we are staying in a cottage.. Im sure will be a better experience.
First time staying here with our 3 boys, 18, 16, and 13. The staff was friendly and helpful and the grounds were well kept and clean. The bathrooms and showers were clean. They have a nice fenced area for the dogs to play. They also have a nice open area for the kids to play sports or anything else. The camping spots were good sized with a concrete patio area. Ours did have some overgrown bushes that did smell bad and took away from us fully using the patio. The pool and the activities at the lake were nice. The activities seem geared towards younger children. It seemed like they sold day passes for people to just come and use the lake and pool which caused it to be extremely busy and they had to start rotating people in every hour and there was no room in the pool. They are also in the process of adding some cabins, so there was construction going on. It was understandable that they were doing this Friday when when we arrived, but I was disappointed that they came back at 8 am Saturday and worked all day, so we listened to drilling and hammering all day. We were also disappointed that you could not bring your own golf cart. Overall it is a nice campground, is a bit more expensive than most. If we would have had a different spot on a different weekend may have been 5 stars.
This campground is such a disappointment. You pay SO MUCH money for very little entertainment. We stayed here during the Fourth of July weekend and there was nothing to do, the park was dead. There was a DJ one night with fireworks. Activities are planned but the girls working sit on the golf cart on their phones. They do not get off to do anything with the kids. The staff in charge is absolutely lazy and disrespectful. I have overheard the employees in charge wanting to cancel activities and wanting everyone to go home. Now we are here for Labor Day weekend and there is absolutely nothing going on. The park is so dead and quite. This park is completely different than prior years, heck the other Yogi Bear parks do SO much more for their campers. This is not a way to run a campground. I am DONE spending any money here. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!
The only good thing was the swimming areas. However, even at the pool, bathrooms were locked and no attendant available. Wash cloths. towels, bed sheets pillows not provided. It was like packing up my household. And no toilet paper either. Office opened at 10 and closed at 6. We had a problem with the TV...no one there to help us. And the queen bed was like sleeping on a hard flat rock, that was how my 9 year old grandson described it. I would never recommend this place unless you just really liked the camping lifestyle.
The staff is very nice and accommodating. They have several playground throughout the park. Reason for 2 stars is several. First is that I think they could invest some money into fixing up the cottages. I saw water stains on the ceiling tiles, wood window sills are splintering, and the facilities are just really dated. I dont expect top of the line, but it seems like they could invest some into updating the cottages a bit.My biggest gripe is that both the pool and the lake close at 6pm Sunday through Thursday and 7pm on Friday and Saturday. I understand their staff want to go home, but this is a place that is aimed at vacationers. They need to keep the pool and lake open until at least 8pm.Also the whole wristband thing is annoying. They expect you to keep these paper wristbands on your wrist everyday. They will replace them for free if it rips or you take it off. However if you lose it they charge $5 per wristband. Kinda steep. I get that its to deter people from giving them to unauthorized guests but at least give the plastic wristbands for those staying several days. The office and facility hours are 10-6. Really? This is a vacationer/customer service business. You guys really gotta have better hours. 8-8 would be ideal. And finally the fact that you cant bring your own canoe, kayak, or other non-motorized watercraft and have to rent there is really unfortunate. Im actually surprised that they allow you to bring your own lifejackets. That said, the things that were provided in the cottages were very convenient and helpful and the sleeping arrangements are fine. There are 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in each plus a living area with a sofa sleeper in it. And the water toys were fun for a while, too.
I don’t even know where to start… we camped at Jellystone At Pine Lakes for the first time 4 years ago. That is all it took. We had to become seasonal’s. We love this place and we hope we get a few more years here at Jellystone at Pine lakes. The y have so many activities for the kids and even some for us grown kids. The staff is always pleasant and polite kind of like family. That is what it feels like now after being there for so long. The place has went through some Shane’s this year but I can see where they are going and it is all positive for the park and people that are going to take trips there. I could type all night but the moral of the story is go go go you won’t regret it.
Staff weren’t the nicest and looked like they didn’t want to be there at all. All the inflatables on the lake were pretty flat. They took are golf cart away from us because we had a 16 year old driving it. They had a Lou ow and all my friends and I dressed up and were ready to have fun and when we got there, they played about 4 songs and then it was over. Very very disappointing.
SAVE YOUR MONEYThis place is not worth the money it costs to stay. No entertainment whatsoever. Activities girls do not do anything pertaining to Activities. They show up at the park, etc and sit on their golf cart. The lake and pool closes early pretty regularly. Staff is rude especially the park manager. Think her name is Beth. She is snoody to everyone and does not want to be working. This park is a waste of time and money.
Good family trip! Everything was really fun! We booked pull thru sites quite a few months ago and they were not ready for our stay, so we were moved to other sites and some of them were barely long enough for our campers and vehicles. If camper camping, make sure you bring plenty of leveling blocks as some sites are very uneven. Golf carts were nice to have, lots of walking. Witbit course needs a good cleaning, lots of green slimy, slippery spots. Wifi wouldnt work for anyone in our big group, so bring dvds if you have little ones who like movies at night. Overall a great stay!
Great family fun, but not what I was expecting. Their map makes it look like there is tons of space and grass. There isnt. Many of the campers are very close. The spot we got was off level by over 4 inches. Thankfully we had a friend that had extra 2x6s and we were able to level the camper. The bathrooms were very nice and the staff was super friendly. Overall it was a good time, but be warned about their firewood. It was quite wet and took a LONG time to get started.
We spent 5 nights at Jellystone in one of their new glamping tents. Overall, it was a great experience and we will def be back again.Campground: Lots to do! The Wibit obstacle course was the highlight of the vacation. Our 3 kids (6-11 years old) loved it. I appreciated the life jackets being provided for the course. The pool was a nice change of pace from the beach, and the snack bar was a good treat for ice cream or basic snacks like nachos and corn dogs. There were several daily activities for the kids, but most seemed geared for younger kids. The jumping pillow and arcade were closed, so that was a bummer. The fishing was fantastic! We caught many varieties of fish, and the kids loved being able to fish right outside the tent.Glamping tent: These are so cool! The front porch was awesome, and literally down 4 steps to 3 feet and then the lake. Perfect for fishing. The porch had a loveseat, two chairs, a ceiling fan (lifesaver) and cute lighting. It was our favorite place to hang out. The queen bed felt very comfortable, and the bunk room was small but perfect for housing kiddos. The living room/dining room/kitchen was spacious for a tent/cabin. The kitchen came with an apartment sized fridge, stove top and microwave. Make sure you bring any supplies you need, including bedding, cooking utensils, trash bags, etc.. The bathroom was small but nice. There is a rain head showerhead, and my kids would not stop raving about it. :) The big downside of the tent was that it was HOT. There was a portable AC but it just wasnt enough to cool it down. We brought two fans but had to buy another to help. I noticed the cabin next to us came back from the store with two box fans as well. Also, there is no fire pit at the glamping tents. I think there probably isnt enough room for it safely, but that threw a wrench in our cooking plans and we ended up buying a cheap mini grill at walmart.
I did think the cabin was nice and comfortable. The pool is nice and the facilities are nice. obstacle course on the water is nice though they should consider cleaning all the alge off the steps to get on the course. the kayaks are a little on the old side and you are required to use there life jackets they are uscg approved although some are showing signs of significant rot inside and have mold on them and should be replaced in my opinion. There firewood is over priced basically seven dollars a for a bundle of small firewood. however the worst part of my stay was dealing with Catherine in the front office she spoke to me as she was above me and with her nose in the air which is a the main reason for not getting a four star review however the other staff I encountered was very friendly and seemed down to earth. The fishing is terrible the water is only about 2 feet deep about 30 feet from the shore all the way around which makes it hard to get to fish in the deeper area I would probably go somewhere else on vacation next time and Ill wait for them the finishe building the rest of the place there are a few things that were advertised that were not here or not ready yet.
Great family destination. Fairly clean, quiet and orderly for a campground full of kids.Suggestion to comb the beach and water entry as there are a lot of sticks that poked our feet. A lot of rocks, could use more grassy areas for walking to/from bathroom, beach, cabins, etc
I reserved one of their new glamping tents for my daughters birthday. We invited other family and friends to stay with us this same weekend... At the campground. I also reserved a golf cart and bought flex tickets for their jump pad as well.2 days before our reservation I have cancel bc the tents wont be set up for another 2 weeks, and bc Im not able to stay IN the campground anymore.... the manager wouldnt even allow us to get the flex pass !!So I get to show up and just HOPE Ill be able to get in to see the other members of MY party.Unreal. Whether I got full refund, or not, they shouldve done ANYTHING to make things a little less stressfull since JELLYSTONE messed up in the first place!
We had a good experience. We stayed for 4 days/3 nights. While not their fault, being harassed by another camper for the first hour of our stay was definitely a downer as was the wham bam thank you maam sign in. Wasnt the friendliest welcome Ive gotten. Also, while it turned out not to be a big deal, other Yogi Bears seemed to have more activities during the week than this. Each day my girls saw Yogi Bear, but were disappointed that it was never anyone else. Our girls went to say good bye to Yogi and he didnt show up for his scheduled appearance. These are things that matter. If you say youre going to do it, do it on time. Yogi was late each day and then didnt show the last. The pool is huge! It was clean and a wonderful spot. Our kids loved the huge jumping pillow and the playgrounds. Rentable golf carts made for some fun rides around the campground, even though I wished we didnt have to check it in and out each day.The beach and the beach toys were both amazing and, unfortunately, disgusting. The obstacle course was worth the life jacket rental. My kids had a blast and as adults, we had a fun time even if we were sore the next day. What was disappointing was the lack of care given to the course. Goose poop is everywhere on the course. It was bad enough the last day of our stay, I wouldnt let our daughters go to certain sections because it was so full of poop. Again, if you cared about the entire experience, you dont let that happen.Overall, the beach, the pool and the playground made this a good stay. Even the restrooms and shower houses were well maintained. I just cant give it five stars if you dont care about the details. I dont know if wed make the 3 hour trip again.
This place is a great place to take your family! It is a little pricey per night especially when they want you to pay for everything you do there. But it’s a clean, quiet place. Our camp site was right across the road from the beach. We were also right next to the outdoor pool. The kids had an amazing time at the beach. But remember to bring your own life jackets for the kids cause you will have to rent theirs. And that’s kinda expensive when they charge you per hour. All in all, we will definitely visit this campground again😁
We were here in June for over Fathers Day weekend. 8 adults and 8 kids. We absolutely loved it and will be back. My only concern was that the steps on the Modules do not have the safety tape to prevent falls when wet. My grandson took a pretty nasty fall on them. The staff did come and check them out and was very good. But, as I said earlier, we loved our family weekend and we will be back.
I gave them 4/5 Stars. The WiFi did not work, the connection wasn’t strong enough (2 bars) which isn’t a huge deal but it was advertised that it was available.Kids lost their wristbands on two separate days from normal wear and tear. The first one they replaced no problem. The second kid lost his after being on the obstacle course all day. I took him in to get a new one and they charged $5. We were never told of this policy, only that they must have them on at all times. The firewood we purchased through them was not seasoned and would not burn. Kind of a bummer because you have to buy it from them which I fully support as long as it’s not freshly chopped down. All in all, great place with lots to do. Minimal issues but just more annoying than anything. I felt it wasn’t crowded and the kids had a blast.
Best camp site this summer! The owner was extremely helpful to me as this was my 1st time camping with my kids alone. He helped me with my camper more than once. The bathrooms were exceptionally clean! All staff on the grounds were very nice and helpful during our entire stay. This was my kids first experience with lake swimming and truly enjoyed all that was offered at the campground. The lots offered lots of shade which isnt always available. We will definitely return.
Excellent service! Very friendly and very knowledgable staff! Best Ive ever seen. We were there for 4th of July weekend. Great fireworks! Thank you very much!5 dollars for an hour to be able to use the aqua park is absolutely well worth the money. You cant hardly do anything for 5 bucks these days. Excellent value! My only suggestion would be to better stock that beautiful lake. But still a great great campground. Were looking at getting a camper and leaving it there seasonal. We love this place.Just so youre aware: You may want to check with your wood supplier. We bought a wheel barrow full and it was very green and very difficult to get going. Everyone there was having problems. But things happen! Thanks again for a great time!
I’ve came there on numerous occasions either for the day passes for the obstacle course or camping. We also stayed in one of their cabin Rentals and it was amazing they had a triple bunk bed in it the girls and I have always had a great time and the staff are always very friendly and helpful thank you Pine lakes for all the great experiences!!
We had reservations for July 4th weekend and were so excited because we havent camped there yet and it looks amazing. 2 days ago they cancelled us and our friends reservations because our sites are under construction and wont be done by the 4th. It was communicated by text so I called to verify its legit and had to leave a VM. No call back so I left another vm today and still no call back. We were really looking forward to camping here and are so let down.
This is the first time Ive ever been to this park and all I can say is AWESOME !!! They have a very cool water obstacle course in the lake, fishing, canoeing, cabins to rent, an in ground swimming pool, giant bouncy pillow and more. Well most certainly go back. I give this place 5 out of 5 stars. Its definitely worth your while to go there.
Amazing! Alot of fun for the price! Clean bath houses also. The obstacle course is so much fun. My 4 year old had a blast.New Review: This review is focused on the camping aspect. They advertise wifi but the signal is so weak that basically there is no wifi. The shower house is nice but would be nice to have better shower heads. Also the cable hookups dont work. I would definitely stay again. This few things are minor issues but would just makes things that much better.
We spent six nights there and had a nice time. Unfortunately, it rained part of everyday we were there but the staff was great. They worked hard to keep the park in good condition and appeared attentive to their guests needs. The pool and beach were great and the sites were nice. The only thing I would mention as a disappointment would be it would be nice if the peddle boat/kayak use and deep water inflatable use would be included in the cost of camping, but the rental fees were not so high that I didnt pay them. I would recommend this campground to anyone wanting a peaceful camping experience.
I dont normally write reviews but I wanted to share my experience at Jellystone in Pittsfield this past 4th of July 2020. first the group of three I was with had reserved three spots. the staff double booked one of these spots. but they did help the other people out by giving them another spot. the site we was in had electric problems and kept popping the 30 amp breaker about once every 15 mins. but it wasnt just our site it was many around the site. two days into our weekend they did change out the breaker and that helped so be careful with your camper. I am glad my camper had suge-protector the water hook up is at the road so make sure you have a really long water hose if your hook up is at the back of your camper. also this place will nickel and dime you to death. you are not allowed to bring in fire wood but they will sell you fire wood. 25 dollars for what they call a wheel borrow load must be a little kids wheel borrow and 45 for a double wheel borrow load. but the wood wont burn. it is so green and wont get hot enough to cook a hot dog over the fire. I am glad I always bring durflame with me as it was the only thing that would burn. they do have a nice swimming and beach area. but it will cost you 5 dollars a hour to swim and play on the swim toys in the deeper ide and you must use their life vests. but after a hour most are ready to get out anyway as it will wear you out but the kids loved it. the firework show they had on the 3rd was nice. the staff inside the office was friendly but not really all that knowledgeable to a lot of the things with the camp sites. we did understand this was a holiday weekend and things cost more but we felt they charged for everything you did and the wood was over the top being it was junk. h and the fire rings at the site are old truck rims and so small the junk wood would barely fit in it. the people next to us brought they own fire ring and it was nice. this is a place I would only want to take the grand kids to once a year. all in all it is a ok place.
Horrible experience. Gnats are ridiculous. Came all the way from Kansas City being told that the lake would be open by the time we got there. Then every day when we asked if lake was opening, we were told maybe tomorrow, then were told hopefully by weekend which is day we left. Didnt offer any kind of discount or refund due to main attraction being closed. Would not have even came if we knew it wouldnt ever open! Charged 90 dollars a day for golf cart that you couldnt pick up til they opened, and then had to turn back in by 7pm when they close. 25 dollars for a wheelbarrow with some wood that wasnt seasoned wood so it wouldnt burn good. Pool and jump pad close at at 6pm. Leaving one star because shower house was clean and have to leave at least one to post. Also website says sand volleyball court which doesnt exist.
Weve been twice with a group of friends and even though our latest trip got rained out its a great campground. All the facilities, even portable ones are clean, so much for the kids to do and lovely camp sites on the lake. I expect our family will make this an annual destination.
We been here just once and absolutely loved it we all had a blast! We actually travel state to state to check out different jellystone parks. We have bought our own life jackets just for these parks, which now we can no longer use here. We planned to go back but with the rates increasing and the per hour charge on their life jackets we will not be back here.... very upsetting cause we loved it but for the same price we would spend on a nightly stay we can travel to the beach and pay the same fee.....with a big family and 4 kids we have a budget and unfortunately this campground is no longer in our budget. The life jacket rental alone per hour per day that we stay there would be expensive for 6 people!!!
Great place! Just extremely expensive! Not enough bathrooms, cant bring own canoes or life jackets or golf carts. Must rent everything from them separate from outrageous tent fee! Paid $68 for 1 tent spot 3 adults 2 kids. Only 2 adults n 2 kids allowed any extra adults or kids extra fees! Any pets extra fees! And dont even ask BOUT $45 firewood fee! But is fun beautiful and clean!
Been to many Jellystone Parks in the Midwest. My kids rank this their top 3 favorite. Staff was very friendly, facilities were very clean, the beach was great (make sure u bring your own life vests), and the campsites along the lake were beautiful. Would like to see another 24 hour bathroom at the other end of the camp grounds.
This place is a mess. Roads are nothing but mud, huge water holes everywhere, weeds 5 feet tall in places, weeds over taking the playground, etc. Pool is very murky as it doesnt look like it has been cleaned very well. Poor maintenance. No activities. No entertainment. Management sucks. Spend money ELSEWHERE!
Had 8 sticks of firewood in the back of my truck. From last weeks camping trip. My 8 year old son put 4 sticks in the fire and was then confronted by staff. Staff got in my face and threatened me I have to buy there wood. I did t even wantTo have a fire. Staff came back to my campsite 3 different times that night accounting me of putting more wood in the fire but other 4 sticks where still in back of truck. Was then charged on my credit card for their wood that I did t otherwise. This ultimately got me kicked out of the park on Saturday for getting upset. This All Was over 8 sticks of wood. Neighbors next to me on the sides. And back behind said they would never come back watching this all unfold. Asked for a refund on Saturday and owners son told me to F off then drove off in his golf cart. Keep in mind kids are running around.Place is a joke!
Although the campground is clean and well maintained it is outrageously expensive and you have to pay a separate very expensive fee for everything you do and the beach and pool both closed at 7pm when it was still daylight. Also they raised their rates this year because they put anew apparatus in the lake and now the life jackets we bought last year are no longer good enough and now you have to pay an hourly fee to rent one of theirs. $3.00 per hour!!!
Definitely liked what we saw when we stopped briefly on our way across Illinois last week. We saw the sign on the highway, and having visited one of these parks out west about forty years ago, we were curious. Wow! The Jellystone Parks are keeping up the quality level. While we couldnt stay this time, we did visit with the ladies in the camp store, and purchased a couple of things to share with the kids back home. The park hosts/owners, gave us a directory of other Jellystone parks, provided us with a map of theirs, filled us in on what their park offered, and made us feel very welcome. Were hoping to make this location one of our summer stops. From what we saw, the park was in very nice condition, clean, well-maintained, and ready for the season to begin. I was happy to learn, too, that they have cabins and cottages for those who dont have an RV or who may not like roughing it in a tent.
The owner of the campground is extremely rude and disresptful of others. He has no common courtesy to go to the parents of the children who might have broken the rules. He decides to fly up on his golf cart and proceed to yell curse words and point his finger in the kids face. He also kicked a kid. Their were also accusations of desroying property when we were not even there. We will no longer recommend or camp there again.
Best campground we have been to!!! Last year we had alot of family there at the campsite and some in the rustic cabins and this year was just my husband and I,both times we enjoyed it and exceptional service, clean and comfortable. Already planning to go back again this summer and planning a family trip next year!!!
Very up setting. Drove 2 hours always away just to see the camp ground. We were meet by a man who made us feel like we were thefts. Asked who let you in the park? We said we called early and got permission. The campground is nice but very small. The staff is very unfreindly. You pay to take a 6 min cold shower. You cant bring your own golf cart. Fire wood is outragoues in price. Owner is only in it for the money. Owner is extremely rude. Save your money!!!!!
Swimming beach is shallow enough for a 7 year old to walk chest deep or splash around in the first sectioned off area, swimming pool was warm and did not have the initial cold shock most pools have, the restrooms/showers are clean and showers are no longer pay to shower, they were left from the previous resort before jellystone, very nice playground, roads need a bit of work but overall for a new franchise starting out its amazing and will continue to get better with time. They now have Wi-Fi throughout the campground instead of hotspots.
The staff was super friendly me and my family stayed in a cabin the loft is not very well clean there was ants everywhere huge spiders and roaches and there was wrappers and cereal everywhere so that made the ants attracted and more kept coming so overall it was great besides the lack of cleanliness of the loft
Nice place, just alot of rules.had problems at lake with the young lady that watches over the guest .kicked everyone out over a few kids having fun jumping off the bounce slides.after we paid 65 bucks to have a very small camp site and to get kicked outta the lake really.and after we paid to rent there life jackets to b on that part of the lake.maid our kids get out even though there 16 cause no parent on beach and we were and its 16 and over and they our.just alot of petty stuff rules.nice place, but probably wouldnt ever come back
The guy running the life vest hit by the lake NEEDS TO BE FIRED he is staff when there is kids screaming theres a fish in the flot devise that they provide in the lake he tells the kids its not my problem then tells them if you dont ke fish theres a pool just be human how can we have a good time if we have two little girls crying daddy its going to get us BE ASHAMED VERY ASHAMED
I really liked this smaller yogi bear campground. Nice mostly level spots with full hook ups. Good size lake with a nice large beach area and a awesome water course and also has a nice pool. And now for the bad. It is extremely dusty. Especially when the vehicles/ golf carts drive by. And the staff seem to be the worst because they go as fast as the their carts will go. Maybe if they spray the gravel with water a few times a day it would help.

2021-07-19Lake was closed due to health dept. Wished it would have been posted on there page prior to arrival.Everything was very clean. Staff really interacted with kids. Food was reasonable and good. Pool area was very nice.Golf carts were all rented would of been nice to take our own. (Since others had their own)Restrooms/Showers were spotlessly clean.Water saver in showers could be a bit longer. Harder to get shampoo etc out due to pushing the button repeatedly. All in all. Would of been 5 stars if the alert of lake would have been posted when it was closed. ♡♡

2021-06-25This is a great family friendly get away. The staff was pleasant and helpful whenever we needed anything or had a question. There were daily activities for the kids to participate in if they were interested and they absolutely loved the lake obstacle course, jumping pillow and pool amenities available. We went with a group of friends and stayed in a tent site while our friends each had a one room cabin with a regular bed and 3 stacked bunk beds with a mini fridge and microwave. There were also RV sites and cottages. The cabins also had an overhead fan plus a window AC unit in addition to a a covered deck. Every site had a picnic table, fire pit, water and electric hookup. The bathrooms were also updated and plentiful. Its a large property and we rented a couple golf carts for our stay which I would recommend. A fun time was had by all and we would definitely go back without hesitation.

2021-07-14Such a fun place to take the family! We loved our cabin and being so close to the lake for fishing. Our kids had a blast and so did we. The pool and swimming lake was fun too. Cant wait to return.

2022-05-31A++ would recommend! Great vibes. Good people. We were here for Memorial Day weekend which is basically the first time many of the employees are working and they did great. Wibit floating system in the lake is the highlight, but there are many great things happening here. The DJ Sunday night was awesome. Kids had a great time dancing with their mother. The pool is clean and perfect to get out of the lake for a bit. We didnt partake of the crafts, but the scavenger hunt was fun to run around and put some steps in. And the cabins were perfect for our family of 4. Already trying to get back!

2022-06-17This is a very nice campground for the family! Everyone was so friendly, many new builds and improvements are happening. There are kids activities throughout the day and several fun unique experiences for kids (huge blow-up pillows in the ground to jump on and a very large water blow up playground). I definitely recommend this park to family’s for a fun summer experience! (Fishing, Kayaking, paddle boards and little circular boats to use too)

2021-06-08Very well maintained even though theres some construction going on. But its all for the good of the campgrounds. One of the best places to take your kids everyday activities scheduled. Good fishing. Great beach. And plenty to do.

2022-07-02We love this place. Its summer of 2022 as I write this and the newly expanded water obstacle course is amazing fun. Just make sure you get yourself in shape before arrival, it can be pretty challenging :-)We stayed in one of the glamping tents, which I believe are brand new as of this year. We did have a little mouse visitor over the night the first night, but we made a joke of it rather than getting upset, and found the place where he came in at, its a good thing Im always armed with plenty of duct tape and aluminum foil!!! He didnt come back after the first night :-)A note about those glamping tents, they have an air conditioner, but on a 90 something degree day, the best they can do is make it more comfortable. Getting down to something like 75° is absolutely not possible! I would imagine the same could be said for a very cold day, that youd probably have to be happy with it only being somewhat warm. Personally, its camping, Im not really used to any heater air conditioning to begin with. The places are very comfortable and would be perfect for a very large family!

2022-06-28This is a nice campground, however some of the lots are really small and we were not able to park our tow vehicle at our campsite, but we made it work. Since this is touted as a Jellystone, it needs to have more Yogi Bear and the other bears statues and signs around the campground. Also, we were disappointed we did not have more Bear Sitings and Hey Rides. The Ranger Station is a far walk from the campsites and that is where a lot of the activities for the kids were. The Wibit Course is nice and fun on the lake, but it is hard to summon your child when you are on the beach. I cannot wait to see what else will be added in the future. We will visit again as the lake and the pool are really nice.

2022-06-30We haven’t even made it to this resort yet but I can’t wait to leave a review. This is the second year in a row we’ve attempted to camp here. Last year our 4th of July weekend was canceled the week before because they couldn’t get our site ready time. We had to scramble and find another place to camp. Our kids were really disappointed so with that in mind we tried again this year. We booked our site in January but we didn’t lock it. It’s a holiday weekend so we were already paying a small fortune but I guess that’s not enough. I got an email today they moved out site. I called and they can move you anywhere they want if you don’t pay that extra fee. They don’t have to call you first. They can just move you. So far this place has been $ hungry and disappointing.

2022-03-16We stayed at Jellystone Pittsfield and had a really good time. We enjoyed the pool and lake. However, I felt the lake was a little dirty. We found glass and other trash in the sand while our toddler was playing. The obstacle course was great and there were plenty of activities for kids.
