I went to Wolsfelt’s Bridal today for a 10 am appointment with Amy. She is amazing! I told her how hard it is for me to find a dress. She didn’t pressure me into making any decisions. She is caring, compassionate, and a good listener. I ended up leaving today with a dress for my reception and I wouldn’t have it any other way! She told me she would never forget me, and I will never forget her. I loved this experience. I appreciate her so much for working with me!! I hope she reads this!
In 2019, my sister said YES to her dress at Wolsfelts. Shortly after, I found my beautiful Maid-of-Honor dress there. I knew when I got engaged that I wanted to find my wedding gown at Wolsfelts, too - and I did :) Kenzie was incredible helping us out during our appointment. She made me feel so comfortable and confident, and acted much more like a friend than a sales person. I suggest Wolsfelts to any bride looking for a great experience, perfect dress, and an affordable price.
I recently got married and had purchased my wedding gown from Wolsfelt’s. Prior to finding my dress at Wolsfelt’s, I had been to multiple other salons and tried on about 50+ dresses. As soon as I stepped in to Wolsfelt’s it was such a different experience. You can tell they’ve been doing this for a long time. Every staff member is patient and thoughtful; they all answered my sometimes dumb questions with kindness; they did everything possible to help me find the perfect dress that I felt beautiful in. I’m so glad I went to their salon. Turns out my mom also bought her wedding gown at Wolsfelt’s too, almost 30 years ago!
Every gown at Wolsfelt’s is absolutely stunning and the staff is even more gorgeous! They are truly empathetic and make the experience special and unique for every bride. My personal stylist, Susan, was so helpful and knew my style better than myself. She made me feel beautiful in every gown and ultimately helped me find my dream wedding dress! I cannot wait to wear it on my wedding day!
I had the best experience from start to finish at Wolsfelt’s. From my consultant to alterations, everyone made me feel comfortable and made everything happen without a hiccup. My consultant really listened to me and brought out flattering dresses that fit my preferred style. They worked within my budget and I was able to find the dress of my dreams. I would recommend this place 1000% when searching for your dream dress!
Wolsfelt’s was amazing! I went with my mom to shop for bridal gowns and Jessica was my consultant! She was amazing, professional, nice, attentive, and efficient! She was great at pulling styles I wanted and helping to narrow down my PERFECT DRESS!! I was even pushing it with deadlines for a summer wedding, but they assured me it would come in and were able to get it quicker than I thought!! Highly recommend!

I am soooo happy I chose to go to Wolsfelt’s Bridal because I found THE dress & had the best experience there, out of all the other bridal shops, Wolsfelt’s is the very best!!! The staff was so nice they made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. AMY was my stylist and I couldn’t have had a better one she made my finding the dress experience one I will always remember!! Trying on the dresses was a breeze so quick & easy! My bridal experience here was amazing! I had a wonderful associate who helped me pick the perfect dress. I wasn’t 100% sure what I wanted, but I told her what I thought I didn’t want. She still pulled a couple dresses with some of those elements based off what I liked, and I fell in love with one of them. Once the dress actually came in, the staff did an amazing job with suggestions about the alterations, and I have to say the bustle they designed was perfect. It made my figure look amazing and it was so comfortable and easy to move in. I loved my experience with Wolsfelt’s and would definitely recommend it to any bride to be!
Amy was amazing! The experience was nothing but professional and fun throughout the entire time. I couldnt decided on my dress the first time we met and she was extremely accommodating - getting me in the next day to come back after sleeping on my options. Her expertise was extremely appreciated - and the selection of gowns was more than I could have imagined. This is my second wedding, so I had very specific ideas in mind of what I wanted - and Amy found me the PERFECT dress. Cant wait for our special day to come!

Just found my wedding dress at Wolsfelt’s yesterday. I went in having a idea of what I wanted, but really was open to anything. I was anxious to find the right one as any bride would be. My stylist, Amy, was nothing but amazing. I probably tried on 7-8 gowns. And I loved them all! Amy figured out exactly what looked good on my body type and then helped me narrow in on what fit my vision best. She was perfect lady for the job! I’ll definitely recommend this place to all my friends..And I’ll definitely add photos once I’m married!
If you want to feel like a bride and have a beautiful wedding dress shopping experience and ambiance, come to Wolsfelt’s! I came in not knowing what bridal dress I wanted, but with Suzanne’s help, I found THE dress! My appointment went over the allotted time, but Suzanne was caring, patient and never made me feel rushed through the whole experience. She was also very considerate of my requests since my wedding is coming up quickly (09/2021) and I needed something I could go home with as soon as possible. I highly recommend this bridal shop and Suzanne as a consultant because she is so sweet and amazing!
Finding my dream dress here was an experience I will absolutely never forget. Everyone there, especially my stylist Amy, made this day so special! She listened to everything I had been dreaming about, stayed in my budget, calmed my nerves, was so patient and helpful with all my requests and our bigger group of people, and overal made it a wonderful and happy day. I was running a bit late for my appointment today, in no way did anyone make me feel bad or shorten my session. I still got the full attention of my stylist, Amy. She was so sweet, patient and personable between sharing personal stories, boosting my self esteem and balancing my family I brought with. She speaks about weddings, dresses and the Wolsfelts history with such passion and pride. Amy chose 5 or so dresses for me to start with, once she got a feel for what I liked she began picking more with respect to my budget and vision. She really knows how to make the sample dresses fit to allow you to see how a new dress would fit. I knew Amy would keep trying her hardest to find me my dream dress - and she did! - without ever making me feeling pressured into buying anything. I would recommend Wolsfelts and Amy to anyone looking!
Wolsfelts was a great place to shop for my wedding dress, it came highly recommended from several others and they did not disappoint! Jessica was very friendly and helpful and selecting a wide range of dresses to try while also listening to what I liked most (and least) about each gown. Wolsfelts Bridal was amazing! All the employees I worked with were absolutely wonderful. They were the first place I went, and had the moment. The one where I cried when I put on my dress. They made the whole process of getting my perfect dress ready so easy. Plus the store has such a cozy family feel. Loved it!
I went to around 10 bridal stores all over southern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois. Few had the selection that Wolsfelts had, especially for plus size. I made a custom order request and the results were stunningly beautiful. It was the dress of my dreams and I was so happy to find it here!
I absolutely love them. I had such a wonderful experience here compared to the big box dress stores I went to before hand. They took their time when I was trying dresses on and were so friendly. They had a very good selection of plus sized dresser to choose from. I had my alterations done with them as well and she did an amazing job of it. I had some issues with my bra when I tried it on a few days before my wedding they fixed it for me promptly. I highly recommend giving them a shot.
I just had my bridal apt at wolsfelts, and honestly I was disappointed. My stylist consistently grabbed dress over my price range. I told her I wanted to stay around 1,200 to 1,500 yet dress were being grabbed that were 2000. I also said multiple times it was hard for me to envision a tan dress white. I really wanted a white or ivory dress, as tan and blush do not look good on me. I think this was a selection error and not an error on the consultant. But, when I asked if I could go look at dresses the consult continued to say Ive exhausted all of my options in your price range. I felt horrible! I didnt feel good in any of the dress I tried on. When the consultant agreed to let me look at dresses she followed me EVERYWHERE making remarks like oh that doesnt have a train, those are informal, thats not your size. Also, the dressing room is one giant room with a curtain in the middle to separate it into to different dressing rooms. Your party is with you in the dressing room as there is a stage to stand on. My problem was that there was a mirror on the wall that allowed to see on the other side of the curtain. That was extremely uncomfortable to me as the party next to me had a BIG party. I didnt want complete strangers seeing me half naked. Overall, I had a sad experience, I think this is a good salon for some brides but for me it was not.
After going to two other shops, I felt discouraged about finding a dress that I loved. Jessica did a FANTASTIC job helping me find my perfect dress! I am still so in love with it after our day and am so grateful for her expertise, friendliness and patience. Alterations wasnt as seamless as a processprocess, but overall we got it all worked out thanks to the help of Debbie, Rosa and Cristina. Thank you, again!
I recently purchased my wedding dress from Wolsfelt and I can not express enough have amazing this place is!!! From the staff, to the inventory of dresses, I was truly blown away and loved the entire process. I worked with my bridal stylist Amy and she made the process so flawless. I will be honest, I am a picky bride and it’s hard for me to commit to something like a dress and she helped so much without being pushy and I purchased my dream dress. If you are looking for your wedding dress, you have to go to Wolsfelt’s bridal!!

I said yes to my dress at Wolsfelt’s! My stylist was Jessica, and she was amazing. She was fun, very helpful, and made you feel comfortable in the whole process. My bridesmaids and the groomsmen will be coming back to Wolsfelt’s for their dresses and tuxes!
This was far from my first experience with Wolsfelts but my first experience as a bride. I got married in 2021, during the pandemic. Due to all the rescheduled Wolsfelts was up to their ears in appointments and brides scrambling to make new plans work. My first appointment was a dream. Their entire team was so helpful. And actually, the owner ended up picking out the dress I picked! She really knows her stuff. By the time I got I’m & picked my dress we were already 2 months behind on typical lead time to get the dress plus then it needed alterations. Despite all of this, They treated me like I was the only bride in the world! They reassured me my dress would come in on time, it did. They reassured me the alterations would be done on time, they were. I would recommend them to anyone & I would go back myself in a heart beat. Thank you Wolsfelts for helping to make my wedding such a dream!!!
First and foremost this is one of the most beautiful bridal shops in Aurora, IL. When you come in you are welcomed by the staff. Immediately listen very attentively to see what your names are whether you are getting married, going to a prom, homecoming, whatever your event is they are there listening attentively to help you all the way.My fiancé and I discovered this shop and I fell in love with the environment, the staff, the vibe the Shopcave it was genuine. I had to go in to get fitted for a tuxedo for upcoming elopement she got fitted on January 15 and unfortunately our home completely burned down on January 31, 2022.We went to the shop when we got the notification on 17 February that her taxes ready to get picked up due to her third-degree burns on her feet she couldn’t really walk I informed the staff of what had happened and immediately they opened up their hearts to us! The entire shop is full of a beautiful staff of angels we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. So if you’re looking to rent a tux, purchase a wedding gown, purchase a prom dress, even do your hair, this is the shop! They do it all gracefully.To Amy, Donna, and the whole team we cannot thank you enough for making our wedding day so special with your kindness and love! We will forever be in gratitude.We love you!
I found my dream dress at Wolsfelts for my wedding in June 2020. My mom got her wedding dress here, and I got all of my prom dresses from here so it was special to me that I found my wedding dress here, too. Their selection is amazing and the atmosphere makes everyone feel like family. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a dress!
I cant say enough positive things about Wolsfelts! Everyone I worked with (from the consultants to the seamstress) were extremely friendly and helpful! They made the process of finding and purchasing my wedding dress AND renting my husband and his grooms tuxedos easy.Their communication was also superb! I received ongoing text and email reminders that helped me to keep track of my appointments during the craziness of wedding planning. I couldnt be happier to be a Wolsfelts bride :)

They took me as a walk in which I appreciated. I had Mckenzie as my bridal consultant and she was super and very patient. I did say yes to the dress here! Everything went smoothly and they were very welcoming. One of the owners even checked in during the appointment which I thought was really nice. During the purchase transaction on the pos a tip was being requested which we were not prepared for. We did not know that was even a thing. I explained to my consultant that my dress was being gifted to me and is already over budget and we had no room for anything extra. She understood and said it was OK. I wanted to write this review because even though I was not able to give extra I really had a great experience at this shop and would highly recommend.
I remember going to my friends fitting at Wolsfelts Bridal and thinking, this is such a beautiful and romantic place to find a wedding dress. The atmosphere, even on a busy sales event day, is magical and homey. My consultant Amy did a great job listening to what I envisioned for my wedding dress and pulling dresses with that style. She also helped to control my crowd and support what I wanted throughout the whole process. She went out of her way to spend additional time with me and make sure I felt comfortable trying on dresses. The way the rooms are set up and the attention from my consultant made me feel like I was the only one trying on gowns that day. In comparison to some other bridal salons I went to, I was shocked at the vast selection at Wolsfelt as well as the affordability of the dresses. I took beautiful pictures in my dress, all dolled up, and had an experience that I will remember forever. Finding my dress was one of the first things I completed for my wedding planning and I am so glad I had that experience at Wolsfelts Bridal!
I was very apprehensive about dress shopping as a more mature bride and was not feeling confident at all but the staff made it a wonderful experience. My fitting went so well, my thoughts were listened to and my needs were met. They have a large selection of dresses and it is a lovely store.
I set up an appt for a bridal appt at Wolsfelt’s at the recommendation of a friend. Scheduling was super easy though appointments were limited. The boutique is super cute and the staff was very helpful. I only have a 4-5 month timeframe before my wedding so I had to choose from a dress they had in stock, but they had a very large selection as it was! The staff was very thorough in listening to my feedback and making sure I looked at other options before making my final selection. Amy N. knows what shes doing because I said yes to a dress! I had a great experience and would definitely recommend to anyone!
Very pushy! The sales lady kept asking me is this your dress, and I kept repeating I dont know. She disappeared to get a vail, and the next thing I know every employee was standing on the stairs staring at me saying its beautiful and that this is the one. Unfortunately, I let them pressure me into buying the dress. As I swiped my credit card, I told her that I felt like I was making a mistake and that I should be way more happy and excited if I found the right wedding dress. They did work with me and allowed me to switch the dress out to the other dress I wanted to buy at a different store. Through this process, I realized that this is a tactic of theirs. They wont tell you who designed any of their dresses because they dont want you to possibly take that info and get the dress somewhere else. And, then they pressure people into buying something they dont want to get the sale but want you to give them all the details of the other dress you found at the other store. The other thing I didnt like is that you have to get all your alterations done there and cant even get your dress until the day before your wedding unless you want to pay extra. Although, their seamstress was Awesome and the only good experience I had with the company.
Wolsfelt’s Bridal and Tuxedos was amazing! The ladies helped me to find my dream dress and alterations went so smoothly! Also we rented all of our tuxedos through them and it was so easy to order even when half of our groomsmen are out of state.
I would absolutely recommend Wolsfelts Bridal to any bride! I worked with Amy and she genuinely cared about my likes and what looked good on me and did not just try to sell me any dress. What a great experience!

Went to Wolsfelts because I realized the original dress I purchased (from another boutique) looked horrible on me. :( I was really feeling gloomy about the situation so I decided to make an appointment at Wolsfelts. The experience was amazing. I met with Kenzie and she helped me find the real dress of my dreams. She understood my situation and patiently worked with me to find a beautiful mermaid gown that made me feel like Marilyn Monroe (LOL). Overall an awesome experience thanks to Kenzie. ;-)
Kenzie made trying on gowns fun and exciting! She made me feel super comfortable, while also helping me figure out what style dress I wanted. She even gave me her hair tie to see if I wanted to wear my hair up. She went above and beyond and made our experience awesome!!!
My shopping experience at Wolsfelts was terrific. They have an incredible selection of gowns- for brides of all sizes. My stylist, Jessica, was amazing; so helpful, listened to my requests and visions that I had for my wedding dress and helped me find the perfect gown. We got everything at wolsfelt! We loved it.I got my dress first, and compared to other shops, Wolsfelt is so personal and very helpful. They were helpful for the budget and style I was looking for as well. I got my shoes and veil at Wolsfelt as well, it was nice and stress-relieving to get everything in one stop. I had all my fittings there and the seamstress was super informative and made it a fun and easy experience.My bridesmaids LOVED the selection they had, and we found a dress that worked for all of them and their budgets as well! After the tailoring the dresses fit perfectly and everyone was very happy.We also got the groom, groomsmen, and fathers their suits from their too. When my husband has been in other weddings, him and other groomsmen have had issues with their rentals. Wolsfelt was super helpful with our out-of-state groomsmen and made sure everything was in order so nothing was forgotten.It was nice not having to stress about the the little details or making sure everything was in order and that all the bridesmaids and groomsmen a fittings were in place. They did it all for me and it was extremely helpful!
The dress was absolutely gorgeous and everyone who worked here was so kind. The dress was reasonably priced and so were the alterations.Just so you know- you will need to get changed in front of everyone you shop with. No changing rooms which was very awkward to do in front of the people I brought with.

Overall I had a good experience! I didnt feel pressured to buy and the woman helping me definitely listened to my wants. They accommodated the larger party I brought with me (6 people). The only reason for 4 stars is because although I was comfortable having everyone I brought in the room with me while I tried on dresses, there wasnt an option of a robe or cover up for the waiting in between the dresses being brought to me. So, I was left sitting in my bra and underwear while the saleswoman went to grab more dresses. Being in your undergarments for a short while while trying on the dresses was okay but I was feeling awkward while left for awhile. Wasnt sure if I should just get dressed again only to have to undress when she came back or what. There was a robe hanging up in the room but I was never told it was for me and it looked dirty plus wasnt my size (too small). This was my first dress shopping experience so I didnt really know what to do in this situation.

My Wolsfelt’s experience was amazing. From finding the dress to my alterations appointments. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and patient. My bridal consultant helped me find my perfect dress! What made the experience even more special is my mom also purchased her wedding dress at Wolsfelt many years ago! My seamstress Antonia was phenomenal!! She was able to change my neckline and make the strap off the shoulder. She listened to what I wanted and made my dream dress come true!
From the dress selection day down to our wedding day, Wolsfelts Bridal was top notch. Not only is their staff super helpful and knowledgeable, they were there for us every step of the way in our wedding planning process. With COVID and our change of plans, they still got everything done for us on time and to perfection. My dress fit perfectly and I felt so beautiful. All of the tuxedos for the groom, groomsmen, and fathers fit perfect and many compliments were received on how they looked. Huge shout out to Donna for getting our tuxedo order in on time when we decided to keep our original date only a few weeks before our wedding day and even getting an extra set of suspenders for us. I would recommend anyone I know to choose Wolsfelts for their bridal experience.

We had a great time with Sarah finding my cousin’s wedding dress! My cousin felt really special and it felt like a very personal, upscale yet comfortable wedding dress shopping experience where she really felt like a bride. She didn’t know too much of what she wanted and Sarah helped her to find many dresses she loved plus the gorgeous dress she chose! We went to another local boutique that had the same price range of dresses and the experience felt kind of cheap compared to what we received at Wolsfelts! Would recommend to anyone.

Wolsfelts was recommended by my coworkers who all grew up in the area. I had already visited a few other places, so they narrowed in on exactly what I wanted, and Im pretty sure the first dress they showed me was the one I bought. Scheduling for fittings was super easy. The alterations were way less expensive than I had anticipated. Antoinette (Im pretty sure that was my seamstresss name) was really nice and made me feel very confident that everything would look perfect for the wedding day, which it did!
When I went into Wolsfelts, the boutique had an extremely warm and inviting feel to it. My consultant for the day was Amy W! We immediately connected and I knew I was going to be in great hands. She asked the preliminary questions (i.e. theme, venue, etc). I explained to her that I was going for a rustic country themed wedding and wanted a romantic atmosphere. Each dress she brought, she was listening to what I wanted. The last dress I tried, the party I brought started to cry. It was a breathtaking dress!! I was holding back because I thought it was too good to be true, and I had another appointment at a different store. Needless to say, the entire time I was at the other appointment, I couldnt stop thinking about that last dress.I called Wolsfelts and Dawn answered the phone. I explained I tried on a dress earlier today and was hoping to try it on one last time, so I could have my moment. They squeezed me in, and said Amy might be with another bride but we will take care of you! To my surprise, Amy was there waiting for me!! She had me try on the dress and brought me out on the floor. Best part is Amy took off a mannequin off the platform so I could get the full effect, she wanted me to have my moment!! When I saw myself in the dress, the tears began, it was a confirmation that I knew this was the dress. One of the seamstresses came out and they did a full workup to verify the sizing. There are not enough words to express my gratitude for Wolsfelts and especially Amy W. She made my day beyond what I could have ever imagined. She made me feel stunning and am so blessed for her help. When someone goes out of their way like she did, you couldnt ask for anything else. I cannot wait to go back and look for my bridesmaid dresses. The whole experience was incredible. Thank you, thank you, thank you form the bottom of my heart! I said yes to the dress and Wolsfelts and couldnt be happier!
I went yesterday to “just look” at bridal gowns. I wanted to experience an unique boutique rather than go to a big box store such as David’s or Eva’s. The place was very elegant and inviting. Everyone that worked there was super friendly and excited when I found my dress!! I loved the individual rooms that were more private which made me feel more comfortable. Our bridal consultant, Sarah H, was fantastic!! She rally listened to what I liked and didn’t liked and offered her own ideas!! I never felt rushed and she was super excited once I was able to yes to the dress!!!

I had an appointment at Wolsfelts last Friday. I had an idea of budget and a few ideas of what I wanted for a dress, but not a full idea. I was also a little nervous finding a dress since I wear a larger size and was not sure I would find one that looked good. Jessica was my stylist, and she listened to what details I liked and found me the perfect dress! I tried on multiple dresses and fell in love with the one I ended up picking. Jessica was very helpful, and great to work with. The visit was great, and I can definitely recommend shopping there.

Wolsfelts was incredible! In a last minute decision, my fiance and I decided to get married in a month due to my moms health. I booked a premier appointment and it was worth every penny. Jessica was absolutely incredible and made the day so very special for not only me, but my mom and sister. I cannot thank her enough for making the day perfect and being so very understanding of the situation. Not only were we able to find the perfect dress, it was ready to go within 3 weeks - altered and all! They truly were so helpful, accommodating, and above all kind. I went to Wolsfelts for the first time with my best friend 2 years ago while she was doing her wedding dress shopping and it was a wonderful experience and it only made sense for me to do my dress shopping when it was my turn. From the moment I booked my appointment I already felt welcomed! I received a video text from the staff stating their excitement to working with me. Once I arrived I was greeted and given a personalized mug! My bridal consultant was Jessica and she was absolutely amazing! I went to a few other dress boutiques and no one has compared to her. She was very attentive and listened to my likes and dislikes even though I felt sometimes didnt make any sense. She pulled exactly my style and what I was looking for. When I wanted to take time to think about it she was gladly to put it on hold for me and made accommodations for another appointment. I ended up scheduling for the next day and she was able to make it happen on short notice! When I returned she pulled the 2 I was interested in. When I tried on my favorite she made sure I got the full experience and I absolutely fell in love! I am so happy I found my dress and could have not asked for a better bridal consultant! I have enjoyed my experience utilizing Wolsfelts. The only reason they did not get 5 stars was the consultant I worked with for my dress fitting didnt do the typical fluff the dress and things like that during my appointment. Everyone I worked with though was very kind and helpful. They were able to store my dress even through the pandemic when we had to postpone. Antonia was my seamstress and she did an amazing job! She worked her magic to make the dress perfect for me! I am so thankful for that! I am also excited to utilize the preservation services that they offer and then it ships directly to you.
Wolsfelts is the place to go for your gown! I could not imagine a better experience. My stylist Laurie went above and beyond to make me feel like a Queen. She took her time, and gave an honest opinion without over stepping. My seamstress did the same! Theyre very body positive as well, making sure to highlight your best assets! I got such a unique dress to for my style, PERFECTLY! The best part about this experience was how sentimental and special it was. My younger sister got her dress Dec. 26, 2016, I found mine Dec. 26, 2018 and my Mom got her wedding gown from them 35 years ago! My parents are still happily married and my Mom still talks about getting her dress! How amazing that Wolsfelts has been providing great service for so many years! Wolsfelts was the first bridal shop I visited and thanks to Sarah, my bridal stylist there, I found my dream dress! She was so welcoming and got me even more excited for the appointment. She listened to my dress visions and picked a great selection to start. I was pretty set on fit and flare, but she encouraged me to try on an A line, just in case. She pulled 1 A line amongst the 5 fit and flares in the first batch of dresses, and little did I know, she picked the unexpected winner. That A line turned out to be the dress of my dreams!! (I went to 1 appointment after just to make sure that was the dress and sure enough, no dress even came close! I immediately ran back to Wolsfelts to buy it!) I am so grateful for Sarahs attentiveness and help! She listened to feedback on each of the dresses and truly knows her stuff! I got my dress at Wolsfelts for my wedding in September 2021. My initial appointment was scheduled during the height of the COVID pandemic in the summer of 2020 but that didnt take away from the experience at all! Despite all the uncertainty surrounding weddings at the time, Amy at Wolsfelts helped us forget about all of that for a day and have fun while also finding the perfect dress. The entire process from start to finish was so easy. You can tell they truly care about their brides and the work they do! No wonder they have been a staple in Aurora for 40+ years. They truly have a long legacy and its so fun to be a small part of that! I highly recommend shopping at Wolsfelts!
I didn’t end up finding my dress here, but I really wanted to because my stylist Sarah was SO amazing. First off, they have a very large selection of dresses across every style at very reasonable price points. I must have tried on 15-20 dresses my first appointment, including ones my mom and future MIL chose, but never felt rushed by Sarah even as I re-tried on several in an attempt to narrow it down to 3. I couldn’t make up my mind especially since that was my first day looking at dresses, so she rescheduled me for an appointment a few weeks away during a trunk show and Sarah was equally amazing then letting me not only try on the original ones but also tons of new dresses. She made the experience so comfortable. I also love that it’s a family run business and that they have incredible seamstresses in house, many of whom have been there for a long time & know every detail of the dresses and how to alter them if needed. Amazing experience at Wolsfelt’s!
I scheduled an appointment to look at accessories w/ my dress. Wolsfelt’s allowed me to bring my gown (which had been purchased from a different store completely unassociated) it was extremely kind of them to allow this. Jess (Jessica) helped me and the experience was beyond pleasant. She took her time, there was no rush, she was so enjoyable to chat w/ while trying different items. I had a great experience! Amy W. understood what I was looking for, but also did not bring in any dresses that were over my budget. She answered all my questions well, was honest about what did & did not flatter my body, and made sure I was confident that the dress I wanted was really the one for me. It was. I highly recommend Wolsfelts and Amy W.s expertise for all your bridal needs. I went in thinking I was just going to see what my options were and ended up buying a dress and veil and I received a great discount during the clothing drive. I recommended my fiance use Wolsfelts tux services, and we will be back in a couple months to look at bridesmaids dresses.

Loved this place! It is highly reviewed for a reason! I came in 3 different times because I kept changing my mind about the style of dress I liked and Sarah, my stylist was so sweet and patient. I went to a different bridal salon in the suburbs just for comparison and the staff here is 1000% better - they really care about helping you get the dress you want and take their time!There is such a huge selection of dresses here and they had a sale this past July where one of my bridesmaids got a dress for $20! My experience at Wolsfelts was exactly what I always pictured my wedding dress shopping experience to be. From even before my appointment, I felt so taken care of, especially by my stylist Sarah who spent time with me over the phone talking about a specific dress I was looking to try on. Sarah was great to work with and my mom, my sister, and her had so much fun together trying on dresses. The entire process felt smooth and stress-free and I never once felt rushed to choose or get the appointment over with. Our party used Wolsfelts for a Wedding. The only person without issues was the groomsman that was measured at a mens wearhouse. Everything else was wrong, pants too big, too long, shirts not fitting, completely wrong vest size & type as well as giving one groomsmen a pair of shoes consisting of an 11 1/2 and a 10 1/2. Would not recommend
My sister in-law came in with a low budget and nervous of finding something she would love. Almost immediately her stylist found multiple amazing dress completely under her budget. The experience was fantastic and couldn’t of went any smooth. 5 stars doesn’t even come close to how much I appreciate their service to my sister in-law. I was super nervous about wedding dress shopping, but my appointment with Colleen was fun and surprising. Me being a curvy girl, I figured no sample dress would fit, so I knew that struggle was going to bring my mood down. Plus I don’t have a salary job anymore, so my dress budget embarrassed me. I was beyond confident that I would not find a dress at my first appointment. So when the second dress I tried on, ended up being the one I kept thinking about, I was shocked. A little above my original budget, but I felt so comfortable and pretty...So I pulled the trigger and bought it! Thank you to Colleen for the constant reassurance, which I needed. I was dreading this step of planning, but Wolsfelt’s Bridal did great. I’m sure I’ll be visiting again in a couple months to try on the sample dress again.

The shop is very clean and organized, the fitting rooms have ample space for multiple people to sit in comfortably, and the entire staff is so kind and accommodating. From my first appointment to try on dresses, to my first fitting, second fitting & then picking up my dress each and every employee was great to work with! There is a great selection of dresses to choose from for any person. There is also a great selection of jewelry, veils, and shoes to complete the look. My dress had a long train, which made for a difficult bustle & who altered my dress made sure that my MOH felt confident being able to do it. They also drew out the steps for her if she needed a visual. When the day came that I could finally take my dress home the staff was so loving & made sure that my dress made it safe to my car. I will definitely be recommending Wolsfelts to my friends because this experience was one to remember!
I want to start by saying that my dress experience with Wolsfelts was nothing short of perfect and magical. Our sales woman, Sarah, was not only supportive and caring, but she spent so much time with me making sure I was comfortable and had the best experience possible. When I knew I found my dress and started to tear up, she gave me a big hug and teared up with me. It was perfection, and so were Sarah and my dress. Even alterations were amazing. The seamstresses were able to sew an insulin pump pouch into my dress - amazing and so thoughtful! I have suggested them to so many friends because of my personal experience. I do have to say, on a totally separate note from my original experience, that recently (I purchased my dress back in 2018 and was married in 2019) that I was a bit disheartened by Wolsfelts lack of COVID mask enforcement, especially since we called in ahead of time to check on their COVID policies (a deciding factor in scheduling an appointment). I recently went with a friend to try on dresses at Wolsfelts, per my suggestion, and it seems that although masks required is posted on the door, 90% of the staff were running around with no face covering or continuously pulling it down onto their chins making for a very nervous and uncomfortable appointment. With their known attention to detail and love for love, this experience was so different than mine and disappointing. Hopefully this review helps and COVID aside, Wolsfelts was superb.
I am not the kind of person that has been imagining my wedding day/dress my entire life. I truly did not think I was going to find a dress I loved at all. I had been to a couple other name brand bridal shops and didnt find anything I liked, but my cousin got her dress at Wolsfelts and suggested I try it out. Immediately upon walking in, you can tell the quality is way above other shops. The ambiance is very inviting and the staff there are excited to help you in any way they can. You have a designated staff member for your entire appointment that pulls dresses for you and listens to what you like and dislike so they can pull more dresses that narrow down what youre looking for. Rather than you going around the whole shop and picking out dresses, they know them best and it was way easier to have them brought to me. You and your guests are given a private changing room where the staff member will get you a bra that works if you dont have one, and will help you get into each dress and clip you in to perfection. Theres nice music playing to set the tone, and they have light dimmers in front of the mirrors so you can see the dresses in low lighting too. Lorrie was amazing! I tried on about 7 or 8 dresses and one of the last ones that she pulled was the dress I chose; it was something I never wouldve picked off the rack for myself but I am absolutely obsessed! That moment you always see in movies where the bride puts on her dress and knows its the one...I got to experience that. I would highly recommend Wolsfelts if youre looking for high quality dresses, amazing service, and the personal experience of finding the perfect dress for you!
Wolsfelt’s was my very first bridal experience. It was so amazing, that even after shopping around, I had to come back and “say yes to the dress!” Sarah was an enormous reason for the amazing experience. She was helpful, personable, and had no problem letting me re-try my top gowns (multiple times) when I struggled to decide! The gown selection was amazing, and Sarah was excellent at noting my likes/dislikes, and providing more options based on those notes. She took her time and truly made my parents and I feel important. Amy is a miracle worker!!!! My daughter has an impossible time shopping for dresses for events so I anticipated that the wedding dress search would be an extremely long one involving multiple stores, days, hours… I took my daughter to Wolsfelt’s on a recommendation by one of my coworkers. My daughter really had no idea where to start when beginning the search for her dress. Her only hard “no” was to a strapless gown. Amy brought 4 dresses in to begin the process. While none of those were just right, Amy began to get a vision for what Angela would like and what style and shape of dress would be the one she didn’t even know she was looking for. Dress #8 was immediately THE DRESS. Absolutely breathtaking and perfection. As soon as my daughter slipped it on, she began to smile and everyone in the room took a look at her in that dress and got chills. My experience was nothing short of amazing! Sarah listened to every detail I did and did not want in a dress. And actually while waiting for my appointment I found what was almost my dream dress except I did not like the bottom. Without even telling Sarah I looked at this specific dress she knew just by my description and to my surprise she told me that dress came in 2 styles one being the type I wanted. Sarah picked about 6 dresses for me all of which were in my style but I ended up only trying on one-my dream dress! I am beyond happy that I decided to purchase my dress at Wolsfelts. My whole experience at Wolsfelt’s was wonderful. My consultant really paid attention to what I was looking for and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole appointment. I decided to get my (as well as my groomsmen) tux here for my wedding. Very nice, little shop. Everyone at Wolsfelts was very friendly and professional. The ladies were very helpful, kind, and patient. I do recommend. If considering, please note they wait until the last minute to have your order ready. We came in, got fitted and ordered November, 2020. It was not ready until June 10, 2021. My wedding was June 12, 2021. That was very stressful. One of my groomsmen needed an alteration, but we did not have time to go back and get this fixed 2 days before the wedding.

I loved the experience of trying on dresses in a private bridal suite, but what really made my experience was working with Sarah who was incredibly patient (as I changed my mind on what kind of dress I wanted a million billion times), thoughtful, professional and fun! While I didnt end up finding my dress here, they have so many beautiful options and Im really glad that I made the appointment.

I am so happy I chose to go with Wolsfelts for my wedding dress! I went here as a referral from a great friend. From day 1 I was listened to and heard from my vision of my dress. I just had my final fitting for my dress and it is gorgeous and everything I wanted for my day. My veil is to die for as well. Andrea went above and beyond for me and my special day as another bridal shop messed up 2/5 bridesmaid dresses 8 weeks before my wedding. I expressed my concern and how I am down 2 dresses for my girls and immediately there was a prompt solution to my problem. I will have all my girls in the same dress in the appropriate size. We went to Wolsfelts yesterday to shop for a wedding dress for my sister and were lucky enough to have Jessica as our consultant. We visited 2 other bridal shops before going to Wolsfelts and Jessica was by far the most knowledgeable and sweetest. My sister actually found the dress she wanted at the second store but Wolsfelts had it as well and she decided to buy it at Wolsfelts because of how much we all loved Jessica! Bought my wedding dress here last year. I originally found my dream dress at another store but the experience wasnt good. I went to Wolsfelts and they were so friendly and patient with me! They were able to order my dream dress for a cheaper price than the place I originally found it! We also got all our bridesmaids dresses from here and they turned out amazing.

Working with Wolsfelts was one of the best decisions I made in wedding planning. With your appointment, you get a dedicated consultant who truly makes you feel like their biggest priority. I worked with Darcy. She listened to what I was looking for, but also pushed my boundaries just enough, and I landed on an amazing gown. Through her help, I was able to make some custom changes and order exactly what I wanted. It was a special day with my mom and family. They were also extremely accommodating on coming back with my step mom and step sisters to be able to have a special moment with them as well.Wolsfelts truly is an all in one shop. I was able to handle all of my alterations there and I never worried about the capabilities, as these women work on these gowns day in and day out. It fit like a glove and I was able to dance all night without yanking my dress around.The mother of the bride selection is also great. My mom on a whim found her dress here as well and it was nothing like she had found looking in other stores. I would recommend this shop to anybody that needed a place!
Wolsfelt’s is such a great experience. The dresses are incredible as well as the consultants. I highly recommend Sarah. I felt very heard and understood even when I had a hard time articulating what I wanted. Dress shopping can be very overwhelming, but she was patient and kind and you can tell she simply wants the bride to be happy!
My two older siblings purchased their wedding dresses here pre covid and now I purchased my dream wedding dress here as well! I didnt even have to look anywhere else. I knew I would find the wedding dress of my dreams here. i love the staff, so friendly and attentive. They know exactly what you are looking for while making sure you stay within budget. My favorite part was being able to come back for my fittings. Ula, my seamstress, was the biggest sweetheart. So genuine and kind, she altered my wedding dress to fit like a glove on me. She made me feel comfortable and confident. I knew I would be i great hands from her excellent work and her kind words. Love this place and I absolutely will be back to preserve my dress as well!

Finding, purchasing, and then altering my wedding dress at Wolsfelt’s Bridal was truly a wonderful experience. I recall deciding to go there based on their amazing selection and positive reviews just to realize that both my Mom and Mother-In-Law had bought their own wedding dresses there back in the day. Jessica, my stylist, was fantastic! She listened intently and ultimately was the one to find MY dress. It fit my vision perfectly - and even had pockets! Another one of their stylists, Lorrie, found me a beautifully-matching veil. Her and Dawn (one of the owners) were so supportive throughout the entire process in general. Finally, I must give a shoutout to my seamstress, Rosa, who made excellent suggestions and was always super patient with me. Everyone working at Wolsfelt’s Bridal really cares; you can feel it. If my husband and I ever have a daughter, perhaps she will find her wedding dress there someday!
I went into Wolsfelts Bridal pretty exhausted from the wedding dress process. After going to a few stores with no luck, I had an appointment with Sarah here, and it all changed. She was extremely attentive, asked me for everything I was looking for, had me go sit and relax while she pulled a few dresses. Instantly I found the one and fell in love. Sarah went above and beyond to make it fit to me as best as possible, find the perfect veil, see the dress in different lightings with different slips on underneath, so much extra stuff to make me fall even more in love. She gave me plenty of time to think it over (while wearing the dress, because I couldnt take it off). After walking me through the costs and options, I ordered the dress before leaving. I felt so great about her as my salesperson and the boutique over all. Couldnt recommend Sarah and Wolsfelts more!

I loved working with Wolsfelts. Really nice atmosphere. The lady had me try on a dress I never would have thought to try and it turned out to be The One. The alterations department was amazing. The only downside was that I ended up spending more than originally budgeted.

I had a great experience at Wolsfelts! Sarah, the consultant that helped me was incredibly helpful! She was willing to show me as many dresses as I needed to see. And when I was down to two choices, she really tried to help me make the decision by letting me go back and forth on trying them on, holding them up so I could see them side by side, and just giving me the time I needed without making me feel rushed. I felt comfortable talking with her and letting her know what I wanted and that really helped me be able to choose my wedding dress!

Wow! My experience at Wolsfelts Bridal was amazing and probably my favorite experience for dress shopping. We made an appointment and got a welcoming greeting as we entered the shop, and also they sent me a short video two days before my appintment that helped me get more excited about the experience; a free mug and candy will always excite me ;). But also the shop was super cute inside yet elegant, and the the whole experience was super personable and intimate. We had Colleen as our stylist and man, she blew all other stylists I have had out of the park. She was super attentive, caring, encouraging, helpful, and also seemed to understand my style right away. I walked away with a dress I didnt even expect but super love. Colleen helped put to a vision what I had been trying to do for a while, so I had a super fun and amazing experience! Definately recommend :)
Worst experience of my life. i went in knowing nothing about wedding dresses, excited to experience the joy of trying on wedding dresses for my big day. we were greeted feeling unwelcomed & when someone finally helped us for the appointment we scheduled she was rude & unhelpful. we didn’t know what a reasonable budget was & were basically told we couldn’t afford anything. we wanted to try on dresses to understand the budget & what we liked. but were not allowed to try on anything. we went upstairs to look at more dresses & completely interrupted another gal’s wedding dress experience. i brought my sweet baby boy with & it was obviously an inconvenience. i do not recommend coming here whatsoever.

I had a 1 hour appt., and she helped me for an extra hour after my hour was up, bringing in dresses of all different kinds. The very last dress I tried on was absolutely everything I wanted and MORE. My fiances sister who got married in 2019 got her dress from here and it was so gorgeous I had to go for myself. Wolsfelts was the perfect place for wedding dress shopping and I could not be happier. Sarah helped me find my dream dress. Her sweet and bubbly personality made the experience so fun, relaxed and memorable. I was so confident in my decision! I highly recommend!
I said “Yes” to my dress here! I went in alone and super enjoyed my time at Wolfsfelt’s. I worked with Sarah, who was the sweetest and most helpful soul. She was patient with me as I was stuck between two dresses, and she made sure to give me a lot of options! I loved it when she would come back with other dresses and tells me they aren’t the style I’m looking for, but she wanted me to see other style dresses too. I believe this is what makes a great stylist—giving you a variety because you seriously never know when you’d say “Yes!” to a style you completely didn’t know you would love. A huge thanks to Sarah who helped me find my wedding dress. I highly recommend her and this place 🙂
I was so impressed with the selection of dresses and the service at Wolsfelts! My dress came in quickly and the staff answered all my questions. I cannot compliment the seamstress enough. She made my dress fit me perfectly! Would definitely refer family and friends!
Jessica was amazing and made the experience of finding my dress so much easier and better. After having one appointment I found the one but I wanted to be sure so I went to another bridal place after not loving anything there I knew I already found the one! So I called wolfsfelts 20 minutes before closing and they squeezed me in!!! I am so happy with my choice! They listened to all of my wants and needs and my dislikes and loves and Jessica found the most perfect dress! I didn’t want to take it off!

I had the most amazing experience at Wolsfelt and it was all because of Jessica!To start, my group was warmly welcomed when we arrived for my appointment. Staff explained the process and encouraged us to start looking through the racks and choosing things to try on.Jessica joined us a few minutes later and her warmth, positivity, and genuine interest in getting to know me and learn about my wedding really stood out. I appreciated that she took the time to learn who was with me for the appointment, my likes and dislikes, and the overall vibe I wanted for my wedding.Now the fun stuff. Trying on dresses! Jessica never made me feel rushed which was so lovely compared to a prior experience I had at another salon. She also sorted my dresses by the ones inside my price range and outside my price range. I really appreciated this because I knew before even putting on a dress that it was over budget.Jessica was patient and kind, answered our many questions about alterations and how dresses would bustle and adjusted the dress each time I moved around so that we would have the perfect view. Oh! And she ended up choosing the dress that I said YES! to. All thanks to her patience and listening skills.I cant say enough good things about my experience at Wolsfelt and working with Jessica. She made me feel valued and beautiful.

2021-12-23I am so grateful that I chose to go with Wolsfelts Bridal for my wedding dress. They were absolutely amazing during the entire process. We had a destination wedding in New Orleans and they made sure my dress was handled with care. My dress came in much quicker than expected, which was great since I had multiple alterations done. I went to Rosa for my dress fittings and she was absolutely AMAZING. You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does and she was so fun to work with. The entire staff there is absolutely wonderful. Id recommend them to anyone.

She was very patient and listened to what I wanted and helped me find the perfect dress! The fittings went well, too! Everyone who works there is so kind and always so pleasant to talk to!

2022-03-27We had an amazing time here with the staff. Ella was just amazing she was so kind and friendly. It’s always hard shopping when your daughter is plus size. Not all places are nice about services with plus size girls. Anastasia my daughter has a lot of confidence but it’s hard with a room full of size 0 to keep it. Anastasia came out and the whole room got quiet and looked on how breath taking she looked in this beautiful dress that we found with you!!!! Thank you so much ladies we will be coming back to for every special occasion we have !!!!

2022-01-15If youre looking into finding your dream dress, look no further! I had a wonderful experience at Wolsfelts Bridal! I was nervous about finding my dress since my Wedding is coming up soon in June, but was so ecstatic to see all of the off the rack options Wolsfelts had to offer! I cant even remember how many dresses I ended up trying on, but each one of them were beautiful. Thank you to Jessica for helping me find exactly what I was looking for and for being so very patient and helpful throughout the whole appointment! I really valued her advice and expertise! All other staff there was very friendly and helpful, as well. I would highly recommend going to Wolsfelts and cannot wait to wear my dress on my Wedding day!

2022-07-27I would give more than 5 stars if I could! Before going to Wolsfelt’s, I had heard multiple positive things about the dress fitting experience there. However, I was finally able to experience this for my own eyes. Right away when we walked in, we were greeted by Amy with a big smile on her face. Immediately you could tell she was passionate about what she does. We were very well taken care of and Amy made my first dress fitting experience extremely memorable. Trying on wedding dresses, especially for the first time, is of course exciting, but also a vulnerable time. Amy made us feel extremely comfortable the entire time and catered to my needs in order to have the best experience ever. She helped me find the dress of my dreams and I can’t thank Amy enough for my first experience at Wolsfelt’s! I would definitely recommend to others!!

2022-08-02I went to Wolsfelts with my mom and sisters to try on wedding dresses for the first time. If nothing else, I just wanted to get an idea of what I liked and go on from there. I ended up trying on a couple different styles and liked parts of each dress. The third dress, though, was AMAZING. I couldnt believe that I could find the dress so quickly, especially since they carry so many options! Sarah, my consultant, was so sweet and helpful, and it was her pick that ended up being my dress. Once we had that matching veil, I knew it was the one, and I said yes! We ended up getting the bridesmaid dresses through them, too, and everything was perfect. Thank you so much Sarah, Rosa and the Wolsfelts team!

2022-02-11I had such an amazing experience at Wolsfelts. My bridal consultant, Amy, was the most amazing person. She was kind, personable, attentive, listened to my feedback on what I was looking for in a dress and stayed within budget. She didnt pressure me AT ALL to buy any particular dress and encouraged me to think on it. But really, I knew all along that the first dress she pointed me to was it. All the gowns were beautiful making it really hard to decide but I am so happy I came to Wolsfelts. Thank you, Amy, for all of your hard working and helping me find my dress. You are a true Gem!

2021-09-08I highly recommend to get your dress/veil from Wolsfelts! They whole staff was really nice and the process was a breeze! I got mine during the Annual sale. I found the most beautiful dress for so cheap.The alterations were perfect. I was pregnant throughout the journey(6months by time my wedding). It fit perfectly.It was the best experience!

2021-06-26I had a great experience at Wolsfelt’s Bridal! They have a huge selection of dresses, and they are so accommodating. My first appointment was running a little over because I couldn’t decide on a dress. Instead of rushing me, several staff members jumped in to help pull dresses, and they helped me narrow down what I was looking for. All of the staff members there are professional, and they seem to genuinely care about each bride. You can tell the staff members have a passion for what they do, everyone I interacted with was warm, patient, and down to earth. They really go out of their way to make you feel like the only person in the store. The consultants are patient and they devote their full attention to you during the appointments.

2022-02-15I found my prom dress here and it was the best experience I could’ve asked for ! The staff made me feel like a princess trying on dresses and Greta was like my real life fairy godmother! I loved every moment and recommend Wolsfelt’s to anyone looking for beautiful dresses.
