Amazing salon! I’ve know Holly most of our lives and used to go to her old salon in Athens, so I didn’t know what to expect when she moved to W&B, but I was more than impressed! It’s such a unique salon & boutique. You’re truly pampered from start to finish of your appointment. Everyone is friendly and highly trained & the prices are extremely modest for the quality of service. Love all the creative minds coming together to create a beautiful styles. The interior design is breathtaking and you truly get what you want when you make an appointment there! Ask for Holly or Jessie!!!

Stevie is an awesome make up artist if that is the correct name for it, and an awesome Waxtician. Clean place to enter mask are required I appreciate that. Boutique is nice as well the appearance of all they have to offer is a 5 star to me. P.S. all the staff speak as well to show there appreceation of you as an customer and make you feel welcomed. I will be back over and over again. 😍❤
I don’t usually leave reviews, but felt this was needed. Incredibly friendly staff and relaxing environment. Went in for a simple cut since I donate my hair about once every year or two. I don’t do anything dramatic with the cut until it is time to donate. Not at all the result I was hoping for for the type of place it seemed. The end result was very disappointing. Waiting for my hair to grow back out, so my regular girl can fix it, because it was cut to where it can’t even be fixed. Talked with multiple people after and they said they had only heard bad things about the place. Very disappointing.
This is my new favorite salon. The building is three floors - reception and a boutique on the ground floor, the hair salon upstairs, and a spa in the basement. I was escorted upstairs for my hair appointment and given a tour of the space, which is beautiful. The staff is friendly and warm, and I love my haircut. The stylist gave me some styling tips and product recommendations, and she took care to make sure the cut was just what I wanted. The front desk validated my parking, which is a great bonus. The entire experience was WONDERFUL.
My stylist was Emily, she was a sweet girl. However, She din’t take time to listen and understand my requirements. She sounded like she knew what she was doing and jumped straight to haircut, i tried to explain the style and hair color but neither did she give me the hair color i had asked for and nor the haircut. Initially i thought ok, let me give it a few days for the hair color to set, but no, the hair color is more of caramel than chestnut.I spent 160$ here for haircut and color. I regret it now!Bottom Line- This place seems good for only blonde highlights and not any other.
Really nice salon! Very welcoming and warm. Their hair products are so good and the stylists are professional. Only issue for me is distance but I plan on going there again too.
Roe did a “mini” facial for me and it was really enjoyable. She was accommodating to my sensitivity to heat, has a soothing bedside manner and gave me a customized treatment along with samples to try. I’d recommend seeing her for the full hour, the only reason I didn’t was due to time. Both my sister and I wanted facials so we thought to try the 30min and we both agree next time we’re getting the full hour!
This place is amazing! I took my nieces (ages 3, 3, 5, 5 and 7) in for a girls day and the stylists were SO accommodating! The girls loved their new cut and style. I couldn’t have picked a better salon for a girls day!
I can’t speak highly enough of this salon, it’s staff, services, and products. I’ve been going here for 3 years and Emily has been my stylist. My husband, too, goes here and loves it. It’s the ONLY salon I will let work on me and you’d be crazy to go anywhere else!!!
Awesome facility which offers almost every salon service you can need. The staff is friendly and helpful. I got a cut, partial color and toner. The final outcome wasnt exactly what I had asked for but I wasnt disappointed.
They did my hair and makeup for my wedding and I felt and looked like a Princess after leaving! Thanks so much Holly and Stevie!

2021-06-01Took my daughter to Megan and we were thrilled with the results of her color and cut. Will definitely go back. Also, this salon has none of that fake judgey mean girl atmosphere. If you know what I mean, then you know what I mean. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and down to earth. It was a great visit.

2022-08-03No longer open on Saturday, our preferred stylist is now only there 2 days a week. Whats the point in even having a business when you are basically NEVER open. You cant make money if youre not open.

2022-02-27Received manicure w gel polish. Was told it would last 3 weeks. First I didn’t receive a manicure. They just quickly shaped my nails and put on polish. The gel polish lasted8 days at best

2021-07-15Im new to the area and needed to find a new go-to hairstylist. Luckily, I came across Willow and Birch. I was placed with Megan for a haircut and style. Not only did she do a great job on my hair, but the environment was beautiful, relaxing and just what I needed to make this new city feel like home for my haircare. I loved how Megan answered all of my questions about products and best practices. She was very friendly, as were the other staff members I encountered. I cant wait for my next appointment!

2020-10-01I love the environment! They really care for you and treat you well. Meagan did a great job for me. I have been trying to explain what kind of hair cut I want for a few years. She is the first that has gotten the vision of what I wanted (a hair cut that shows off my curls just right). Thank you Meagan for listening first!

2019-06-12I really love this salon! I walked in to make my first appointment, and the staff was friendly, helpful and professional. They have a pretty boutique with attractive items for sale on the main level. I found a lovely kimono for a reasonable price.I returned for a color and cut about a week later and Britney did my treatments. She was very knowledgeable and listened to my needs. Britney fixed the brassy coloring a past stylist did and applied a conditioning treatment that fixed a lot of damage. I was glad she also did the cut, because she saw my hair style before we started and improved on it! I was very impressed and felt very happy with everything. I have future appointments made and I reccomend this place to everyone!
