Whole Foods Market in other cities:
Even though it was my very first time visiting this location, I love nearly everything about it, like the setup, fresh produce, overall maintenance of the store, high-quality products, & the customer service. From fresh organic/non-organic, locally grown produce to an array of nuts, grains, dries fruits, beans, and whatnot. Pasture-raised eggs are hard to find and I was able to find it here.Prime members discount was one of my favorite parts of shopping here.Multiple salad bars, a bakery, Sushi-spot, a cafe, a wide range of Cheeses, Meats section & all of this sounds even better at a great price. On top of that, there was a separate area for dining/working/playing, also some toys for the kiddos.PS- Their customer service is outstanding.
Really nice supermarket for organic items that includes food ( packaged and some ready-made), personal care etcThe handmade soaps and bath bombs are really good here. Theres a huge variety. They also stock a great range of wines. The meats section is great too and well stocked. So is organic milk and vegetables. One of the best things here is instant pea nut butter. Totally great
Only reason I go here is because it’s the closest Whole Foods to Will County.Anyways- 3 stars. Why? For organic things you can’t find really anywhere else, this is your spot.Everyday items that you don’t care for them be organic OR same items you can find at Walmart- don’t go here.I always go to the Walmart after this Whole Foods because it’s literally across the street. For example: the brown cane sugar it’s around $5.80…. SAME brand and SAME quantity at Walmart: $3.67.I’m all for organic and paying more for quality but they are ripping y’all off for the same things you can find at Walmart. Lol.
I did not have a hard time parking my car because their parking is wide and then are many available spaces even if there is a lot of cars when I went there to stop by and buy something from the store. I know that Whole Foods is big but this location is seriously that big, wide and spacious. I thought it would be difficult for me to find the product that I needed but I was wrong. The store is big but everything is well organized so it was easy for me to get everything that I needed. I also bought few organics that I found from their fresh and lovely produce selection. Most of the products are yes quite expensive but the rest are fair and reasonable. The staff in the checkout is friendly and helpful too. I did not usually go here in this particular location and I think it was my first time but the store overall is nice! This is kind of far from my place but it is a great grocery store in this neighborhood.
Recently Ive been disappointed with this location. The lines to check out are very backed up into the aisle and it takes forever to check out. The big issue seems to be the cashiers taking a long time to check out. Honestly, this location needs to have self checkout like what you see at other Whole Foods location.
The lines to check out have been horrible at this location. The baggers or cashiers taking forever to bag. I literally have had to drop all the stuff I was about to buy and leave because it takes so long to check out here. This is not a one off, this has been happening frequently enough to the point where I have had enough and will drive to their Wheaton location that has self check out. AMAZON OR WHOLE FOODS!!! You need self check out at this location. DO SELF CHECK OUT AT THIS LOCATION.
I love this location of Whole foods, its on the very end corner of the plaza right across the street from Starbucks 😀 The gluten free selections are quite nice, spread out in the whole store. You can find more of the same brands you find in other grocery stores, like 2 extra flavors of my favorite cookies brand, or brands you cant find in most stores, like SweetAli . Look for extra savings on the pricing tags if you are a prime member and use your app when you are checking out.Edit: you can actually pay using your Amazon app in this location
Was just here 5 mins ago and the line to cash out is literally 10 deep in each line. Only a few registers open... took 20 mins to pay... Manager here must not have a clue how to run a grocery store!! All hands on deck and to the front when its that busy !! Wow figure it out whole foods / amazon
Whole foods has every organic, clean-eating foods/ingredients I need for my limited diet all in one place! They source their foods very responsibly, even if its not fully organic. And their private label foods are just as clean and well sourced. I like that I can trust what Im buying here, and I dont have to run to 5 difference stores to find clean/organic food!
I agreed with the previous reviews. Most of the employees in this store are not friendly, sometimes even rude. I called today about the refund. I didn’t receive the refund for items that I returned. And whoever answered the phone was not helpful, wasn’t nice, and didn’t care about what I am asking for. Few months ago, I ordered cake for my daughter’s birthday, the lady who took my order wasn’t friendly too. I asked her for the advice, and she didn’t try to help me out. She told me we don’t do this, we don’t do that, I asked what she would recommend and she said nothing. Once I bought fish and another time ground meat , it weren’t fresh, stinky!!! I had returned, but never heard sorry from employees. They were acting, like they did a favor for me! I like to shop at Whole Foods, but for above reasons, I will try to avoid this store location!
I ordered the Classic Roast Whole Turkey Dinner for 8 this past Thanksgiving for my family. This was my first catering experience with Whole Foods. Overall, the meal was much better than expected, not that I would expect anything less from Whole Foods. Everything was delicious, especially the turkey! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a high-quality and decently priced Thanksgiving meal!!
Great clean and organized store. Stop by here regularly and it always has everything I need. I only shoo for specific things, not my entire grocery list, because it is expensive so, I come here looking for specific brands and such. The only thing to note is if you go like Friday afternoon, round 4-5pm the food options like pizza sushi etc food court dont have much options. So if you want to stop and get something pre made for dinner, look elsewhere. Lastly, their yummy coffee place is temporarily closed! Bummed but I cant wait for it to open back up!
I have been shipping at this store for 10 years nearly everyday. They have the kindest staff of any grocery store Ive ever been to and the quality of food is top notch.Paul the cashier is a funny and pleasant guy, Mike the butcher always has a funny joke, Danny in the fish department knows what I always get and they all know me by name. The managers always open up an extra lane when it gets busy in there. The management of this store must be very proud of their workforce and the fact that the employees stick around for years and years means they must treat them well.Theres not a single complaint I can think of- meat and fish dept- vegetable and produce- dairy and eggs- pasta and rice- bottled water, sandwiches, salads and soups- hot bar, salad bar, pizza and deliAll ☆☆☆☆☆
So disappointed. I have been going to this store for years - basically since it opened. I am a long term Amazon and Whole Foods customer. I felt like the lady at the checkout was extremely rude and disrespectful to me today. There was a anti bacterial wipe left in my cart by the previous user. It made it on the checkout counter with my groceries. I had no idea it was even there. She made me pick it up instead of just throwing it away…”it came with your groceries, you pick it up”. And then as I was trying to scan my in store code, she said “Mam - I told you, it’s scanned already”. It wasn’t just the words - it was the tone and her expression. Like she was disgusted to deal with me. I don’t know if it was my accent or the color of my skin that upset her but it was a very disappointing experience. I felt like a little child being scolded. I worked for Amazon for a couple of years and I know deeply how much the company values every customer interaction. I was shocked at how rudely I was treated and a part of me can’t help feeling that the lady at the checkout was a bit racially prejudiced. No “customer obsession” and no “earns trust l” today Amazon.
Believe it or not, my first time in a Whole Foods. I was shopping for some fruit and decided to give them a try. Its way out of the way but what the heck. Their prices were not bad compared to other places I like to go. They have different types of fruits that I havent seen at other places. Its cool that employee I spoke to took the time to give me some information on things. I didnt come to shop for anything else so I cannot speak on the rest of the store. Other then that it was clean and had some polite employees. Will be seeing you again!
Ive been going here less than a year. My last experience was not good. The whole foods rep, was very rude to me when I asked what the price was on something that had no visible price tags on it. It was a water bottle. She flipped it over and literally shoved it in my face, as the tag was displayed on the bottom. She was abusive and mean. I told management and they thanked me for informing them. That was it. Thanks
Purchased Whole Foods Market Grilled Chicken Ceasar Salad: Sell By date of 11.06.21Had some yesterday and went to eat more when I found a big dead bug at the bottom of the container. Called Whole Foods. The fresh food prep manager was dismissive. She acted liked it was no big deal. She didnt even ask to see it. She said, no worries, we will give you your money back. Do you have your receipt? I thought its in a Whole Food container. They are making it an easy decision to spend a few more minutes in the car and drive on over to Trader Joes.At Whole Foods Market tonight. They had 2 CASHIERS and long lines on a Friday night.
Great variety as always, but I was particularly pleased with this visit because I finally found a grocery store that sells more than one brand of soybean oil-free salad dressing. I can eat salads as much as I want again without allergy concerns. Yay! One gripe, however. First using the electric carts(yeah, ik, I didnt know either lol)and the lay out of the store just isnt compatible with how wide the vehicles are. Frequently had to reverse out of narrow(and crowded) aisles. Their designs need to be revised or the aisles widened, but beyond that, I enjoyed my visit.
I just got home from being in the wholefoods area. I was going into a nearby store and there was a young man and his daughter off to the side of the parking lot playing instruments and needing help financially. The music was beautiful. I go into the other store, and come out 10 mins later and the man and his daughter are gone. A lady told me that someone from Whole foods came out and told them to leave. They were on public property and were not even in front of your store. Shame on you.
Hello,I love this grocery store and Im here very often. This review isnt to complain about Whole Foods as a business, however, I did have a very unsettling experience today. I went to this whole foods location (75th in Naperville) around 3 p.m. I had my mask around my chin and had just walked through the door to grab a shopping cart. I was not even 5 feet into the doors and was terribly greeted by a young female worker. She was tall (maybe 59) and had very long black hair. She yelled PUT YOUR MASK OVER YOUR NOSE. Not a gentle reminder, not in a welcoming tone, there was no please, just screamed at me like an inmate in prison. Mind you, I had just walked in the doors and was still in the vestibule. If you could please have a conversation with this young woman about manners and hospitality, that would be very appreciated. We are all going through things and that was very rude and made my shopping experience not very worth while.Best,
Not quite sure what the fascination is with this store. Though the store may have a decent selection on certain things, they fail miserably in other areas. The deli counter, for example is laughable and the hot food/deli bar is most certainly a let down as well. The food there is terrible and to add insult to injury, its also expensive. Imagine grabbing a small salad and a couple hot items for a quick lunch only to find out you paid $16 for food you ended up having to throw out due to its lack of flavor and nauseating texture.Other items in the store are way over priced was well vs any other grocery store, but hey, you do get trendy double paper bags to keep and carry around to show everyone that you are better than them.....
The Naperville Whole Foods is a clean and sanitized grocery store. Everything looks fresh and stocked. Employees are courteous and helpful, even during these pandemic times they should be commended. Whenever I shop I get exactly what I came for and they will order if they do not have. Check out is all about customer and employee safety with precautions in place to make transaction safe.
Limited organic in our local stores (thankful for what they have, though). It was worth an hour and twenty minutes round trip to buy food without having to search and hope they have the item I want in organic form.Huge selection. Finally found cane sugar cola again (store brand)! A few of the prices were very good but, in general, youre definately paying to eat unaltered food.Only complaint was the narrow aisles. Good gravy were they narrow. Now if Meijer with their roomy aisles got together with Whole Foods wed be in business.Still, small price to pay for real food. Hopefully we get one in or nearer DeKalb.
Ive never had a bad experience here; the staff is friendly and helpful and the quality is excellent. I especially love the meat and seafood counters. They have a phenomenal selection of cheeses as well. We have even called ahead to have a pizza ready on several occasions when we didnt feel like cooking.
Hey, look, the salad bar is back! One more turn back to normalcy. Find all the good organic produce here, but forgot avocados this time😞.Good people work here. The #1 purveyor of the seafood market is a wealth of knowledge for what to get and how to prepare.Meats and deli are pricey. Some of the best though.
Great selection, quality products. A major issue is with their meat labeling. More than 3 occasions I noticed they label the meat as Animal Welfare Rate 4 but it actually should be 1. Not sure if they do it intentionally or it’s just a careless practice. I also go to other Whole Foods stores but never find such problems. Had taken some photos and will share with the manager.Love the organic bananas there.
This Whole Foods is very clean and organized. They are very helpful, too. When planning a party, I needed to accommodate vegetarians and I had to source some halal meat. Whole Foods to the rescue! I was able to special order from the meat counter halal sausage. They have a great variety of vegetarian foods, including Beyond Meat burgers. The coffee bar is a hidden gem. Theyre friendly and the coffee is shockingly good. Im also a giant fan of their take and bake pizza. Get some extra toppings from the salad bar to really make something special and easy!Update: They recently changed their pizza area. It is now self serve and the pizza looks not as good. I would still get a take and bake pizza, but I no longer find pizza by the slice appetizing here. I liked interacting with the pizza man. Not everything is better when it is automated. Human interaction is still very nice.
I was in the area doing some shopping and decided to stop by Whole Foods to pick up some items for dinner. This store looks old, dingy and had a very limited supply of items. I am really surprised with the condition of the store, being in such a nice area. But, most of the employees were friendly and helpful. I will stick with the Schamuburg location.
I have been a long time Whole Food customer. I just want to say THANK YOU for keeping your store opened in this difficult time. I want to thank all the Whole Food employees who work and keep the shelves stocked up so I can do my grocery. I really appreciate your hard work. THANK YOU!!! Stay safe and Stay healthy!!!
I went to Whole Foods for the first time and I did not know u get additional discounts for being an Amazon prime member anyways I went to get a cake cause I was going to drop it off at my friends house for her birthday (my original plan). And there was no more 5inch red velvet cake 🎂 so I asked if they had more and they did and Angela even asked me if I wanted anything written on it before I took it home 🏡 and she wrote happy birthday Maria on it for me, she was so nice to ask. And they had precautions set up and social distancing since this was during covid-19. So I felt good about my first experience at Whole Foods. And the cashier is the one who asked me if I was a prime member. So that’s great 😃 I’m happy.
Whole Foods is great. My wife is a phenomenal bargain shopper and frequents many grocery stores each week, but she always goes back to Whole Foods for certain items that she feels are of better quality than she can get at other grocery stores. Got amazing Blueberries there yesterday.
The store was clean, but the lady as the register just rubbed off on me the wrong way. Most places when you shop using just a basket, you place the basket on the conveyor and the register employee takes the items out and places the basket. When she told me to take my things out of the basket and didnt instruct me on what I needed to do with the basket, I actually had to ask another customer who had to show me where they go. You need to understand, this is only my second visit to a Whole Food grocery store, first time was in AZ, and that was a really great experience. So even if the customer (myself) was wrong on how you wanted it done, dont cop an attitude, just take the items out of the basket, and then ask the customer to place the basket below and tell them in the future to take the items out of the basket. I cant say Ill ever visit this location again, but Ill continue to shop at Whole Foods.
I absolutely love Whole Foods. Ive been to a few. The presentation is spot on. I was able to easily find everything. COVID brought me to Il. from CA. The 75th Street Whole Foods vibe, gave me comfort, fun, and an amazing 5 star employee experience. I cant wait to come back. By far my favorite Whole Foods experience. Fabulousness.
Great products, amazing service, and I always get a good deal with Amazon Prime. The coffee shop is quite nice, the beans taste fairly freshly roasted. The salad and hot food bar is where its at though. There are some pieces that stick around regularly, but a lot of it rotates based on that months theme. Their Mediterranean food is great, the Korean barbecue is awesome. Lots of great salad bar choices, grilled veggies, its easy to be healthy here. Shout out to the bakery and the California style pizza place as well.
I love coming to this Whole Foods for whatever is that I need. The service is always great, and the selection is wonderful. If you are in the area and need groceries, or if you need to stop for food or a coffee, it is worth stopping by here for whatever it is that you may need. Most of the Whole Foods in the area are well run, but this very well may be the best one around.
Dry chicken from deli case, small portions with entree selection meal thing. Pizza was doughy, and there was only like 3 slices all old looking. It was 5pm you should be cranking out pizza for the rush. Astonishing how they stopped making everything in house to having a commissary make it all for them.
This is a great location for us because it’s across the street from Costco. We can do all our food shopping in about an hour! WF has a great selection of healthy items and we are doing our best to eat better. Their produce is the freshest and even though it costs a bit more, it lasts a bit longer at home. We’ve gotten to try different foods from there like chard and jackfruit. We’ve cut out bread but the bakery is very tempting. The cheese selection is amazing as well and staff is knowledgeable about all of their cheeses.
I like this Whole Foods. Personnel are pleasant and I found everything I was looking for relatively easy. Prices on many things are not the best, so I usually buy just the items I cant find at.other venues. Parking is a bit cramped during peak times but you can find a spot if you are patient.
Store is Whole Foods not much to say thereBut lines are longer then other storesVery few registers openNo self check outBut other then that it’s a Whole Foods like any other nothing specialThey don’t know how to bagHot goes with hot and cold goes with coldAlso, what’s up with the ice they used to give us when we made cold perishable items such as meat now it’s hot out and it’s hit or miss depending on location like it’s not hard to do
Amazing place.Clean, organised, easy safe parling. Has everything in foods and more that I needed. Amazing employees very helpful, very educated about store products. Cashier named Nadia, very efficient, professional and, very kind.Had a great all and all exsperience.
As long as you stick to your list you are safe. If not be prepared to spend your life savings. I do love all the organic options. If I sick to produce and a few small items Im always in budget with great food. The liquor area with the wine options is amazing. So much great wine that you cant find anywhere else. My favorite is getting a new wine, cheese and fruit for an awesome at home night. Everyone is always helpful. Also love the encouragement of bringing your own bag to avoid paper or plastic. Other stores seemed annoyed that your tent using plastic bags. Your kids also get a produce treat after check out with a free apple banana or orange. This is also a great place to stop in for lunch. Go to deli then eat in the table area!
They are out of stock, or discontinued carrying a lot of things we have purchased there for years. This is very disappointing. Dont bother trying tonuse the dekivery service through Amazon, what a complete and utter waste if time, Sunday evening and then they cancel my order after 24 hours, while stuck at home with COVID
I love it here. The selection of chocolates, cakes, cookies, and tarts are amazing and Ive enjoyed everything that Ive ever tried here - and they even have awesome mochi ice cream! Also one of the only places that Ive been able to find cream on top milk. Excellent salad bar and pasta salads too.
Great price for non homogenized milk and great quality too. We wanted to switch to non homogenized milk after knowing that all milk including organic contains Vitamin D3 which is from sheep’s wool often called lanolin. I couldn’t find non homogenized milk in any store but this store very close to my home always carry it.The organic bread prepared at their bakery is also great. The price is usually half compared to other branded bread. They always have special reduced price to one of varieties.
It had eggs (Farmers Henhouse USDA Certified Organic) that met my requirements as well as several items that meet the low fiber/low residue diet. Pricey, but worth it! The associates were also helpful, and the store has a solid layout that doesnt feel too overwhelming.
I have been shopping at this location since it opened. Over the years I have appreciated the quality of products and the service that is offered at this store. There were occasions when I was charged the price for organic items when I bought regular grocery such as tomatoes etc. I overlooked that as an honest mistake by the cashiers who didn’t know though my husband wondered why the default price rung isn’t a non organic item. Moving onto yesterday I picked up a pack of wheat bread loaf only to realize today that it wasn’t baked well. My son made himself a PBJ this morning and complained about the bread tasting different. I look at it and it’s basically just uncooked dough on one whole side of the loaf. How and why ????
Quality and standards you would expect from a Whole Foods, except...now this may be nit picky and it only applies to this location...your Guacamole is sooo bad. I love the WF guac but at this location you constantly make it with as much tomato as avocado. Result is it is super watery and tastes more than anything like, surprise, tomatoes! I know you can do better, had another locations guac the past weekend and it was great, chucks of avacodo not tomato and great thick consistency. Fix it please!!!!
It always has a great feel every time you walk in and has a fresh feeling that other stores dont have... It has a wide variety of healthy choices and few unhealthy things! And the workers there are great and knowledgeable and kind and have speedy checkouts! Love it 💗
Its just like any Whole Foods location anywhere: filled with the most affluent and pretentious people you can imagine. Prices are sky high and the location is constantly crowded. Except if you require specialty products or the fantastic pre-packaged smoked mozzarella pasta salad, skip this place.
I go to this whole food for lunch when I work around there. I LOVE LOVE LOVE their salad bar---you just have to watch yourself so it doesnt get too heavy. I made that mistake my first go-around and ouch! The whole body section is addicting. I try to avoid it b/c I always want to buy something! I swear I get a new scent every time I go here. Oh! and I love the dried fruit in bulk. Yummy!! A fun store where you can definitely spend your whole paycheck if you arent careful. But they stock good quality and you do get what you pay for.
We love whole foods... the bakery items are always fresh.... the deli section has great pot stickers... and stuffed bake potatoes a great... we also love to get the dried cherries in the bulk section... they taste very fresh.. they are great for baking or eat eat when your drinking wine.try a slice of fresh hot pizza while shopping too.
I ordered chocolate milk shake for my 3 year old daughter from wholefoods and found many small and big plastic pieces In the shake which could have been very dangerous for my childs health. After reporting, the manager said that the mixer is fine and they just carried on with serving shakes to other customers. Very irresponsible and sad for such food quality.
I usually like shopping at this location but today was probably the worst experience I have had. Your baggers need a lesson in how to bag groceries. They shoved all my groceries in one double bag and then the handles broke on all the bags and they smiled and laughed it off. Told me I should grab the bag from the bottom. Needless to say Im done. Maybe a lesson in manners would be appropriate too!! Onto the next store.
Its a really good place to go shopping for some nicer things but I couldnt imagine this being a common go to. It is a neat place to find new things however and to buy seasoning in bulk as well. They have good produce, bread, and desserts. Its a fun place to go if your not used to one.
Fancy grocery store. They have a lot of really cool stuff that you dont necessarily see everywhere, but honestly this place is a little more than we need. My wife would qualify as a gourmet cook so she doesnt need most of the prepared things they have here. However, if she were young mom and running out of time, Im absolutely certain the store would be at the top of her list.
I like the store, the layout, and the products. The reason for the 3 stars, i used to love getting the precut berries (strawberries, blue berries. Raspberries, ect.) The last 3 times i bought them I got sick, violently sick, not being able to leave the house sick. One time even at a job interview. So I wont be buying anything from this store again.
Probably one of the worst places to buy lunch/dinner. The wrap I bought was made of stale cracking pita. The pizza slice was just a lot of tomato sauce mixed with mushrooms. And the ‘gelato’ was.. don’t know what to callMost positive reviews here seem to come from usual ‘organic food fan boys or girls’. Quality was never high, though it went further down few notches since Bezos bought it.
Sorry to say but very frustrating.....consistently over the past couple of months the romaine lettuce in the salad bar has been notable poor quality. Brown leaves of rotting wilting lettuce and not to mention a black moldy piece of lettuce. I complained to the deli person and they told me that the store no longer cuts fresh lettuce themselves. They use a bagged lettuce. Apparently they cant even bother to LOOK at what they are serving as they dump bags of lettuce into the server. Such poor quality since Amazon bought them over.
I ordered one whole pizza. But, the employee packed the displayed pizza. It looked pretty cold, even she did not make warm it up. Nevertheless she kindly anticipated. It was made just ten minutes ago .... But I was courageously require that ask to make a new pizza. She was irritated. ^^;;Finally, after waiting ...I bought a new pizza and ate with my family.......My stomach hurts right now. Nonetheless, I like the Whole food store. It was the afternoon of Friday, December 15th.
We bought Oberweis whole milk from whole foods marker in 75th street Naperville , Illinois. The label on the milk bottle indicted the expiriy date was 3 weeks from current date. But when we reached home we realised the milk was already spoiled. This is the 4th time this is happening to us. We have kids at home consuming this product ... Is whole foods not bothered about the quality of the products they supply to the consumer from their shelves ?
Just bought their Coho Salmon on sale. Came home and discovered WORMS! Awful and terrifying. Their entire seafood section is no doubt contaminated and I am questioning the red meats section now as well. We need an explanation as to how and why their meats are contaminated.
This location Has the ridiculous policy of everyone your with needs to get carded for alcohol regardless of who’s buy. Absolutely ridiculous that I can’t buy alcohol with an ID if the other very obvious over 50 person with me who’s not paying didn’t have there wallet with them
I enjoy shopping a Whole Foods in Naperville, when ever I have a question there isnt one person who isnt willing to help or talk food with me. The people who work on the floor are as into food as I am - they can talk about GMO or going vegan, or finding a milk substitute because they are all trying to be healthy too. Who ever said money cant buy happiness has never shopped for a vegan diet at Whole Foods - pure foods equals pure joy!!! My only beef with Whole Foods is their prices at times are much too high - 4.99 for a half pint (20) blueberries is usury!!! I dream of a Whole Foods that doesnt sell meat, fish, or dairy and has a produce section that is twice as large and not one person misses the animal products!!!!
Real unfortunate situation. I went to buy gronola with my little (middle school) sister and saw a single serve bottle of sake. I noticed I was being followed, which as a poc already kinda irked me but Im used to it. Being the adventurous type with a habit for impulse buys I grabbed it and went to purchase my gronola and sake. I was then told that despite being 22 years old I couldnt buy the single small bottle of sake because I was with my 12 yo sister. Ive never run into this problem except at Binnys (a liquour store) with my adult brother. She said it was because WERE too young, which I had to correct her as my state ID (which obviously I handed over from the start) showed I was 22. She then backtracked and said she (my middle school kid sister) also needs a state ID. Very strange and made the situation very uncomfortable. She still tried to scan my granola, but I told her Id be taking my business elsewhere.
Will not be visiting again. The customer service was beyond terrible, the cashier as well as the bagger were very unpleasant and lacked simple customer service skills.. the environment was not inviting at all and i will certainly be spending my hard earned money else where
I hate the prices, I dislike the culture and snobiness that it brings, but they do have freindly service and great employees....I will never go to this soul sucking place....but if your into the same things they sell or the culture it brings, then this is the place for you.

2021-12-28Do NOT come here if you value your time. This is only one of the lines here at 4:15pm on a Monday... they are all just as long, with only 4 lanes open. Excuse is being shorthanded... yes, with Covid that is understandable... to a degree!! There is absolutely no reason other staff couldnt be trained or more incentives to hire, or SOMETHING!!! This is absolutely ridiculous!! Other places dont have this big of a problem.. I could actually drive to Wheaton and BACK and be done with my shopping by the time I am finished here. I needed 3 things, and I have to wait in this insane line to get out. I hate this store. It is ALWAYS like this!! Every single time I come here the lines are outrageous!! Plus, shelves are empty... layout and spacing is horrible. Everything about it is very disappointing... save yourself some time and aggravation... go to Wheaton... its a much nicer store anyway...

2022-05-18Wow really nice store. Clean! spotless! Everything is displayed nicely and they have what seems to be every vegan product available. Dont personally need all the vegan and gluten-free options, but theyre there. The produce is the freshest. It’s worth the trip for healthy food. On a recent shopping trip I was able to find lots of new vegan items that are not in the large supermarkets. Clean, well-lit, well-organized store. Slightly pricey, but not in the context of an organic grocery. Friendly and helpful staff. Great product mix. Great selection of wines. Very nice experience, Amazing store. Happy to come again.

2022-03-02I love how much healthy varieties of food they have . A very nice selection of clean foods, more than any other store around. I was surprised because of the phrase people always say Whole foods whole paycheck, that they do have some reasonable priced foods, especially these last few yrs, mainly sale priced items and the store brand. It is always a fun experience to come to this store.

2022-03-04I go to this grocery store on occasion because, even though I am aware that the prices here are significantly higher than the prices of products in other grocery stores, I cannot ignore the fact that this store has a wonderful selection of fresh, high-quality groceries. The store itself is always clean, well-lit, organized, and spacious with a lot of things available inside, aside from groceries, some unique food finds, and others. That is why, even if the prices are higher, I still go here from time to time to buy some goodies that are unique to this store. My favorite part of this store is definitely their prepared foods. Each time I went in here, before I would checkout, I would go to their prepared foods selection and grab some of their delicious and fresh sushi and rolls. It is definitely not the best grocery store I could recommend in the area, especially with its prices, but their products are really a good option too.

2022-02-18Every time you to this whole food regardless of the time or the day the lines are insane . There are some associates standing around it seems doing nothing and they do not open lanes for people to check out. Also if you ask for help they act like you are bothering them and they have attitudes . I’m sorry but in the world we live in today I believe that nobody should be rude for just asking for help or asking a question .Also they Allow customers to not wear masks and eat food in store . Great job protecting your other customers who want to remain safe .Wheaton Whole Foods is awesome completely different . Even though it’s a little drive it is a better store to shop at .

2022-04-30The lines for registers is ridiculous 15-20 carts deep at every check out, they need to fix this, definitely a reason to shop elsewhere I have seen here other customers with the same comments being answered by the manager with an apology. Better yet get out of your offices and stop wasting your customers time. Mr Manager don’t bother sending me an apology fix the issue instead, be creative utilize others to get the lines to acceptable wait times. Other grocery stores can do it what can’t you!!!

2022-02-26I love Whole Foods so much but this location isn’t it…First of all, it seems tiny compared to other locations. When crowded you can barely walk without bumping into someone, especially with the way people walk these days. Also, why no self checkout? Literally all of the Whole Foods around have self checkout and it makes it more convenient. I hope this one gets it soon! It’s worth driving to Wheaton because it’s so much bigger and feels calm. This location always feels like everyone is in a hurry and pushing carts at 20 miles an hour…lol

2022-03-04Produce department was exceptional. The gentleman stocking the department was super friendly and knowledgeable. This would be 5 stars if the cashier and bagger werent talking to each other the whole time. Plus the Amazon return guy was on his air buds talking to someone on his phone and I couldnt tell if he was talking to me or not.
