Used to be good quality, not anymore. Went there with my son these are actual pictures of what they gave us. Paid for full meals instead they skimp us on more than 1/2 the fry orders. Look closely at the chicken it is NOT A FULL PIECE YOU CAN SEE WHERE SOMEONE TORE OFF PART OF THE CHICKEN. Sad that a Wendys feels they have to skimp people on the food they are paying for. 👎👎👎
HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! 12/10/21 waited in line for a good 20 mins before actually reaching the order window! When placing my order I waited a good 4 mins before anyone asked if they can help me, no I’ll be right with you I had to say hello first I get to the window no hi no nothing the girl just snatched my credit card I asked her for my total before handing over my card because the screen was not working while placing the order! As I waited to get my card back the girl there was scratching and itching her head no hat no hairnet…nothing just leaning and chatting with the other employees I finally was handed my bag and I asked for the receipt… she claimed the receipt machine was broken… this place is really falling apart I live in the neighborhood and I can’t believe Wendy’s got to this point!!!! From the looks at the reviews I’m not the first and last person to complain about poor service and poor quality but something must be done where is MANAGEMENT!!!!!!!! Seriously look at these reviews and yet nothing is being done Wow 😠
If I could give zero starts I would. This place had the worst and rudest staff Ive come across. It does not matter how kind you are they ALWAYS got an attitude. Hours of this place are all wrong, they are constantly closed at night when they are suppose to be open. I think if this place actually paid their works a decent wage, they would have employees who are more willing to care. Customer service is not in wendys motto. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Waited in drive through line since 10:20am. Then asked to hold for a few minutes when I got to speaker at about 10:25am to order, just to be told breakfast is over. Seeing as to how I’d been ready to order since before 10:30am and the hold up was due to Wendy’s I’d think the employee would try to accommodate but no. She was rude and basically insinuated I lied. Won’t order from this location again.
Ordered 2 sides of bacon, sausage egg and swiss cheese croissant and biscuits and gravy. And a biscuit plain. Well they gave me bacon cheese egg croissant and the biscuit was so small plus the gravy was so runny it wasnt thick and creamy like it uses to be. I really liked this place but now this experience has me thinking of other places to go for breakfast.
Literally the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to, if not the worst fast food experience ever. If I’m the management team for Wendy’s I’d either change the entire staff or just close this location. I’ve tried many attempts to provide suggestions after a bad experience. This has included staff hiding and not taking drive through orders 30 min before close. Attempted to talk to the manager about my experiences 3 times and they offered the standard “come in next time and we’ll provide you a free meal to get it right” then when I went they argued with me on what that meant. I could go on and on but I’m tired of wasting efforts on this store. Save yourself and go to a different Wendy’s or try a different fast food restaurant along 95th.
Quality is dropping faster than a Coyote dropping an anvil off a mesa. Today? Cold and over-salted fries. Soda tasted like someone mixed three syrups together. Potato was missing sour cream (that I paid for), was cold and the chives were stale, dry and hard.The outside of the place is a dump. The wall around the drive-through looks like you could catch multiple diseases just by touching it. Its literally covered in spit.Been stuck in the drive-thru multiple times at night waiting - seriously - 10 minutes at the speaker just to have my order taken. No sorry for the wait - nothing. I can see the car at the window being handed several big bags of food, so its obvious. When I finally get the food its with an attitude - and still no apology.
Been coming to this Wendy’s for years. Lately the service and food used to be good. I usually go there during the nights and I always have an issue with the staff, they’re either impatient with taking the order. The food hasn’t been the same as how it used to be, nowadays it will have me feeling sick. This place needs to work on customer service, and go back to the old way of cooking.
Terrible experience and it wasnt the first time. Staff were not wearing masks. Brought to attention of management who also was not wearing a mask and they shrugged. Order was completely wrong in drive thru after waiting 17 minutes. Brought inside to get correct items, waited another 10 minutes and were treated terribly. First food we received was cold and frostys were melted by the time we received the missing items. Management did not care. Contacted corporate. This was the second time in several months this happened. Never planning on returning.
I knew I shouldnt have gave in and stopped here... Against all the times I have failed to stop myself coming before because its omw home and within 5 minutes of home. Per usual... 2 cars in line; took 20 minutes for 3 of us to get to the pay window... Sat there for about 20 more minutes... Expecting maybe Id get warm fries this time; my nuggets and fries were cold.... Again... I rarely give in to stopping because the order is wrong or you wait forever and the foods cold even though youre legitimately only 5 minutes from home. I love wendys; hate this location, maybe theyre understaffed
The drivethru is always pretty fast, people are friendly enough, thr good is hot, and the last burger I had was AMAZING! Granted, I was starving, but it was made perfectly &to order. The mobile app is great. You cant order drinks without ice though. Sux. Oh! The Pineapple Mango Lemonade? Holy cow! Wow! So good if you like any of those things youll love that drink. When they first introduced natural cut, sea salt fries my initial reaction was Can I have the artificial cut, land salt fries back please? I still dont love the fries as much as the Clown offers but these have grown on me. They are pretty good, fluffy in the middle, I like the skin on the ends. And I love Wendys chili as on option. Goes back to the old Weight Watchers points days. You guys know what Im talking about! High protein, low carb. Its great.
Service is super slow! Waited over 20 minutes for my food. Was told to wait by the door for my food and waited longer then I should have! Bunch of kids working and laughing instead of doing there job. Never coming to this Wendy’s again. Will stick to going to the one in Harlem. They have fast service there.
Good was standard Wendy’s food. Service is the same as most Wendy’s locations. Slow, and no personality. No thank you, no interaction. It seems to be the standard that the company sets for their franchise locations. The company needs hire people who want to work and to train them in at least a little bit of customer service.Still I will take Wendy’s over McDonald’s or BK you should head to Culver’s or Chick fil A if possible
At this Wendys there was a 15 minute wait time for the correct chicken in our salad. We were ok with a different time option as we have small children and needed to get home. Then they forgot to give us part of our order in the drive through. When we called they said they could not refund us through our credit card we used even though they told us on the phone they knew they forgot to give us part of our order. They refused to refund us! This is crazy! The manager was super rude and disrespectful she was yelling and said that their was nothing they could do unless we came back up.
Wendys establishments have always been clean, beautifully arranged and friendly. the lobby was well kept, but both the mens and womens restrooms needed attention.The crew member taking orders was rude and probably needs a refresher in customer etiquette.Thank you for the fresh fries, replacing. The old ones you tried to service my colleague with.
Terrible service for drive thru. Waited almost 10 minutes for food while other people were getting theirs and had someone in front of me even waiting for food. No apologies from restaurant. For waiting. Then when got the food only thing got were the chicken tenders. The burgers were lukewarm. Then people were willing to hit cars Due to having to wait for food. This is to me a poor service restaurant for drive thru. They need to learn to work faster.
Straight up save yourself the trouble and don’t eat here. Got a 444 meal on my way to work. Ate it all except for the burger. First bite, and multiple curly hairs get stuck in my mouth. I quickly drove back and explained my situation to the on shift manager, who did give me a refund, but they seemed to absolutely not care about the obvious unsanitary conditions, or what they could do to keep me as a customer, etc. This location is not the cleanest either. Easy to judge this book by its cover.
Workers there are bad. I went back after they failed to make the food fresh like I had asked because it almost never is at this location. they gave me stale buns and cold meat than acted like I had a problem. They remade my food not fresh but with a really greasy bun afterwards. It’s crazy How they prepare you food they wouldn’t even want to be served. They looked mad I came back with a complaint when I was just asking for my food.
Order in the drive-thru at 11:52pm told us to pull up, after 19 minutes at 12:11am. They finally came out with the food, didnt say sorry for the wait or anything. Then get home to find out they messed up the order and the food was cold. Tried calling and the phone was off the hook, how about instead of fighting for $15 an hour, you try to do your job in a timely fashion or go work at KFC where the food and service suck!
I like how they redid the interior and exterior. Its a big plus. The seating is comfortable and the interior is spacious and very trendy. I love the soda fountain. Their burgers and fries are great and the people who work there try their best to make you feel important. I love it!
Drive-thru has given me some of the worst service in the past! Next to the Burger King down the street! They have one young lady who likes to take your order like its a bother! Half the time they forget to give me the drink with the kids meal for my kid! Ive had it with this place and I actually drive 4 miles farther now when my kids want nuggets!
Since we live in the area, we have visited this Wendys for years. Everything was normal until a few months ago when there was an employee who attempted to rip us off. Going through drive through, we used a credit card but there was no receipt given. Being suspicious, we asked for one. The woman then gave a receipt for a cash transaction for the two small items ordered. After returning home and checking the credit card transaction, there was a $26.xx charge on the credit card. Talk about not taking care of your customers... that is a good way to ruin a relationship.
Wish I didn’t have give this place ANY stars. Every bad review about this place thus far is 1000% accurate. They are incredibly rude in the drive through, my order is ALWAYS incorrect even when they type it into the screen correctly. They are always playing with each other instead of acknowledging the customers, they get mad if you ask for condiments even though I requested them when placing my order. And management is right there with them playing over folks’ food. There is ONE young lady who is extremely nice everytime I come through there. I wish I knew her name. They need to hire more like her ! It just sucks that this location is in the neighbor but I will definitely take my business to the countryside location! I’m seeing the owner replying to the bad reviews for the past several months but the service is STILL the same, apparently ! #TRASH
Decent food. horrible service at the drive thru at night. girl with nose ring always seems to have an attitude and needs to learn about customer service. never a hello never a thank you. none of that. at least make the customer happy. i guess thats what happens when you work for a big corporation and dont care for the customer cause at the end of the day youll still get paid. I am a regular customer but probably wont come again to this location again after this
The apple pecan salad was very good however they forgot to add the pecans to my bag even though I reminded them. They gave me parmesan crisps instead. The salad is called apple pecan, so to not get the pecans was a disappointment. Also, they seem to always be out of baked potatoes early in the day. Otherwise service is fast.
Missing multiple items, 4pc. Nugget had only 2 nuggets in box. Cold soggy grease tasting fries!! By the time I went back a hour later, a different manager was on duty and she said she couldnt do anything. It wasnt on her shift. She was starting to get rude....then said she would give me the food. Dinner was over what am I gonna do with more food. I just wanted to be reimbursed for what I didnt receive.
Haven’t been to Wendy’s in awhile. I went through their drive through and asked for a Backnator meal. The girl taking my order said with attitude, “We don’t have that either single or double”. I asked if I could have a double with a root beer with that. The same girl responded with an attitude “we don’t have root beer. (Girl in the background said yes we do) the girl taking my order continued giving me attitude so I drove off. Never again will I go to this specific Wendy’s. TERRIBLE service. If I could give it zero stars I would.
July 2019 Counter manager also assisted an older man with a walker who was allowed to leave his apt. without a nurse. A polite slim stranger aided him in opening the door another gave him assistance in exiting...Offer allowed a $5.00 big Bag deal. clean restaurant with very little power .
Wendys is a good place to get great hamburgers, chicken sandwiches, chili, frosties & baked potatoes. The food here is really good due to it being fresh beef versus frozen patties. You can also have custom burgers made here if you do not want the typical menu item. If you want a burger with say 4 or 5 beef patties they can do that. If you want a chicken & beef burger they can do that too. That is what is so great about this place, you dont have to have the normal run of the mill value meal. The only issue is the cleanliness, the store can put more emphasis on how the dining area is kept clean. This seems to be the growing trend for the younger generation. Always wanting to be on the phone rather than focusing on the job they are paid to do.
Didnt have anything I purposely drove out of the way to get, chili and chocolate frosty is what there known for and yet they ran out of both? More like employees are to lazy to keep them going till close, after I place order for something I settled on and AFTER Ive paid rude cashier says theres a 7 min wait for what I ordered or could settle again for something I didnt want
Unprofecional service bad additude could not get my order correct manager could care less of what was happening at the registers, this type of service is the reason i stoped going to Wendys by my neighborhood and know i will stop going to this one. pay more attention when hiring personal including for the manager possition hire people that care and know how to treat people.
Every time I go here somebody is always huffing and puffing on the headset. Tonight, the cashier Chantell said multiple times oh mah gawwwdddd like she couldnt believe how long I was taking to place my order. Their rude, and I should have immediately asked for a manager and my money back. I cant believe the behavior from the people that should be providing excellent service to their customers. Ill never go back. And Ill never let anyone I know go back to this location.
They need to learn what is on the menu. the service is ALWAYS horrible it never fails they cant NEVER get your order right!!@#$?? I originally stop going to this location and would take the trip to Palos height or Countryside. but it was late hoping i get better service. AND THE ATTITUDE STANKS AT THIS LOCATION!!
This place is literally night and day. Ive never had a problem during the day. Fast, courteous, and professional. At night however, the drive thru seems to operate much slower. The night staff are very unprofessional, and I had 3 consecutive visits after 10pm where my Baconator was on stale buns. 5 stars before 6pm. 1 star from then until closing.
I dont like the staff at that Wendys a brand new renovation beautiful the personnel at that location doesnt do a good job with the upkeep to maintain the good condition of the store using the mens bathroom the floor was very sticky of urine all on the bottom my shoes complained to the manager. Disgusting and nasty.
Not sure whats up with this location but avoid it if you can. Ordered some nuggets and a burger, and the nuggets had bites in them as well as the burger got replaced by some fries (???). Also have never received proper utensils for my order from here, including straws.
Horrible mobile ordering.. waited 15-20 for a mobile order. Lady told me go straight to window passed the cars... sitting in car. waiting no one came or waved me down, had to go all the way around again sit in drive thru to get it.. and all I get is an offer for an extra drink..wow.. oh and they gave me the wrong nuggets.. yay.
Do not go here this is the second time they have messed up my order I ordered a 4 piece chicken tender and when I open my Box I only had 2 chicken tenders thats not even an option that they provide I mean how hard is it to put 4 chicken strips into a Box they were not busy to get the order wrong just lazy ass hell bad customer service I will not be going back if I could give no stars I would
Dirty kitchen, service is terrible, went to the drive thru at 12:45 am told me that they we’re closedThat they were out of food??!!!! So tied of these type of stores/ restaurants closing early, requested to talk to manager was Ignored, ask for the employees name they refused! I guess when the Manager is away the staff will play!!
I absolutely love this wendys drive thru Girl she has A welcoming voice and Shes always patient with me even though I Made a few mistakes with my order she was understanding I didnt know what the 4by4 was but she broke it down to me Wendys keep up the good work we need more people like “Ceondra” !!!
Soggy bread...yuck! The girl taking orders was crabby but I get that because I work at a McDonalds and it was late. But I couldnt enjoy my sandwich because the bread was soaked like water. This isnt by my house so I dont go to it often. The one in Homer Glen is great.
I love their food but today I went with my family and the lady taking the orders was very rude to my pregnant wife who is 8 months she told my wife dont snatch the money from my hand and when we said excuse me she got very angry and started to yell in front of my 3 year old son and continue to laugh and curse my wife I hope someone does something about this her name is Chantelle very disappointed I got a refund because I was worried she was going to do something to our meal

2022-04-28Went inside to use the bathroom before placing my order. Bathroom was clean thats a plus. Lined up to order, the lady was very pleasant & polite. That said, the registers dont accept any mobile payments (apple pay, Samsung pay, android pay, etc) and the fountain drink area was upside down. The counter there was dirty, missing lids, and one of the Coke machines had a very limited amount of drinks.

2022-04-06This place is ok for a quick bite. The sandwich was ugly and looked like it was just slapped together. My daughter and I went for a bite before running some errands and they had just finished mopping. The floor felt slimy, I think its that specific type of tile. It wasnt very inviting. Its probably better if you go through the drive through. Usually we have a pretty good experience there, but this time the sandwiches we got were ugly and just slapped together. Maybe it was a bad day?!?

2022-05-23The young cashier kept saying wat, wat when I clearly was giving my order that was at best given to me in luke warm condition. I told her about it and she refused to believe me. Finally the female manager remade my order and I enjoyed the sandwich. Cashiers need to know customers want to eat first of all not complain about the food not being hot. And customers are always right if you want them to come back. I will return only because of how the manager made my order right. The cashiers really need customer service training.

2022-04-02I was there on the 1 of April was been rushing placing my order for my family by Alyssa and the host was Alexandria that was on duty bc the inside still closed! They mess up on two orders one was my supposed to be a combo meal instead they just added a drink, and the second one was a cheeseburger happy meal and I had stated plain only cheese and ketchup! Now my children can’t eat bc of health issues!! Very bad for their customers smh!

2021-12-09I have dined at the hickory hills location several times over the years but my experience over the last 6 mo has been horrible. This location misses the mark on getting your food orders right so please check before you leave… Also, make sure you get a receipt because there was a time when I ordered a cheeseburger and they over charged me $34. At my last visit, the drive through area was disgusting, the staff was unkempt, disrespectful and rude which seems to be the normal. I ordered, paid for my food and politely asked for a receipt since my previous experiences were not good. The employee (who needed a hairnet) had the nastiest attitude- she told me that she couldn’t give me a receipt, she offered no real explanation and said come back later. Now, why would I come back for a receipt? I then asked for the supervisor who turned out to be just as unprofessional. Resolution—- REFUND!!! Good customer service is everything!!!

2022-02-25Wendys has gone downhill for the last 10 years and this location is no different. The food is fundamentally good but the service is absolutely terrible.Doors locked when they should be open they only today. As usually i regret stopping at Wendys.

2022-06-09Dude i got my food here two seperate times, ordered cookies, didnt get any cookies and paid me for them. they also seem to not get any big, yet simple orders. Dont go here lol.

2022-02-13This is by far my favorite Wendys out there.it all starts with the Manager. Good Management produces good workers. These folks actually care about what they serve and how they serve it. Thanks to them all.
