Crowded, overpriced items, didnt think too much of this place. All of service personnel were on their phones the whole time I was in the showroom. No one has pride in their work anymore. I wonder what their factory looks like if they allow their showroom people to ignore people and be on their phones?
Update:After posting my initial review I was asked to contact support on their Facebook page. After doing so I got an extremely prompt and customer centric response from WeatherTech, so Im updating my review from two stars to four. I just wish my initial customer service interaction was as great as the Facebook one instead of having to jump through hoops to get there.Original Review:While I am a huge fan of the products Ive had, but I would be wary about shopping at the store. I purchased two license plate frames and two of the screw covers went missing off the vehicle. I contacted customer service, but because the order isnt tied to my email and I dont still have the paper receipt the best they can do is half off shipping as a one time courtesy. The piece I need cant cost more than a $1 at MOST and they want me to buy a whole new product. The discount is with more than the part I want, but certainly isnt worth a whole new item. What a joke.
I purchased Laser-measured Floor Mats about 6 years ago for the front and back of my crossover SUV and they are still like new. High quality products that will last years. Cleaning is quick and easy.I recently visited again to pick up an Indoor Mat for our front foyer. Still high quality-made products, friendly and helpful service, clean factory store (walk-ins still welcome - great place to browse and see their products first-hand). Definitely worth a trip. Even during the pandemic, the teams organization is as on-point now than ever. Curbside pickup was a breeze.
I had a great first time experience. I ordered online but picked up at the factory store. I drive 75 minutes south because I just had to check them out, as I am a huge sports car racing fan. They are respecting customer health and safety and still offering awesome products. Will visit again, for sure.
The best place for all your vehicle protection needs. The staff is amazing, Paul the installer was knowledgeable, polite,and very fast. This store has it all for your vehicle, to pet needs and pet protection in the vehicle along with phone holders, protective films for paint and so much more. I wouldnt trust any other brand or company with my vehicle.
Excellent customer service! They have the social distancing and safety for the the staff and customers down to the T.Worth the price to protect your cars carpet. Specially with the amount of salt we bring in during winter. Easy to install mats but they also offer to install them for a small fee and you get to enjoy their complimentary coffee while you wait or shop around, which offers a variety of drinks. Big difference in the mats coverage.
What a fantastic company.went there today and bought floor liners and a dog feeder. The prices are really reasonable for the product you get. The store was incredibly clean and organized and while your waiting for the product to be brought to the recieving window they have a wonderful cafe serving any kind of coffee you want hot chocolate and danishes for free. Customer experience is second to none and the associates are way over the top kind and pleasant
This is a great place to shop for car-related items for yourself or for gifts. Even though it was very crowded we were able to get in and out quickly with a car cup phone. If you need to wait for an order, coffee and pastry is available for no charge at the cafe. If you want to browse many of the products are on display in a full size SUV on the showroom floor. And all their products are made in the USA!
Absolutely a fantastic experience from the moment I walked in, to walking out. Quick and easy. WeatherTech has done it right. Well worth the visit for sure. A well oiled machine. Complimentary coffee and sweets too!? WOW!!! You must go! Dont order on line. Youll miss the great experience!
Follow up from previous post: I called customer service to follow up on Sunday since I was told the package would arrive by Friday. They gave me the tracking number which said that Fedex had not even received the package yet. Called customer service and they wouldn’t do anything to fix it. I think it’s ridiculous that they responded to my post like they fixed their mistake and took care of the customer when in reality they didn’t do anything. Just want people to know the truth about this company.my post “Spent over $400 on an order from WeatherTech because I believe in paying extra money to get a good quality product manufactured in the USA. After receiving my products, I went to install my no-drill mud flaps and after taking out the Jeep factory bolts and fasteners, realized that I was missing hardware parts necessary for installing the mud flaps. After calling customer service on Monday and waiting on hold with 100+ callers ahead of me, I was told that they would send me new parts that I would receive in the next 2 weeks. They would not overnight the parts despite the fact that I was leaving in 5 days and would be unable to receive the parts after that. They could not give me an estimate on a date I would receive them. Horrible customer service that they wouldn’t go out of their way to fix THEIR mistake and take care of the customer. I will not be ordering anything else from them and will be advising my friends to avoid purchasing WeatherTech products.”their response: “Hi, Jenny. I sent your feedback to our Customer Service Manager. It looks like your shipment should arrive tomorrow [Friday] barring any inclement weather.”
I had bought these floor mats Jim Norton Toyota in Tulsa and I that were durable, this warped floor Matt on the passenger side of my 2014 Toyota Tacoma 4X4 there is a 3 inch gap from the left side and to the actual floor Matt. Drivers side is fine no warping but passenger side no big gap these Very expensive WeatherTech floor mats shouldnt do that after only 2 plus years. I cant keep affording these custom floor mats every 2 plus years, not when Im Disabled Police Officer and on social security disability insurance. I would not highly recommend weather Tech Floor mats they dont last especially what you pay for them , my Walmart inexpensive floor mats lasted a lot longer than these ones, this is definitely a manufacturers defective these mats should be up against the carpet not 3 inches away. I was contacted right away from WeatherTech customer service I sent them a few photos of the problem the our sending me new floor mats. I would Highly Recommend weather Tech for all your shopping Needs.

Love the new HP liners. Got them for a 2016 Silverado, the store is well worth the drive to check out. They have complimentary drink/coffee and snacks. We have the liners in our 2007 Tahoe which we installed when it was new they still look pretty dang good after 14 years and 240,000 miles. Made in USA 🇺🇸 is awesome too!!!
My whole experience was great but..... the cost, ouch!Web site was very easy to navigate. Never had to wonder what now? Site guides you very nicely. Thank you!My only hick-up in this experience was ....There are big signs advertising curb side pick up, yet i didnt notice a sign directing me to turn here to curb side pick up. I actually drove past the turn in looking for the white tent n watching traffic at same time.Once there no problem in-out. Guy working it was on his job n polite. My linners fit perfectly! Weather tech you know what you are doing. Nice job!
Great buying experience at their outlet store. Just note- the store is PAST the weather tech warehouse campus about a 1/4 of a mile down the road. Was happy to see they had my 2020 Range Rover Evoque mats in stock! Ample parking and handicapped entrance is provided for those that need it. You take a number and wait your turn. The nice thing is that it’s a huge store and they have all their accessory products out on displays that are easy to get to. They have samples on each one so if you want to feel thickness or sturdiness, you know exactly what you’ll be getting. Prices are up and very visible as well. There were plenty of customer representatives each with their own counter. Each had a sample of the colors of plastic that the car mats come in. Very easy ordering once your number is called too. The nicest thing they had was after you place your order, you go over to the coffee barista bar and order a FREE cappuccino or latte with fresh baked cookie or croissant! It’s set up like a coffee house so you can sit and wait for your buzzer to flash to go pick up your order! Everything is wrapped very nicely. Very smooth and simple operation. I wish more regular stores worked this way. Best buying experience! Proud that there here in Illinois!
Dude, this store was absolutely amazing!!!! Easy to get to and lots of parking. I was greeted by a door guy who helped direct me. The store its self was SUPER clean and wickedly awesome setup. The people who helped me were 100% nice. Everyone had a smile there, and the whole vibe was super chill. I didnt wait long either, it moved pretty quick maybe 15 minutes. Then I found weather tech makes other products!! I have not been impressed with a store like this in a long time!!!! If I could give them 10 stars. DEFINITELY worth the trip for a superior product!!!Even had a free cafe**********
Factory store is clean and safety measures are being used to keep you healthy during this pandemic. Staff were very friendly and helpful in completing my online order in a timely manner. I enjoyed my complimentary gingerbread chia beverage while waiting for my order to be fulfilled. I received a prompt text message when my order was ready to be picked up. I walked over to the pickup window with my receipt, I was given the product I ordered and I was on my way.
I been wanting weather tech floor mats for the longest time. Decided to take a trip to the outlet today. Great setup. Everyone is very nice and helpful. Great quality!The only issue why i didnt give it 5 stars is because I didnt consider it to be an outlet store. Outlet stores have lower prices. Same as online. No savings besides shipping cost which was the gas I used to go there. But I will buy again-only online this time.
A display of pretty much everything they make and everything is made right here in America and the quality speaks for itself.The location is nice with a free freshly made coffee bar and barista to make a drink of your choice.You also get to try the accessories to make sure they fit your vehicle right at the location and get assistance with qualified tech.The store could have been a little bigger.

We both have the same German Shepherd Long Hair dog!The NEW HP Floorliner product is a nice soft matte finish without the weather tech logo.They also have tiny spikes to help grip the carpet for a more secure fitLooking forward to the Tesla MY to have the HP product! I ordered mats on the 21st as a Christmas gift for a friend. I knew that it was last minute so I paid an additional $135 for the overnight shipping option. It’s now 3 days after Christmas and not only did my friend not receive the gift but it was actually never shipped. I emailed a dozen people and haven’t heard back. I called a dozen times and only got emotionless employees who couldn’t care less about my situation and simply told me that they will forward my case to god knows what “department”. After reading the other reviews I realized I’m joining the rest of the group that the company ignores. I’ll bet anything that someone will respond to this review simply asking me to call the 800 number…smh
You should not be selling thes cup holder for phone. Just think about it, you have to look to right and down. We heard about a major accident where the person admitted he was looking down at the phone. VERY POOR!! I would never buy this product. I do have the floor mats.
This place is awesome. Again, they sell car floor mats. What a show room. You have to take a number! But No one there. I bought a pair of floor mats for my work car. Jeep Grand Cher. 2014. While waiting, they have a coffee bar!!! Again floor mats. They fit like a glove. Thanks Weather Tech!
Great customer service that is confident of the product. Friendly staff. The cafe could give Starbucks a run for their money. The muffins were great too. The product fit the car snug and had its first spill almost immediately. Cleaning was quite a breeze. Would recommend.
Even though the right car was selected, the liners sent did not fit my car. I bought the liners in US, and took them overseas. Weathertech made it impossible to replace the liners for the right ones. Customer service said they were going to send specs of the “right” liners they were supposed to send. Till now, I haven’t received any info. I offered to buy the one liner that needed replacement for the right size, and they said they only ship pairs! Even to fix their mistake the customer has to pay extra. I’m afraid to buy products from them again, since they don’t stand behind the quality of their products. Horrific customer service.***Changed the score from one to three. Even though there was an issue, they contacted me and solved the problem to satisfaction
This started off as a negative experience with a purchase that was $500 fora complete set of mats for a 3 row suv as well as a trunk mat.WeatherTech is the best maker of liners out there and have always done a great job. But on this one occasion the floor liners were not the quality I expected.I actually went into the factory store to show the employee the issue in hopes of an exchange. What I got in return was a manager named Aimee Long.Great companies make great products….. but great people make companies great. Aimee is a rockstar and truly understands what her company stands for and what customers need. She was so focused on the key details and ensured me that they would make it right.She emailed me when my new floor liners were ready and had them shipped to save me the commute. I rarely see this level of service and Aimee truly sets the tone for the factory store. She is someone who truly knows how to problem solve and turned a soon to be ex-customer into a customer for life.Thanks for the help Aimee.
Bought vent visors and one of them broke while installing. I came back about an hour after purchasing, explained my dilemma and they offered a replacement at no additional cost. Great customer service, beautiful, clean and complimentary café on the day I went. Very good experience.
Thoroughly impressed with the Weather Tech compound they have down in Bolingbrook. Their factory store was amazing. Prompt, courteous service and a lovely, free coffee bar while you wait. The quality of their products is also 2nd to none, I have their all weather floor mats in all 3 of my vehicles.
Aside from the fact that everyone went on lunch at three in the afternoon today and they herd you through making you sanitize your hands and such, store is great to have locally. Picked up window vent shades for the truck. Had them installed. Had to wait over half an hour to have this done despite there being nobody else in the store to speak of. Nothing anywhere about driving my truck anywhere. Cross your fingers nothing ever happens point A to B and B to A while you wait. This apparently has changed in the last year and is discretion of each person as they come out to the vehicle. Overall pleased with the experience. Have been a long time customer here.
Long time customer. Decided to purchase the mudflaps for the first time to find the hardware is very cheap. The provided screws don’t secure the mudflaps safety into the also provided u-clips. Called customer service and they offered to send another hardware kit, pay a $30 fee for Weathertech to install them, or return them for refund. Asked if they provided prepaid shipping labels but turns out the customer has to pay return shipping at which I’m reluctantly refusing. Not going to pay for shipping for poor workmanship on their products.It’s very unfortunate that they skimp out of cheap hardware whilst providing very good products. Sadly, I won’t be driving 1.5 hours to return these. Might just have to fork out additional money to purchase better hardware at the local ACE. Very disappointed with this.
Just got a new car and it was already decked out in weathertech gear in the interior so I ordered front and rear deflectors. Came fedex home ground so they delivered to me on Sunday and installed them this morning. They look and feel great. High quality all the way including customer service! Thanks and youll always have a customer in me.
Very nice store. Free coffee or coffee drinks. The people working were friendly. Decent place to pick up your weathertech products albeit they are pricey. However, looking at this store and the workers that they have to help, you can see where some of the extra funds go to. Its honestly well worth just to stop in and have a look and get a coffee. Pretty easy to get to from the highway was well.
Khloe was great! My original order was not right, but she made it right and saw to it personally that I was satisfied by putting the mats in herself to make sure they were right. Great customer service. Products are a little pricey, but this is my first time buying the products. Now I know there are other items I want already. I will be back and you should too!!!!!!!
Would give it 5 as I love their products however I’m not a fan of the “take a ticket” and wait to be called. I wasn’t their for custom items but for 2 things which they have out in the showroom. They could have a register just for those of us that came in for something and want to get moving . However , with the ticket I had to wait almost 30 minutes while others were ordering customs items. I get they want people to spend more money , but also keep in mind many of us need to be other places.
Very caring and nice staff. One of my rain guards flew off while I was driving after being on my car for 2 years, I didn’t even have to ask before they offered to send a free replacement out. I got the replacement in the mail not even 3 days later. Thank you very much for caring about your customers ❤️
I had a bed topper break and they took care of everything with in 7 days after I sent pics . Marta colon in customer service is a rock star. She walked me through the process kept me up with the progress. I will be a customer for life and tell everyone what amazing customer service I received
Let me just say.....fantastic! My first time going there and I was not disappointed. The staff is so friendly. The facility is clean. And the service is exceptional. The coffee shop alone is worth it. They have curbside pickup, but I recommend going in just to see all the products. They had more than I imagined they did. While you wait for them to process your order, have a seat by the coffee bar and grab a drink and a kolache. Overall, it was a great experience and more businesses should follow in their footsteps to proper customer service. Well done WT !!!
Have bought floor coverings for 3 different vehicles and their cup phone. No problems any time. However, just bought the bug shield for a 2021 superduty and the fit is terrible. Wont fit underneath the weatherstrip and the shield interferes with the rubber bumper guards. Very disappointing.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Only 4 stars because they dont make items I was looking for again. @ why not make floor liners for between the 2nd and 3rd rows of a minivan? Minivan = kids floor liners would definitely sell! Why not make seat covers for an F150 front bench seat? I understand not being able to carry every single item for every vehicle but I think items like these would again definitely sell.
It’s always excellent customer service at WeatherTech whenever we stop by or is on a phone call. They really know how to take care of their customers and take any issue from big to small seriously. You pay a little bit more for the products but honestly with the peace of mind it’s all worth it.
Well organized, and very safe experience, if youre worried about the showroom environment. The coffee bar while you wait is genius. The products? Well, they almost speak for themselves...suffice it to say that I bought a new Pilot last night, and Weather Tech was my first destination. Gotta protect the new ride!
After purchasing my 2019 Ford Explorer my wife and I went to visit our daughter in Naperville, so I thought I would stop by the WeatherTech Factory store in nearby Bolingbrook to pick up car mats. Stepping into the store front I was extremely impressed with the facility as well as the staff. Entire staff was pleasant and welcoming, very customer focused, and organized. I asked the lady that took my order how she liked working there. She responded that she had worked there for 17 years and loved it. I proceeded to wait in the lounge area, which was very nice, and took advantage of a complimentary Latte and pastry in their Coffee bar. I asked the young lady at the Coffee bar how she liked working at WeatherTech and she too said she loved it. Ive been a dedicated customer of WeatherTech products due to their Made in America focus, quality products, innovation, and will continue to support this company in the future.
If youre looking for floor mats or similar car accessories, this is clearly the place. Pre-order and pickup handled very well. I shipped some other places for floor mats, and they did custom cloth or carpet mats. But when I liked for rubber mats, their does said they just third-party them from Weather Tech. So I just went to Weather Tech.
Only the best Car mats and accessories are made at WeatherTech! They are known for making the mess retention floormats until you wash it away. Not only WeatherTech sells custom floormats for your vehicle, as well as Other Accessories such as the side window deflectors, All-Weather License Plates, Apparel, The Pet Comfort feeding system, and the all new Cup-Phone. While you wait for your floormat order you may look around at other merchandise sold. There is a Motorcycle display. You may order some complementary refreshments and sit at the Lounge. There are friendly staff that can assist you at anytime. The Factory store is well organized and tidy all along.
Very nice place if youre looking for great vehicle accessories! It was very busy the day I went (mind you it was in December 2020), but the wait was not bad. I was able to get exactly what I wanted, and I didnt have to wait for it to be delivered, which is great, because Im not a patient person. Thank you Weather tech!
3 out of 4 times i have been here i have had a very bad experience with the ladies at the front. Very first time, one refused to take my payment, I had to call a manager to use my own money......like seriously?..., second time was very short tempered. Third time, visors flew off the car and people had to dodge flying objects, I called these guys, they apologized and send new ones, they turned out too small again, so I drove about 50 minutes just so they look at them, the lady just went off on me, and I just left and told them to keep them. I just forgot to return them coz Im not always home and always moving. I dont plan on buying or recommending a single thing after that experience. I feel like I got treated bad for having parts fly off the car and them just saying F off, get out of here
I work here and my coworkers are polite and very nice indeed. Supervisors are respectful and the facilities are always clean. I take pride at this job and serious. You get what you expect at WeatherTech® 🤣🤣 Theyre gonna steal this. I wanna cut if yall advertise this!
Shopping in store here is always a highlight of getting a new vehicle for me. The staff is awesome, the showroom is neat, and the coffee is delicious. Roll up, sanitize your hands, take a number, tell them what you want, pay, grab a fancy drink from the coffee car, sit and wait for 5-10 minutes, head out with your car well protected.10/10
Gosh dang, the guys and gals here were so friendly when I pulled up for some new floor mats! I ordered them the day before and had no idea where I was going. Walked inside and they let me know there was a pickup tent for online orders. They had my order out and ready to go within about 5min and the guy who got my order for me was so personable and friendly!
Great products and great customer service. This is my second time visiting the store, and they are always attentive and quick to greet and help you. Today was very busy, given the proximity to the holidays, but I got in, ordered, and was walking out with my products in 30 minutes. Not to mention, the full service coffee bar is FREE! What a treat! I highly recommend their products, and if you live close enough to drive, youll get your products quickly.

Any WeatherTech product youve ever heard of--and a few you didnt know existed--are available for purchase. The knowledgeable, friendly staff are happy to help, and, as an added bonus, theres a free cafe on the premises serving drinks and snacks. Save those shipping costs and stop in!
Honestly really disappointed, as I know plenty of people who have been very satisfied with their Weathertech products. In my case, I needed a bed cover for my F150 before an upcoming trip. I placed the order for pickup, and was notified the next day that the product was actually out of stock. Thats understandable, but I had a limited time window, so I placed an order with a different company.However, after returning from the trip, I had an email stating my order was ready for pickup. The email also said if I didnt pick up the order in 48 hours, the payment would be refunded and the order would be canceled. So I figured it would work itself out.Well, its now more than two weeks and three emails later, the $600 charge is still showing on my credit card, and the company is no longer responding. I hate to air my grievances publicly, but at this point I dont know what else to try.
This place is great! I love coming to this location. Staff is very professional and friendly!!! Highly recommended. Angelica helped us the during our visit. We had the best costumer service. Angelica went above and beyond. She always checked in on us and made sure that she kept us posted while we were waiting on installation service we had done.

If you love your car take a drive to Weather Tech to get all the really nice car products you will need to keep your car looking good. They also have some really cool pet products worth buying. Fast and friendly service. Abit of a mess up on the phone order. So ins ear of the white tent. I had to go inside and start the order again. I guess I got marked for a delivery, but made it clear I was picking it up. After going insidem, masknon, placed the order and 25 minutes later I was walking out.bthe parking and building are handicapped accessible. Staff are friendly. Nice cafe to grab a drink at as u wait. Love the Weather Tech mats. They fit really good.
Absolutely amazing floor mats! I was a little skeptical but I decided to go ahead and buy them and I must say they are the best floor mats you could possibly buy. They are absolutely amazingly, theres no bunting or any problems that Ive had so far. I will definitely be ordering more in the future!
Mats ar ok free coffee while waiting cool. But still some of the staff are rude and also the fact that you might wait for your one item half an hour then you have to put it in or install yourself and technicians wont help you. Then if you brake something they say its your fault. For example I tried to buy and install side window deflectors and it wasnt a fit even tho it was supposed to be for that particular vehicle model. So my doors gots scratched just like window glass itself. So I had to return it but the damage is there forever
We have an 8 year old car and the second row mat started to curl on both sides. I hesitated to contact the company because it seems nowadays not many companies will honor a warranty. Much to my surprise THEY DID. We have used Weathertech in all our previous vehicles and have been very happy with them. My husband cleans them yearly and each time the look brand new. They you Weathertech.
I decided to try weather tech out for my newish car. I went to the factory store and it was quite the luxury. They had a cafe setup with free coffee. You can wait there while your order is prepared and you pick it up right there if its in stock. Very cool setup. That was a few years ago, my weathertech floor mats have been through several chicago winters. They may be a little faded from all that salt but my carpets are spotless. Exact fit like they advertise.
This is my 3rd time buying floor mats for my vehicles. Cant say anything but these products are nothing but the very best in quality and price. They fit like a glove. These products are made of the finest materials. Cant see myself buying cheap floor mats from someone else. You pay for what you get. They also expanded their line in houseware and pet products.

We went to buy car mats for my boyfriend whos birthday is Aug 5th. My gift to him. We got there the girl asked a few questions about hi car.We got the mats and they didnt fit, so Jim proceeded inside to get help. We found out they were wrong ones for his car. The man who helped us was,very understanding and took back the first set,and preordered another set. They fit perfect. Everyone was pleasantly helpful.And the coffee bar was a nice treat. Thank you for all your help.
Customer service was great. Place is nice; clean and organized. Has so much to choose from and many products available. Complimentary coffee/tea bar with server/barista. I was greeted when I walked in and was assisted right away. There is a nice waiting area as well. Will come back for other vehicles. Came in to get gift for a friend car
This gets a 5 star because the people in the store are so freaking amazing. However, I called ahead and asked if they had the mats for my car, David the person on the phone said, yes we have them, but because I would come in 10 minute before they closed they wouldnt sell them to me. So if you call and get David on the phone just hang up and go to the store.
Came in today to get cleaning supplies for our mats & addressed some things with Steven with our mats he was the best. Helpful came out an looked at our concerns with the mats an educated us . Loved visiting the store. This was my first time at the store it was really nice. They have a very nice little drink Cafe where you can get a complimentary drink while you wait for your order. Everything was neat and well laid out so you view items as well. They had a nice set up for covid 19 where you can stil socially distance yourself from others. I will definitely be making another trip soon
Horrible experience, do not go. I literally drove 400 miles out of my way driving home to Alaska to pick up $340s in mats as they do not ship to me. Even stayed In a hotel the night before a mile away. Tried to do curb side pick up online and they did not have the option on checkout as stated. Then did a phone order for the curb side. Even though the person sounded a little incompetent from the comments made to me, I thought I was good to go. Went to pick up my mats and was told there was a problem with my payment. (There is zero problem with the payment method I gave them) Young girl working the pickup didnt know what to do and said to go inside and buy them. Im trying not to be around a hundred other people in a cramped space, this is why I did curbside. Go inside to find I am given a deli style ticket and have 50 people ahead of me. Absolutely unreal. The chaos in this place was like watching a National Lampoon Christmas movie. To many employees doing things that dont matter instead of focusing on the customer. I end up going to a pick up window to see if I could explain my situation. Talked to 5 people with 5 different responses. Each one literally pawing me to the next as they didnt have a clue what was going on themselves. I actually felt bad for them. Finally someone got a Manager. After a whole bunch of BS I finally got my mats. After 2 1/2 hours! There is way more to this story but its not worth the energy. Just stay away, trust me. If there was any other company I could get mats like this from they would have my money. Classic to big, to cocky. Someone will come and do it better if you dont get it together. No buisness is immune to this, Ive seen it many times in my own line of work.
I bought the Lamp Guards, read the directions, watched the video, heated the lenses, and these are just impossible to install. You cannot physically wrap the heavy plastic on a curve and at the same time bend it over the top edge of the headlamp without a bunch of excess plastic in the corner. Try wrapping a box without folding the paper at the corners. If you can do that, you can install these. It was a tough $85 lesson. These would work on a flat headlamp just fine but on anything like my new Nissan with a curve and an edge, save your money.
I was surprised when walking in that this place was just a pace that sells vehicle accessories. Its a very nice office/store. The greeter at the front door is super friendly and the check in process only took minutes. While you wait you can treat yourself to free coffee, tea, and pastries. The actual wait only ended up being 10 minutes. I was impressed.
If you havent been there your missing out. The store is very clean, modern and has so much to look at including a vintage Porche tractor and so many products made in the USA at their production plants right on property. There is also a complementary full coffee bar with free handcrafted drinks and pastries. They have had everything in stock I wanted to purchase from their custom fit floor mats for vehicles to their pet bowl systems. I am a frequent customer and all the products I have purchased have exceeded my expectations. One really big benefit of visiting is the excellent customer service, you will not be disappointed. I highly recommend a visit to the Bolingbrook location.
Five stars for their products.Zero star if I can give for their online sales.They don’t return email inquiries. Customer may have questions and concerns or just to verify right part number to order. No reply.Amazing considering this day and age of online shopping importance. I’ll continue to support their products through third party retailers. Get rid of your online sales. BC they don’t exists.
I really like their first class factory store. Have been using their products for years. The store provides a great view of most of the products they offer. The staff always greet you with a smile. I especially like that the provide you with a free coffee bar with free sweets to have with your coffee or tea. If you have a new car or an older one I definitely would recommend a visit.
A nice store where you can see, touch, feel, and purchase WeatherTech products. They have a very efficient ordering process and they pick the products for you in a few minutes. Plenty of parking is available. Plus, they have a free coffee bar where you can get a drink while you wait for your order picking.
Horrible experience buying... Their system charged me twice and now I have to wait... For a dispute... I was not given anything for the inconvenience.. I felt almost like I was bothering the staff.... For sure will think twice about going back. Product is ok... I am paying for the workmanship of the plastic and the measured product for my car... Not for the customer service . That is for sure. Buyer beware...
This place is fantastic! No wait, made my order, had a coffee and muffin top while they got my order ready. Neat and clean. I was able to walk around the showroom and see all of the products they make. Guy came with my mat and installed it as well.Super happy and impressed
Purchased a set of floor liners for my Tacoma with the understanding that they had a lifetime warranty. Holes ripped in one of them so I called to get a replacement. I was informed that in 2018 they changed their warranty policy and it would not be covered for fair wear and tear. They did give me 10% off on the replacement purchase. I had the intention of ordering several hundred dollars more for my other vehicles. I am now reconsidering that. I will see if there is another American made company that has and will honor their warranty. Kudos for being America made though
Speedy service, the staff was very helpful and friendly. I was impressed that I was in and out of Weather Tech in less than 5 minutes start to finish. Also, I didnt even pre-order them they are that quick! They have a very nice complimentary coffee bar that you can visit while you wait. Im extremely happy with my floor mats for my new Soul!
Ordered ahead. This was the 5th set of car mats purchased.2nd set of window gutters.Car mats are great... however the Gray doesnt come clean. Looks dirty even after a good power wash. Last Christmas ordered a trunk mat & window gutters for 2017 Ford Escape. Trunk mat doesnt fit properly at all. Constantly slips, causing hatchback Not to close properly. Took back to factory immediately after holidays and they set it in place same as I did. Still slips. Finally took out because my vehicle was not locking due to mat catching latch. $ 120.00 wasted. Although notified 3x about problem... nothing done about it.. except an employee putting in car again for the same problem to happen. My trunk protector is now an expensive mat so cat litter doesnt get everywhere. I also ordered a set of window gutters for front windows on 2017 Ford Escape and a 2017 Ford Fusion. They state everything is made by specifications except both sets are way to long for the window. Doesnt fit between window and outside mirror. $100. Each set. Yes they did refund me with a restock charge. I also ordered low feeding systems for dogs.$15. each, The one dog ate his indestructible bowls as part of his meal. Now that All our cars have car mats I wouldnt buy from them again. Car mats will probably disinigrate after too much foot traffic. These products are costly . Next car I will buy less expensive mats and throw away when over used & buy new ones again. I can perk up my car several times with New mats for the price I paid for these.Caution... Products are not worth the money that I paid for them. Customer support isnt anything they claim to be..
Three days before Christmas, wall to wall customers, and extremely organized. Walked in and was given a numbered ticket, told about an hour wait. Twelve cashiers, one number caller, complementary hot and cold drinks. ..I didnt mind waiting! I was in and out in less than an hour. Perfect customer service.
I have been there multiple times. Every time has been a wonderful experience. Always greeted with a smiling face & a hello & excellent customer service. I always get my items quickly & there is always something cool to check out, be it bikes, cars or new accessories. Free coffee while you wait too! A+ everything.
Wow, what customer service! Bonus is the free speciality coffee and drinks! They got us in and out very fast. Even the bathrooms were comfortable.You walk in, grab a number, get your coffee and snacks, then wait for them to call your number. once they call you they help your choose the items you want for your vehicle. After that you get a pager when your order is ready. The whole experience was very relaxing. There is no discount for products at the store but you do save on shipping. Also, all their products are Made in America. I will be updating the review once I see how well the product handles. They are quite expensive as I paid over $700 for floor mats, seat covers, and a window shade for a 2013 Avalanche LT. I was a little sticker shocked however got get what you pay for. And these mats held up quite good in my former 2005 Jeep Liberty.I will be returning in the future for window rain guards and a big shield.Top notch customer service and cant say enough about it.
We have owned their floor liners for a couple of years now and have to say they really do offer the best protection for your vehicle. The factory store itself is very good, they offer free snacks and beverages while you wait. Just keep in mind that the store is usually pretty busy at all times.
The drive there was pretty tough. But once I got to the place it was a marvelous store. The people were very helpful friendly and nice. they have a free cafe where you can get little snacks and different kinds of coffee or tea for free with a very nice waiting area not far from the pickup window. I was told it would probably be 10 to 15 minutes. I was quite surprised when I had just barely gotten my coffee when theyre little ringer device went off. So it was probably barely 4 minutes tops. I bought two side deflectors, and I made the trial run at installing them. It doesnt look too hard but then I am technically challenged. So Im going to watch a quick video on it on YouTube and proceed from there. Overall the visit was extremely nice
The seat covers are very well made BUT the drivers side cover is identical to the passenger side and so the controls to move the seat are totally covered up. I called the company and they told me that yes, if I looked closely the part numbers are the same. They told me that perhaps I could find a way to make it work. WHAT?!! I spent over one hundred dollars on an item that I am expected to jerry rig? They are the ones who advertise the passenger side and drivers side as separate items. At the very least this is misleading advertising. Perhaps not false advertising, but definitely misleading. Come on WeatherTech. You should do better by your customers. Dishonest advertising. :(
Showroom was busy (as expected), but they had a system of waiting in line similar to a restaurant. Take a number, while you grab a coffee (complimentary). There was a standing line of about 10 people when I arrived. I was on my way home in about 30 minutes. I planned on 90. Im from the northwest suburbs, but very happy with picking up my purchases in store to save shipping costs.
I purchased a set of front mats last year, fit perfect and looked great. At the end of winter, I had a service issue when removing for the summer. I contacted the customer service link, the sales person handled my concern professionally and quickly, this was on Memorial Day.Unbelievable great service, thank you!!

Product 5/5. In person service 5/5. On the phone service 2/5.Made a call to ask if the store was open since it only says curve side pick up online. I was informed by “John” that the store was in fact open. Afterwards he asked if I had any other questions and I asked him if he could please check if they had what I needed in stock. After asking me for my car model and year he proceeded to ask me if my car carpet had “posts” or “hooks”, after telling him I wasn’t too sure what he meant by that, he proceed to say the same thing twice, louder and clearer although I heard him the first time. I asked him to be more specific or explain in a different manner because I truly didn’t know what he meant by “posts” or “hooks”. He said, “I don’t know how I can be more specific..” and said the same exact thing a third time in a quite patronizing manner. I then got the idea of what he was speaking of and explained what I thought he meant, he said it was in fact that. He followed up by saying, “okay just making sure whether you have the limited model or not”. He could’ve just asked that in the first place. Having worked in customer service for a few years I know how to identify good customer service and what’s not. Although “John” has possibly decided to dedicate his last 10 years to work behind a counter for this company and knows the front and back of every car part, employer, please make sure to let John know that every customer doesn’t know what he’s talking about when talking about such minor pieces because there’s so much more to life. He should be aware of this. We’re not all carpet experts.Khloe’s assistance at the store was nothing but professional.Thank you!
The gridiest company ever - since 2014 Ive bought about 6 floor mats sets and 5-6 full sets of shades for different vehicles - every time i ask if theres any discount - the answer is always - NO!and shades by the way are not ideally cut. I dont know where was the laser scanner but its not done perfectly.yes and products are way overpriced.but they still can not make at least $10 off 🤦🏻♂️ ridiculous
Great product. Good service. I had to come back to update my review after I installed the floor mats. I received the front floor mats for my Jeep Wrangler Unlimited (2014) as a gift and they fit better than the OEM floor mats plus the sides come up higher to protect the carpet from salt. I initially received the floor mats for a 2013 which are slightly different. The exchange process was easy and quick. I also decided to get the rear floor mats. The rear floor mats fit better than the OEM floor mats and cover more of the carpet. Im very happy with them.
What a pleasant experience. You dont come by that much anymore these days. Everyone knows there job and gets you in and out quickly and we were there on a Saturday. Our floor mats fit like a glove and looks great. Wonderful coffee bar with pastries, all complementary.Thank you.

2022-06-21I came here over the weekend to buy floor mats and a window shade for my Sprinter. The employees were very nice, there are samples throughout the showroom, and we only had to wait 15 minutes for my order to be fulfilled. They also have a free beverage bar where you can order tea, coffee, etc. while you wait for your order.

2022-02-08We had a wonderful visit to the WeatherTech Factory Store. I recently purchased a new (to me) car over the weekend and with the way the car market is (and really, just the world) these days, Ive decided that I really want to take good care of this one and make it last. That meant going all out and spending nearly $400 on floor mats and a cargo area liner.The vehicle I just bought is not a popular or common car and is a 2014 model, so I wasnt sure if I had to order the mats and then show up once they were made, but when I called to ask, they said to just come in and theyd have everything there.Being in Chicago, its nice to be able to just go pick this stuff up in person instead of ordering online, waiting for stuff to be delivered, and hope that porch pirates dont get to my spendy floor mats before I do.Theyre pricey for sure, but from everything Ive read and everyone Ive messaged with on various car enthusiast forums and Facebook groups, everyone swears by their WeatherTech mats. And I also justified it by saying that Im supporting a local company (which is true).The folks at the factory store were very nice and since I saw on the website that its dog-friendly, I decided to bring my dog with me. She got all kinds of treats and pets and I got a mocha coffee and some pastries at the cafe (which was all on the house). It only took about 15-20 minutes for them to locate the mats and put my order together.

2022-04-18Just NO! I’ve bought at least 5 sets of mats from them and loved them! But when I bought a set for my daughter the second row did not fit at all!!! I thought they had sent me the wrong second row. So I emailed customer service, days later when they got back to me, the girl was rude and talked to me as if I was stupid. I asked for a 1/2 refund since the 2nd row was so poorly made. Was told to kick rocks. Lost a Costumer forever.

2022-02-08This was my first time getting weather tech floor liners. Absolutely amazing. Gosh they are expensive, but so worth it. They fit the vehicle like a glove. I went with the high performance model and I love them. The wait in store was 15 minutes. They have a complimentary coffee/tea/hot chocolate bar with a nice waiting area.The trunk liner I got is a bit wonky (probably because it came rolled up), but hoping it gets better with time. I have 5 cases of water sitting on it now trying to straighten it out.Overall I definitely recommend to protect your vehicle. They are very nice quality.

2022-03-20Ive purchased floor mats from here for a couple of cars. They always fit great, price is reasonable, and product is ready pretty quickly. Great for Chicago winters of snow and salt. Only thing I noticed is that it wears a little quicker where you place your right heel by the pedals. So only suggestion would be that maybe they add an extra layer or some sort of reinforcement in that area.

2022-02-17I followed the easy directions on the maps app to get to the location. Once I got to WeatherTech there were posters to direct you where to go to pick up your order. Once following the posters to the tent to pick up the order, I gave a young lady my drivers license and the order number. I waited in a heated tent for less than a minute, received my order and was on my way home. I really appreciated the service. Everything was simple, efficient and quick.

2022-06-18First of all I would like to say I had a great experience here today. Was taken care of by Jen she was so helpful she helped me install my front window deflectors. I went in to purchase a set of mudguards for my Pilot. I asked her if they can help me install my window deflectors. She was able to help me out and she notice I had installed my deflectors incorrectly they replaced them free of charge n installer came out n installed them for me great service will be coming back for future purchase

2022-04-07Great products. First I purchased front and back mats for my Outback but had no luck with the employees in the store. We went into store to speak with someone about purchasingA cargo area mat and a cup holder phone holder. Staff was not busy. There were 3 standing at the front of the social distancing que line. We waited a good 5 minutes before I walked up to the chatting crew and asked, Can you please let us know how long it will be before someone helps us here in line?It was like she had no clue what I meant. WE again waited 10 minutes got tired of watching the crew do NOTHING so we and 2 more customers walked right out. UGH! Very sad situation. You know I truly understood the fact that with covid and some people not being able to fill their employee limits so when we purchased our other Subaru recently a week ago we decided that we would go there again and give WeatherTech one more chance because its a really good product just that employees dont know what theyre doing. So we went there and theyre in the drive thru employee where we went to pick up the mats that we ordered we was very friendly and kind wish just a good day so goodbye drive safe very.
