Walmart Supercenter in other cities:
Always busy, never has what you need in stock. There have been employees thst were team leads that have refused to help on top of being rude and disrespectful and store management did absolutely nothing and offered nothing in return for the horrible service. The only reason I shop here is because there isn’t a different wal mart close enough nor is there another retailer that offers the discounts that wal mart does.
I havent been inside the store in over a month. After the many incidents happening with guys following women and children around I refuse to go inside with my kids. So I still use Walmart but I only do Walmart pick up and will not go inside many store in town do to men following women and children.
Not bad... I been to quite a few Walmarts around this area. Like Mt. Pleasant, Burlington, Macomb, Aledo, and Now Galesburg. Mt. Pleasant wasnt bad but Galesburg was awesome. I had a great experience for my first time being on Christmas Eve. Crazy time to be in any Walmart especially with Covid going on and 2 hours before they close. The workers were nice and helpful. I cant wait to return on a different date at a less crazier time but with more time for shopping.
I bought a few packages of their muffins in the bakery area the ones that are packs of 4 in clear hard plastic containers. I would not recommend these, they are cheap, dry and junk not good at all so dont waste your money its really that bad. So disappointing I was ready to enjoy a chocolate chip muffin. The last bakery items I bought wernt good either.
Some of the NASTIEST PEOPLE i have ever ben around. Clutterd store. The workers walking around with them carts filling them Black baskets up are RUDE Smelly one. Girl filling them black baskets run inro me three times. Allways sorry. But heck. If i hit you three times would you take the apology or think it is jest on purpose ? I WILL NOT GO BACK THERE EVER AGAIN
Its our go to place for quick items for projects, school supplies, food and party items. I go every week between (2) Walmarts. I appreciate the convenience and the prices have been very reasonable. Each Walmart is a little different and fun to see new things each time.
Customer service depends on who you get so it can be a toss up. Why its no longer 24 hrs who knows. Not like they arent paying workers to still be there to stock. Why not just keep open for those who work other shifts or who dont want to be hassled with a large crowd. Makes sense, pack everyone during certain hours to be around each other to spread the Covid. Doesnt add up to me
The checkout lines are always too long be cause even though they have 15+ check-outs they only have 1 or 2 checkers working them. People are in line for 25 to 30 min. & every one grumbles. You have to use a credit or debit at the self check out. I dont want to use a debit for small purchases. Im finding other options at places that put the customer 1st.
Since theyve added more employees for the grocery picking up area, its gotten a lot easier to get an appointment thats convenient for you. However Ive just become aware that their vision center apparently held like a lottery to get an appointment. They werent taking appointments for the next month until a certain day and of course you couldnt get through on the phone to make an appointment. Do I need to stand in line like at a rock concert all night waiting for my chance to make an appointment? I think not. If I cant get through to get an appointment in the next couple of hours I will take my business elsewhere.
I hate going to Walmart. Always a long line at customer service. Cant find anyone to help me. When I do find someone, they are poorly trained and cant answer my questions. Two registers open with 10 people in each line. I like to watch the wal-martians while I wait in line.
We are visiting from out of town. They only had 6 items out of 25 that were on our shopping list. This was a Saturday afternoon. Items we can normally find at Walmart any time of the week. They were stocking shelves but just replenishing things that were already on shelves. Just seems like items that are down to zero on the shelf should take priority. Not sure what the issue was here but it definitely wasnt managed well.
Your average Walmart. Nothing weird here.Pros:-Clean-Mainly organized-Good prices-Large varietyCons:-Nothing specialWhy is the Simple Green product cleaner in two different far away locations?! The concentrated is in automotive and the full dilution is in the food with the bleach products? I thought that was weird.
Seriously this place is the worst one! Customer service Annalee locked up a register by jumping to another in middle of transaction. Im now stuck on hold with a locked money transfer that is not my fault at all. Time to find alternatives to walmart. An hour and a half and still no resolution.
Galesburg Walmart has gotten really bad.. Even on their busiest days they have 1 check out lane open. I know Walmart wants everyone to check themselves out, but some such as elder and disabled persons, may not be able to do so. Other customers may have other reasons they are unable to or maybe simply dont wish to ring up their own purchases after all customers do not get paid or get a discount when using self check out.The selection of pet food is very small. The selection of most things is very small. They have a lot of things but a small selections.. There are other small things that can be overlooked, others cant and we as customers shouldnt be asked or expected to.If there were some place else to shop I would and so would a lot of people I know.
Always something to find at this store for a bargain. Staff are usually helpful. 2cnd shift management red head guy, funny and pleasant to be around.Very helpful and not rude or grouchy like some. I dont know his name off the top.of my head but an excellent worker. Should have a promotion if you was to ask me. Overall store I give 6 stars of of 10!
Well what can I say . I got cut off thirteen times . Its was senior citizens day and my carts wheel were squeaky and some guy kept staring at me and the plain clothes security team fallowed me around like I was gonna still something I checked myself out and bagged my own purchase . So thank you Walmart for confirming my decision to continue to pay for my Amazon prime membership . 👏
I made an online purchase of a printer. And less than 30 min I get an email saying my order has been canceled and the printer I wanted is out of stock. So today when I was in town I walked in and went to the printer section and there were 4 of the printers on the shelf. Seems to me that somebody didnt want to walk out and see the actual stock. How are people supposed to trust online ordering when the store says oh were out when the product is right there. Seems walmart isnt trustworthy because of a lazy system.
I recently drove in from Florida and the skid plate under my car had broken away. I took it to the auto section and the young lady took my car in with no hesitation and had it completed in about 10 mins. She also checked my tire pressure and everything! This was the best auto service ever! I wish I wouldve bought the zip ties I got from AutoZone from here but I thought AutoZone could complete the task.
I very much enjoy this store. However, Covid has made thing a little difficult at best when trying to get certain items at this store. When I shop online they tell me I have to buy and pick up at my local store and the items are available. However, I can leave 5 minutes later to go and the items I needed have not been in stock for days or sometimes weeks. This makes life that much more frustrating but on that note. This store offers other options that you can give a try if you keep an open mind. The staff is very polite and helpful too.
I had to stop here on my 7 hour drive to Missouri to pick up a few things I forgot to buy for Thanksgiving dinner. I thought there would be long lines. There were NO lines, carts were sanitized and given to you when you entered. Every single person was wearing a mask. There was plenty of everything I needed and I was in and out of the store in less than 15 minutes! This is, by far, the best Walmart I have ever shopped at.
Rude cashiers and stock people. Its like i am in their way. Heaven help anyone that asks for assistance, or ask if they can check the box that they are unpacking for that one specific item you went to Walmart to get. Or to ask where an item is in the store. Forget about getting my cat food or litter at Walmart anymore, I will go to HyVee on Main St, or Pet Smart. At least that way when i try to check out with those kind of items i wont get told uh-uh and point to leave their check out lane, telling, me the customer, that you must use the automated cashier, even though you are unsure how to use them. Everyone seems to be getting ruder and more hateful.
Prices arent too bad but I think the quality of the clothing is very poor I wish Wal-Mart would make a big change there. Employees are helpful and nice. I dont understand why they have 2 and sometimes 3 male employees standing up front not doing anything but standing and pacing while there are women employees working tirelessly back at the service counter it doesnt make any sense.
Hate shopping here but it is the only real choice for rural communities who dont want to pay Farm King prices. I feel for the Walmart workers, I really do. Imagine working for a multibillion dollar company that pays its employees pennies on the dollar!Back to the review and aside from the social comment, for the size of the store and sheer traffic- the employees do a great job on the upkeep! To the workers I give a 5!! To the greedy money mongering board members I give 0 stars!
Not enough staff, all the carts in the parking lot, so its better as soon as you get there pick up your cart in the parking lot, else they dont use small carts as the other walmart, people working there is nice, but not a lot the can do. Anyway walmart overall is a great place to get nice items.
The COVID vaccines at the pharmacy are not all free like they say. Once you get there they ask for your insurance card so if you have insurance you have to give your card for them to charge your insurance company. Im not sure yet if we will have to pay anything or not since things have been misleading thus far.
Boy that place is busy tonight! I dont know about you all, but I think that if we have to 1. Go shopping 2. Check out our own groceries and items in the checkout lane 3. figure out how to use the scanner and register and 4. Show somebody our register tape on the way out of the building, then we should at least get a 10% discount off of the total bill for doing all of that. I mean, really? What do they have employees for?
I was in walmart a few days ago ive never seen it such a mess I was actually surprised because it never use to be that bad. I was in the body lotion isle, most of the bottle were turned around as if some kids turned them all around. I went to the mens sock isle things were thrown all over the floor so i picked a bunch of it up. They dont have enough employees. I dont think they need to have a security person standing outside the doors they need to hire more inside store employees. I wish they would do away with self check outs and give people a cashier job. I wont use the self check out.
This Wal-Mart Auto center was one of my worst experiences. Was here in store and waiting before 8am not it’s 9:05am and I’m still waiting and getting told a 2 1/2 hour wait to get my headlight changed. They have one person working to check people in and her customer service skills are NOT ok. I will not ever return to this Wal-Mart and I will also be sending a email to the corporate office.
I was exchanging a pair of shoes for my Mother, and the exchange was very easy. I also had some shopping to do, cleaning supplies and medical supplies. When I was getting ready to check out and had the same clerk as my exchange, I was surprised that she actually said nothing to me until I was leaving and I said Have a good day, she said yeah. Its hard enough to just go out and take care of business, a smile or a bit of small talk goes a long way.
Ill be the first to say that Walmart is awesome. But with the quarantine in effect they are often out of items and dont always get the shipment. But the staff does their best to help and one lady told me the trick to dealing with this situation: order big items online, youll get them before you ever find them in store
Prices are cheap and they have almost everything...which is the only reason I go to this place. The thing that irks me the most about this location is the fact that the employees will literally walk RIGHT in your way. I cant even count how many times Ive had to stop and wait for someone working there to push their way past me to get to where ever they need to go. Its super rude. I know Im not the only person who has experienced this either. Have some respect for your customers(whom are usually pushing big carts full of items), smile, and say excuse me. That would make a WORLD of difference in customer service there.
It was ok only there because my daughter needed to go. Its unfortunate workers are distracted and unwilling to actually acknowledge when u ask where something is. Does it really take 3 people to set a small area for booze? Asked garden center do u have a cart.. My daughter took mine. She replied, not that Ive seen umm ok whats happened with customer service? How things have changed and I know its just a job but its also helping people in that job. Smh
This place has only one door open. The other main entrance is locked. Theres nothing in the parking lot that lets anyone know. What good are the handicap parking spaces if you still have to walk long distances to be able to shop. This Walmart totally sucks. Im not shopping here. I turned around and left. Its sad because this is the only Walmart for approximately 40 miles in any direction.
Bought a 2-3 person tent for my daughters birthday. When I pulled the tent out (in her room) to set it up, mud and wet leaves fell onto the carpet. The tent was all filthy. I took it back and they gave me my money back, but they need to check returns better. Obviously someone else returned it after using it in the rain and it was never checked and just put back on the shelf.
I dont know why it is that a Walmart of this size doesnt have one single cart inside its cart corral. Why is it that customers have to walk out into the parking lot to retrieve a cart because there were no carts available. I went to the customer service area and asked why there were no cards available for its customers and she said that thats corporates problem because corporate has put workers on a computer schedule as to when they are allowed to go out and get the carts. She did say that she could override the system but had not. So I told her it Not only was that a corporate problem - but it was her problem too if shes able to correct it and doesnt.
Theres a lot of positives at this Wal-Mart most of the cashiers are pretty friendly and seem to do a good job, they are friendly at the customer service desk I actually feel sorry for them there because you know they have to put up with a lot. The main reason I only gave 3 stars is because for 1. The womens bathrooms arent cleaned very well or often enough they may go in to clean but they arent cleaning like they should the walls and handles inside the stalls are dirty it smells bad. I think they should have to wipe off the handles inside and outside of stalls everyday and the toilet flush handle. The second complaint is some of the stockers should be more mindful and put their cart on the same side of isle they are stocking on, or stagger it on the other side, NOT right across from where they are sitting on the floor putting things on the shelf then you cant get through the isle it doesnt make any sense.
Itwas frustrating when checking out. Went to one side for self check out and it was closed walked back to other side where it was packed full of people waiting to check out. Then go back to other side to leave where I parked and they closed one side for the night so had to walk all the way back to other side just to get outside with my 2 year old and have to walk all the way to other side of parking lot. Making people all go in and out of one side, do to covid, does not seem right. Making everyone pile in and out if one side??? Anyway othet thsn that it was ok.
Possibly one of the worst Walmart stores Ive ever been to. Overcrowded aisles make getting around difficult at the best of times. Slow checkers and constant lack of open registers mean youre better off ringing up your purchases if youre in a hurry.Parking lot is almost always littered with carts even in the middle of the night. And forget about getting service in the automotive department as this is where they put all the especially lazy employees and then tell you that itll be 4 hours for an oil change.Shop anywhere else in Galesburg and youll be better off.
Bought new tires for my daughters car less than a year ago so that she could have some fresh tread before winter and have had nothing but problems with them ever sense, first it was a valve stem that they screw up and they did replace it for nothing but the damn things don’t ever want to hold air im constantly having to air them up not sure if it’s the tires or they don’t know how to clean the rim beads good enough, I certainly don’t recommend this Walmart tire center!!
The aisles on the non-food side seem too close together; that, and some people would rather visit than shop. I can hardly ever find an employee on the floor to help me with something, so I usually end up buying the product(s) somewhere else. They also need more manned checkouts. I refuse to temporarily work for WalMart to scan and bag my own purchases.
Doesnt even deserve the 1 star Im giving it, but thats the only way itll let me leave a review. 30 some check-out lanes, yet usually only a couple are open, w/long extensive lines. Even during their busiest hours, such as Black Friday, they only open up 1/2 of the lanes. The staff does *not* care about their customers. Theyre sometimes rude, they roll their eyes at you at the customer service desk when youre returning something, even w/a receipt, if its a product youre not satisfied with. There is no such thing as customer satisfaction at this store. The only reason I come here is if its something I need quickly, (conveniently close to our home) or if its something I cant find elsewhere. Go Target!! :-) At least there, they actually care about their shoppers, and will gladly open a lane by any staff member if theres more than 2 customers in a lane. AND, their prices are only off by pennies, or even less expensive than Wal-Mart.
Its hard to get anybody to help you out there I seen like 8 people out front standing around smoking and staring ( it seemed anyway ) at my car while I waited for my wife of 28 yrs. To come out around 8 oclock one night . But you cant get anyone to help you hardly even if you look lost they just stay hidden some place .
Updated Review:Pick-up is great if you can get a time (it ually takes 5 days to a.week for a time slot so plan ahead. You can alter your order once placed.)They will likely be out of some tems and probably do a sunstitution or two. They generally do an excellent job of substituting. Once you arrive, they bring your order in a few minutes at most.Inside: Regardless of increased sales, you wont find more than 2 or 3 cashiers while managers are still walking around at the front of the store.A lot of items are out. They arent getting some things. The employees are overworked.FYI: The lack of stock has nothing to do with ordering or the employees. They have implemented an absolute no refund policy. I startee to walk up to customer service and was told they no longer do refunds and to get out of here.Several items I bought were opened (seals broken): peanuts, margarine, vitamins. After trying for a couple of hours to call and see if they would do a refund on these itens, I gave up and threw them away.I know they are overwhelmed. There needs to be signs up that clearly state the absolute no refund policy and that lines will be exceptionally long. This seems especially difficult for older people.Old review:1 cashier and a line of 15 carts.
This Walmart is one of the more pleasant Walmarts Ive been to. But they seem to be short staffed or everyone is on break all the time because whenever I needed help I had to send out separate search parties and 9 times out of ten the associate that appeared had little knowledge or was from another department. Over all I have to say, Ive seen better!!!
A nice 24 hour Walmart with all the amenities. To the management of Walmart:Thank you SO much for allowing overnight parking. My wife and I live on the road mostly staying at State Parks, and we buy almost all of our supplies (food, clothing, propane, etc.) at those Walmarts where we can stay overnight and rest before moving on. We did some trash cleanup in the parking lot just as an extra thank you.
Asked for cash back in certain bills, but didnt receive as I asked after I was told I could. Cashier wouldnt reopen drawer (fine, I get it there rules in drawer opening), wait at customer service to break a $20 & was told no they couldnt (even after I explained situation. I found a manager who told me to go to customer service. I quickly explained situation at register & customer service then get told she couldnt help me. No surprise. Even when I go to this store & ask for item location assistance I get pointed in a direction (several instances of this on different occasions), but no-one walls with me to show me item location. Ive had a couple of instances at the register where I got the wrong item under their terms & was told I had to go get other item (causing customers behind me to wait for my return to compete order), instead of an employee getting the correct item & bring it to register. Its the worst custody service Ive ever experienced in a store on numerous occasions. The convenience of getting food & household items at one location is not worth the stress of dealing with this store. I hate to see job loss due to self checkouts & usually avoid using them, except for a few times at this location out of frustration.
Very good deals on everything. Some things werent available from other stores, but it isnt a big deal. The employees I interacted with were all knowledgeable of the store (aside from one about Oyster crackers, but they were out of them, so they get a pass there) and helpful. I shop at this Walmart frequently and every time my wallet thanks me for shopping smart at Walmart.
Yesterday I needed a few things , this will be the 3rd time I visit this dump. The employees at Galesburg Illinois store are very arragent and not polite . I be will never go to this store again . I could of easily caused a seen leaving when a poorly trained employee asked for my receipt after being helped at checkout by a good helpful employee. I should the receipt and said you just lost a customer for good, Im just a visitor here in Galesburg with family but I will go to other places to by what I need. I spend a lot of money at Walmart stores but this place never again . If the employees are a reflection of there managers then this store is in trouble down the road.
Employees are generally helpful but since they put in the self check out registers they hardly ever have more than one line open at a time other than the self checkout. The customers do all the work or wait in outrageously long lines. If we must do all the work they should at least drop the prices since they are saving all kinds of money on not having the employees run the registers.
I am so angry!! I just left Walmart and unless I HAVE to go there again, I am done!I checked myself out, as usual, at the checkouts near the food entrance. I parked at the other entrance, so I headed that way. As I was leaving the greeter kid put his hand up to stop me. I had to dig thru my wallet and get my receipt out to prove I paid for my WATER. $3.99 water. I said what, you think I stole it? He said, thought you forgot to scan it. SO, one of the employees at the self checkout told him I didnt scan my water. REALLY?! Better watch closer b4 you accuse me of something I didnt do!!
1 the people, the people at this Wal-Mart has always been nice to me, and have gone beyond exceptions many times when looking to something, such as going all the way from the front of the store to the storage room to bring back items to the shelves. An example I was looking for a case of wet dog food, but the preferred flavors was missing. I asked a older women if she knew if they had more. She then scanned the price tag and said yes Ill go get them for you. She returned 6-10 mins later with some sort of stacking cart with enough to refill the shelf spots, and said thank you for waiting.2 check out.The check out experience has changed drastically in the last 1.5 years. There are now many of the self checkout lanes which seams to be the main way to check out now, because there are usually only 3 manned check out lanes, unless its a few days before a holiday. If you ask me having many self check out lanes is good as I can bag and ring up items faster then most cashiers. But if your not in the mood you can still use a manned lane.Over all its a really good store clean, friendly, and always open.
A big cluster!!. With the isles marked do not enter , shop this way or with no makings at all and the assosiates using the dollies to bring pallets of goods to stock the shelves, it was a big cluster!!. The associates using the dollies do not abide by the isle direction. My wife and I abide by the isle directions when they are marked. It was a big cluster #### today!!!
Self checkouts always mess up. This time it took a double withdrawal out of my account. Been on the customer service line for over 20 minutes for them to probably say they cant do anything when they answer and Ill have to fill out a dispute form and still not have my money for days.
Its alright..some workers (L.P.s) need to find better things to do than try to make customers feel like theyre criminals. Not hard spotting them out..and irritating as hell being followed like a common criminal when you done nothing wrong. I understand its their job and it helps keep prices down..but geez be a little less conspicuous.
Cant get shopping n oil change n tire at same time got over $200 of stuff n they still hadnt got my daughter oil change even started. Waited almost 3hrs n it should have taken maybe a hr would have gave a minus stars but not a option. Made me late for a birthday party thanks.
I waited 30 minutes for a handicap electronic chair with basket to no avail. Then spoke with the manager along with another guest who was waiting longer than myself. He Said That it was up to the company to send more scooters. This is not to mention that three of the current ones are broken. So, I left with my broken foot and knee scooter for Target they were very helpful and had carts available and I spent over 100 dollars there. So, if you are disabled in any way go to Target in Galesburg and skip the Wal mart.
Gosh where to start, lets see.. they definitely need more cashiers I will never use self checkout and do all the work Ill stand in line for an hour first. The lines are always slow its either the cashier is slow or the customer. The restrooms are disgusting most of the time, they need a woman cleaning the womens restroom. Dont even go in the smartstyle salon they are rude and usually in the little room in the back so good luck buying product keep on walking it isnt worth it, they need someone managing the manager or something. The pharmacy drive thru is broke down more than its open they just cant seem to fix whatever the problem is. They dont have enough floor employees either so good luck on finding someone if you need any help.
Its a great place to shop. Especially if you download the app and scan your receipts with the savings catcher. Youll get money back on anything you bought that was on sales somewhere else that week. Sometimes at certain times of the month this Walmart tends to sold out of a lot iteams. I dont know if its an ordering problem or what.
I like the place but...They have stopped keeping certain items in stock. For examples; they stopped stocking InnovAsian Lemon Chicken, multiple different varieties of bagels, and only have 1 type of corn tortilla in a 16oz package size. The removals seem random and arbitrary with no explanations given when asked.
Almost always too busy, employees are rude or not knowledgeable about products/services & the store leaves a lot to be desired as far as cleanliness and ALWAYS out of something on the list (I had to start shopping at Hyvee for my creamer) (WHAT store runs out of creamer for WEEKS straight? Seems a basic staple to me)
Why did you put a scan yourself by the yugioh & pokemon cards there was a lady on a scooter just putting stuff on the belt & stacking everything to the top we waited for 10 mins & she was only half way done. Do you think you guys can more the cards to a different place so people dont have to wait in lane just to get to the cards. It will be very grateful If you do
If you know where what youre looking for theres no problem if you know where to look for it. Walmart seems to keep moving things around to get you to buy other things that you might see; however, it increases the time spent in the store which is frustrating. Unfortunately Walmart is looking for ways to cut employees and even though the self-checkouts are nice its going to contribute greatly to the unemployment lines in this country.0
I bought a pair of shoes, 3 weeks later they fall apart. I take them back, and even after they spoke with management, they would not return them because they were too worn out. Im not a track runner! This place sucks. Even on the busiest of days, 3 lanes might be open. No one in the store knows where anything is at, and it can be very hard to find anyone. Last night at 4pm, I went into the store, and not s single employee was anywhere in all the isles of grocery. I only go to walmart for things other stores dont sell, otherwise I would never step foot in it.

2021-09-21First time at this Walmart. It has huge and it had a great selection! I liked it! It was a great experience! Walmart is affordable and convinient than most places. I thing you can find everything from home decor, clothes, shoes, garden stuff, produce/food, outdoors stuff cosmetics, cosmetics, bicycles, toys, tires, etc. You want it, they most likely have it. Check out their clearance racks and shelves. I recommend checking them out!

2022-05-06Very irritated! They refused to exchange 2 pairs of scrubs. They were going to refund my money back to my debit card til she realized I had purchased the scrubs over 90 days. What the hell, I was purchasing 2 more pairs. Wasnt like I was returning for the money. First 2 pairs were the wrong size.

2022-06-15I’m fine with in store but if you need to call them it’s pointless. Mainly for automotive. Call to check the price of a tire change and your either on hold for over 20 minutes or all the sudden the call just ends. Figure it out

2022-07-01Saw online how your employees are treating customers, harassment for no reason and disgusting, disrespectful behaviour towards the customer. Unbelievable. I knew Walmart was bad but not this bad.

2022-01-18This store is a lot better and cleaner than the one in Peoria. I think the employees that work at the service desk are always polite and do a great job. Most of the cashiers are just fine no complaints there. The pharmacy employees are always friendly too. Sometimes they do need more cashiers but really overall its a pretty nice walmart. If you dont think so then go check out the one in Peoria lol its really bad.

2022-02-05Every dang time we are at this Walmart it is always busy. That is not the problem. The problem is they have all these people filling the self check outs making long line. Then only having 4 out of 12 check out lanes open while all the yellow vest walk-around instead of open a lane trying to get people out faster. This is one of the worst Walmarts I have shopped at.

2022-02-08I dont care for the way all registers are self-service. I always have issues with machines when no one is around to help. This time had a problem and the guy behind me offered to look for someone to help. Twice with no one around to help. By the time help arrived I figured out what happened, I just had to have help getting back to the correct screen.

2022-04-16When I got there an employee Alec was following me but trying to hide it became he thought I was going to steal because Im black then when I confronted him he called me a fried chicken lovin finger licking good watermelon eating African booty scratcher I was so appalled and his old lady coworker just laughed and I was so embarrassed so I just left then he said I was stealing something so he patted me down in a gropey type of way I was so uncomfortable.

2022-04-16This store is just horrid. Shelves empty. Floors nasty. Employees are rude as hell. They seem to be racist because I was followed throughout the store by Alec and he said he had to keep an eye on me. Apparently black folks are gonna steal everything.

2022-01-19Staff was rude. Nobody wanted to clean up blueberries that a lady had spilled. Floor was getting messy. Three staff members were told about it and 20 minutes later they were still all over the main aisle. Not enough aisles open. Not even self checkout. Will not go back. Another lady left her goods on a counter and walked out as well.
