Always clean and well stocked. I dont visit this Walmart as much as the one in Mt Zion, but I have no complaints. I have added a few pictures of the front and just inside the main entrance. I havent really used the deli, but it seems well kept. Prices are pretty good.
Im giving this store a 1 because of the treatment I received. Today I went into the store and was looking at shampoo machines saw one that was priced at 169.00 dollars and thats where the product was so thought good deal took it to the register my bill came up to over 169.00 dollars so I took it to customer service where a lady came out of the security office and walked back to where the shampoo machine was and came back up and said the actual price is 289.00 Um than why did I get it from a slot that said 169.00 dollars I thought walmart was suppose to give u the item for the price that was below it customer is always right correct. Not here customer service lady said thats the price that the shampoo machine is 289.00 sorry. What should have happened is they should have given me the item for the price that was displayed 169.00.
They use to be nice,but now they have attitude. Anytime i ask for help looking for something they just get on their phone to see what isle it is in,and thats it.... It would be nice if they actually showed you where it is.. or if they are really out of something for real, and the computer says they have 3 left, they dont fix it. And also.. they follow you like your a thief.. one time i grabbed a Kleenex out of my purse to blow my nose,and when i put it back in my purse, they followed me around the entire store... I made sure i was in plain sight the entire time.. and of course they didnt find a dam thing on me.... So.. watch out.. dont steal your own snotty napkins.. its against the law...lol.. dam.... For someone like me that dosent steal, and has a clean record, i sure am still smiling .. i just feel bad for other people that are innocent and has to go through this....
Its not so much inside the store, however their online shopping sucks, or shall I say their system sucks. First I ordered a 65 TV, tv stand and surround sound set, was delivered to my driveway and left on the side of my house. Mind you I live on a busy street. Secondly, I ordered a PS4 and required a signature for it to be delivered because several items I ordered didnt get delivered to my address, walmart ships thru FedEx, they delivered my PS4 somewhere other than my house and didnt require a signature after I made sure a signature was required upon delivery. I know this doesnt fall on walmart, thats FedEx fault, however walmart wont allow me to place any orders with them anymore online. And cant explain to me why. I am guessing not all money is spendable at Wally World.
I ordered groceries and reserved time to be delivered. I was supposed to get my groceries between 5 pm - 6 pm.. I never got any messages or updates.. 3 hours later I call customer service twice they do not know where my groceries are. Call the store and rep didnt act concerned. I paid for them to be delivered with tip.. I asked the store rep to get me a manager. She said yes then promptly hung up the phone .. this was so unprofessional!!!! Is this how Walmart wants to do business??? Not a message or sorry for delay . I would rather give them a ZERO but that wasnt an option.. this was a very horrible experience!!!!
Waited 30 min for grocery pickup, then couldn’t get through on the phone lines for another 20 minutes to check what was taking so long… could have grocery shopped myself at this point… I don’t even have time to wait anymore, so I have to come back tomorrow at this point.
Ok about everytime I go to the tire and battery department..they either have lazy employees employees that just stand arround and dont do what they are suppose to do.Went there on 1-15-2022.was told that they didnt have enough employees to do my warranty work on my 2005 impala...this the second bad battery that was bought from there mind you not.I always get greeted with a nasty attitude almost every time then the last time I was there for a basic oilchange..I waited 1hr 30 minutes there was only 2 cars in the shop come on now...awful service....will not be back there and Im an everyday customer of the grocery side...I just dont get it.
Walmart is okay but they got rid of some of their material not cool for me a yard and a half is not going to make the blanket that I need on the pre-cut makes me angry they take away stuff thats good and people like it and you cant hardly get it cuz people buy it that is getting irritating they dont listen to the customers either of what they want they need more food that is gluten-free things that do not have corn product or soy product and etc is getting ridiculous you cant find food to eat because youre allergic to corn and soy products and etc and cinnamon oh my goodness you dont want me on my soapbox on that everybody puts cinnamon and peach and Apple why a lot of people dont like cinnamon or is allergic to it like me come on people get with the program they need to clean out people too some of them are very rude
Bad customer service, manager Josh was very rude and not helpful at all, was going to get a pool that the app said was 89.99 got to the register and it said that it was 369.99 and was told that that was the price I was going to have to pay, was called today about my experience by another member of management and they hung up on me.
Lots of empty shelf space in grocery area, store is pretty rundown, and ratty looking. Too many pallets of boxes on the floor. Frequent semi trucks parking block views of parking lot exits making it difficult to see vehicles moving while trying to leave the parking lot. This is the worst Walmart in Decatur, not that that is saying a lot.
Worst experience ever. Took just shy of 4 hours to get oil changed and tires rotated. First come first serve my Aunt Frannies fanny. Why not make an appointment you may ask. Called 3 different times. Talked to different people. All three told me they didnt make appointments. People who came in hours after us. Left hours before us. We where the second person in line that day. Watched the service people standing around talking to each other for more than 10 to 15 minutes at a time several times. Just wiggling their tongues. Wouldnt go there again except for the fact that my husband got a lifetime tire rotation warranty from them. I wouldnt give them 1 star except it gave us time to get exercise as we had to walk around. Because they only have two seats . One already taken from person before us. Extremely Terrible service. One star is being nice.
I was charged twice for a $17 item and didnt discover it til I got home. No answer when I tried to call the Decatur IL store, twice, so I returned to the store. The service center was closed but I finally found someone authorized to refund my money from a register in an empty lane! Be sure to check your receipt before you leave the store!!!
I like the addition of the 24 hour automated self-service key cutting machine. Its convenience pretty makes up for its above average cost, and if you need more than one or two copies of a key made, the cost per key is less than the first, as the machine offers incentives for additional copies. The machine accepts cash or charge cards (debit or credit). All my copies worked, so I cant say how good the eight hundred number for customer service is at dealing with quality control issues.(Edit: the machine no longer does keys that the Walmart automotive department makes, which wouldnt be a big deal if the automotive department was open the whole time that Walmart was open. As it is now, it pretty much undercuts the usefulness of the machine).
Curbside pickup is the best thing that ever happened. Going into this store back in the day was like walking into the worst disaster youve ever witnessed; not because of the staff, but because of the customers. Otherwise its a good place with friendly workers and all that.I am happy that I never have to see other customers.
I always like Walmart. This one particular one actually had shorter lines than in my own hometown. Thats what I liked the best , since I was in a hurry on the evening that I went. The floor plan was almost exactly the same, also, so items were not that hard to find. Thanks to the store in/near Decatur, Illinois.
(How i felt before)I love the way I can shop online, reserve a time slot that works with my schedule, and have my items put into my trunk. It saves me so much time!(How I feel today) I am so angry at Wal-Mart, right now, that I almost wish I could give negative stars. They had Chicken from 2018 that I unknowingly bought and the Decatur Customer Service is taking their sweet time to correct this issue despite it being about a month ago. Then today, they had their Delivery Drivers not only bring me someone elses order but then just went ahead and CANCELED mine due to delivery issues even though it was Wal-Marts fault AND I need those groceries to cook for work today. Not. Happy. So unhappy, I am considering canceling my Walmart+ Membership and requesting a refund!!
I’m giving three stars because it’s good to have a Walmart in my area..I had a good experience with pharmacy, but terrible store lay-out as things are not where they should be…who expects coffee creamer to be aisles away from all dairy? Also, I couldn’t find anyone to help-except at self checkout with a legit issue on either first or second visit.
Bad timing -- on my part! I had placed an online order and received notification it was ready for pickup. I ran out on my lunch hour, thinking this would be a quick trip. BIG MISTAKE!!! The parking lot was full! They were swamped. Notified store I was there and waited - and waited - and waited! I had only ordered 1 item! When the employee arrived - breathless - he apologized sincerely and explained they had been super busy all day. Next time Ill plan my pick up better.
Walmart auto service used to be excellent I have bought two sets of tires no probablem I used affirm to prepay for tires which was approved I was provided a time to have the tires put on I live an hour away so ten minutes before I get there I received an email my appointment was cancelled so I went to the store since I was there and asked what was going on I got the run around saying since my order was online it hadnt been picked then was told it could be a day or a month anyway I called cooperate explained to them the deal they dealt with the issue but I got my tires elsewhere sad due to its has been good the last two times
Very negative associate contact. White female not on duty at the time was very aggressive with me about not having on face mask which I was pulling out of my pocket to put on as I entered store. Ordered me to leave and called security even as I was putting on my custom made mask and kept it on at all times. Check the video.
Store music was a little loud but tolerable to me maybe not all.ive definitely seen better inside appearance at other walmarts.i did find everything I needed with was over 15 items from wireless printer to certain color of spray paint and some groceries.it does work for its intended purpose
Home away from home 😀.. Took the bus 🚌 there one day and then I missed the last one of the night... Couldnt find a ride, had cash only.. Didnt know anybody that could come get us. The nice lady at customer service took the time to use her uber account and get us a ride.👍😂👋👋👋
Quick service and had tires I needed in stock. The total price ended up being $20 more than I was quoted and they do not do alignments. which I thought was part of the deal since I bought a set of 4. But they were nice and got me in and out fast and the tires are good so far.
Walmart on North Prospect is Sad. Im disabled and rely on the electric carts. The associate had given me a cart that wasnt charged. Unfortunately the cart dyed in the decoration department. I set there for a 1/2hour then was given a shopping cart to finish my shopping. Im unable to walk long distances I did that day and suffered for 2 days. Believe me if I could walk the I certainly would and this isnt the first time this has happened. Its embarrassing, humiliating and graviting.
Cashier forgot to use my moms coupons and told us we would have to go to customer service for refund. There was a long line, and I turned to her and said No, we were not waiting in line to fix a mistake she made. We would wait while it was fixed. I didnt appreciate being looked at like I was causing a problem for something that was not our fault. I said that getting the issue fixed instead of us having to wait in line was only standard good customer service. I am astounded by the lack of any type of service at Walmart. However, why would I expect a store so big to care about their customers. They will still survive without me shopping there.
Not enough workers, too many self check outs. It has lost the hospitality it once had. Waited to get help at the jewelry counter for 20 min. Decided to come back the next day. Same issue. Then the worker came and was rude by talking over me, not greeting us, and having to announce she was just coming from break. Guess we interrupted that. I complained to the store manager. Hoping this is addressed.
I love coming to this Walmart. Never had a problem not even once. However, my most recent visit has left me a little grossed out. My husband brings home some hot chicken from the deli, I sit down to eat and I end up spitting my food out when I realized that I had just taken a bite of chicken that STILL had the feathers attached!!! I was really disgusted! I mean who’s the one that checks the food? Does the staff even bother to inspect the food? I think the staff needs to be more thorough or a new staff needs to be hired because if I wanted the whole chicken I would have just went to Rural King and just purchased one from them. I mean that is just ridiculous! People check your chicken if your purchasing from Walmart’s deli!! Save your appetite!
I know its Christmas but it was chaos and I had to wait forever. Then when I got to register the few they had open were full. I finally get up to pay for my 2 things. Use first gift card now problem second gift card said accepted then says I still owe. Cashier just stays slumped over register not saying anything! Shes like you still owe. I said yes I put my card in it said accepted then goes back to saying I owe. She doesnt do anything! Finally I just dug up the cash and left! I think Target going to start getting more business from me.
Just a horrible experience they are always out of everything I placed an order at 7am and I was supposed to receive my item at 7pm-8 Never received my items I called Walmart pickup at 7:13 to verify my order was still coming the manger assured me he was going to make sure I got my things $63 worth of stuff Never got it I called back at 8pm no answer at Walmart pickup and they never clear their messages so the voice-mail box is full so I couldnt leave a message this store is unprofessional unorganized and ghetto never again
If there was an option for no starts I would have chose that. I was intersted in buying a microwave and saw one I was interested in, I then grabbed it and went to checkout. It was a opened box microwave that had scratches all over it, I did not notice this until I got to checkout. I then, asked if they could get me a new one or mark down the price of this one. The Walmart employee took the microwave and walked off and I was left unattended at the checkout line for 10 mins. Never answering my question. After the wait, one of the rude managers came to tell me, that I had to go get a different one. So, I had to walk the length of the store to get another box, and haul it back to checkout...I will never shop at this location again! This is by far the worst customer service I’ve had at walmart.
Could t get thru the aisles couldnt find anything, out of lots of products. People werent keeping there distance. Took their masks down. Once they got in the store. People parked in most handicap places, without placard or handicap plates. No one ever enforces the law.
Walmart mountain has become a laugh it is such a nightmare to go into anymore theyre about to lose my business and several friends of mine the 4 planets they came out with on their remodel is outrageous you cant find nothing anymore they have raised their prices but they have gotten rid of all of their employee cashier You have to do-it-yourself prices havent went down with me doing my own check out some people need assistance expression Is the handicap big mistake Walmart

Walmart seems to be trying. Check-out is much faster and easier recently. The parking lot is still horrible, but thats not entirely their fault. It still can be difficult to find help in different departments. Product selection is excellent and prices are normally good too.
Picked up some soaps etc. And apples and drinks. Good prices!! Nice lady at the self check out. I usually only self check out with a couple of things. But since only a few actually open check out lanes open with people doing the checking, made for long lines and I get impatient I went to the south lane of the self check out! I would rather people have jobs than all the automations!!!!
This is for the Tire center. After whatWould have been a 1* review. Sunday evening I go for a full 4 tire change. I leave my truck they call me 2 hours later saying they couldnt get my truck started and so they wouldnt be doing the tire change at all. I go, truck starts right up. Turn it off and back on, starts right up again. So I walk to the get ask him, says i dunno wouldnt start for me...I ask for the supervisor hes out to lunch. This was at 430 they close at 6. So i knew I wasnt getting anywhere that day.I go next day, ask if Nick the day before supervisor was in. It was his day off. So they have me talk to Mary And I also talk to a technician Andrew. Both Mary and Andrew were wonderful. I told them the situation, saying may be the days previous technician didnt push the clutch in all the way so maybe thats why they didnt get it started. Who knows the real reason tho.But Andrew not only was able to do it, but then double checked off his experience and sure enough I needed 235/75/15XL tires not just the 235/75/15 I thought. So Andrew in my eyes did everything above and beyond. And watching him in the service Andrew he did the simple things, such as put his reflective vest on when entering the parking lot and helping another technician...I can tell that guy is a value to that staff.My truck is just a old 1991 ford f150 work truck. I need new tires and I only put so much money into it. So Wal-Marts price couldnt be matched but now the service to boot makes me happy with my choice.Thanks again yo Mary and Andrew.
I usually have a good trip at Walmart, I was just there. And there was it item that was marked down in the Halloween and fall aisle a chicken picture got up to the register and it run up for six something. This guy older guy India guy would not even check to see if the price was lowered.. told me I had to go to customer service and wait in a long long line. He doesnt like to help people out very much Ive had this happen before same guy. It was in the self checkout.. 😡
Im sick of Walmart! You think you will force me to wear a mask?! Good luck .. i will take my considerable busines, some where else. I was told through the process of the governor that we were supposed to be still wearing masks in stores especially in crowded stores like Walmart! They are not counting people coming in and out any more, and I saw more than half the people not wearing masks this was at the Walmart store at hwy 36 & 121. My father and brother are diabetic, I just found out today I have emphysema so I even have a greater risk now for wearing one, before it was protecting my Dad and my brother, not knowing I was protecting myself too, most of all. I feel like people will get lax, not wearing mask like most werent doing here in Decatur Illinois to begin with because trump told people it was fake. Well I have family that have it so I know first hand its not!
What can I say? I always walk out of Walmart with more than I went in for. 😂 This particular time, I found a hell of a deal on something I was worried I would have to pay too much for. Aside from there never being enough lanes open when its busy, this Walmart always has what I need and often more.
Unfortunately, this store has gone downhill. Shelves were somewhat bare, the frozen food cases had spilled food all over the inside, and even the milk case was nearly empty...all while employees stood around laughing and visiting with each other. The deli employees were pleasant and prompt, and the young lady who checked us out was friendly.
During this pandemic.. Walmart had been the most irresponsible and controversial. From mandatory mask to non mandatory. Im shopping with potential covid carriers and they are waiting on government say-so to do something. Other businesses are doing what needs to be done to protect their customers. The government doesnt call the shots with other businesses
I got followed by 2 secret shoppers, who were not very good. If you are going to be following someone at least make it look like youre shopping and dont wear red, I makes you stand out. First off, I saw one of them put in their code to the front security office and then the same guy followed me. Of course im going to call you out when I keep seeing you in the same isle as me. The least you could do was help me, it was a legitimate question.
Only one checkout open. It was at the other end of the store. All self service were closed. People were standing in the line with piles of merchandise. They opened another 3 to 4 rows away and you had to be quick or you would still be four people deep. We had three items and it took ten minutes to purchase. Then the cashier held my money up to the light to see if it was real. First and last time we go to Walmart.
It must be a Pandemic thing, i was followed thru the store harassed by another customer, and did self check out and checker was rude. Wont come here on the weekend, perhaps during the week, or a different Walmart. Asked for a manager, and the girl i asked was so sweet. But there wasnt a manager available.
It was awful!! I went there last Friday to pick up a prescription which was the 21st ! They told me I couldnt pick it up till the 24th and assured me it would be ready! I went there today the 25th and not only was it NOT ready but they couldnt run the insurance because it was down ! If they had filled it and ran it though yesterday there wouldnt have been a problem!! It is a medicine my husband has to have so I had to pay the full price for it ! Our regular price with insurance is $12. Today I got to pay $125.92 after they told me $110. Before they were old me it would be at least a half hour for them to get it ready it was 45 munutes!! This pharmacy should be shut down!! I will never stop foot in this store again !!
It is so difficult to shop with the shelves being stocked you can no longer look to see if there is anything behind the pallets that you might want. The shopping experience is now a shopping NIGHTMARE. I now drive 34 miles to shop in a different store in a different city. Not Walmart!!
Sorry to say this shopping experience was not the best because of being hurt by an employee returning carts into the foyer area as I was pulling out a cart from the cart area and was hit in the back, left of spine, in top of pelvis with the carts being brought inside. An accident report was filled out by Assistant Manager.
While shopping at this Walmart super center I saw several customers wearing masks that covered their mouth but not their noses. I then noticed that most of the Walmart employees were doing the same inappropriate use of masks. Is this Walmart policy at all their stores?
I just wanna say please get more employees for your store ...i swear every time I go in there ....Its hard to find someone to help you.. its a whole search party lol.... everything else is great thank u for making sure. my children have what they like ....makes a happy momma too ....just get u some employees to help your employees and youll be dang near perfect
Great experience with management staff!! We bought an American Express gift card for our daughter and for some reason the funds were never put into her card. Since my husband was the person when actually bought the card, I didn’t know where to start, no receipt for the transaction nor did I know what items were purchased...and he paid with cash. I was able to give the manager Scott some details about the transaction and he investigated and found a copy of our receipt. He also contact American Express and gathered all the information I needed to be able to retrieve funds. Jason, another manager helped by faxing all the paperwork to American Express for me because I didn’t have a fax at home.The management staff went above and beyond to help us in this situation and for that I am very grateful!!
Its getting pretty bad...I counted 17 people in check out. They had only 2 lanes checking with real people. And at the self check they had 3 registers going. The 2 guys watching were too busy talking to notice that my check was asking for attendant. And a woman on a handicap cart was struggling with her items. I finally yelled as loud as i could,,,is anyone working here tonight? One of the guys finally came over and passed a card over the screen and walked away. The same thing came up. Again I had to interrupt their talking to get the same guy back. What is wrong with these people? Do they just not care anymore. I have already quit buying my food there and gone to aldi. If there was some place else to get my other stuff I would go.
The employee at the entrance tried to deny me entrance to the store and argued with me about my medical diagnosis saying that it didnt matter that I wasnt allowed in the store. He caused me to go into a panic attack that caused the worst migraine that Ive had in years. Thanks a lot Wal-Mart.
I will NEVER use walmart pharmacy ever again. Rx was faxed by the dentist. I called to confirm and find out a general idea of how long it would be. All I got was a rude person. She offered to set me up for text notification which does me no good. I need to know whether I should stay in town and wait or go the 30 minutes home and come back this evening. She just kept cutting me off saying Id get a text. Even a ballpark idea would help. An hour? 6 hours? Ugh. It is actually taking longer to wait for an rx than it took to have my tooth surgically removed.
This store was fine. But Walmart in general deserves less than one star so whenever it comes up that I was near one, I do. Walmart moves into small towns long enough to shut down mom and pop shops, then moves out, devastating entire communities. This is their thing... no respect for them. So if I didnt have to give one star, I wouldnt.
It is a normal Walmart: not enough checkers and some items are not stocked with similar merchandise and is, therefore, hard to find. My main concern is with the Great Value 100% Whole Wheat bread. I like the taste and it costs less than other brands but it is never on the shelf when I shop.I have talked to the guy in charge of the aisle, I have talked to various managers, and the store manager. I get mainly these two answers: 1) The bread delivery man is in charge of stocking. He is a vendor and should be under store control. And 2) we dont sell very much of that item. Well it wont sell if is always sold out before noon.
Strange occurrence. I was followed into the bathroom by an employee needing to just the toilet. He was quite vocal in the process. Human nature right....until the porn kicked in. It made for a quite interesting experience. Especially when he knew I was in the adjoining stall. Lol
I didnt like the experience at all. I was treated like some type of criminal upon leaving the store. There was a security guard at the door checking EVERYONES receipts and purchases. I was in a hurry and had to wait in a line to pay and wait to leave. I wont return. Ill shop at target!!!
Never enough registers open. They are more about self-serving registers. Employees can pester you when you dont need or want help. Every few feet. They may have heard you tell an employee you dont want it then they do the same.plastic bags arent useable. Takes 3 to equal 1
Although Wal-Mart is now more expensive (especially fruits & veggies) & it committed the sin of not having the lovely French Cruller doughnut anymore, they have electric carts (usually most available in early AM) for disabled who cant walk the store or whos doctors wont get them a wheelchair/scooter. This is a win win, thank u Wal-Mart. How about a few more electric carts for later in the day?
Grocery shopped for my 90 year old mother today at my Walmart in Decatur Illinois. I have the Walmart app on my phone which really helps me find things. I was looking at the signs on the isles. A Walmart employee said I’ll help you. Long story short she’d done my grocery shopping for me if I’d needed. Just wish I could tell you her name.
Thankful Decatur has a Walmart Supercenter open 24 hours north of town. No Walmart can keep all items in stock all the time. My home is in Florida, and if you go into the neighborhood Walmart on a Monday, you will experience the result of a Sunday rush. Same thing in Decatur as probably many others. Thankful for the competitive prices. Walmart has the dollar stores beat on that score as well.
Went to this Walmart tonight and my wife went up to the service desk to get a money order. After almost 15 minutes waiting for the CSM. The lady in front of her wanted to return some things for her elderly relative, the customer service MANAGER said she wouldnt return the whole order, the lady asked if she would just do the small stack of clothes because she lived out of town. The customer service MANAGER refused and flat out told her she personally wouldnt return it, not because of store policy, because she didnt want to. My wife was a CSM for Walmart recently for 2 years and that was HORRIBLE service and knows that for that amount could have been in store credit. Then after all of that my wife asked for a money order where they have a money order printer at and the CSM refused because it was after 8 pm.
Long lines not enough staff, hard to find managers, merchandise not always priced, do no always price match with other stores. Bathrooms a located up from and at the back of the store. Bought grapes last week and they were the worst grapes I have ever tasted. There is handicap restrooms and parking but it oats to go early.

2022-04-02I really enjoyed my time here and looking forward to my weekend at end of April. Going to have so much fun. The camp is very clean, the cabin and the grounds. The food was really great and a lot of it. If you went away hungry it was your own fault. You always had a wonderful choice to choose from at all 3 meals. Always something for everyone if not they will fix you what you want which surprised me when they did it for one of the other guests.I had one fantastic weekend and like I said Im looking forward to Aprils weekend.

2022-03-13The shelves were stocked. We found everything we needed. We did self check out. We didnt have any problems. The attendant was very courteous & polite. She even asked us if we would like an extra cart to load our scanned groceries in.

2022-05-31Please dont shop online for pickup at this location. I recently moved to the area and ordered a pair of folding tables to use as makeshift desks while I get my belongings out of storage and set up my home. When I went to pick them up on May 11, they were not available despite my order being confirmed and the online order system sending me both an email and a text advising that it was time to pick up my items. I purchased the tables in person and then asked for a refund on my online order. I was told my items would be canceled on May 15 and my refund issued at that time. No problem. Except on May 16, I got an email from Walmart thanking me for picking up my items. Someone in the customer service department took the tables I bought online after the order was supposed to be canceled, and now Ive paid for two sets but only have the set I bought in person. Ive filed a dispute via PayPal but Walmart refuses to honor their cancellation policy and provide proof that I did not sign for the online order. BE CAREFUL!!!

2022-06-07Well never went in say in the parking lot and contemplated going in but decided against it. C I was gonna go in and get a bottle of liquor when I decided I shouldnt and wound up leaving where I stopped in front of the slots there Rubys and I entered with a dollar I left with nothing. So now the owner of the car only has 2 dollars instead of three. Proving tonight is not my night. Now Ive been at a motel behind McDonalds for far too long with dry mouth and wanting to be around someone I Love very much. I am gonna Drive over and stop to see if they want me like I want them.

2022-04-17Decent store; country wide the corporation has been eliminating staffed check-outs. This location isnt as stocked as the other one in Mt. Zion sometimes. Its a very busy location, but they have plenty of self check-outs. I like that they have the hand held scanners unlike Kroger.

2022-05-21Omg...very friendly, smiles.. the store was huge...friendly faces, the shelves were not empty. Excellent choices for food and hot food. The store was clean. The sheriff in the town was friendly. Staff speaking thru out the store. Very good Walmart. This the kind of places make you drive far for better service in Clinton Illinois.

2022-06-15The staff at the Walmart on Prospect is always a pleasure. Especially the pharmacy. They check and double check my prescriptions. Counsel me when necessary are efficient and helpful. There needs to be more help in other departments.

2022-03-09Walmart is a great place to get just about anything. Unlike NY, the Illinois version you can buy beer, wine and liquor. Anyway this particular Walmart was out of a lot of fresh produce, especially bananas...none. also no frozen potato foods like tater tots. Not the end of the world yet. They had plenty other items I needed.
