Not 1 cashier tonight at Mt. Zion Walmart! Only self checkouts. Ridiculous! We should get a discount for doing everything ourselves! Did have to ask for help with produce.
Relatively busy, but lines at checkouts were not bad.
Security personnel were very helpful and courteous.
The staff was very very friendly very helpful the building inside now was immaculate clean and beautiful the food was very good the covid precautions being taken there were the best Ive ever seen.
I am handicap and it seems that this busy Walmart never has any working and charged handicap scooters available.
Its been a few weeks since I had been to the store.Everything in the store had been moved around.It took half the time looking for stuff.I was trying to check on new tires but there wasnt anyone in Automotive department that new anything.
I went shopping on a Monday afternoon. It wasnt too busy. Ya know like overly crowded. A few of the shelves were bare. Im sure this has to do with covid. However, when I proceeded to checkout. There were only maybe 5 lanes open with cashiers. Very irritating.
Lots of gifts for ChristmasPet Fresh dog food our dogs really like it and it is easy to prepare.
Although I like their grocery pickup, I refuse to go into the store. I am not going to check out my own groceries. So I figure if I order groceries they have to hire more people.
If your expectation of customer service is at its lowest point, drop it down a few notches before shopping here. Expect 20-30 min wait times to checkout. I ask for 4 mozzarella sticks at the deli, and received 3 jalapeños poppers instead. I would rate 0 stars if possible.
So nasty inside, pharmacy personnel are rude and also they have curbside pick up for medicine but yet expect you to have a certain way to pay because they supposedly dont have the machine that you can pay by debit card. So I went to the other Walmart and got it curbside and they are always nice and welcoming to come out to do payment. Wont be back to Walmart north ever again.

I will not go back. They had 2 lanes open and people standing in line. I asked for the manager,got a smart mouth girl. She said she didnt know they need more open. The 2 lanes were at the other end of the store and I was parked at other. I was starting to shake and feel ,she didnt even ask if I need help out. They dont care about our seniors citizens. These youg people dont know how to do their jobs
Had to find a pair of dress shoes for wedding. They didnt really had a large selection of them but did find one pair.But things were easy to find and store was clean. Important being from out of town
ONE Checkout Lane open. Ridiculous. You also need to move the pickup customer parking. If your employees are taking out groceries to the customer they can park farther out and let the customers who actually come to the store to shop Park closer! This was not very well thought out.
The cashier DENISE has a horrible attitude. I asked her if she could put items in my reusable bag, she did You can do it, I dont have time We were the only people in line! Then when our debit card wasnt working on the chip reader, instead of helping us figure out the problem DENISE just kept telling us what our balance was. Yeah we know the balance! Thats not the problem here Denise! Id love for her to be fired but I dont want to see her sitting her a// at home getting paid to do nothing either.
No checkers at 7PM on a Friday night. Self check out lanes always have 2-3 people standing around. Not a good look to a shopper who doesn’t want to check out their own groceries. I’m know a lot of people don’t mind but seniors should not be made to check themselves out.
If I could I’d give it a zero. Crystal the “manager” has an extremely rude disrespectful attitude, accusing people who work at subway of not really working at subway when they are in uniform. She is extremely rude and will ignore anything you have to say.
The pickup order crew is not very good. I have tried them multiple times and I always get a notification saying they were out of at least 1 item every order. Just tried them again today and was told they were out of pedigree dog food, steak, chicken and frozen shrimp. I immediately went into the store after picking my order up and found every item they said was out of stock.
Except for bare shelves on things; which I know isnt their fault, I love this place. Nice staff.The bare shelves are the only reason I gave it four stars.

On August 10th I went to Walmart for vinegar and a couple other items and when I got home and opened my vinegar it had mold on the bottom of it and smelled spoiled and this isnt the first time this has happened to me Ive bought lettuce and potatoes and fruits and vegetables that were spoiled from this store this location is horrible and I truly hope the state closes this location

They dont have enough handi- capped carts. There is no place to sit & wait for one. I have had to stand & wait 30 minutes to get one befor.PLEASE PUT THE BENCH BACK
Better than the one in mt Zion. But please stop looking at me so much, Mind your business. Maybe focus on the people putting clothes on and walking out with em on and not paying before focusing on people who look like they just got outta bed

Great deals! The remodel is coming along well. Got help from an employee, think his name is Robert. My Wife asked where the puff pastry would be. He told us where they are. Then 5 min later he found us with 2 different types. He definitely went above and beyond! Thanks Robert and Walmart!
Was shopping at your store today, My wife and I, Im 67 years old, and would like to live a good long life. But we saw so many customers walking around inside the store with out masks on. You should try to enforce it. Or have police occasionally do a walk through and ticket the law breaking offenders. Its not safe to shop where you feel your life is in danger.

The Walmart at mt Zion ,il is the best.and the one at Shelbyville,il.The workers are very helpful at both places..the one at mt Zion is always clean when I go in there.the one at Mattoon could use a little elbow grease...and be more helpful.

Not enough of a selection, some people want to act ignorant and have no respect for other customers, decatur pd doesnt respond to calls according to management.If your kids cant be controled,controlled, leave them at home,this includes your self invited 15-18yr olds.
About average . so many people standing and blocking isles with carts.and the Pharmacy? extra extra slow. They need faster pill counters. Everyone at the Pharmacy is awesome and helpful but the length of time it takes to wait for a prescription is beyond ridiculous. It must be the worst part of the job, counting out the pills. They will say 15-20 minutes but you will be lucky if they fill 2 bottles in 15-20 minutes!

Has everything I need food all departments are there even eye glass care . Easy convenience and clean. Employees always helpful finding anything you need or self check out employees will help if needed. Never had any rude employees always polite and friendly. Prices good. Also their website is easy to use maneuver around easy checkout.

Nobody answers the phone, you cant find any help in the departments especially in paint. My family has been there several times and myself to purchase paint and there is noone around and when you finally find someone they dont want try and help so they push you off on several other people that does not want to help you. Poor customer service.
The staff was very nice and courteous however. They are spread to thin, every time I go to your fabric center I have to wait for someone from another department to get there. If there is anyone in other departments. And no it isnt your staffs fault they are run ragged.

Came to make a few purchases and pick up a prescription. Employees were standing around like they were lost. When it came time to checkout there was not even 1 register manned and open. The only registers open were self check. At 6pm. Thats crazy. When I asked an employee in a yellow vest why there was nobody checking out I was informed that everyone was on break. There were 7 employees in yellow vests just standing around and talking. Think I may be taking my business elsewhere.
Hard to find a place to park the place was full of employees but not a one at the checkout counters had to do it myself
They need more workers at the checkout. I saw long lines and lots of Walmart employees standing around and talking while customers waited to check out. Sometimes self checkout is my only choice and I dont want to work at Walmart. I have had to use self checkout so many times this year that I expect to have a W2 from Walmart next tax year.
I do wish the people shopping for other people would be more considerant of customers in the store. They run those big carts so fast I have almost been hit several times
I get all my sides and some meat from Walmart. Shelves are well stocked during the day. Only complaint not enough cashiers

Great experience. I needed extra help with getting checked out so my cashier spoke to another cashier who offered to help. Well I was pleased to see I received help not only from Jada and the other cashier but a stock man Jacob. Thank you for the wonderful help. Excellent team work.
I have never felt so discriminated against. When the Male sales rep stared at us the whole time I checked out each item in my basket. Then had the lady at the front stop me and check my receipt. As a number of guest walked past. I feel like I was picked out of the crowd and the sales rep was on some discrimination or something.I know that Sams checks receipts but they check ALL receipts not just picking out certain people.I am no thief and never have been. The way he made me and my family feel on this visit was so unnecessary and uncomfortable.I called the store and spoke with an assistant manager to discuss the situation which was really no help. Needless to say more aggravated then anything after getting off the phone. Never been treated like this before at a Walmart. Wont be going back to the Mt. Zion Walmart for sure.

Tired of wearing a mask when the majority of their employees are wearing them incorrectly!!! Hope they provide maps after this re-set/re-model ... its completely different! Couldnt find chalk so went elsewhere even after asking an employee. Had to go to Customer Service to show receipt because I was overcharged. Always long lines.
This place is an atrocity as far as service. Family Mobile has a discount on my line. I cannot buy the card, I have to pay at the counter. No way around it. Well, Walmart wont allow this here. Manager had the nerve to tell me it was a scam. Glad my disability is a scam to you. Great way to do business.

1 of the cleanest and most neatly organized Walmart stores Ive shopped. I also experienced the roving check-out person. I saved time since I didnt have to stand in line. She was also very polite. Im usually not a fan of Walmart, but was not bad
So crazy with people the closer it got towards 6. Staff were doing their best to help with the black friday crowd. I have to give them credit though, even though there were so many people they still managed to make things as orderly as possible so that people didnt get hurt.

The people who work in the service department need to go back to training first and most important of all the customer is always right. I went in there to return a tv the screen went out in a day of having in @o I took it to the other Walmart here in town because I knew they had more of the same tv the 9ne I got was the last one at Walmart on prospect and they tried to charge me 70 $ more on the same exactly the same tv
Upon looking for a specific item in the auto section, the older guy that has been there for years was helpful in looking for the item. Unfortunately 4 stars due to the website saying that location carrying that item but the person helping me looked, and they don’t actually Carry it.

Most of their floor employees are extremely rude. Had a young kid basically run me over with a pallet of stuff didnt say excuse me or apologize for running me over. Cashiers are EXTREMELY rude & unfriendly. Ill check myself out from now on. Im seriously over the rudeness.

Went in and bought one item. Didnt take long in check out but at the door took longer to get out because of people being backed up slip somebody could check your receipt and your bags. Not sure if Ill keep going there. May start looking for somewhere else.
The only real inconvenience is if you buy beer/liquor etc, right now youre going to wait awhile for someone to check your ID. Ive heard its because covid has kept most cashiers from taking a course about selling alcohol. Either way, if youre in a hurry for a party or something, just go across the street to the liquor store for whatever you need.
Walmart is always crazy busy, but they only never have enough lanes open. The self check is ok, but they shut down half of them at night. Combine that with having only one lane open and you can expect a wait to check out even late at night. I try my best to avoid this store as much as possible.
I love Kohls because it is a box store where I can buy what I want and have it immediately. You can see a variety of items in person. Kohls is taking precautions for customers to protect them from viruses. The cashiers are cleaning after each customer, and the floors are marked for social distancing.

Had the best customer service today in the produce dept by a young lady by the name of Julie.
Ive never had an issue there and the staff is very helpful and friendly. My only complaint is how slow several cashiers are. Not all of them, but Id say 1 in 3 times I go, I get a cashier that seems like theyre purposefully ringing up everything like a snail.
Its Walmart, generally very busy. Store is always clean. Parking can be a little chaotic, the north store should repave parking markers to be diagonal like the south east store.
This was my second time visiting this Walmart. And likely the last.The first time, everyone that I dealt with was excruciatingly slow. It happens. People have off days. I was willing to let it slide.Yesterday, not only was one of the few lines open crazy slow, but then the cashier felt the need to discuss politics at me. I am willing to accept that other people have different political views, but I just wanted to buy my $88 worth of groceries, go home, and eat some of them. I did not care to have my cashier stop checking my groceries while sharing the alternate wording for the Pledge of Allegiance that the cashier had put together.Save it for the breakroom or at home.Or at least with a customer that is engaging you when there isnt a line of other customers with their purchases stacked on the belt.Ill be at a different store buying my groceries next time.
Even though this store is remodeling, if you want to pick up groceries and such, use the pickup tower/the new Grocery Pickup. I highly recommend it to you. It is a good store. There used to be an arcade there, but that got replaced. This store looks unrecognizable from its original layout. Now the pickup tower is BLUE and there are separate sections. There are new signs and they have the best service in Decatur Illinois (besides Hucks) Ill be headed back here sometime-Carson Neeley
Terrible experience not very child friendly got kicked out of the self checkout to the one with a teller never knew they had a policy against people having too much stuff in my cart it was super inconvenient and wont be shopping at any Walmart from now on
I am out of town, and I wanted to do something besides a card or stuff that will collect dust so I thought I would order through the app and let dad pick it up;however, I couldnt find the Fathers Day cute t-shirts so I called the store and Mr. James (Ellis) answered and was trying his best to help me. I asked him if he could find my dad a nice shirt and ask someone in the bakery if the could decorate the cake with the same colors and he did. I told him that I would send someone to pay for it, and still let daddy pick it up🤝Im in tears rt now, thank you young man for helping me pull this off and making this the best Fathers Day EVER‼ #therearestillnicepeopleintheworld🙏
Aparently the cashiers are more worried about the pandemic than losing their jobs. I went thru self checkout with alcohol and she came over, scanned her ID, put her password in and walked away. Left the screen up for me to enter my own birthday, never checked my ID, didnt even look at me.

Did great until had to wait to check out. Self checks were mainly empty while regular check out held 3 or more customers. Longer to check out than to shop for almost $60 worth of goods.
Even during the busy tax time everyone was so friendly and eager to help! One lovely employee (whom I didnt catch her name) lead a conversation with our 3 year old while we were looking through clothes she even made sure to say goodbye princess! As we were walking out the door! Some people impact your day in such a small way!
I made a quick stop here looking for chocolate eclairs from the deli. I was disappointed they were out, but bought a triple cherry pie.

This store is always very calm. Not much traffic inside, but thats okay. The store is nice and clean and for the most part the staff is really nice. Its Walmart so the prices are always for the most part great but again, its Walmart. If you need something and you need to go to Walmart, stop by this one.

This is in reference to an online order. I had ordered a knee walker scooter used for broken foot, foot surgery etc. The positive thing is that it arrived in 2 days. But, not only did it have a broken knob, it was the wrong scooter. A cheaper version. When I called customer care center I was told I could return for a refund or send it back and wait for another one, although she couldn’t be certain I would get the model I wanted. What? I pay for a certain model, you send me a cheaper one and I’m supposed to be ok with that? I don’t know that I will be ordering anything online through Walmart again!!!

Since when can you not do a return WITH a receipt? But, I could do an exchange?? I use delivery, and they brought the incorrect item, yet, I cant return it.
I went to Walmart South the other day the first time since spring. Everyone was busy moving about. Looked like they were replacing all of the shelves and refrigerators. Nice!
While shopping at your Walmart location today I had a difficult time locating a certain item. We normally shop the Walmart at an other location so we were not familiar with the layout at this store. There were two gentlemen stocking shelves right in front of us as we were discussing where this item might be. It was obvious that we were having a difficult time yet neither gentleman took the time to ask if they might be of some help and made it obvious that they were not interested in helping us. After locating the item we finished our shopping and headed for the check out counter. We entered the first check out counter available and waited for the cashier to finish with the customer ahead of us. As we were placing our groceries on the conveyor the cashier informed us that we need not place the small watermelon on the belt. This was expressed without a smile or a friendly tone. This checker did not look at us or smile the entire time she checked our groceries. Normally, I do not complain about such things because poor service abounds at any place where the public is served but today I have had enough. I understand that Walmart has a corner on the market but your employees should at least be expected to smile occasionally at the customer. Her name was Georgette she was working check out counter 2.

Tired of going to Subway and it is riddled with Walmart employees taking up all the booth, video chatting where you can hear theyre conversation, on the phone speaking loudly and cussing while Im trying to enjoy a meal I paid for. Dont you guys have an employee breakroom? Please get your Walmart employees out of Subway so the customers can enjoy it.
Walked out after an argumentative encounter regarding sales tax exemption. I was told that I had to fill out an official Walmart form. When I saw that the Walmart form looked more like a local store form and it asked for the same and no new or other information than what was on the exemption certificate issued by the State which I had in hand; I suggested that they could fill Out the form if they so wish but I was not going to waste my time writing the exact same things as were on the certificate.I stated that the State grants the exemption not Walmart, further that I felt as though this was some sort of literacy test. The clerk (who was pleasant) called the (for lack of knowledge regarding Titles) Floor/Register Area Manager. That is when the matter escalated.I am 70 years and grisseled as a badger But this floor manager proceeded to verbally go after me. I was tempted to engage but instead left the items which were to be purchased and walked away. Whilst walking away that person in raised angry voice just under yelling decibel leve advised me to never come back and if I did and she say me she would not help me under any circumstance.I called Arkansas HQ. a store manager called to apologize but I shall never go back to that store.Doug
Usually overcrowded of a bunch of mindless people walking slow on both sides of the the paths. Everyone that decides to have large small talks stand in the most inconvenient spots. Employees that care about there jobs is a ratio of about 1/10

Hate this store! Dirty, not well stocked, not well maintained. This Walmart is an unpleasant necessity but every once in a while there are things I cant get at Kroger and I hold my nose and make a trip in, knowing full well that I will leave frustrated and angry because they will be out of something incredibly basic that any decent store should have. Did I say I hate this store? Because I do...with a passion.

At the last moment, out of total frustration with my out of control hair, I stopped in Walmarts hair salon and asked for a short cut. There was no wait, the stylist was an experienced stylist who had my hair cut and shaped in half the time it normally takes!!! I was in and out in about 25 minutes for an extremely reasonable cost. Will go again.

Stopped in after working second shift to pick up last minute Christmas gifts the store layout is a little different than other Wal-Mart stores but the associates were very helpful in directing to the things that I was after it was after midnight so they only had self checkout didnt care for that

I tried to call to see if my local Walmart had any card tables in stock and when I called I tried two different departments and nobody answered so of course I couldn’t get my answer answered.
Walmart is a one stop for all kinda of place . I just wish theyd make sure that the prices are in the proper place as the product there is no reason why 15 products should be above the wrong price tagits not like it got moved it was placed there by a worker if youre even lucky enough to have a price tag at all.

What can I say Walmart is Walmart. Few choices of an item, Walmart brand items pushed to the front. Meat and Fish always suspect. And one serious point, Walmart does not advertise that all of their meat products are pre Frozen. Ive noticed numerous times that frozen chicken fish turkey beef and pork where packaged and displayed along with non Frozen items. Which has prompted me to ask on numerous occasions if the other items in this display were also Frozen at one time. Each time I was told all of our chicken pork and beef products and fish products have all been frozen previously. So having said that I suppose Walmart is Walmart. Nothing special always be cautious whatever you buy.

Very bad experience, asked an associate for some help never received it... finally spoke with a csm she sent someone to help she wasnt much help finally a male associate helped me never will go there again.
If i could give it no stars i would. I took my Suv to the auto center yesterday and got an high mileage oil change done and got my fuel injectors cleaned out. it cost me 50.00. that was fine. My problem is, The person who did my suv STOLE MONEY AND SEVERAL FREE MC FLURRY COUPONS AND FREE MEDIUM FRIES COUPONS OUT OF MY SUV!!!!! I WILL NEVER BE BACK AND IM PURCHASING A CAMERA FOR THE NEXT TIME I HAVE MY VEHICLE SERVICED BECAUSE WALMART IS CROOKS!!!!!
Check out takes forever, need more people. Absolutely worst shopping experience. If you have the money go to Target or Kroger save yourself the stress.

Screw the angry moron in toys. She is very angry sad and controlling. I was just looking at freight and lost her cool. I thought it was very amusing but it could easily get under your skin. Anyway avoid the dike-spiked cruella-deVille and “don’t look or touch her freight” (hotwheels)
I went in just to get body spray which is in a locked cabinet I was going to get someone when a women told me she had already asked waited 15 minutes the lady I talked to left I went to see if someone could help I was told they would get someone the days of customer service are over I left they have it other places
The staff is very helpful when you are looking for a particular item. They also are wonderful at the customer service area. I had returns...no problem. Very courteous
Always check expiration dates. On April 7th I bought three baby fromula that were expired. The expiration date was March 2018. I will contact corporate office. Customer service not really helpful. Did not get all my money back.
There were only 3 registers open. All with long lines. Instead of all the workers in yellow vests standing around talking. They should be on a register . I left my cart with my groceries and left. Got tired of waiting in line.
Not enough human cashiers. Long lines, the on line shoppers with the carts full of blue totes are always in the way and they make it too crowded
They removed their jewelry counter after remodel so, you cant get anything resized.

Clean place and fully stocked. Chick at the self checkout was super rude. I guess I was too much of an inconvenience for her walk away from her phone and check my ID.
Shopping wasnt bad but they only had 2 checkouts open with long lines and half the self checks were closed.
I mean.... lets be serious. Its as bad as all the other Wal-Marts that exist. The one in Mt. Zion is bearable. I am from Urbana so Im a Meijer fan. Never even really went to Wal-Mart before bc I HATE it but in Decatur its really the only option. Ill generally just order stuff online before Ill go there. I shop at Aldi always and the internet. Walmart in general is a horrible company.
Always get groceries here, and sometimes clothes, shoes, toys, tvs, pretty much anything for the home, car care, tools, tires, beauty salon , eye care services, taxes done, you name it, they probably have it and now you can order your groceries online, prepay and they will load it into your car, for a person with physical disabilities, this is a pretty good place to go. I personally think a lot of my Wal-Mart store. 5 stars

Cheapest place, but no option for reward cards. Also items are cheaper online than in store majority of the time. They always have an attitude when you use WIC here.
The manager ROCHELLE discriminates me because Im a ex employee and Im dating a employee she picks on my girlfriend while she is at work because she doesnt want to take a manager postion.and every time Im in there she makes mean remarks tells me vivant purchase items and she even took a item out of my cart this is the worse Wal-Mart and manager Rochelle makes it that way
The stores floors were dirty, especially near the store entrances and in the produce and grocery areas. The store had a lot of empty spaces on shelves and was out of some of the merchandise desired.
Some employees are super nice and then you have some that act like they dont want to be there
Your fish section and the way you take care of them is a joke and a cruel one to the fish at that. I who dont work for your company scooped 20+dead fish out of your tanks with your nets as your cosmetic employees just watched me do it!!! They even said no one is ever back here and its not our job to tend to the tanks.YOU JUST REMODLED THESE TANKS!!! A WEEK AGO! SMFHThis is Forsyths not Mt.zion to clear that up.
The bathroom near the checkout either had out of order stall or simply disgusting. The restroom in the backroom was only pretty dirty and thankfully had the seat covers.
At least it isnt filled with rats

Call for an hour no answer form electronics. Site said 3 of the phone I was looking for was In stock. Got there employee said they didnt have any and didnt even look.

This store in Savoy is so much cheaper on most everyday items you use,compared to our local IGA store. If you arent making a trip to Champaign, then I think depending on the amount of groceries, it still might let you come out ahead. Also, they carry items I need that I can only get from Walmarts because our stores just dont carry them.
Ample parking, sanitary wipes at cart pick up area. Easier to get in and check out with groceries during the week. Clean and well stocked.
Dont park on the north end, only south doors are open. Went shopping for girls clothes and there was hardly anything. Shelves were filled in with other things.
Rude people I dont shop there unless I have to. service is at its lowest except for a few people that do care. I go in and get out .

Its a Walmart nothing special. They seem to always be missing stock on just the item you want, very odd. Otherwise its decent. The selfchecking is very nice.
There are some nutritional products in the pharmacy that should also be in grocery but are not. Im referring to Ensure and Boost. Also, grocery needs more sugar free and no sugar added products.

I loooove wally world !! I just have to throw that out there 1st of all. I deal with Walmart north usually, but online showed there to be a bedspread at the south location in Decatur. Before I went all that way I wanted to make sure it was in stock. I called and asked to speak to either some one in bedding or a mgr. After waiting, I hung up at 9:17 min mark. I called back but got no amswer. I called BACK, after it rang aprox 20xs someone picked up to HANG it up. So far....Im N.O.T. impressed ! I have found that the other few times Ive been there, the staff seems a tad bit ruder and not as helpful.
I dont like the new layout. Difficult to find some grocery items, two items werent purchased because of this.
I shop here all the time and love their store but not always do they help customers and they no longer have price match.
Pretty great store besides the fact workers are always in your way and you have wait or come back to grab what you needed.

Not a big fan of this Walmart location. The pharmacy staff was very rude to my wife when we had an issue with a prescription for my son. It has a different layout than other Walmart weve been to so that made it difficult to shop also.

2022-02-08Normally I dont do this l, but I went to the store approximately a week ago, before the huge snow storm of February 1st through the 4th. I wasnt stocking up on anything rediculous, like a lot of people were, I was just buying groceries. I bought this new salad dressing that I wanted to try. I get it home, open it, and when I try it, it tastes odd to say the least. So Im looking at it and I realize its expired by over 1 year, and it had never been taken off the shelf. Walmart, that is rediculous!!Update, I had to go to the store again to grab a couple of things I had forgotten when I went a couple weeks back. So Im walking down the condiment / salad dressing isle and I see the same kind of dressing I tried and realized was expired. So I pick it up and wouldnt you know. . .there are 2 more bottles on the shelf that expired in 2020. Walmart really needs to step it up. You guys could get someone sick with this stuff. Check your expiration dates before you purchase.

2022-02-18I know a lot of people there and theyre very nice but Im getting very aggravated because they keep taking away a lot of the materials they have pre-cut material a yard and a half I cant use that I need at least two yards to make anything and I liked it when they had more material and people would help you and etc Mount Zion is the worst they dont have hardly anything for the craft area I dont go there very often Im getting to where I dont care for Walmart except maybe for their vitamins in different medications I dont hardly get plants there no more pet food not happening I wont buy anything there for pets unless its a leash or something pet food there its all bad theres maybe one or two packages that I might go for but thats it but Im getting tired of them taking away our craft area little by little when that happens theyre going to lose me as a customer almost totally except maybe for the vitamins I dont even shop there except maybe a few things in the food area I usually grocery shop somewhere else Im getting tired at Walmart getting rid of things one of the most popular I liked this one that was a chemical it was actually bleach without the whitener in it and I really liked it and they got rid of it every time I like something they get rid of it

2022-05-27This is the worst wal mart I have been to and it stinks because its closest to my home. Last Friday went in got groceries get to check out 2 lanes open and self check all full people waiting clear out n aisle waited what seemed like eternity and finally just left my cart and left store. This is were it gets even worse 1st phone to store phone rings till it hangs up, no answer, 2nd call same thing ri g till it disconnects, 3rd call someone answered asked to talk to Manger woman says ok will connect u and music starts playing and then starts ringing and then rings again till it disconnects, 4th and 5th pho e calls rings till it disconnects never did talk to manager. Went in today 2 lanes open self check all full people standing in line out in aisle. It takes u longer to get checked out of this place than it does to pick out groceries. This Wal Mart is a.mess. it is like this all the time.

2021-11-27Ill have to say that you dont go the day before Thanksgiving, but the store was clean and well stocked. Bathrooms were nice. The best part is I actually got assistance and a nice cashier. Id definitely go here again but not the day before a holiday..
