Never have what I need in stock for pickup, and the prices in Walmart for the dog food has gotten ridiculous ! And the cat food every time I try to order it for pickup not in stock my regular items are never in stock and eggs 60 count box of eggs is $14 that is ridiculous!! You can get a 60 count box of eggs for $9 and change at Costco !!
One of the best Walmarts in the area as far as having everything from produce, meats, frozen meals, basically anything you can get at a grocery store for a cheaper price especially if youre buying their off brand. Also have a pharmacy section which has everything a walgreens would have but for way cheaper. A toy section, I assume the prices are cheap probably not as cheap as Amazon though. The electronic section also has a lot of things for cheap but again Amazon has them beat, also gamestop as well. Anything you may need you can find here. My only problem is not enough employees to help you, theyre always busy.
I purchased a dvd of Sing 2 for my daughter and it was wrapped closed and when we opened it there was no DVD inside. A girl named Maria said she was the manager of the store and was so mean and rude. They did not try to provide me with a solution at all. They said bc it was wrapped there’s nothing she can do. But everything we purchase is wrapped?? Anyway I paid $19.96 for a dvd cover. Very unprofessional this Walmart really just be hiring anyone. I also asked an employee where can I find crayons and he said I don’t know sorry … like wow.
All Walmart stores need a huge improvement in customer service and stocking. It is very apparent that they hire people who do not care about the customer experience. That must be because of the low wages. Also, heres a jaw-dropper: customers do not like having to walk around pallets, stock machines, debris and unstocked merchandise. The only reason I shop Walmart is because it is one-stop shopping! Their prices are not even as low as they could be anymore!
Terrible!!! They have taken out all the registers and replaced them with self-checkout...They only have two assistant registers! I dont use self-checkout because for every one is someone without a job...Wal-Mart doesnt have a union so they do at will what they want...Theyre going to lose older customers by the droves if I have to get it, put it in the cart, check it out, and bag it I need a W-2 form at the end of the year!! As far as delivery for food I dont want no one else picking my food for me they have all these young kids working in Wal-Mart that dont know a Apple from a Orange...Wal-Mart trying to keep up with Amazon Fresh...BIG MISTAKE! Wal-Mart didnt even take their senior shoppers in consideration...All seniors dont get home delivery 😒 a lot still drive and like to get out and pick their own food...Myself included! It should have been left like it was self-checkout on each end and assistant registers in the middle!
This Walmart have professional employees, I cant say that about every Walmart. They employees at this location are friendly and helpfulSome of the other locations have unprofessional girls working, loud gossiping someone elses business or using their cell phone. Most of the guys regardless of age will help majority of the time, whereas the ladies tell you the aisle to look in. 90percent of the ladies under 35 years old wont help, they will point you in the right direction
I came into this Walmart hoping to get my nephew a birthday cake so I walked to the bakery section and waited to be attended to. One women came out 2x , made direct eye contact and went to the back & then another women came out and got on her phone infront of me for 10 minutes! Didn’t ask if I need help or anything. I finally said excuse me and all she said was “we’re closed” and rolled her eyes, very unprofessional!
Manager Tanya is so racist and has no clue how to communicate with people while miss using her power in her position with two or five people when they come and return something and if you try to explain the issue she calls the security walmart shouldn’t have people like that its a public store not someone’s property
I always like to go to Walmart when I need something cheap (sometimes not great quality ) but they have great selection on cheap paint for diy crafts also like the clearance section there’s always something at a great price plus check lines are faster great job before I used to hate the wait and long lines to pay but now It’s real fast 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 one of my go stores
Ive been going since I was a baby and today was when I realize that they do not care about there customers at all. My mom got a sowing machine but there was a piece that was broken, so we went and tried to get the money back to buy another one but this women said that the serial number that is on the machine is not the same one as in the box......so she completely said no. Like come on we bought it with our own money, we even had the receipt in our hands. I even told her, that we didnt know and she was just stubborn saying the same thing. Like, Im sorry but that was your problem for not being responsible, she even said, she was the manager like thats embarrassing, because you basically just showed you are not careful or dont even care about the products being in there proper boxes. Never going back.
Waited nearly half hour waiting for curbside pickup. I was the only car there for a while so it wasnt because they were busy. 2 other cars came and left because they didnt have the patience to wait. 2 stars because the item purchased was correct and the employees was nice.Please fix your curbside pickup or dont offer it at all!
I ordered an air fryer online for pickup at the store. When I picked it up, the boxed was in very bad condition and the air fryer was not wrapped in the original wrapping it came in. So i tried exchanging it for the same air fryer but in a good conditioned box. When we told the manager at the pickup/exchange department that I wanted to exchange my air fryer for the same exact air fryer, just properly packaged , the manager at the return/pickup station told me if you dont like what you bought, you can either f off or buy another one. I will never go to this Walmart again.
This Walmart suck. Be carful people who shop there. They selling gift cards with no money in there. I bought a card and put 100 dollars on it. I give it to my kids mom as Christmas gift and when she went to buy stuff the card was empty not money in there.Target is the best option now. Walmart stinks.
Not Too Shabby~ Revisits Imminent on the Shopping HorizonThis place has really changed, from having labels for very specific categories and sections of the store they didnt have labeled before (aka Furniture) to a letter/number system (didnt notice it before, but maybe its been there). I love that they have a great range of products, but it wouldnt be a Supercenter if that wasnt the case! It is really super!Theres a Subway inside, eye glasses store, and even a drug&covid testing site called Quest Diagnostics. Its so convenient - this Walmart is across from other stores that you can visit if you ever need to make some other stops along the way: Target, Best Buy, and Sams Club, too (I believe). Its all right next to the Ford City area, if you want to go to the Ford City Mall afterwards or watch an AMC movie.Altogether, this Walmart has really improved. It looks like they invested money to make it look better and have an adequate amount of emoyees, even during the pandemic. Its also surprisingly clean. I recommend it. Im actually going to buy stuff from here more often, because even the deals here are amazing. And Im so happy for its location. Its not hard to get to and it definitely helps to circumvent the neighborhood becoming a food desert, which tends to be a theme popular on the south side of Chicago. Burbanks Walmart Supercenter: 9/10. And would visit again.
System automatically substitute my items with something else when the original item not in stock, didn’t realise until I pickup, when I tried to return it after a long wait at the line , the customer service scanned the bar code, then she said said the system mess up, I can’t return the item, she suggested me to come back tomorrow but I live far. She said nothing she can do… and that face, her salary must be pretty low.
Did my Christmas shopping for Grandkids! One item that Stands out is a Hover Board I purchased, In store price was $158, MY ONLINE PRICE WAS $94!!!! I Online priced matched almost Every item, and the Cashier didnt seem Bothered and was VERY NICE! Store was very well Stocked as Well!
I had to use their money center and the lady at the counter at first was nice, but she used a money transfer service that I didnt asked for and when I called her out on it she turned into a she-devil very rude I stayed calm and never disrespected her (I know what its like to be customer service).All I have to say is Im never going to use their money center ever again.
Horrible management. I went for online pick up and no one was there it was 720 and it closes at 8 i told a manager what happened and she told me she would have someone help me but she lied and didnt do nothing she was just standing in a group laughing and talking to her friend a coworker. it was so messy worst experience i also called headquarters and never reiceved a call back after waiting a long time i stood in customer service line and it was super long the girl was working alone with a line to the door
I got my groceries delivered to my home but received less than half of the items I ordered. I’ve tried calling the online grocery and delivery number but it always goes to voicemail and the mailbox to leave a message is always full… they want to charge me $85 when I am still missing more than half of the items I ordered. On the app I can see that there was 1 substitution but nothing was cancelled!
I highly respect that they let us know nicely & respectfully that there was a 30 minute wait for a table. They took our number and called us as soon as our table was ready. Service was pretty good loved our waitress (it looked like she was training because she had another gentleman guiding her). What kind of bothered me is I ordered a certain pancake combo which specifically says comes with a sausage link AND a bacon strip. The gentleman told me it was one or the other. My suggestion would be to edit the menus otherwise that would be false advertisement.
This Walmart looks like pretty much every other Walmart you have ever been to. They do a decent job of keeping things clean and tidy. I dont really see as many employees walking around as I used to, but that is to be expected right now I suppose. The only thing I dislike about this Walmart is a lot of times the thing you want is at the very, very top of the shelves. Even though you will see it you cannot possibly reach it. They need to do a little bit better job of actually pulling stock down and putting it in the appropriate location within reach. The staff are friendly when you can find them and as long as you avoid the weekends it should not take you too long to check out.
Found few clearance deals. Shelves were empty. So a lot of the things that were stated to be in stock online for the store was untrue. I was followed by security. Some of the customers and employees were very rude. No one says excuse me and they ignore you when you are seeking help. Even the greeter was rude upon entering store. I dont even shop this location. But I wont be returning!!!
The produce area is well maintained but the majority of the store has empty shelves. This is the first time Ive been into a walmart in quite some time and Im not impressed on how this store is handling itself post pandemic. Many small stores are keeping up with demand now so maybe we should all start looking to our local small businesses more often.

Lost my time going to the door before you can read a little note they have on the door. They should put big sign at the entrance of parking lot to let customers know.
This location is fine for the most part.I mostly utilize this location for grocery pickup.For some reason this is the second time theyve issued me damaged products.A few weeks ago, I picked up an ironing board by online order. It was a few days until I used it, I realized the bottom part was damaged. I didnt bother to complain because its usable for the most part.Yesterday, I picked up a desk lamp from online order. When the employee put it in my trunk, I first noticed that the item wasnt in a box. When I went to check if all the items were present, thats when I noticed the lamp was damaged. Like noticeably damaged, I wondered why did they bother giving me this one. I would have brought it to their attention, but the staff went back in so quickly. Plus we already had to wait 20mins before I was given my order. Also the people in my vehicle were in a hurry to run other errands..
My mother was victimized by an aggressive worker named Norma. This happened near the cosmetics department. My mother was stopped when shopping and scolded to pay for cosmetics in the spot. This happened as she was going into another aisle for shampoo. We normally always pay for cosmetics with entire order in front. She threatened my mother in a loud manner. She was harassed and belittled. My brother witnessed her talking after situation occurred to a customer about my mother. She rang up the purchase and didnt even scan the cosmetics. She acted like she swiped it to charge it and deliberately left it off purchase. She is rude and needs to be trained in customer service. We will not shop at this location because of her. #ignorant #disrespectful We will be contacting corporate.
I love this store location. They have a great selection and the clearance items usually make me overload. I had to kick myself out of there cause they had so much great stuff at an incredible price. And I found the cutest bag. Exactly what I was looking for. Only $25.👏👏
My experience for I give it three stars the closest one to me is on 83rd the next one is 95th and Western why should I have to go out of my neighborhood to find the things that I need I feel that other stores have more merchandise then the ones in my neighborhood I think its totally unfair find shopping at Walmart I loved it but just bad experiences with my to Walmart never have any merchandise in the stores always have to travel Indiana all over just to get what I need and thats the problem with me never have any size 11 shoes I always have to go out of the neighborhood and thats my experience with Walmart
Horrible, just horrible! I’ve visited this store in the past and always thought it was unorganized, however today took the cake! I ordered an online pickup. After waiting for at least 40 mins I get my order and leave. Once home I discover that all of my items were not there. I try calling the pickup number but it goes to VM countless times, next I contact the actual store. Someone in the fitting room picks up and tells me she can not transfer me- she then hangs up the phone. I call a total of 15 times and that same young lady hung up on me again. I now have to drive back up to the store, at this point I’m furious. Once I arrive back at the store I ask for a manager. The first manager ( Fernando) is a team lead & he is absolutely rude! When I tell him the issue he walks away. I have to track him down to get assistance. I ask to talk to another manager, he is nicer (I believe his name was Anthony) , probably the only person with sense in this store. I explain how the girl in the fitting room hung up on me and how I wasn’t given all of my items. He had an associate go gather the missing items fromMy order and goes to talk to the fitting room associate. He comes back and confirms that she did indeed hang up on me! After waiting basically an hour I was told my items from earlier were the last items and they were accidentally given to someone else, so I’m basically out of luck on getting them replaced today.I wasted 2 hours of my time. My children had to eat fast food tonight because I didn’t have enough time to cook them food. I knew Walmart customer service has never really been the best, but in the last few years it’s gotten to the point that they should just fire everyone and let machines do everything because the people they hire don’t want to be there and won’t do their jobs correctly.
Try opening time to get in and out easily. Otherwise its an understaffed madhouse. If your at returns for a pickup and need to scan to say youve arrived, you may have to look at the counters and be closer than 6 feet to a person. Its better but not great. Self checkout to still not every unit operational.
Its not like it used to be when it first opened. Greeters rarely greet. Employees on the floor used to stop and ask if everything was ok. Cashiers are hit or miss on greetings, asking if you found everything ok and thanking you and wishing you a good day. Like many other retail outlets you leave with the feeling that they dont care if you spend your cash there or not because everyone else will.
By far the best Walmart I have been to in the Chicagoland area. Im so use to the Terrible horrible disgusting walmart on 95th and western that this walmart was a breathe of fresh air. The store was clean the associates were helpful and were even doing there job. Just shows you what a good leader can do. This was worth the ride and Ill keep driving to that one
I bought two of the exact same thing. One had a clearance sticker the other one did not. So when I got to check out I rang the one with the clearance sticker twice. The girl watching the self checkouts and yelled across to me and said I needed to rank each item individually. So I called her over and explain to her why I rang the same item twice she voided the items and made me ring them separately one was a clearance price the other one was regular price and they were the exact same thing. So after that she and a couple of her little coworkers stood there and watched me ring every single item that was in my cart. She made me feel like I was trying to steal something.
Self check out Walmart employees talking to each other no support if you are in need of assistance. Wednesday March 2nd, 2022 few employees wearing face masks but not properly fitted. Self check out should display NO CASH ACCEPTED! employee not helpful at all but annoyed.
My husband just left the Bedford Park store on Cicero and was wrongly discriminated against. My husband decided to stop here on his way home from work. As he was leaving out of the store he noticed the guard whispering to the greeter to check his receipt. He noticed several other people had left the store immediately before him and we’re not stopped nor asked for a receipt. My husband proceeded to share his receipt and exit the store. After placing his groceries in the car, he thought about what had just occurred and proceeded back into the store to speak with the manager regarding their customer exiting policy. The manager was unavailable so he spoke with the Assistant Manager, Maceo. He inquired about what is the location’s policy on checking receipts. For example, Is it every other customer, every customer, etc. The Assistant manager stated they do not have a set SOP. The failure to have a set policy led my husband to be wrongly discriminated against as a black man. We will be notifying the corporate office and seeking counsel. We typically do not shop at Walmart and this experience further solidified why we do not. Do not shop here.
The customer service was not good, its not organized at all. And one of your staff the older lady in customer service, was not polite at all.. she was very unprofessional, she talked to me like I was one of her friends on the streets.. But the other young lady was very kind and helpful. That was my first time every coming to the service and pickup department, there.

I did another online order for pickup. They cancelled it last minute. They said they didnt have it in stock. Well I was on my to the store anyways. So I went in and the items were in stock!!! This place is horrible!!!!
There were employees walking around doing seemingly nothing. long lines of employees the walking around with or standing with canisters in their hands collecting $1 or $2. when youre losing customers whos got $200 and $300 orders waiting to check out. I know Walmart made a lot of money during covid-19. theres enough people out of jobs to hire I know a lot of people are not working right now but I think Walmart could do a lot better than it did today.
Super unsatisfied with the Walmart home delivery service I would ((NOT)) recommend that service to anyone I got almost half my order wrong substitution substitution for things I didnt ask for and just a lot of going back-and-forth with customer service and the refund process etc.
99% of the staff were friendly and helpful. One of the few places that I have found that carry the product called Sweet Oil. I also picked up some vegetables that looked fresh and reasonably priced. Although the parking lot was full, I was checked out quickly with friendly service.
I do curbside pick up here. The service is very good. My groceries are picked correctly and the produce is fresh. The young people that bring the groceries out to my car pack them carefully in my trunk. They always greet me and say to have a good day and stay safe. I order from this Wal-Mart at least once a month and will continue to do so.
Whoever the older black lady with salt and pepper hair is, THANK YOUUUU. She ran after us after seeing we were buying air filters, told us she just put a display of the same size, 3pks, instead of 2pk. Saved us about $30! Amazing customer service from our cashier also.
I used the online pickup service at this location. It was less than 15 minutes between arriving and having my order brought to the car. It saved me a lot of time definitely - anyone who shops inside Wal-Mart knows that a simple quick trip could easily be longer. The employee was polite and very business-like.
Walmart is a great place to shop. If you want to just make one stop.Just looked like even if the store is managing to control the amount of customers that go into the store, people not keeping their distance. There where lots of places people were crowded inside.In other stores the management keeps announcing over intercom as a reminder to keep 6 feet apart . And it works well.
Oh Lord clean the place!! I dont want to shop on a floor.Update 2 yrs later, its now 1/1/20.They have cleaned it up.Just one other thing you have to go to the parking lot for a shopping cart, yep not good.They are much better stocked than they were. Also, they now have a food store.I noticed they have a wide variety of plus size clothing and shoes.The staff are extremely helpful and polite.This store did a big turn around.
I like this Wal-Mart. Workers are very nice and helpful if you need something to find they always help you with smile. Even if you looking for bathrooms. Quality of products is good. Never have problem with returning item. Bathrooms are clean. No problems with parking neither. Best Walmart
They were making room for incoming merchandise. My main reason was for the job related screening part of it but since it wouldnt be fair to rate all is Walmart for my less than satisfactory wait, I am only rating the superstore. Lovely, stylish vinyl by the yard in the arts and craft dept. Great prices. The public bought out a sewing pattern I wanted. Oh well.
The only reason I would revisit this location only because Keisha the Front end Manager was very pleasant, courteous and professional. I gave them a bad rating due to the other employees are very rude, nasty didnt clean the carts even though I confronted him about it. Told me he doesnt have to. I watched him go outside to get all carts from the parking lot bring them in and go about his business. At a time like this is so wrong on all levels.
I really really like this Walmart because its on a bus line, so people who are on public transportation can still make it to Walmart and do their shopping. My problem with my visit there yesterday was that everything I went in there for wasnt stocked. Everything from Blue jeans to TVs, huge gaps where the product used to sit. This is a good store, SO PLEASE STOCK IT.
The cashier closed the line after we were on line for about 8 minutes, she said go to register #8. Register #8 had a big line,I didnt feel it was correct to go back and start the line all over again. Also the cashier was very rude when I ask for a manager. The front desk manager, Maria, showed up and ask the cashier to please run my order, the cashier said Im not doing it and walked away. Maria ran my order and we left the store.I guess nowadays the employees do what they want and have no cosecuences. The manager Maria didnt say anything or apologized for her employee behavior even after I pointed out how rude the cashier was.
Terrible service at the money services today, the lady at the desk was rude and unprofessional she could even get the people in line. If you dont like it go to another Walmart aside from that. The money sevises are completely unreliable with not a second person to attend. Staff are unreliable to help. If one was in a hurry it definitely would not help
Walmart needs to set up where you pick up your online orders its out of sight around the corner. When you drive into the parking area they have the wall painted orange where it says pickup and they have two looks like a small doors that they can lift up so I assume that it was there but it wasnt I went to pick up an order for my sister and I couldnt find where they were at if it wasnt that I seen someone standing over in the area and I happen to look that way I wouldnt have known it.😟
One of the first Walmarts near the city of Chicago for me. Been going here off and on for a long time. Its not perfect but it does serve its purpose. The employees are nice and it stays relatively clean. It can get pretty crowded sometimes but you can get in and out pretty easy.
Its walmart useful products at affordable cost. Its not getting full stars as sometimes you get great service, other times not so much. Its a hit and miss everytime for service. One time went in bought a big tv got great service to get it to my car. Next time went in for a big tv stand, left to fend for myself to drag it along with my cart to my car.
It gas large parking lot. inside its huge, clean well lite. Customer service was good. When through the self check out; however, the clerk assisted with helping me bag my items with a smile. Thought that was great. I will return looking forward to the customer service experience.
Hi. It was a little crazy at first, because I left my car keys in the car. I didnt want to go to Walmart today, but Harbor Freight didnt have this item that I was in need of. Other than that is was okay. Its very hot here in Chicago Illinois. The later Spring time and this summer so is beautifully smokin hot. Thank God, right?! But inside of Walmart was nice and super cool. I picked up a few items, then hurried back to my locked up car to see if I get in.Anyway Walmart had this line before entering the store which took an additional 2 to 3 minutes to get inside the store. But once inside it was well worth the wait. The stores air-conditioning was so spot on that I was really loving it. They made it very comfortable inside. The store was a little crowded, but it wasnt too bad. I needed only two items now, because of the clothes hanger issue. There was lots of check out lanes open. That right there made getting out of the store a breeze. I was there approximately 30 minutes and another thirty minutes trying to get into my car.In closing, wearing face mask is a requirement among entering inside of store. Also practicing social distancing restrictions apply here as well. Thanks!
Good luck asking for help have bee. Shopping there for a few years now since its the closes one to my house but the employees there most of them are ignorant to the max the only time I actually ran into someone that was nice and helped without any attitude was the two polish ladys that work there.So as long as you dont need any help with finding anything your good to go
I dont understand why every time I go to this Walmart in particular in Bedford there are so many customers and only 2 to 3 cashiers open. During covid-19 I feel its very irresponsible & dangerous to have so many people waiting to get checked out sometimes up to 20 people in line per register waiting for a cashier and the cashiers cant work any slower not all but most work very slowly and ineffectively to speed things up. Im not going back any time soon because I live with my ageing parents and dont want to take more risks than I already am.thank you for this format. Im sure nothing will be done but at least I feel at ease knowing I tried to help save more infections with my comments.thank you.
I saw online they had two mongoose bikes in stock. I live a hour and half away from this location so I called to make sure it was in stock still they said yes. I let them know I was going to drive down if they could put them aside. I get there and go to the bike warehouse they tell me to go to customer service a representative from there goes to the back to look and walks past me as if I want there. She couldnt even give me an update. After her walking past me 3 times I ask her for a manager. The manager told me she couldnt do anything to go to the bike warehouse. I go back and speak to a different representative who sends me back to the service desk and tells me that what the inventory says online doesnt matter. I ask if they can call other stores near me since i drove so far and they said due to covid they cant. I am very disappointed in this service. The management didnt even know what they were doing. Everyone is lost on where these bikes are.
Definitely not the best Walmart. Employees watched as clothing fell and just walked away to continue their all important conversation about a party they attended. Even with that being said, there are some really nice employees there also. Recently noticed that sometimes the store is closing before its supposed to. If they are open until 10pm why did they close and turn everyone away at 9:23 or 9:33 pm? Employees said that they are closed. Asked if its early for a certain reason but again, turned to security guard to finish the conversation. Call Walmart customer service and they say whatever the website says is the correct hours. She saw same as i did. Open until 10 pm. NOTE: no riots, looters, other issues. Edit: 9/2 rude employees. Cashier not 1 time spoke 2 me. She was talking to another cashier who was equally ignoring her customer too. GOOD JOB KEEP IT UP. Customer Service just as bad. Customer cant get any service. Some people might enjoy just writing negative reviews but I dont. Im reporting facts so you can decide if you want to deal with this stuff or just go somewhere else. Picked up workers for a Lyft ride not long ago. Laughing and joking about how they hide because they didnt come in to work. Watching vids on the phone. KUDOS MANAGEMENT.
Its a Walmart nothing extremely out of place Common nothing worthy of going over 3 stars but for some reason there is always something disorganised or out of place in the electronics section, and it bothers me especially when I keep finding people working in that section who dont know where some of the basic things are that I would be looking for.Although Walmart does not advertise ratings of their products it would be very helpful if they mention to new people that any shoes you see that dont even come in a Box are not designed to last long unfortunately obscene far too many people suggesting to shoe shoppers something extremely cheap not realising they may break down as early as 30 days from the time of purchase

Honestly just going to say it, it’s run by blacks and its terrible. Always disorganized, none of associates are willing to help or get annoyed when you ask a question. And god forbid if you have to call this Walmart for a question, good luck getting them to answer the phone. It all starts with management
It was a new experience and I couldnt really get what I needed,but employees were wonderful,NICE customer service and good environment was nice and welcoming store fully supplied,store has everything you should have and NEED,LOVE being THERE, THANKS for your service and great customer service and good food
Nice store, but not really nice people working there. After check out, there was heavy rain outside. They kicked as out in to the heavy rain , yelling that we cant stay in. I told my mom to wait inside for only couple minutes so I can run through the rain to get my car and they kept kicking my mom outside to waited in the rain.
What can I say. Walmart will be Walmart. This is one of the busiest Walmarts that Ive been to. Yet, the staff manages to keep it clean, organized, and stocked with products. Vegetable, fruits, and meats all look fresh and taste fresh. On weekends this place is packed. If my schedule would allow for weekdays trip to Walmart, I would definitely do so to avoid big lines.
I liked the place. Ive been here before, and this was no exception. It has everything, but l was impressed with the help l got from an associate. She helped me find shoe holders. Though not finding what l was looking for, she was great. Ill be back at some point. Youll be save money.
Shelves was very empty everything that I thought that was there was very empty from the freezer was not nearly full I know the store is doing some remind me so I guess thats probably the situation but when I come there all the medicine as far as Tylenol ibuprofen is empty very little stuff was on the shelves
The stuff I went to buy, I found out its on sale 2 days later but I didnt want to go back because of an employee and the people amidst a pandemic.While shopping there, there was an employee who came approximately one foot apart from me, mask half on and was complain about their job. They were still doing their job, organizing the product, but complain 1 foot apart from me with the mask half on.There were also kids running around, no mask on, touching almost every product they saw.
Awful customer service. I asked to make an even exchange for a necklace my husband purchased for me Christmas 2019. The necklace he bought didn’t exactly match my sapphire wedding set, so I asked for an exchange. Theirs was a darker blue but the same necklace. It matched much better. I asked for an even exchange. They said without receipt we have the right to refuse. I explained it’s a Christmas present and I’m not asking for money just an even exchange. I know plenty of people have gotten even exchanges at Walmart without a receipt jewelry or otherwise. SMH 🤦🏽♀️
Horrifying customer service especially the curbside pick up. I ordered groceries on 4/28/21 for a scheduled pick up on 4/29/21 between3pm - 4pm. I am very sick so this was a smart option. I got a message thru the app at 4:45pm that they were delayed. I tried reaching out with no success at 6:45pm. I received an email at 8:45pm that my groceries were ready. I go to pick them up only to find out their curbside closed at 8pm. I guess a ghost sent that email. I had no choice but to get out walk in that store sick!!! only to be told by the front manager that she doesnt have anything to do with that situation or curbside pick up and that Id have to come back in the morning. I got up at 7am to go groceries at another store. I have yet gotten my groceries from walmart its 4/30/21 10am. You would think Id be their top customer but No.
What a headache I was there 2 days ago I buy a Braun clean and renew it was locked when the gentleman take out he dropped wen I get home was useless wen I come back to change I ask 4 different people every body passing talking each other no body care I asked Margaret I can tell she is from Europe I’ll wait for 25 minutes plus I have to wait on line for returns 2 times another 20 minutes THANKS To MAYA it took her 30 seconds to get the key and help me really I feel Discrimination and I feel sorry for all the people who doesn’t care about their job
The rudest subhuman scum to ever be employed at a single place. Foul mouth talk in every isle. Customer service is a joke. Disorganized. Bathroom a complete mess! Save yourself the trouble and travel a little further to another Walmart! Also, just a word of caution, do not purchase anything precooked from the deli section. The whole rotisserie chicken was raw and bleeding from the inside! I took video and pictures of that disgusting mess! Oh, and the inept customer service representative just brushed it off like it was no big deal! It is a problem when you have raw chicken sitting out for a while...then hoping it gets purchased! Seriously, ONE OF THE ABSOLUTE WORST WAL-MART STORES IVE EVER BEEN TO!
Lines here move waaaay faster than Target. Head on over if you want to enter more quickly.Shelves always stocked. Staff always friendly and respectful as they always wear masks.Shout out to all the employees here who have made every day life tolerable since Covid came along.Produce is a little more pricey. Head over Aldi’s for better prices on produce.

2021-07-22I like this Walmart . It is either packed or empty shelves. Walmart is affordable and convinient than most places. Sometimes long lines. Luckily, 2 self checkout sections. This one is not disorganized.You can find everything from home decor, clothes, shoes, garden stuff, produce/food, outdoors stuff cosmetics, cosmetics, bicycles, toys, etc. You want it, they most likely have it. Check out their clearance racks and shelves. I recommend checking them out

2022-04-24Update from 8 months ago, I like the self check out areas, I rather not deal with moody employees, today I found this cool TINECO vacuum for a good deal, hot myself a couple work sweaters as well. They still need better tool brands because HART just doesnt cut it.At least theres more cashiers here than the one by 87th and western.

2022-04-28The most memorable part of my visit was being greeted by an older gentleman by the name of Charles. Charles was very personal, polite, and most definitely brightened up my day. Good employees deserve to be complimented and compensated. Hopefully, someone at corporate or even the store manager can lwt him know how great he is doing!

2022-06-03What can you not love about this place it is a absolutely essential. From groceries, clothing, electronics, sporting gear and maybe even your favorite restaurants like McDonalds or Subway. It’s definitely hard to go into this place for one thing and come out with so much more. The prices will definitely keep you coming back. ☺️

2022-04-20I love talking to the Walmart people that help me. At the cashier I left one of my bag behind. The cashier was calling me, and she left her station to give me my bag. I felled very important and she care about me. She safe a trip going back to Walmart. Which we dont wanted to go back knowing what we bought is needed in the house.

2022-06-29Customer service was everything .... The young man who waited on me was full of energy and happy and glad that he was working at Walmart. Walmart has always been to me a great big store Its only me and I normally dont shop at Walmart but someone sent me a gift and I had to return it. The return process was easy as could be I was in the store for about an hour just looking at all the deals And impressed on some of the items you sell I think this location would be and will be My personal Walmart I had a great time there And get lots of bargains.

2022-06-05No stars!!! Horrible service for online and in person.....order online twice and they did not deliver my orders ...1st time THEY CLOSED WITHOUT DELIVERING MY ITEMS the 2nd my things were suppose to arrive at 2pm. I called 4 times and they said I would have to wait till 6pm.......no one answer the phones and management is no help. Seriously need to train and/or screen their employees way better. Workers are rude and unprofessional.

2021-11-05My husband and I went too pick up some underwear, tee shirts, a hoodie, and 2 pairs of blue Jeans for his brother. Whos unable too get out. Customer service was great .
