Have always had great service with them. When I called to see why my prescription was being delayed they were able to answer me, onsurancr issues, and when I asked about pricing I was given a prompt answer. When I asked to simply pay for the prescription and have it ordered they did so without any fuss or attempts to make me wait for insurance. Really appreciated everything!

Terrible experience i was told an hour to get my generic medicine and gave them 1.5 hours. Still they didnt have it and said 30 more minutes.... and the lady cant hear anything you say as you almost have to yell at her... Walgreens it is from now on... what a joke

Every time I come here our prescription is not found in their system. And then when it is eventually found, it’s a 40 min wait, even when the prescription had been sent several hours before. Times when the prescription didn’t show up at all (confirmed the provider sent it), employees were not helpful in resolving the issue with my provider directly. I was told to figure it out myself, which is super helpful when I’m standing at the counter with a sick child. We are switching back to Walgreens. People should be able to expect they can pick up prescriptions in a timely manner.

Rx Tech Becky was extremely helpful. Our prescriptions were going to total about $173. She showed me a website that offered coupons for common medications. We paid a total of $62.97 after the coupon applied. We could not be more grateful for her suggestion!
