Ordered at home test kits for pickup and paid. Money was taken out of my account and everything. Was told I had 4 days to pickup. Was going to come same day but weather and a sick child kept me home so the pharmacy decided to turn around and sell the test kits I had already paid for to someone else!!

My sons doctor called in a few prescriptions and one of them was Zyrtec 5mg chewable tablets that I would then cut in half (Claritin wasnt working and she prefers Zyrtec). I thenwent to go pick up the meds and they had all but that medicine and the pharmacist didnt even mention it until I said something. He had to come over to talk to me because I assumed that medicine was a part of the order as nothing else had changed with his other meds. He told me they didnt have it in stock and Id have to order it but they had the liquid on the shelf (I prefer the tablets because they are much easier to give to my son). I called when I got home and they said they would order them and then to call about 10 the next morning to see if they came on the truck. I didnt call but received an automated call that there was an issue with the insurance and theyd call back when it was ready. I waited longer and finally decided to call to talk to someone about it. The issue was that it wasnt covered by insurance, ok fine. The person I spoke to said it was going to be $47 for a 30 day supply. I said I would try the liquid and hung up. I thought about it and decided to just get half of that order and just pay $23. Before I called back I got another auto call saying it was ready. I called back and said I just wanted half of the supply for now (7 tablets instead of 15 because Id be halving them). I gave them 30 minutes and then went to pickup. They said it was going to be another 15 minutes! Seriously? How hard is it to count out 7 tablets? I dont get it. This isnt the first time Ive had issues with prescriptions not being ready there when Ive waited an hour to go pick up. I wouldve waited but Id already been driving around and my 5 month old was getting fussy and hungry. Not to mention the drive up is always such a long wait but yet I had two kids in the car, one was sleeping and the other crying. I also live 15 minutes from that Walgreens. Never again. Im switching pharmacies.

The staff at walmart pharmacy are the most rude people ive ever dealt with in my whole life. not only are they not helpful , the make rude comments to you when you are simply trying to get information about your own prescription. someone from management should do something about this .

I have been going to this Pharmacy for about 3 years now and I have to say that my service has never waned. I have gotten fast, friendly, and PERSONALIZED service at this Walmart pharmacy. They took time to get to know ME as a person. I look for service like that everywhere I go. Bar none. 5 stars.

I havent been able to get through to them for the last day and a half to refill my prescription. I have been calling at all different times day and night. I am wondering if the phone isnt working.

Worst pharmacy...ever. The staff is very rude and unhelpful. Not worth saving the money.
