I called my daughter prescriptions into the pharmacy and the recording said it would be ready after 11 am on Sunday. Went in to pick up and said they were put back because doctor never refilled. The bottle I have from Walmart says 1 refill left and it was filled 2/12 a month ago. She says thats an error I say why didnt the recording say need to wait for the doctor. She says computer error I say sounds like a human error check again. Than says insurance wont fill until tomorrow, incompetent and liars! I told the lady I can pick up tomorrow and chao pharmacy. Shes awesome thats wonderful, yup I dont need to deal with you. I do think that Nick is the only competent employee. Rant over good bye Walmart

If I could give this pharmacy zero stars I would. They refused to fill my husbands prescription for his shoulder injury as written by the doctor. They wanted to fill it in such a way he had to go to the doc every 5 days just to get pain meds that he needs until the shoulder is repaired instead of following the doctors written orders. The pain medication wasn’t even one of the black label/opiate based medications where extra caution can be expected. We asked for the prescription back and took it to Walgreens where they had no issue filling per the doctors written orders which will enable my husband to focus on resting instead of spending hours each week at the doctors office just to keep the pain in check while waiting for the repair.

Today I feel as though they have gone above and beyond for people. My prescription was expired and just got a text that it is being filled. Its amazing what they have done for others 🙂 thank you guys for all you do and every one of the pharmacy workers are amazing.

I dont get why the ratings are horrible Walgreens is far worse down the road, waited 3 -days for a prescription there ended up pulling my prescription and taking it to Wal-Mart to be filled and I was sick with Bronchitis. Yes I agree they are a little slow but if have a doctor call in the prescription then it is usually ready when you get there never had to wait more than an hour for s regular drop off either unless it is special order.

I always have a Great Experience when I Pickup my prescription each month. Everyone is Friendly. Also this Belvidere Walmart Pharmacy is so fast at getting my refill and sending me a text.

Had a mistake on my grocery pick up and tried calling for a half in hour and no one would pick up the phone in pick up, customer service, and I even tried electronics and no answer. Get it together Walmart!!!

Its nothing terrible. Its a little slow but just avoid going during their busy hours. Ive never had to wait more than 5 minutes. I dont get ehat people are complaining about.

They have low prices but their customer service has a lot to be desired.They are slow and not very sociable folks.

I always have a positive experience at Walmart pharmacy they are very polite and knowledgeable Rarely a wait in line

Standing in line for 30 minutes while 4 employees chit-chat behind the counter. Frustrating!! People are sick and want their meds so they can go home.
