Spoiled on counter drugs and food. Sorry to write this review, but i called the store to report spoiled products, and look like no one from the management care. As of today 05/15/2022, bought multi-vitamin regardless of the brand, and when i opened the seal found black mold on the pills and insids the can. and about 3 months ago found a bug on the toast bread bag. Just an advisd for this walmart magnement to check your product shelf life, and keep drugs in climate control storage.
Can I just say, best experience ever. I try to avoid Walmart as much as possible, specially this Walmart. Their customer service has a always being a bad taste in the mouth. Anyways, enough negative talk and let me just say, this experience was a pleasant one. Throughout the store every worker kept greeting me with a good morning and actually acknowledge me. It wasnt like a blah good morning, it was more like a pleasant good morning. I was at the toy section and this nice worker actually acknowledged my needs and got me a cart. He also made me aware of the other new toys they have recently got. To be honest, Im usually avoid when I ask them questions. They will usually say, whatever we got there thats it with an attitude. Well, not this guy! Walmart should seriously hiring more nice people like him.I did walk thru the whole store and pretty much there was a lot of stocking going on. The cashier was a little sleepy but I think, I woke her up trying to engage into a morning conversation. Overall, I got what I wanted and a little extra which was customer service. Well done Walmart!
Lovely employees taking care of everything you need. Waiting for you in the front as much at the cash registers. They care of that place to keep it clean and comfortable. Everything organized. You will find whatever you want. Fast easy... Big thanks for all of them. Happy New Year!
Need to hire people who actually want to work and not people to just fill in positions. You have one employee working hard unloading a pallett on one aisle then you have 3 employees on the aisle over on their phones laughing and when people come up to ask them questions they just tell them uh might be on the other side. Meanwhile those same customers walk over to the aisle over and ask the same question and the employee stops what hes doing and walks them to the correct spot. This place has gone downhill and itll keep going downhill if little stuff like this never gets addressed.
Waited half an hour to get service over at the liquor because they have everything locked up and nobody ever came. I left and on my way out there were plenty of associates standing around talking. They had at first announced over the intercom that a customer needed service at the liquor aisle but only once. Every time after we pressed the help button nobody cared to announce it.
Having mainly just self checkouts open is ridiculous. So much stuff in the store wasnt priced either so you take it with you to the front, and because of all being self check you gotta wait on someone anyway to take off the item that wasnt price marked .....I can see why so many people stopped going there and take the little extra trip to Hodgkins!
Came in today around noon Easter Day and found an employee taking down the stock by the Easter section and politely asked do you know where the lightbulbs are at since the store was Slightly remodeled. He made no eye contact with me pointed over his head and said in an aisle back there. It was like 10 aisles behind him. Rude disrespectful and showed great compassion for Walmart lol way to show the face of Walmart. I think better screening is much needed before you just hire anyone. Horrible service and now I understand why people say bridgeview Walmart is the worst Walmart to shop at!!! Now I agree!!
Ive been to plenty of Walmarts, but this is one of the worst. The store is disorganized and messy, there is random thing on shelves everywhere, there are even a few items that I purchased that came up a different price than that of what was shown on the shelf. Would rather not come to this Walmart.
Walmart really needs to decide whats going on in their own mess. An item didnt have a price tag, taken from the top shelve. I asked Heba (woman on the department) to scan the price, and she did saying they should honor online price at the register. Wasnt the truth at the register. The manager Tina said they cant unless I show it on my phone, so I paid store price. I got back to Tina she asked someone else advised to go to customer service I did and Tina was there, so I got back with no result. Very not nice to treat customers this way. The upper management should decide who has the right to advice the price for items without the price tag. I think no price tag should mean free.
Latricia in customer service was publicly being super rude to her coworker. Plus taking it out on a customer sending money. Horrible customer service. Had to come to this Walmart because all the Walmarts in Chicago closed early. Never again! Corporate needs to know, this is unacceptable.
I have no issues with the new all self-checkout experience, but the older people really struggle with this. Theyre no cashiers anymore its COMPLETELY SELF-CHECKOUT. For those who do not wish to use self checkout id suggest another location.UPDATE: theyve made a few checkouts for people with large orders or older people where they will check you out. I usually have a full cart of drinks so tbh Id rather have just rang myself out but they didnt ____Allow____me to!? Idk of this is a theft thing 😅 but it took her WAY longer having to lift all these pops instead of just using the gun 🔫 😅 🙃 🙂 😄 Lets just say theyre still changing and improving ALL THE TIME 🤦♀️🤷♀️💯🤯Update 05/22Have had a few issues in the early morning.. I was made to feel like a thief because I had a full cart... like there are many people to look after in self check out besides me. You should not ask a person 3 times if they need help... obviously not.. I was so irritated I asked for a manager and didnt but a thing! To pay to be treated that way.. no! BUT other than that Ive gone in the afternoon and had no issues.. the people in the afternoon are just more laid back I guess 🙄 😒 🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️
Will never go to this location ever again. I bought over 600$ worth of items and had to self check out everything myself. They dont have anymore cashiers. Its all do it yourself. Also the bags are super cheap. Every single bad ripped on me. Should have double bagged everything since I had to bag it all myself. Thanks Walmart
Usually has everything in stock compared to other Walmart Ive been to. New parking lot which is awesome! The only down side is that people dont know how to drive. Possible accidents on the parking lot. Although its small, it has everything youll need. Workers are helpful and polite too!
Walmart has gone downhill rapidly. The stores are dirty, unorganized, and the workers are rude and work hard at not working. The customer service counter is a joke, you can stand there waiting for service while they carry on conversations between themselves, and then slowly call you up with no eye contact, to tell you they cant help you. Bad changes in return policy and warranties which used to be the best around. I will be shopping elsewhere for the holidays.
A bit confusing right now seeing how theyre doing remodeling to the entire place but I do like the store and it looks even nicer now. The only problem I have with the store after spending hundreds of dollars every month especially during the pandemic is that the scalp that they have there as coach leads are not very courteous to existing customers and unfortunately the reason why they are put in place right now is because this store is without a store manager so I could not escalate my problem due to the fact that there was not one assigned to this store at this time. Other than that I do like the store and will continue to shop there along with other nearby locations and always shopping online on walmart.com.
Its an ok store. I see theyre remodeling so Im not going to hold it against the store when things are out of place or have changed. Heck, even my staff interaction at self-checkout was very pleasant! Its more so other customers who dont care about what their kids do (like screaming out running around with toys) or they themselves blocking aisles, talking as if theyre the only ones around, etc. If anything, the layout for self-checkout was not planned out right as its hard to see what is available. Overall, its an ok store.
Bought a battery which was only one left. It didn’t have a sticker and the cashier did something and charged me for it. When I went to put it in the terminals were on the wrong side. So I brought I back a couple days later. I didn’t have receipt but I had proof on my bank account. I showed this to customer service, they talked to manager and I was denied. Even though I had proof. I asked them if they don’t believe me they can look at camera. They let other people return stuff but not me. The floor manager Riana was super rude and dismissed me. I will not be back. Called Walmart number and they said they couldn’t see my purchase, and when I was at Walmart they could when I put my card in. So the employees must have deleted it. How petty....don’t go here. They barely have anything in stock anyway
Im usually able to find what I need However, for two weeks now the store is looking pretty torn up and shelves are empty as if they have not received trucks or as if this location (73 and Cicero) is closing for business.In contrast the location at 103rd and Harlem looks like they just had a grand opening: store clean and shelves full. The only downside is there are fewer cashiers and more self checkout post🙄
It seems like they are in the process of upgrading this WalMart. Ive seen the same look with other Walmarts as far as the moving around of the shelves and inventory. Some areas have bare shelves and it seems like there wasnt much inventory. I think they are going cashier-less here as well. I found what I went in the store to get. The staff were attentive to each shopper to make sure that checkout (self) was flowing.
I don’t normally write reviews, but after my shopping experience today i feel inclined to. i placed an online order since i was in such a rush today, and i was worried i wouldn’t get everything in on time, but the young man who brought out my order, was incredibly efficient, polite, and knowledgeable. i had a few questions about my order, since i was buying food for different people and wanted to make sure they were vegan, and he checked each one and made sure for me. it was a very pleasant experience and i’ll be sure to use this service again, so thank you Jakub for being such a big help!!!
Too many people walking around without masks, very rude customers who let their kids run around like animals.This isnt just a one time occurrence, but majority of all the visits which is 2 to 3 times a week.Management really needs to get a hold of these people who dont follow the covid rules!
So many shelfs were empty even the electronic area had nothing at all lots of shelves were empty they took out many sections they could minimize the holiday area and make daily need isles more full . The toilets were clogged up with toilet paper. They need new management only walmart in the area they dont stock basic food items or toiletries
My experience at your Bridgeview Illinois store today was less than okay. The store was absolutely hot and terribly humid. There were were several older people looking for assistance to check out their items. Only one worker was trying to assist them. Walmart should be ashamed of themselves. You have replaced every single cashier with a machine. Many older people are not comfortable using these electronic devices and then they have to bag their own items. The prices have not gone down, although I am sure this was definitely a financial move. You have put many people out of work or cut their hours when you installed these machines. Your customers are now working for you for free, and paying higher prices. I will be shopping where people can get into a line with someone to help those who need it from now on and urge others to do the same! This is a truely despicable corporation!!!
The store is clean and fairly well organized. This is NOT a super Walmart, so it does not have a full supply of all items. That being said many common items were nowhere to be found. Not sure if they are behind in stocking shelves or what, but common items are hard to find.
I recently bought a bunch of things from Walmart online. All the shipments came in and 2 pkgs were not delivered. I called and got a refund for those items. I went through the boxes again and found a purchase I thought wasnt delivered so I brought it back to the store. I went to the customer service desk and explained what happened and she just said just leave the purchase. I asked for a receipt. Nope. No can do. I said I just wanted something, anything showing that I had dropped these things off after having gotten a refund for them, a receipt for what Ill be charged again, anything, whatever. (I dont want to be flagged for claiming non delivered stuff too often. The other pkg never showed up and thats the 3rd time Ive had refunds for nondelivery.) And again Nope! She said I had to just leave it with her and that was that. Hmmmm. What kind of system is that? I took that stuff (which is literally useless to me) and left.I was just trying to do the right thing. Maybe thats not something Walmart is so familiar with. My karma is clean here Walmart. Im not trying anymore.
Waiting for help for over an hr with other people in sporting goods . And we ha e been told someone was coming more than 2 times and , yet no one came ..the store is not even busy . Their is hardly anyone in thw store.Another paying customer has been using the Walmart phone calling Walmart working people that keep giving us the run around .You can check the video and check how long we have been here.Even one person who claimed to be the manager couldnt help or tell her or onow were her people were or are. What kind of manager is that ,that doesnt know anything
I hate now walmart, decided to visit and check it out after hearing from family they got rid of normal cashiers and everything is now self check out. they moved everything..... nothing was the same. it was like stepping into the future from a long hibernation. the humans were not friendly, no one was helpful when I ask where to find things as they moved literally everything. I use to be a huge costumer for walmart... but that was my last visit. I will need to find a new place for my scooby snack gram cracker fix. When i asked for help the employee was on their phone and gestured vaguely on where to go and then basically blew me off, due to this, I only purchased one thing as I could not find what I was looking for. I use to spend like 200+ every two weeks not including visits through out the week for random stuff and clearance hunting. I will be shopping at target for now on, target at least has friendly helpful people. I will reccomend my whole family does the same, this includes family who live around me, Im talking inlaws and their family too, local friends, and my 25+ pack mates from my werewolf fan club. will will go else where for our bluemoon and full moon snacks. We would give 0 stars if we could.
Typical Walmart at a great location.Cashback is available at both the manned registers, and the self-checkout.Increments of $10, $20, $40, etc.You are NOT able to enter a custom cashback amount. For example, $32. You can only request the increments listed above.And if you need $30, you need to do 2 separate transactions... one for $20 and the second for $10.An ATM is also located near the registers, but I am not sure what brand/bank it is, or how much its service fee is.
Worst Wal Mart ever!!! Had to wait over 2 hours for somebody to show up in the sporting goods department. I called for the manager and the manager said that she could not sell bullets because she did not have her firearm card on her. What is the purpose of a manager then? Isnt the manager supposed to have all access to every department? Then on top of that it took about 30 minutes just to find the manager. I even got on Walmarts phone in the sporting good department to try to page every department that was on the extension line and no one picked up so I called the loss prevention department and the guy was friendly enough to help me find anybody that works in the store. It had to to have been only five people working there in the entire store and they was good for nothing. This place needs to fire everybody thats there except for the Lost prevention person and get new employees or just shut this place down it makes no sense that I was able to walk in the back freely looking for an employee and no one was back there besides one person eating and they didnt even stop me or question me why I was back there looking for someone to help me. I might as well went free shopping
If it was possible i wouldnt give this walmart a single star.....i was treated nothing short from disrespectful. After several attempts to speak with the customer service representative when it was my turn, i finally said hello?. Guess what? She magically heard me and then refused service.I never complain about people being rude. But this situation was so weird and i felt so violated that after i got in my car started crying.I didnt do anything to deserve that and will never return. If this is this walmarts managers goal when hiring rude people, then this was a successful day for him or her.
My experience with the pickup service at the Walmart at 2500 West 95th Street was very pleasant the young people and pick up were very very helpful I didnt have to wait in line for more than 5 minutes and a young man was very pleasant I give you a rating of five thank you so much!
Very crowded often, except early in the morning. The pharmacy takes a while to acknowledge that customers are waiting in line, probably because the waiting line is within an aisle that looks like any other aisle. Hoping that having a few more co-workers on staff during busier hours! Everything else is great!
I just found out that this location is doing away with checkout registers with employees to bag items. It has moved to self checkout which has caused a backlog of people waiting to checkout their items. Line was very long. Too much time taking to leave. Not a good idea.
I came there looking for boots couldnt find a sales person for 10 mins when i did track down the 1st one she told me she didnt know anything about the shoes area and that she would call someone that never happened. The style of boots i was looking for they didnt have in my size and when i did think i found the box the wrong boots were in there the saleslady told me that was all they had and if i didnt see anymore they didnt have it
The store always has so much merchandise in the aisleways it is hard to get around with your shopping cart. There are alot of stock outs of merchandise I use. The parking lot is in terrible shape with many potholes. It is the closest Walmart to my home so I do shop there frequently but many time prefer to shop online
The people in customer service is very bad .And I just buy milk today I sean the bottle open. Someone maybe have covid-19 opening and drinks from the milk. Please guys watch the staff before buy it specially the food. I go to change it and customer service said no we cant change nothing. I said ohh ok is not my fault go home and sean the milk is already open. Bad bad customer service 👎👎👎👎👎👎
Not really a great experience. I know this is supposed to be in a middle of a pandemic but it doesnt mean that you have to be rude to customers. Not only that but I almost tripped on one of those caution signs when trying to enter the store. More on the rudeness, staff in the middle of the freezer aisle are just talking and shouted ONE WAY! to me and my mom wanting to get in the aisle. There were other people not following this rule in other aisles though. Me and my mom did find the items we needed but I will definitely not be revisiting this Walmart location anytime soon. Not with how the staff acted here.
I found them to be way overpriced on the majority of things especially important things that we need however the store is clean well staffed Im not crazy about the idea that you have to check out all your own things Im use a cane and I use one of the electric carts and I cannot do that they need at least one person who can check you out two people open registers
I usually have a good experience here but a couple times lately the shelves are empty, some of the staff are busy talking to each other & some cant get u a price check because there are not enough employees and the ones that are there cant leave their post Wish theyd go back to the days of greeting & helping the customer soon!
The point of going to a store is that they have inventory to grab ... all I needed was two key FOB batteries. They had a sparsely filled rack and nearly no coin batteries. Wasted my time. I went to Target and was in and out in about two minutes. Right up front display and quick pay.
Clean Walmart. Very neat and tidy. Nice greeter when u come through the door. See employees actually working. Great clothes selection. Since its near Halloween they have a ton of costumes for adults and children. Nice tees. Great toy and book selection. Great prices as well.😏 Want to go back on my own accord I was with someone.. shopping with them.
My experience was terrible, and has been last few visits. I spent 1/2 hour in line at the service desk for one very short transaction. I walked in to 9 people in line in front of me, and one worker taking care of people. This on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving...a very busy shopping day. The one worker needed a manager, and had to call 3 times before one finally came. Finally, another woman sauntered in to start helping. Boy did she take her time, instead of hustling seeing all the people waiting. No apologies for the wait either. Horrible customer service and management.
Good ole Walmart I went with a list of 12 items and came home with 3. Never seen a store with so many empty shelves. Then they always check you as you leave like you are a thief. The parking lot is like a bomb zone. Pot holes all over. Go figure yet a article in the paper says a Walmart Store Manager makes $167,000 a year. But don’t ever mention the word UNION.
Last time I was there, I was overcharged by over $200.00. Can you imagine. I told cashier that something was wrong. She said that things add up. I had to force her to do order over!! She was kind of rude. Not that apologetic. It was embarrassed, line got long behind me. I was apologetic to people behind me. People watch your order!!!!
I am sick and tired of Wal-Marts self service registers! I have not been to this store in awhile and they have removed more than half of the cash registers and replaced them with self service ones. If the store had been crowded, I would have left with no purchase. These retailers need to stop removing jobs and stop being so greedy. People need jobs! I do not work in retail and refuse to ring up and bag my own items. Otherwise store is clean and well stocked. I located everything I needed.
While I dont hate the place, Ill never use their optical services again. I broke my frame and needed it replaced. Since Im scheduled for new glasses in a couple of months, I bought a very inexpensive frame and was quite satisfied. However, after purchasing the frame, I was charged a $7.00 fee to switch out the lenses. Ive broken frames before, and have never paid to switch out the lenses. Since I need my glasses, I paid the fee, but I wont go there again.
Customer service not so excellent. They dont understand when ask for supplies or merchandise. I will recommend target customer service better then Walmart. Phone line they put me on hold for long time. I dont recommend this place . Some stuff are cheap. But not good quality.same on them they put me on hold for more then 30 minutes. I was saying hello on the phone. They dont even care. Now I drive by target to buy my supplies. Have great day.
I usually have a great time going to this Walmart not sure why some of the people still work there I mean they need to be thankful for having a job in time this this not only that but you applied to work there not me!!! So on that note dont be upset with the people going into the store Im sure most of them dont like going out MORE than we need to.... So please lets not be so RUDE TO THE CUSTOMERS....
Customers are harrassed and treated like criminals when leaving the store after purchase.Associates DEMAND to see a receipt even when you visibly have it in your hand while exiting.I always say, You can see the receipt but I will not stop walking! They become enraged and sometimes use profanity whenever I do this. Its quite good fun for me.Its my property and my receipt!If they have a security problem thats not my fault.Its come to the point where they now recognize me and dont even ask me anymore.Stand up for your rights people.

Went in today to exchange my son birthday gift. I did not have a receipt however I was told to go get what I want it and bring it back to exchange it when I brought it back up to Customer service I was then told that it had to be exchange for a toy only spoke with the supervisor because I did not see this real posted and was told that this is up to the managers discretion call customer service if I look up late and will be posting a complaint on their website this is unfair rules that is judge by the person doing the exchange I’m sure if my skin was another color I would’ve had a nice exchange without a problem. Walmart you all have to get it together !!’
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Its absolutely horrible. Hardly any items on the shelves, rude employees, dirty restrooms, etc. I live within walking distance of this place and I never shop here. I go to the Hodgkins Walmart. Much better service, friendly employees, give Janet a raise for god sake because she is nice, and much more merchandise than this Walmart. Seriously, you can do better than this place. For god sake, shop at a different Walmart.
Very unorganized today, there was a group of employees and a manager just chatting and kept ignoring us when we needed help with the self check out. Few helpful employees, most of them seem oblivious to their job. Reminded me of Ivanka at the g20 meeting, except I bet even she was more helpful than these Walmart employees. Rather go to the one on Cicero
Customer service rep Mark was awesome. So patient even though there were 15 people in line and no one to help him with returns. Supervisor showed up after I was in line for half an hour and she acted like it was a chore being there. Happy that Mark had a good attitude and acknowledged the customers and the situation. By the time the woman arrived there were more than 20 people in line.
I can provide less than 1 star, I would. There is a manager by the name of Ms. Diane who needs someone serious training on how to deal with customers. To make a small story short, there were several items missed priced during my 2 hour visit. After my total being several hundred dollars, when I address the issue of the pricing on several items ringing up incorrect, she would not honor the price. It would be different if this was 1 item, or if it was something I did as a customer wrong but it wasnt. It was very clear, the price on display in 3 different sections of the store showed a price different than what was ringing up. She even stated that she knew about these issues and neglected to fix them. The discount Ms. Diane would have given me was about $14 total but both her and her boss Marla thought it was too much to honor for me. So instead they would rather me not purchase hundreds of dollars of products, waist 2 hours of my time shopping, provide me with inconsistent information, and be a very upset customer. I would NEVER treat a customer the way I was treated, especially if I am clearly in the right. There were several mistakes done by employees and in addition I was spending a lot of money. I was at the location 2 hours prior of them closing and Ms. Diane only concern was to get the customer out of the store by 12.- Be very careful on pricing- Dont expect anything from the management team- Your loyalty as a customer that spends thousands of dollars has 0 value- This location is ran so poorly that I would go out of my way and visit another location in a heart beat
I went in today looking for a item in the Electronics department. No one greets me and then when I ask for help I get a very unpleasant attitude. I really wonder if any one monitors or sets a certain level of customer service skill set that one must posses to work at Walmart. Their are many good workers but they are a dime a dozen at Walmart.
I love this Wal-Mart I can always run in here and grab the items I need really fast. Usually the lines arent long and that makes my shopping experience fun! I like how they have built a lot of self check outs so when the lines are long like on the weekends I can always go through the self check out they are pretty easy to use. I recommend this Wal-Mart!
Great store. Friendly staff except for the one girl who has a staring problem. She will make it awkward. Avoid eye contact and you should be good. Store is always stocked. Once in a while theyll be out but thats only because its a very busy store. Expect lines...once again a busy store. So busy they ran out of bags once. 4

2021-11-24This location is very crowded and while Id say 85% of the employees are very kind and more than helpful, the other 15% are really rude, dont really help or simply have no clue where things are. I did just find out about curbside pickup and delivery so I tried that vs dealing with the crowded mess inside.... I must say this was the most amazing thing ever!! Pulled up and they came out to me within 5min, loaded my truck even though I offered to do it myself, were so nice and wouldnt even except a tip! I dont think Ill ever go inside again honestly. Im very curious how be the delivery service works so thats my next order!

2022-04-27This Lansing, Illinois location is okay. Pretty well stocked. Customer Service area is pretty good also. I do, however, think they are pretty good with getting more cashiers-registers open when they see the waiting line is getting too long and crowded.

2022-06-23We spent a lot, so I just that speaks for itself. They had some really good items for less than Dollar Tree which was the greatest for deals. I gave them 4 stars because of the inconvenience of self checkout. Some people still need assistance, and one line is not enough.

2022-06-28Horrible went there to get paper towels as I grab the paper towels I noticed a blue powdery substance. When I grabbed the paper towels it burnt my hand I looked at the employee immediately in the aisle and said hey I think you have Ajax cleaner all over this product he said it wasnt his problem. Go talk to the manager. As I talk to the manager she did not care one bit .I mentioned to them that one my hand is on Fire Two they need to clean that up before a little kid touches it and burns their eye too now mind you the the Blue like substance that was on the paper towels was from the third shelf all the way up to the bottom they said a kid must have done that no and an employee put that up there like that theres no way a kid can get 12 ft in the air horrible employees horrible management they need a regional manager there to get that store back in the shape I will never go back there again I should probably contact the lawyer considering that I might have just got a chemical burn.

2022-05-28This Walmart has chosen to lock the liquor case but it takes so long to get a manager to open the case. They are so inconsiderate when it comes to the wait time. Then, when they finally get to the case, which is after I have been forced to go to other workers and ask that they please contact someone that will respond - because the have a bell that you have to ring in order to get the manager to come and open the case that they appear to often ignore… Occasionally they are prompt but the bad definitely outweighs the rare times where they respond in a reasonable time.

2022-04-28Nice clean store, well organized and the staff walking around were helpful. However the self checkout staff walked away when I asked for help with a gift card and when someone else finally came to help she had the largest attitude.

2022-06-16Ordered 5 items online and they were all in stock, next day, I received an order cancellation for the said 5 purchased items. Not going to order or visit this location again. Some staff are just plain rude also while others were helpful. Overly crowded lot also even with online pick up lane.

2022-04-25I went to Walmart to buy some Hand soap to refill my soap containers by the sinks at home. When I go to pay and start scanning the items the items didn’t want to scan so I ask the lady who works there “why isn’t it scanning”and she said “it’s probably on recall”. “Do You want to grab other ones that are no equate brand?” Im “like no because the other brands are like 2-3 dollars more and I like buying the Walmart brand”. And I wasn’t going to be walking back and fourth trying to see which of the items scan or not. Why have items on the self if they are on recall makes no sense to me. So I left frustrated and went to Target instead Pay with no problem and they even gave me a $5 gift card to shop with them next time.

2022-05-05Wish it wasnt all self checkout can be quite irritating trying to use and having the machine need a representative every 2 mins. They should have at least 2 check outlines with real people working them. Also dont wanna be lifting heavy items when pregnant. Found a baby changing pad that wasnt priced someone returned and I needed a price for it to buy it even tho they dont usually sell them in store. Took them a solid 30 mins to price it but never tagged it. They also dont have walkies for front checkout which I think makes communication about pricing and such that much harder. Not all items where correctly priced or had system error I couldnt buy newborn diapers cause it wasnt in the system and they couldnt give me a price on it!

2022-06-05Nobody to help at check out ONLY self checkout. I wanted to buy something and it was telling me to enter serial numbers at self check. I dont work for you Walmart just keep loosing money to online retailers.
