Slowest people ever!!!! With getting a set of new tires and having them mounted and balanced waiting 3 hrs and still waiting for it to be done when there was only 2 people in front of us to get oil change and get 2 tires done. Someone needs to show them how to work faster!!!
So brought 4 tires to this location. I was assured all of them will be replaced and my tpms sensors synced. After about an hour I was told I have two sensors and they can replace them. So I told the staff to go ahead. After 3 hours I was called in again just to find out that they were only able to put two tires on and they wont be able to put the other two because it takes too long. They said they balanced them and synced my tpms sensors and the light will go off shortly. Well it never did. The tires they were able to put on were out of Ballance and them being directional they were put on the wrong sides of the vehicle. Also the tpms light never went off. Went back over there for them to sync them once again and they werent able to do that. I was told that my rear sensors batteries were low and they are unable to do that. Nothing was said about that previously. I strongly recommend going someplace else to get work done on your car. Lesson learned.
Spent over an hour here to get told they couldnt do anything. 1st it was they couldnt rotate because my rear tire had a damaged bolt, it should be noted that this was caused by them previously and I just hadnt fixed it because someone didnt torque them properly came loose and then wore the bolt off. This was while my wife was driving it and didnt realize that was why the car felt a little wobbly. It was my fault for not double checking as I know better.The next thing was a rusted tpm sensor, they didnt have a replacement and said it was illegal for them to replace it with a regular rubber valve. This is not true, if the valve is damaged or inoperational at the time of repair, as long as noted by the mechanic, it can be replaced with a regular valve. This was the case with mine.Here is the the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) clarification on the law.TPMS valve stem sensor with a standard rubber snap-in valve stem and still comply with the “make inoperative” provision?NHTSA’s response was that as long as the TPMS part was inoperative before the customer brought the vehicle to the repair business, “a motor vehicle repair business would not be violating 49 USC 30122(b) by removing an inoperative or damaged TPMS sensor and replacing it with a standard snap-in rubber valve stem.”However, a motor vehicle repair business that goes on to make any other element of the TPMS system inoperative, for example, by disabling the malfunction indicator lamp, would violate the “make inoperative” provision. Hence the importance of documenting an inoperable TPMS prior to any work being performed on the vehicle.
The guy ifrain i believe tells me that if i buy new tires i have to balance the rim thats the only way they will put the tire in the rim crazy they try to make money well then i decided to buy the 2 tires i need and take them to any place to be put in the rim so i ask him to help me with one tire very rude say no and dont help me taking the tire to my car the manager was there didnt do nothing to help me never going again for sure also they charge a state fee of 2.50 for tire u buy that crazy this is America or what 😡😡😡🤬

2021-10-16Very disappointed in the service here.I brought my car in about 2 weeks ago to get an oil change. I asked them for an estimate on tire replacement. They gave me a quote and told me I could make same day appointment right after my oil change so I set up the appointment. Well about a two hour wait later car was done. They rang me up for the oil change. So naturally I asked what about my tires? They had no idea I needed tire replacement!Fast forward to current time. I called 3 separate times making sure that if I order tires online, they can do same day tire replacement and details of what I need to do to be prepared for the tires. The person on the phone specifically said when my tires come in that I can call for a same day appointment and they will bring out my tires to replace them. My tires came in on Thursday, so I call and the person said they can’t make same day appointments. Okay, so I made an appointment for Saturday morning. I walked in for my appointment, waited about 10 minutes before someone could help. The guy yelled at me for not getting my tires before the appointment because now they have to look in the back for my order. He was very rude to me. About 15 minutes later, I get a call saying they can’t replace my tires because they don’t have the tool to get stripped lug nuts off. So I took my tires and had them replaced elsewhere without a problem.Very disappointed on the costumer service I received. No one in the department is on the same page and telling me different answers. Do not recommend.

2021-11-22We were there in the evening and felt rushed and I had to have the work done again the next day because I think they were rushing. This was my 16 year old daughters car and her safety is important to me and makes me uneasy knowing that the issue they caused they didnt want to fix that evening, said there was nothing else they could do...but the next day it was done right. Yes they made it right but we had to be very persistent.

2021-07-21Not sure why the sign says open at 7. Twice we have been there after 7 and NO ONE was there. At 7:40 someone opened the bay and the other time it was 7:30. My husband walked into the store and found someone both times.Now the service mechanical part I give high regards. We have bought tires from Walmart.com with having the service department installing.

2020-12-08They took over an hour to apparently figure out how to jack up my car. Had me and my two boys waiting 4 hours to put on 4 new tires! Which two of the four were not seal correctly and keep leaking.Only nice thing to say about this auto care center is the cashier was friendly but i wont ever be returning to this location again for tires.

2020-12-09Do not, I repeat, do not let this location put tires on your vehicle. Stripped out one wheel lug bolt and when we went to repair found out they hid another one they ruined. If they do this to a bolt on your tire, think about the drain pan plug during an oil change. Scary stuff. If the tire prices are a good price, buy them and pay a little extra to have a local mechanic that cares and knows how to screw a nut onto a bolt install them.

2020-12-14Finally made the decision to stop taking my car to Walmart for oil changes. They called me back by name and had me pay for someone elses car. They gave me someone elses keys. They had the same type of car so I wasnt tipped off by the key. Took over an hour of my time today watching multiple employees fail to fix the mistake that they created. Then they just crowd around and make me and the other customer seem like somehow we created the mistake. It was embarrassing customer service. I would not recommend you get your car fixed at this, or any, Walmart Auto Center.

2021-03-05Awesome! Josh saved my butt staying a little late to replace 2 tires on my car that were worn down to the wire where I couldnt see it. For sure making an appointment to replace the other 2. I could have had a bad blowout by the weekend if he didnt get these replaced for me today. Thanks!

2018-05-10They Ordered wrong tire for my vehicle. After they installed it I went to my car to leave noticed the tire didnt match my other tires. I was pressed for time. So, I thought about just dealing with it later. Glad I didnt. When I brought it to the assistant managers attention he was very rude. He told me he needed his tire back. He then told me that he could put my damaged tire or my donut spare on my vehicle. I told him I need to get to work. He said l cant let you leave with their tire on my vehicle. I asked to speak with the store manager. He told me the store manager was in a meeting and was unavailable. I the started dialing my sell phone to call the store to speak to the manager the the assistant manager said he would go talk to him. If he did I will never know. He came back said he would order the correct tire. I went back in a couple days. They were still unorganized and unprofessional. Still had the wrong tire on the paper work. The kid went and found the tire . It was the correct tire. After they installed the correct tire they tried to charge me mounting and balancing. (I already paid that on the installation of the wrong tire.)SMH!!! I was beyond done at this point. I will never go to a wal mart automotive service center again. If you are wise and read their reviews you wont take you vehicle to them either. They are a joke. I am not their only bad review.

2020-03-17Customer service was poor. The employees provided a time frame to me for my vehicles service to be completed and when I returned at approximately that time they had not begun to work on my vehicle. The time it took to finally complete the was an additional 45 minutes after the time frame provided to me.

2021-01-14Arrived here to get tires put on. Pulled up to the doors. Manager right away made us move the car. He told my friend, that he almost hit him with the car, which made my friend mad. Then, he made my friend go back outside , to write up the deal. An hr. Later, we go back to back of store, went to sit in 2 chairs, manager whisked them away. So I sat on a pallet of sand tubes.i have a bad. Back from surgery. Another manager cane to remove me from pallet, when my friend told her, the manager took chairs away. So she took him in back , talked to him. Then she got me a chair. We thanked her. Then another guy took care of us. He was awesome!!
