I Ordered Ginko Biloba online. After receiving the email telling me my order was ready I went to the store but the employees couldnt find my order. I came back the next day after receiving an email saying my order was ready but would be canceled in 24 hours and the order stll couldnt be found. I told the cashier to cancel my order and was informed that cant be done at the store. I explained that I couldnt find a way to cancel it online either and was told if I didnt like the store I shouldnt come in anymore. OK, I wont.

I came to take a passport photo, the woman replied that the service was not working. You lost money, I lost time.

This is my favorite place on the planet. I love the atmosphere there. I think the best place to start is the temperature. The heating in the winter is never too hot, I can always leave my coat on, or take it off and not be cold, and AC in the summer is perfect, always cools me down, without being cold. The air flow is perfect. Also the service is wonderful. There’s always many people there to help you find anything you need. Whenever I’m in a bad mood, I find this Walgreens to better my mood at anytime.

When I arrived, the pharmacy was still clearly open and accepting customers. When it was my turn in the lane, I explained that I needed my anti-depression meds. She made me give her all the info, but then turned me down by saying that they’re closed and couldn’t fill it for me. I even honestly and politely explained that I haven’t been able to take it for a few days due to a busy work schedule and am dealing with side effects, which, if you ever took a high dosage of escitalopram, are insane; but the pharmacist didn’t care much at all and was just trying to clock out as fast as possible. By the way, if it was the supervisor in the background who chose his off time over helping someone who really needed help, I hope your work ethic eventually catches up with you. Obviously this job/ position isn’t for you! Just unbelievable. No f$&&ing words for that.

I ordered on-line, and the refill is over a day old with no reason for the refill. I tried calling and it took 15 minutes to get help on the phone. This pharmacy is so slow and non-responsive!

Awful. Always call saying prescription is ready. And then have an issue and can’t deliver it when you get there.They don’t call doctors when needed to refill something.Are slow and totally disorganized. I’ve literally called their corporate customer service on this place multiple times.Only even go there at all as it’s so close to my house. And then curse myself every time I do.Oh, but Yay: they have solar panels and eco car charging, etc. So “Evanston”. Here’s an idea: Forget the eco score and demand better service people.

This is a good Walgreens, I got my flu shot here. The staff is always very helpful. Well stocked and clean. Plus its very energy efficient!
