I arrived at 1:30 (as requested) for my 1:45 appointment to get my 3rd Covid vaccine. It is now 2:15 and I am still waiting. There are 7 other people waiting inside and a steady stream of cars at the drive through. This pharmacy is vastly understaffed.

This Walgreens pharmacy is the absolute WORST!!! I dont know how many times Ive been hung up on right when you get through and the staff there are horrible. Prescriptions not filled correctly, called in to the doctor for another refill when you tell them not to and the list goes on. In addition, they are extremely rude. If you must go to a Walgreens for your medications, go to a different one!!!! I will never go there again!

Worst experience ever. Very very rude pharmacist. He gave me wrong info about my dosage once. Another time for a different medicine, instead of giving me details about my medication as per rule, he just asked if I have any questions. I wasnt prepared to ask any and thus missed out very important information that my medication had to be refrigerated. On asking any questions, he just slams back in general. I am changing my home pharma pharmacy now. But, dont want let this experience go unnoticed.

Worst experience with the people who work here. I placed an online order and went to pickup, the items were in stock but they just updated my order as out of stock. I took the items in stock and asked why was my order updated as out of stock can you change it, employee said we cant do anything once the order is updated by the employee,didnt even apologize or didnt even say we will make sure it doesnt happen in future.

Prescriptions? I used Walgreens Pharmacy for so many years in Naperville @ Sequoia Road, and for someone who do not have a Health Insurance please ask the pharmacist to use saver coupon and they will look it up for you, they re really helpfulGreat Job!

Really disappointed by the pharmacist at this location. Showed up with my dad to try and give him my Covid vaccine appointment and they refused to give him the vaccine. He needs it much more than me. Bummed.

It is a nice walgreens. Never tried the pharmacy so I can not say about that. But this walgreens seems to bealways understaffed with onky one or two people at the store. So if you need assitance like getring something from a protective case it might take a while. Its clean and well organized never a mess but it takes a little longer to get in and out.

Ive never had a harder time refilling prescriptions than in the past 1-1/2 to maybe 2 years. This location stinks! They frequently run out of a needed drug so I have to wait, sometimes beyond my current supply.
