This has to be the absolute WORST experience I’ve ever had at a Walgreens pharmacy. I don’t know if they are just incompetent or just lazy, but please if you love yourself or someone do NOT get medication here. Every other Walgreens I know in the area has never disappointed me as much as this one.I go in at 2:30 yesterday give the lady the prescription (this is an antibiotic for my kitten who has a URI) and she says they can’t fill it because they don’t have the quantity I needed and it didn’t come in that dosage. So they tell me to call the place where it was prescribed, okay fine I call and then they are like okay we will call the pharmacy to confirm and send a new script if needed. I go home, get a call from the vet and they said that nobody picked up they called 3 times and got disconnected. I called the pharmacy, gave the lady the number for them to call the vet. It’s 430 now, and I call to see if the prescription is ready. The same lady answers and says “oh no one picked up at the number you gave us.” So I said okay maybe the called from their secondary office I tried to give the lady the number and she said “oh just have them call us the pharmacist is here sitting by the phone.” Laziness. If you really wanted to help you would have taken the number I offered to give to speak to the vet.I call the vet back, let them know the pharmacist is by the phone now, so she can call. The vet was super sweet and even though it wasn’t her fault she apologized for this awful experience and even said it is their responsibility to contact them I shouldn’t have had to do all this. She calls them, then calls me back and says that “they are being extremely difficult with me, do you want to just come here and pick up the prescription?” Yes yes and yes. She wrote it for any pharmacy since it would be cheaper than buying it there so while that is sweet, I would have rather paid then and there than rather deal with this pharmacy ever again.

Photo service staff accused me of not wanting to pay for my purchases when it declined several of my cards at the counter. I suggested to take the transaction up front at a different register and lo and behold, the first card I tried to pay with originally worked fine.

Awful pharmacy experience getting my booster shot. I was there early for my appointment and had to wait in line to check in...then I sat there for a half an hour waiting to be called, and they never called me. Then I stood in line for another 10 minutes to ask whats taking so long and then they asked me to fill out the consent form WHICH I HAD ALREADY FILLED OUT ONLINE. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me at Walgreens and I talked to several friends about this and its happened to them too, so, dont bother filling out the online consent form, theyre gonna make you do it again anyway. Overall, horrible time wasting experience.

Terrible service . I was in hold over 25 minutes on phone, and I feel like I have to tell them how to do their job. New people everytime I go once a month for my sons prescriptions.

Friendly people, but unfortunately, this is the most disorganized, ineffective, and poorly managed pharmacy Ive visited.Ill spare you my long story and just strongly recommend that you use a different pharmacy if you value your time.

A lady from the beauty counter helped us out even though it wasnt her department. Wish I had gotten her name but she was the nicest employee from Walgreens ever! I find this store tends to have shorter lines for whatever reason. Wish they were open later but I can understand their hours.

Terrible customer serviceEverything is automatedWas told prescription would be ready in an hour.Show up and told they need doctor approval.Again told it would be ready the next day.After showing up again, with no notice from Walgreens, was told that they did not receive authorization from the doctor.This is on a holiday weekend.Do yourself a favor.Use a pharmacy that actually cared about you.This is the 3rd and last time i have had a problem with this pharmacyGo somewhere else

This location always seems understaffed and unprepared to assist customers. There are unnecessarily long waits to check out. Extra long waits if you need assistance at Photo - seems like Photo is their last priority.

When you walk-in to do a flu shot you are told to setup appointment, I setup appointment, come back - I am told to come back some other time per walk-in, what a useless place...
