2020-12-25I have been doing business here for over 20 yrs. And generally the overall service has been great. The pharmacy staff has been both friendly and informative with new medications as well as refills

2020-03-07Ive been coming here consistently for the last several years. The entire staff is super friendly, and always acknowledge me even if they’re stocking shelves. I recently had to start using the pharmacy often, and the pharmacist is very knowledgeable and kind. I just read some angry Yelpers review who gave this location 1 Star....Yelpers belong in North Korea. Thank you Walgreens for being my quick stop shop!!

2020-05-23**Please Read** I want to start by saying- The people that’s hired at this location are beyond everything I thought customer service should be! I’m a branch manger for a financial service, the service I received here totally raised the bar on how my stores are ran.My daughter graduated this week and I wanted a banner for her last minute. (Totally lacked on my part) after seeing a email saying 50% off banners. On my lunch break I went to the Bolingbrook location right off 53 and Lily cache. The manager in training at this location didn’t give me proper information. which cause me to have to come back and forth a few times to get this banner correct. Once I got off work as instructed by M.I.T- my banner was NOT complete and she was gone for the day! You can imagine my frustration...This is when the awesome customer service kick up a million notches!!! I spoke with Dan(manger at location lily cache & weber) he explain to me the issue. Which was - they did not have banner paper to even print my banner! (She was gonna print on photo paper)He explained that he was from a different location and was there to help out during this pandemic. Very calm and apologetic.....He sent me to his store which he call ahead to make sure they had banner paper. He did not inform me the machine was down there- “how would he know that if he’s at a different location right!!!I get to this location to find out the machine was down due to safe distancing! I was livid at this point... A African American male employee stopped me as I turned away with dissatisfaction and said; WAIT.. let’s figure something out here- (never let a sale walk out the door) Another manger was off the clock shopping to go home and she stepped in to assist her coworker(Amazing teamwork) she literally put her basket down and helped us. Together they figured out a resolution! They split the one roll of banner paper they had- DROVE it down to the other location for me🥰 once I got there Dan had my banner printed and ready. For my inconvenience he gave me 10,000 point!Thank you for such a awesome team! My baby girl was sooo happy for her banner and this story I told her. We will be there soon as I think of a proper gift for the three of these hard working people!!!!

2017-10-05The Pharmacy staff is awful and twice now, Ive had to catch dosing mistakes that theyve made on the labels.When brought to their attention, they act like its no big!They blame the doctor, the doctor blames them! I dont care whos to blame, but what I do hate is the I should get over it attitude!

2020-02-10They need help in this facility. I changed my prescription from CVS to this location in Weber/Lily Cache across buona beef and its the worse mistake I could have made. You go thru the drive thru even worse! Customer service needs to be worked on as well!

2018-11-17Customer service is terrible in this area. For one the cashiers half speak to you while in the store. Then once at the register paying for your items your rushed out the way for the next customer. Maybe the arguement she had with the previous customer had something to do with it but still rude.

2017-07-06Very friendly staff i shop here a few times a week and everyone is always friendly. I use alot of coupons and they are quick and polite when solving any issue we come across. This have become My favorite store.

2013-02-05This store, or maybe all the stores have become the big brother of pharmacies. Took a prescription to another pharmacy, due to a high cost for one, and they started alarming the doctor with faxes that Im not taking the medication. Hello Wags, you and your prices are not the only game anywhere. Rest of prescriptions sent them elsewhere.
