The pharmacy staff is not very bright and will get your medication wrong all the time. They lack the common sense to do their job correctly.
I went to this walgreens to pick up some pic for my daughter school project the lady on the photo dept was very helpful unfortunately I didnt get her name to post it here also the gentlemen on the register Mr Luis great guy very good service feel so different when you go to a store & employees enjoyed serving the public is my new spot I can walk to the cvs close to my house but actually today a bad a very bad cust service in that placed so from now on jump into my car drive 2 min and go to this walgreens great job guys if I can I will give u a 10 stars review!!
We asked if they accept hmo insurance they said yes when i got there they said no they just waisted my time. I will never deal with this store again.
I was supposed to get 20 tablets on my prescription and I only got 12 tablets! Why cant you do a simple task.

Visited 4 times for refill, couldnt get and at last person asked me to pick it from other walgreen. Waste of time.

2020-10-06Went in on my lunch break to pick up some behind the counter allergy medicine. 1 person in line at the desk and 4 people working in the back. 15 minutes later and Im still waiting. No movement. Nothing. I had to leave to get back to work on time. Just terribly slow customer service. I wont make that mistake again.

2021-07-17A lot of people working in the pharmacy but if you come into the store, you will wait without even being acknowledged. They will service people coming through the drive through first even if there are a number of people already waiting for service in the store.

2020-06-06I love Walgreens. I have been a customer of theirs for 50 plus years. This particular location (North West corner of Irving Park Road and York Road) use to be a Firestone Car Sercice Center. I like progress but it is sad to see the landscape change that much especially what happened to Irving Park Park Road, east of York Road :-( Yikes.

2019-11-08Pharmacy has old junk computer and dial up connection. Why do I go to a Walgreens when they have old junk computers that often fail and can not process prescriptions and waste an hour there waiting to have to go back. This company has to get out of the 19th century. The people are nice but they are forced to work with old junk equipment- get a Comcast High speed connection and a new Linux computer and you will do much better.

2019-01-07I called for photo service and Lou picked up. Kept sighing when I asked if they had my previous order saved. Then when I went in and asked for assistance lou was at the cash register and he just sighed and hung his head upon asking for picture taking assistance.Needs some serious attitude adjustment! Didnt ask him to do anything that I could have done.

2019-07-29Pharmacy is a terrible department! Not sure where they find their staff but definitely have NO customer service skills!Called to refill prescription, asked for the girls name she was beyond rude stated she wouldnt tell me her name and hung up on me!

2019-04-18Terrible service in Pharmacy, if I had a choice I would not go back. Went there to fill a partial script and after waiting 10 min to get waited on the lady said I had to wait another 20min so she could count out s handful of pills.
