The small Hispanic girl working behind the prescription counter appears to not know what the hell shes talking about and her customer service skills leave a lot to be desired. At the end of our transaction, she mentioned to me that my company saved $52. Why would I care what my employer (I think thats who she was referring to) saved? It wasnt until I got home that I noticed the printout affixed to the prescription bag stated that my insurance saved me $52. She also had me call my insurance provider for information that was required in order to fulfill my prescription. Ive never been asked to do that. Next time Ill go to CVS.
I Came here twice for passport photos both times they completely ignored what I asked... I am Canadian and the requirements are different for passports then US requirements, I explained this twice to the people in the photo lab , I told the lady the first time I needed the date and her first name on the back of one of my pictures. I thought she did it because I asked, I then went to mail it. I sent it rushed to Canada and they declined my passport renewal... simply because she didnt do what I asked.... So I go back here again, and I tell this guy Eric the same thing explaining what happened the previous time with the woman .... thinking he would understand, and he asks me, what do you want from me?... I told him I wanted this done CORRECTLY and he agreed, and yet somehow I got denied again because the picture was altered... I would of never went here the second time, if it wasnt the nearest Walgreens.This was nothing but a headache. I have spent 60 dollars just rushing this paperwork to Canada to get denied AGAIN..Dont go here if you are from another country and you need get your passport photos done, waste of time.
Absolute morons working in the clinic. They wont take a digital insurance card so they sent me to the pharmacist to get a copy of the one they have on file. Then back to the clinic where another moron said they cant accept that??? Then ask for a manager... who was more confused than the other morons. After 50 minutes of complete nonsense I left and wow to never return. Paper insurance cards are almost obsolete yet Walgreens has no way to accommodate electronic cards? All my insurance info is in the pharmacy 30 feet away that I use every week... but no.
At their clinic saw nurse practitioner Sun Park. He was excellent.
The pharmacy staff is always difficult for customers. They are rude and give no assistance. All my prescriptions have been transferred to Sams Club. As I live across from this Walgreens, I only use it in emergencies. I am a 57 yr old Retired State trooper and always have great difficulties with the Pharmacist and staff. I have had multiple back surgeries and due to recent falls on the snow and ice I am in severe back pain. The Pharmacist; DEBBIE K. has been rude and of no help to my doctor nor myself. She hung up on me numerous times without allowing me to give the correct information for my doctor and myself. The doctor and I are extremely upset over her behavior. She wants to do only what she wants regardless of the stress placed on doctor and patient. It has taken hours to resolve this situation due to Debbies rudeness. It was daylight when I started this process, it is now nighttime, which I have problems seeing in. Debbie offered no assistance and stone walled the process. She is in dire need of intensive training in Customer Service. I was forced to involve the Store Managers; Andy and Mark to resolve this needless and time consuming situation. This was problem was directly caused by the Debbie K. the Pharmacist. Debbie K. should be reprimanded, this incident should become a part of her employee file. I hope I never have another emergency as I dread using this Walgreens in the future. A call from the corporate office is needed and would be appreciated.Mark Reiley State Police Officer (ret)
The cashier & manager let a woman pay with the cashier and went to the Cosmetics to talk to the manager with out mask. Than my boyfriend walk in with out a mask and ask him to put on a mask. So Unprofessional and I feel unsafe. Will not attend to this Walgreens again.
I want to give 0 stars (negative if possible). Went once and NEVER going again. We went to use the pharmacy to get a prescription filled for my diabetic grandpa and they told us to wait 10-15 minutes. 30 minutes later my grandpa had it and asked me to see what was going on. We find out they cant fill it. I understand if they cant fill it because of insurance reasons or they if they didnt have it in stock. What pissed us off is, NO ONE TOLD US IT COULDNT BE FILLED AFTER 30 MINUTES OF WAITING. If my grandpa didnt mention anything of the time, we probably would have waited an hour or more.
The Indian guy how make all prescription is to strangers! I buy pain killers and hi make my prescription and my medicine is not the same thing like before please put some person very honest because sounds like the painkiller is not the same thing! And l change of farmacy it was good painkillers but last week unfortunately hi was there and l was very sad and l just buy my medicine and is not the same thing l never trust in thiss Hindu guys ! Do something other ways l going to stop to buy Walgreens!
Staff is always helpful! Store is well organized. If there is an issue the staff are always accommodating. Ive used the Pharmacy many times and Nikki and Alex were very helpful!
Worst walgreens ever! Everytime I fill my prescription here they messed it up. And it ends up costing me valuable time and way too much money. Do not ever go to this Walgreens, unless you want to waste a lot of your time an effort.
Indian lady at pharmacy is lying about covid shots, she said she had extra shot, after 10 minutes I brought my mom and she says we dont have it anymore.
We went there only to buy lots of chips for a party at the time and a bag of cough drops for my colds and im really love eating cough drops according to WebMD theyre safe to eat as long as you dont eat too much of those cough drops
Scheduled an appointment for the flu and before I could even leave my house the lady at the clinic told me to not even come! She said to take it somewhere else I couldn’t believe it. Wouldn’t even try to take a look or see if there was anything they could do. Sad this woman’s job is to help sick people lmfao
Just cause your humanly appearance met a certain criteria the wonderful pharmacy section at this location refused to fill out a 18 hour time deficit for travel purposes on a prescription Huge waste of time don’t give this franchise your business they deserve to suffer and close old out dated building that needs to just foreclosure.

The drive-thru is the worst I have ever been to. They are not accommodating and dont check to make sure they have your medication until after you leave and have to go back.
Only place that was open and selling a gingerbread house on a Christmas day.

2021-06-15The pharmacy is good place but the staff needs to be more efficient in communicating with parents who have young kids. It was a prescription drop off for my son. As I told the nice dude ringing my sons items up at the register, this will the last time we come to pick up anything from them and going forward it will CVS. I have been a long time customer to Walgreens but I am sorry my sons health is more important in life or anyone who can’t speak or communicate for themselves in any stage of life. It’s been a pleasure doing business with everyone at Walgreens but time to move on and explore other stores. All the best, and good luck with everything.

2021-06-15Went in to get a prescription filled. I havent had to use my insurance card in my life so it was new to me. The red headed pharmacist said my insurance card didnt cover the prescription from the doctor. This is true as mine only covered professional care (doctor, hospital, etc).Claiming ignorance, I know I had a Caremark card and the same red headed lady without looking says that they dont accept Caremark anymore. Leaving me to have to frustratingly call several places including my doctor to have the prescription changed to another location.Only to later have Caremark tell me that they should have taken the card as they were in network.Now a bit upset that I had been lead down a rabbit hole, not gotten my much needed medicine, and given minimal help from the pharmacist when it was obvious I was new to this.I call the pharmacy supervisor to complain. Supervisor remembered the convo going differently as if I didnt have a card of any sort( he wasnt there, so not sure how he remembered anything). He showed little empathy and gave a bleak apology, but did atleast recognize she didnt even look at my Caremark card.Only benefit was it made me learn a lot fast and I now have a competent pharmacist at another location. Dont bother with this place.

2021-12-02Horrible customer service and poor communication to customers. Very disappointed. Waste of my time. You’d think if they wanted to get people vaccinated they would actual follow their schedule. I waited for 30 minutes behind a customer who showed up 20 minutes early to his appointment that was scheduled after mine.

2019-11-27Everyone was really nice and helpful - except the red-headed woman in the pharmacy, Kathy. I was on a work call and, knowing I was on the phone, prepared my insurance documents and my ID to hand her so she could fill my prescription. She threw them back at me, said Im not going to help you while youre on the phone and walked away.

2020-02-03My ill mother came down with the flu this past Saturday, I was roaming the aisles looking for mucinex and emergen C for her before I picked up her prescriptions so I could check out all at once. I went up to the pharmacy counter at like 4:58p (when they close at 5!) I felt so bad! I usually do not go to that Walgreens so did not realize they closed then. The pharmacy tech AND pharmacist stayed to check me out knowing my mom had the flu since they just filled her prescription. They re-entered her insurance, checked out my other things, and even got my Walgreens number in from behind the closed counter. I want the tech and the pharmacist working on 02/01/2020 closing shift to get all the kudos in the world!!!! You made a difference for my mother and I and I hope your extra 5-10 minutes helping me does not go unnoticed. Wonderful experience and will always thank them.

2019-04-30Pharmacist Alex B was extremely rude to me when I wanted to check the price for my prescription. From the very beginning he started insulting me saying ,, you want to wait two days just to have your medicine cheaper? “ he asked me. Of course I might want to have my medicine for cheaper price and no one have right to judge me about that. Alex B definitely do not have capability to work with people, zero communication and interpersonal skill. I will never ever use Walgreens pharmacy because of Alex B.

2018-12-19Worst customer service ever. I don’t know what his problem is, but the manager of this location was inconsiderably rude and somewhat racist against my mother. English is her second language so she isn’t fluent, but she knows enough to hold a simple conversation. She went in for a flu shot and when she came across the manager, she was told that her insurance wouldn’t cover it and she was asked to leave without further explanation. He obviously lied to avoid helping out someone with an accent, since my mom has private insurance and a pretty excellent one at that; also, who denies someone from getting a flu shot?? Normally, a manager tries their hardest to assist their customers, but I guess customer service is not the top priority here. Avoid this location at all cost.

2019-04-30Pharmacist called Alex was rude and aggressive today. He is not capable to work at pharmacy or any other places where he has to work with public, since this is the place where you have to know how to communicate and be able to explain patients everything related to their medicine. He is very depressive type of person, doesn’t like when you ask question about your insurance or anything. I don’t understand why he is get paid if he does not do his part of job properly. He was same rude to my wife and I saw him offending other senior customers too. Totally unsafe place because of pharmacists like Alex, who has mental issue I believe.

2019-01-16Normally this place is amazing, but the girl who took in my prescription that I said I needed asap, put it in the box for later today instead. Drove around for an hour ,got back to Walgreens thinking should be ready, they filled the one the doctor sent over but not the one the wrote, cause again the girl didnt let them know asap, she put in not important box for later. Then was rude when i was annoyed. But the pharmacist is awesome and trying to fill second script asap.
