First and last visit to pharmacy. Was transferring my daughters script, 3 separate phone calls told me different things. Finally, last call said they had meds in stock and to come in now to pick it up. Then, when i got to drive thru window the very rude woman told me that noone here spoke with me and they didnt have the meds in stock anyway. She told me I must have spoken to a call center that they farm the calls to! Really?She then came back to window and told me they had it in stock but it would take 45 mins to fill. Needless to say...buh bye Antioch Walgreens.🤔Dissappointed.
The worst pharmacy I ever been to first we put in our daughters medicine that was at 1:26 on 10/2 waited for a three hrs no call no text showed up to be told we cant fill it we have to order it. They call that following monday at 2pm to tell me the orders come in at 3pm but I need to redo all my paperwork in order to get the medicine. Now its 10/10 finally got medicine. One of the worst Walgreens I ever been too.
Called about a product in a semi emergency, the first person didnt know the answer and put me on hold to talk to the pharmacist. 5 minutes later someone else picked up and was asked the same question, as they asked someone in the background, I was put on hold again, 3-5 minutes later a completely different person answered and was repeated the question I had already asked 2 times he put me on hold and came back in a minute or so and said Uh I dont think we sell that? Do you not have a computer to type products in? When I called CVS they gave me an answer in less than a minute!

2022-03-27An employee with the name Monica was being ridiculously disrespectful and rude to me and other customers. I witnessed her completely stop a transaction for no reason and frustrate another customer while I was waiting in line. I was in the store for a lot longer than I needed to be and I contemplated putting my items back and going somewhere else. Every time I have been there and this employee was not there I have never had an issue with poor service.

2020-05-05I went in today to pick up a few things. The stores has signs that say you must have a mask on to enter. Safety is important to all of us. When My I went to checkout my price seemed high on one of the items. After my purchase, I went back to the display and found that my price charged was wrong. I showed the clerk and she said that it was in the wrong spot. She moved it over and I said you moved it to same price. There was a $ 23.00 difference in what I was charged vs the list price on the sign. The clerk pulled the sale sticker off the shelf and under it was the full price underneath. She said that they had set it up wrong. She then asked me to come to cash register and the manager came up and refunded me the difference.

2021-12-05Terrible experience.Sunday 12/5/21 at Antioch location. We pulled into pharmacy over 20 minutes before close to get our newborns prescription. We called prescription 2 days ago. They close at 5:00 and they already were prepping to close when we pulled in with lights off. We sat waiting for someone to come to window- then Tyler and Lilly would not assist us. The pharmacist wouldn’t even come to the window when we said we had questions because we were concerned with our baby. All they kept saying was they wouldn’t help us because they were closed. Even though we were there 20 minutes before close. This is not the first time we had issues at Walgreens. They do not care about their patients, and the pharmacist was unprofessional because they just wanted to leave. Now our newborn is without medicine thanks to Walgreens and their poor customer service. Do not recommend this pharmacy. I would go somewhere else where they care

2021-08-26The Technician checking out patients was extremely rude to me. I understand you can get busy but try your best to be kind. (It wasn’t even busy when I was checking out) I will be switching locations for my prescriptions.

2021-07-09Hello, I’m a customer. I made a trip to Walgreens here in Antioch. Their was a very pleasant, helpful manager who helped me upload, and print some very important documents. I’m not sure what his name was. But, I visited your Walgreens location 07/09/21 @5:30PM. He deserves a manager promotion. Keep up your great customer service skills. 2021-08-08This review is specific to the pharmacists and technicians. Rude! Without customers, this pharmacy would not exist. Then WHY are they SO rude to customers?!? Supposedly, they don’t have time to answer customer questions. Supposedly, they’re too understaffed and overwhelmed with Rxs that they can’t afford to express kindness to people who are there because they are dealing with there own personal health issues, questions and concerns. As a community, we deserve better. Shop somewhere else!

2021-05-30Call from Walgreens [deadname] still hasnt picked up HIS prescription of estradiol and spironolactone I refuse to accept that you are a competently trained pharmacist.I get call after call telling me to pick up prescriptions that Ive already picked up, not to mention that they are behind the curve on trans health. The only reason I havent switched to CVS is sheer inertia and their reasonably functional app.

2021-08-22Scheduled a COVID test because I was exposed to someone. Arrived at my scheduled time, followed instructions to go to the drive thru window. There is a line of cars and apparently no one at the window. What is the point of having these instructions and a window if no one is there? I gave up and left.

2020-05-15Worst pharmacy ever. Dropped off a script on 3/14/20 told it was to early to fill and that it would be ready on 3/15/20 by 11AM. The pharmacy tech was also very rude and obviously bothered by having to deal with us and do work. Anyways, went to pick up the medication today 3/15 and when I got there I was told it wouldn’t be ready until 3/16/20.Have had many problems with this pharmacy, but this is the last straw. Will be transferring to a different pharmacy. One that actually has respect and professionalism.
