The VNA has been great at times. However there has been a lot of miscommunication between them and RUSH. I waited over a 2 weeks for test results! They then call me (after I annoyed them for a week) that they have the results but I have go come in to speak with the doctor about them....why? You told me you would have her call me and tell me the results over the phone. I live fairly far and its a long drive. The lack of communication and rude staff makes me want to turn away. They have been great at times, but need to train staff to not giggle on the phone or make loud annoyance noises when patients ask a question. Also the triage nurse needs to be on duty all the time. Having to call on repeat for HOURS to finally get a hold of someone. Being told to leave a voicemail, but no one calls you back. Definitely some room for improvements.
Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! WORST clinic ever! Phone calls and messages go unanswered! Tried to get my sons medical records for over two months just to find out they were never processed! Finally just had to drive 1.5 hours to get them because associates could not/would not address issue. Office is irresponsible and unprofessional. Spoke with Mariana and Yesenia and countless others spending hours on the phone just to get no answers and no resolution! I will never, ever as long as I live deal with this office again! The only thing this clinic offers is lower prices but trust me youre paying for what you get. Cost vs. Value is very prevalent here. I would never recommend this office. After all the hassle the associates acted offended that I was so irritated and even tried to blame me and the other clinic that was requesting records. I was just trying to get my sons medical records so I could get his shots for school. Even after over two months of trying to get the records, they still said it would take another month at least to get them sent back! Save your time, save your effort, save your mental stability and avoid this office at all costs. Office was unapologetic and unsympathetic. I was told by other clinic that what the VNA was doing is illegal by making it so difficult to access records!
The absolute worst place I have ever been. I’m still sitting here waiting for the dr to come in and it has been 2 hours. I made an appointment for 815am for a kindergarten checkup for my son. It’s 1030 and we’re still waiting for the nurse to come back in for 3 shots. I don’t get why there is 5 nurses or CNAs sitting at the desk and no one is doing anything. I will never be back here ever again this whole place is messed up.
I would give it a zero stars if possible. BEWARE do not go to this clinic. Its a rip off. They dont tell you that the sliding fee that they charge you is just for the office visit, after your visit you will be charged seperately for the lab results, which doesnt make any sense. I got a bill for over $600 from Quest diagnostics for the lab work. Who does that? I would be paying less money for going to a regular doctor with no insurance
I love Dr. Smith! She is the BEST Dr we have ever seen anywhere! And the BEST at VNA. This is our second visit with her and I just LOVE how she is so thorough and and takes her time. I can tell she really loves her job... I hope she doesnt go anywhere and stays for a long time.
My daughter was seen by Tejasi Gholap MD, FAAP on Jan 25th for her 5 year check up. Wad told her weight was a concern she went from 60% to 40% as a mom i was concerned too seeing that the doctor mentioned it. So not taking it lightly that i was told my daughter hasnt gained any weight in 4 month. I made sure for almost 3 weeks straight checking her weight and making sure she eat 3 meals a day healthy and good snacks. During this time my daughter lost 1.5 now her weight was down from 39.8 to 38.4. Made another appt because i was very concerned with her losing more weight not gaining it i made a follow up appt early instead of another 3 months. The doctor didnt listen to my concerns at all. She said it was ok that she lost more weight. Compared to what she is eating she should have been gaining something, but no she lost 1.5lbs. I was so upset and angry when i left there. A huge waste of my time. I will not be seeing this doctor again and will be looking for another doctor that has better bedside manner and actually takes the parents concerns seriously. Please dont see this doctor. So disappointed in this place and this doctor.
ZERO STARSDO NOT WASTE YOUR TIMEDR. Azer (head OB) is extremely rude to pregnant women. I was high risk and told him I was having headaches he replied “we all do”They didn’t make sure I signed very important paper work. Now I have to have ANOTHER SURGERY, but Dr. Azer thinks that was my fault too.Run FAR AWAY TO A BETTER DOCTOR!!!
Came to this clinic because I was struggling wasn’t feeling well. Shared my concerns to the doctor she did nothing my exams came back abnormal they did nothing she told me to go to a [[[ psychiatrist ]]]I haven’t gone to a doctor ever since. But I’ve been unwell Headaches and migraines so I went to go get blood work at delnor hospital and there is a problem with my thyroid and hormones. Be careful believing these doctors I figured oh it’s all in my head my bloodwork says everything’s fine. But it wasn’t I have a thyroid disease. Now I can treat the issue. Wouldn’t go to this clinic for something serious.
I made a physical appointment in the evening for my daughter ,the waiting is the worse!The physician took over two hours to make it to the room!Not to mentioned that they took walk ins before my actual appointment that i spend 30minutes over the phone.
I like the location of this facility, easy axcess, not long lines. The front desk women are awesomely wonderful, I only wish they were the care providers. Although I have had some GOOD experiences here like Robin Horaz, Barbara Welch and Nancy ward. I had aweful aweful BAD experiences with HOLLY HARRIS and CAROL SACCO. Both nurse practitionors they dont listen, treated me poorly, had attitudes. I had struggled with high blood pressure and was put on hydraclorizide, turns out the side effects of this drug caused depression anger and brain issues in .001% of patients, for 4 years I struggled HOLLY keep sending me to mental health. I figured out it was the hydraclorizide after forgetting to take it and i was normal. When I ended up getting her again and told her what happened about the side effects, she totally dismissed me and basically told me I was crazy and wrong. .001% is documented, and Im very sensitive. She wouldnt listen to me and just keeps sending me to mental health. I finally left with no treatment for my blood pressure, because I was so upset that she wouldnt believe me or listen to me. UPDATE TURNS OUT I HAVE A VITAMIN D DEFICIENCY AND A CHECK ON VITAMIN D WAS NEVER ORDERED , considering my blood pressure was high shouldnt that have been checked I suffered 4 years because of her inexperience. Went back Im now showing signs many signs of autoimmune from a candida overgrowth from antibiotics Im stupi because I gave them another chance. Anothe nurse practioner that didnt listen and basically I got no help. Im very sick and I blame the VNA FIR NEGLIGENCE because they do not listen to the patient
I had a cold for 2 weeks, and had gone in twice with pain in my ear and really bad soar throat. They just said it will go away on its own.I went to another doctor and they gave me antibiotics and was better right away. I will never go there again!
Excellent! Very please with the care I receive since I no longer have good health insurance with wellness care. My appointment cost is based on a percentage of my income. ACA is a joke to the average Joe. Most people dont need health insurance with ridiculous $6,000+ deductibles.

My prescription was sent to the wrong walmart. My appointment was at 8:30am & and it is now 10:20am and Im still wating at the Walmart to get this fixed as they are in communication with the vna on how to fix this.

Waited an hour and a half even with appointment. After reading other reviews, specifically about billing, decided to leave. If you’re able to, find a different place.

In this particular location the waiting times are reasonable and the facilities are very clean and pleasant, I have been visiting VNA for 14 years since my first child of three was born and until today it is my first option because I have seen how it has improved in over the years, it is my trusted clinic.The staff is very friendly, Doctors and nurses are very attentive and professional, they will always answering your questions and concerns. In this particular location the waiting times are reasonable and the facilities are very clean and pleasant, I have been visiting VNA for 14 years since my first child of three was born and to this day it is my first choice because I have seen how it has improved over the years, VNA is my trusted clinic.
Hello, I am very upset because she is not able to fill my medications for a week and I have not taken my medicine and the nurses are very despotic

2022-08-10My 7month old daughter had an appointment at 8:15am . Asked the nurses at 9am how much longer until the pediatrician sees us and was told there was one person ahead of me. I ask them again at 9:40am and then I was told there were 2 people ahead of me. I went up there again at 10am to tell them to cancel the appointment I’m leaving & that’s when I was told the doctor is coming. I waited an additional 10 mins and nothing. I just walked out. This is ridiculous no patient should wait 2 hours to be seen. Our time should be respected. Never coming here again.

2021-12-11Ive been going to the VNA health care for over 5 years!!, Ive NEVER!!! experienced so much professionalism and concern for my well being in the health care system as I have received here!! I mean ever time Ive called to make an appointment or speak with a doctor about my concerns they have been so caring and accommodating to my needs,its unbelievable how nice and Caring they ALL!! are, including ALL OF THE CHECK IN RECEPTIONIST!! NO matter if I call them or they call me! Its always a huge pleasure to speak with them about ANYTHING! I truly just cant express how much I appreciate VNA health care❤

2022-01-18I came here for my covid vaccine - I was feeling a bit nervous but I had the MOST INCREDIBLE RN, Ashton, help me. She went above and beyond - she reviewed the dosage with me, let me sit for a few minutes before getting the shot and provided me with water after. I was still feeling nervous after and she sat with me, continuing to check in. Medical staff have been through so much this pandemic and to continue to show up for patients,I appreciate you all. Thank you Ashton for a wonderful experience - you are a Godsend.

2021-12-02They are not even for 1 star, I had an 6:45 appointment for my son for vaccine and in room we waited 1 hour and 20 minutes, andAnd finally nurse came for vaccine 💉 she was very very rude,she doesn’t know even how to treat with 10 year old kid? When you giving him vaccine, very very rude! You should really talk with her bcoz she is nurse and with this attitude are really bad for people , I will never come back, but other people will come with their kids you should understand!!!!!!!!??????and yes after vaccinations she just walked out but not any information about after vaccine what should we do??

2021-10-18Every time i schedule an appointment for my son and daughter and show up 30-40 minutes ahead of time we still end up waiting 2-3 hours after the scheduled time to be seen. Others come in after us and wait only 10- 20 minutes and get called in to be seen right away. Even some walk ins get seen before my children every single time. Whats the point of scheduling and appointment if others are prioritized before you. It also seems like the staff are more friendly to their own kind, ever since this virus has started we tend to get treated differently i just thought that a medical place would hold themselves to a higher standard and treat all their patients equal regardless of age or race. I have been going to the vna with my children since they were born till now, i will be looking for alternatives from now on.

2021-08-13Dr.Collier, the best OBGYN there is. She was extremely nice throughout my whole pregnancy I was always looking forward to seeing her! She made me feel extremely comfortable, answered all my questions & concerns. 10/10 recommended!!

2021-08-30I highly appreciate the work that Doctor and Nurses do to keep us all save, but VNA is very UNPROFESSIONAL. I had an appointment for my and they had me waiting for an hour and people who came after me when in to see their physician before me. This is unacceptable.

2020-07-27Other than psychiatry, the VNA has been excellent. Ive had really great experiences with primary care, OB/GYN, the lab and mammography. The Drs have been wonderful, the support teams are just as wonderful, scheduling has for the most part been very easy. The wait times on the phone can take a few minutes, but nothing more than 5 or 6 minutes. Their sliding billing scale is awesome, especially after being laid off and losing my insurance, and Ive been able to get appointments for everything within fairly short time-frames. Usually anywhere from a few days or within a week and when I get there, appointments run on time.HOWEVER, their psychiatry dept was just the WORST. At least the Dr I saw anyway. She was terribly unhelpful and refused to refill the meds that Ive been using for nearly a decade even though I brought them all with me for proof. She wanted me to have the primary care Dr fill them which makes ZERO sense. Thats what shes for, not primary care! Thankfully after my primary heard my story, she was kind enough to get my refills sent in, but she was just as confused and irritated as I was.I had to wait 7 weeks to get this appointment and then had to wait 1.25 hours past my appointment time to see her no less. My car had a flat so I took an Uber to my appointment so I had to stand outside in the raging heat until she was finally ready to see me. This is why Im giving them a 4 star and not 5. Everything and everyone else has been exceptional, but save yourself the trouble and try going to Aunt Marthas or other local psych organizations. I will NEVER be seeing that Dr again.

2020-10-03Spent an hour and a half waiting in a room by myself with my daughter in nothing but a diaper. Some staff are nice and some are very rude. This place is very disorganized. I was told at my last appointment for my daughter since we are in a pandemic I can wait to return until her 2 month shots. When I came in for her shots today the dr was questioning why we missed our appointment in between. The dr that told me we could wait to return stated in her notes that she wanted to see us again in two weeks. If I was told to bring my daughter in sooner I would of. Very dissatisfied. We will not be returning. We are also told to call before we walk into our appointment I was told we could come in. They took my temperature and then told me to wait in my car. It’s also a hassle to get an appointment. When ever I call to make an appointment they usually don’t have anything for 3 weeks out. I called before to talk to a nurse regarding a concern a had with my daughter and I spent 40 minutes on hold.
