I love this office! The front desk addressed me by name upon entering and was so polite. I was quickly called back to the room and got through a few questions and not 2 minutes later was seen by the doctor. I will definitely recommend this facility to anyone with a need for dermatology.
My experience at VitalSkin Dermatology was awesome. All staff were friendly and caring. There was no wasted time. Dr. Was fabulous! I would highly recommend for dermatology needs! It was absolutely pain free!
The nurses and staff at Vital Skin Dermatology were excellent. The care was top knotch! Everyone was extremely friendly and explained everything so well. They also accommodated my need to have a Mohs procedure with follow up surgical procedures the next day. Dr Youse was excellent and he explained everything that would take place and exactly what he would be doing. He also gave me additional advice regarding my skin on my face and answered all my questions. He was very patient and easy to talk to and I did not feel rushed at all. I would highly recommend Vital Skin Dermotology to anyone in need of a Dermatologist.

I have found everyone, from the receptionists to the Dr are so friendly and welcoming. They answered any questions that I had, preformed the treatment I needed, and were very professional. I would recommend Vital Dermatology to anyone who has skin issues.
I consulted Meghan Baumann because Dr. Youse is not available. She is very knowledgeable, kind and patient-oriented. She is the only one of my doctors who prescribed medication that I need badly. I recommend her and Dr. Youse if you have any skin problem.

The PA was very thorough with the exam.My only negative comes from the person who has called me about the appt.s, etc. She is difficult to understand. I cant decide what causes the difficulty. Verbage style, speed, pitch, I just dont know.
I arrived early to my appointment and got right in, everyone was very nice! The doctor was fantastic!
I was scheduled for Mohs Surgery for a Basal Cell skin cancer on my upper left forehead. The explanation of what would be done was very clear and concise. Both Dr. Jeremy Youse and his assistant were very kind and caring people and made me feel very much at ease. Due to the expert job of numbing the area, I felt absolutely no discomfort and was surprised at how quickly the incisions were made. After only 2 layers, all of the cancer had been removed. I was then told the plan of how the wound would be closed so there would be a minimum of scarring. I would definitely recommend Vital Skin Dermatology to anyone requiring Mohs Surgery.
Im glad to know that Dr. Youse is currently working in Decatur. I first met him at a different clinic in central IL so I was very surprised he was right here . He has been treating my skin problems for a while now although it is a chronic problem.
I was very pleased with the care I received with Dr. Youse and his caring staff. Should I need MOHS again, VitalSkin would be my first choice.

My appointment keeps getting cancelled at VitalSkin with no notice! Why does this keep happening? Then I am asked to reschedule yet again! I cant recommend this location.

2021-12-22I was very impressed and pleased with my experience. Everyone from the girls at the front desk to the nurse, I think her name was Christine. Sorry if I’m wrong on her name. She was excellent! Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Youse was excellent. Explained what they would be doing so an old guy like me could easily understand the procedure. 2022-01-08I have used Dr Youse previously and I feel he is EXCELLENT! My appointment was very quick. I had a full body scan, had a few keratosis removed, and was finished. Dr Youse knows his business. I was impressed that he was able to scan my body quickly and take care of my concerns with great expertise! 2022-01-07Did a thorough skin check on my moles. Removed a mole that same day as well. Very friendly staff. Im picky on my doctors and did a lot of research before coming. Definitely paid off!

All took the time to answer any and all questions I had and all took the time to see that I was comfortable during my procedures. Not only was the physician knowledgeable about my condition and causes but also talented and thorough.
