Customer service was ok. However not a big selection of items to choose from or colors i wanted.Found better prices and products at kohls and online.
Rude sales lady. Insinuated I couldnt fit anything there. Im aware of that, I was shopping for someone else.
Wife and I went here and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The store was a little bit unorganized bit honestly it wasnt that big of a deal.
Very very poor service. Its been 3 months and I still havent received my refund. They really need better service. And need to make bras that fit curvy women.
It was easy to find help, and its not too difficult to find a couple of styles in your size. Also, their new bras with the cushioned underwire are very very comfortable, though they are pretty pricy at about $50.
Love VS! You have to catch the sales and know your prices but you can get a good deal! Their bras are amazing! Feel good clothing and intimates.
The employees are very helpful and the store is very polished. Lots of different lingerie options, and there are many stands with a variety beauty items. Great quality undergarments.
The majority of the staff are rude and assumed that a 38ddd would fit 34h and gave a considerable amount of attitude when I told them that it would not fit

Wife went, and left crying. Shes very busty, and need at 42 and they only go to 38. They tried to still sell her a bra that wouldnt fit, and then told her to go to a knock off hot topic store with poorly made bras.This place is worthless.

2021-11-02Finally have prettier colors. The lady that helped me was awesome. She was also the one at the door because of this mask craziness going on and made sure I was taken care of. I cannot remember her name but she did great! The lady that was behind the counter (cashier) was awesome as well! They were both so friendly and helpful!

2021-06-12Staff was super helpful, the store was very well organized. The only issue I had was finding my bra size. A lot of particular bras didnt have my size. But I left satisfied, and would recommend this particular location to anyone.

2019-02-10I got a gift card from my husband for Christmas and enjoyed coming in to spend the card. I got 3 bras and some body spray. I recieved a lot of help when trying on the bras and the ladies were very helpful and kind as they helped me. I feel very comfortable going into the store to shop.

2019-07-27I absolutely love this store! Of course, everyone knows about Victorias Secret. They have such sexy and beautiful lingerie with fair prices. I was there recently and the gal fixed me up with the perfect bra and fit! She did so well that I bought 7 bras.😁

2020-11-14The best of its kind in C-U.They have a wide variety of options for gifts.Guys, it does take courage to walk in the store alone, but its a worthy adventure to buy a gift for your girl... Or sometimes do a return/exchange.
