I visited this location today. I was greeted by a very nice employee named Laura. Laura was very helpful and professional. Laura helped me pick the perfect bra for myself. This was the best customer service that I ever experienced in a Victoria Secret store. Thank you, Laura!
The only thing VS is good for me is the underware. Their bras do not accommodate woman who are blessed in the chest. The bra straps are too thin..
Today I came to Victorias Secret to buy a last minute gift of cologne for my husband for Valentines Day and was greeted immediately and helped by a very nice employee named Laura. They were running a promotion which got me the large box of cologne, a misting spray, a body lotion, a nice leather bag and a smaller drawstring bag all for $48.96 because I had a coupon and then got an additional amount off for applying for a Victorias Secret credit card. The whole experience really made my Valentines Day too. I would highly recommend shopping at this location and taking advantage of Victorias Secret great promotions.

The worst Victoria Secret I’ve been to. There was a promotion for a free travel bag for Forever Angel members. Before I went I called to see if they still had some available. The person I spoke with said that they did, so I went up there literally 10 minutes after we got off the phone. Once I got there the person at the register (she was a dark skinned girl with glasses) said they didn’t have anymore. However the person in front of me had gotten one. So I left and stood outside of the store and called to ask if there were anymore. The person I spoke with said that they still had bags so I told her what happened and that I wanted to see a manager. The lady I spoke with on the phone was nice and gave me the bag. I told the manager (she looked to be Asian or Hispanic with glasses) what happened and she was rude and said that they “just found a box with the bags & thought they were all out.” All of this happened within less than a minute. I literally called as soon as the lady told me they ran out and you miraculously “found a box” within seconds?? I told the manager I found that hard to believe & she just continued to be rude and act as if she didn’t care. Poor customer service skills & I feel they try to stash promotion bags for themselves.
Staff was very helpful, nothing I tried in fit 😂 thats ok I wasnt shopping for me anyway. Paulina was very helpful! The lines as the case in every Victoria Secret sucked but they had enough staff to accomadate would recommend.
I had a great experience here yesterday! I had Michele help me give me advice as to what to match with some cute sports pants I got and she also brought along a sports bra. She wasnt pushy just very helpful! All the girls that were working that morning seemed wonderful and so helpful. One of the best Victorias secrets Ive been too as for costumer service.
Went in on black Friday. Wife was looking for something special and Annie took time helping her find exatly what she wanted. It was as if my wife was the only one in the store. We will definitely be going back thanks to Annie!
I love getting coupons in the mail for free items or money off what i know I already need, and the salespeople at VS are always so helpful. I finally got measured about a year ago and realized I had been wearing the wrong size bra for years!

When in to buy gifts and was told at the cashier counter she can order more online The sale buy one get one. Then was told no cant do it. Why say a sale if you wont honor your sales. I want the Chicago sweater Please send me my free sweater.
I have grown to dislike VS in general, but this location broke the straw on the camels back.Upon visiting, I noticed the underwear was disorganized. I didnt mind too much as first since I came in at around 5pm, so Im sure previous customers may have rearranged it, but it was getting annoying to find XS in the L drawer, and vice versa.When checking out, the cashier was very rude and rushed me when I didnt accept the 7/28.50 panties promotion she was telling me about. I wont be returning to this location for this reason.
Ordered 2 bras online. One was incorrect size was sent. Took back to store to get another one. No longer available in store or online and also lost my $15 coupon because of their error.😕
Why if I closed my old checking account, am I not allowed to get my money back on my new debit card? Its within the return policy dates. Another reason VS is losing their customer base.UPDATE: So now today, next day after going to the VS in Bolingbrook, I head to North Riverside mall to their VS. I go there to return with the receipt, and bring my new card to explain the situation with the old debit card... They gave me cash back without me explaining a thing. Wow!
This location (Bolingbrook 60440) has unfriendly employees.. the maximum customer in the store is 3 customers 😳 Im with 2 babys wait 10 minutes in 30 F decrease (bad weather) when ask the employee to wait after the door because we feeling freezing in the street she refused in very bad way and she was rude said theres one cashier and 6 customer inside when I went inside just 2 customer and me in the store and no one in the checkout line, never go to this store again..
I had a coupon for buy 1 get 2 free in underwear. I dont think I found a single pair of underwear I even half liked. Aside from that I was bombarded by a very loud, young girl working near the PINK underwear display, and at one point was asked if I needed assistance 4 times in less than a 4 minute period. I CAN PICK OUT MY OWN OVERPRICED PANTIES. TYVM. ANo one around when I actually did need a fitting room. Never returning. Ever. To any vs store.
Customer service is pretty horrendous here. I asked a question about the use of a promotional coupon and the young girl assisting me actually MADE A FACE and rolled her eyes. Really? Victorias secret has fallen way down since they first opened w classical music and their associates dressing like ladies.....
Employees were great, the store was well stocked, clean and very organized. I was shopping for gifts for my daughters and even though they were very busy the employee that helped me did not rush me, she took her her time, and helped me find exactly what I needed.
General Manager is rude and tone is very vulgar against the minority customers/workers as I observed shopping there. Will not be returning to this location
I went to this location and put a pair of underwear on hold for an exchange that fit to big. I was told by the manager (with an attitude) that they can keep them on hold for 24 hrs. I go back the next day before that 24 hr deadline and they didnt have them on hold they were back on the floor and the manager questioned me saying maybe I never put them on hold. Terrible customer service and attitude.
Pretty bummed that when I searched for hours, said that this “Bolingbrook Promenade-VS” closes at 9 pm. I am at store now and all the doors are locked. Probably should have called first but was driving and found out store closes at 8 pm. Maybe someone should update search engine and update hours. I get one night to myself. Guess it’s not tonight. 🤷🏻♀️
Called to see if this store had a particular item & the girl who answered the phone was extremely rude & refused to look up my item. I called other locations who had absolutely no problem looking for it. Terrible customer service.
Just spent 30 minutes in line! Got up to the counter and the person behind the counter says she is going to take the perso I. The other line- who just got into that line. After that, she didnt even greet me or apologize for the wait!! Hope all her customers are not treated like that!!! I love V/S but will go out of my way before I go back to the Bolingbrook store!!!
They had a good sale that ended that day. People were friendly and always tried to get a smile out of you. 10/10

Unbelievably crowded, long line for check out, overwhelming fragrances. Pretty clothing, too bad the bras dont include a wider range of sizes.

2021-08-29I had a great experience at this store a few days ago! The store is super clean and organized, and every single employee I spoke to was super friendly and helpful. I will definitely be making this my go to Victorias Secret location! I had an issue with a lost gift card and finding the specific color of some merchandise that I had previously purchased (of course I no longer had my receipt) and Laura went out of her way to help me track everything down. She looked things up and made calls for me, all while being positive and professional. I really appreciate the great customer service and care that went into helping me out. I will be back :) thank you!!!

2018-09-17VS was very busy because they had a great sale. I had questions and needed help finding something. Michelle was there and was able to help me right away. She was a geat help!!This store could use some improvement at the cash wrap. I was one of 6 or 7 people in line and there was only one employee cashing people out. Eventually someone came to help out but this could have been fixed earlier.Overall- I will definitely be back because I love the products but I hope they work on the service a bit.

2021-09-25I came in seeking help from an associate to get sized since I have not been sized in 7 years and was at no point greeted or approached by an associate. It was not busy in the store so I looked around for a while. Eventually, I found a bra that I thought may work. When I got to checkout I asked the cashier if she would like my phone number for the rewards and she said she would need it at the end. At the end of the transaction I went to ask again about the phone number and she quickly moved on to the people behind me which were the only other people in line. Sadly disappointed in todays experience.

2021-10-25Everything was great until they pressure you to try to get that card. Shop online to avoid such dealings, better to pay shipping than to deal with pressuring Sales associates.Canceling this card asap

2020-12-31They do a quick screening outside and give you a shopping bag prior to entry. Super friendly as always without being intrusive or aggressive. Fitting rooms are closed, but returns are allowed without problem. Very good experience.
