Its a mess in there, everything is disorganized. The sizes are all intermingled so its impossible to find anything. None of the employees even greet you when you walk in. Horrible place to shop. The quality of Victorias secret is steadily going down but the prices seem to be increasing.
Very friendly but limited selection for my size
Very clean. Employees was very happy and attentive. Always looking forward to answering your questions. The girls helped you find your measurements with a measuring tape diy,which was pretty cool. Then they directed you to their table to find your size.
I went to this Victoria secret location on Saturday and had Dee helping me. She was fantastic and friendly. I had a completely different experience when I went back today. The staff was completely incompetent (Dee was not working). There was a line of at least 20 people at closing and only two people were checking people out. There were at least 6 staff members working and two empty check out stations. I went into the line at 5:50pm knowing the store was closing and didnt get out until 6:15pm. While it was only 25 minutes, you would think their number one priority would be getting people checked out.
I went there today to use my $20 coupon. I needed a new everyday work bra that I have bought in the past. I have been shopping at this store for over 12 years. The bra I wanted they stopped making so the sale lady helped me to find several different bras that were very similar to what I was looking for she was very patient. Next, the lady in fitting room helped me pick a new size seeing I have lost some weight. She was also very patient and had a pleasant personality. Overall, I enjoyed my shopping and got a new bra in a new size. Only negative I can find about this store is often lines are long so I usually go as soon as they open to avoid having to wait in a long line.
Went in for more of the knockout tights, because they make you look awesome. They werent on sale but I was told that if there is a sale or special on the within 14 days of purchase I could get the deal or discount of I bring in the receipt. Good to know
Customer service was abysmal. Getting in line at 850 PM, only to wait until 910 PM to finally get to the register, because 1 woman was working with 10 people in line. Totally not her fault and she apologized when I got there, but when 3 employees are standing around talking shop, it was not the way Id do it. Im no store manager, but if it was me, Id call for back up, clean up the line and get people out so then all employees can finish up and get out to go home. Instead, theyre in the back laughing and having fun. I dont have a problem with that except when theres 10 people in line. Youre doing it all wrong so figure it out!

I love coming here but to be honest its really none of your business what I am shopping for I should not have to explain this to somebody before I enter the store
Making an online purchase the representatives over the phone were not helpful at all. I wanted to make a change to the order and she said I had to wait to all the stuff gets delivered to me and then go to the store and return it.Really??? They really aren’t current with their technology to be able to make a change to an order. Oh and the lady was very rude over the phone.I will not be ordering online from them again

Some of the girls are very nice some not so much but I always have a pleasant experience in the Victorias side not so much of the pink side ( witch I dont go in much anyway)

This store is always crazy busy. Its a bit annoying so I usually buy online so CE I already know what I like, but if you need to be fitted they can help and the selection is great here.

They have something there for everyone even if its just perfume and bath bombs. They have kits for pampering and then you can go into a nice cosy robe from there. 10/10 would recommend
Sizing options are limited to a certain body type, employees are either invasively helpful or dismissive (have not met the in between). Good when theres sales but other than that I wouldnt regularly shop here.

The girls who work here thing they are all that. The attitudes are over the top rude. What these girls dont understand is that they work in retail and earn little more than minimum wage in Aurora, IL!! I hate going in that store! Ugh, I get ignored or an attitude. Just returning items is almost too much for them. Grow up millenials!
Its expensive, but most stuff like this is, but its more expensive than Aerie or really any other store like it. It feels like it is set up in such a way to intimidate (if thats the right word) people who arent as comfortable with their bodies. Their clearance never has anything cute, but I can always find something cute, cheap, and quality at Aerie.
Just moved to the area. 1st for everything, bought over $100 of beautiful Victoria Secret, after all rewards I had, the girl said I couldnt receive my free gift because after my $40 rewards it was under the $75, didnt know that was part of the deal, Victoria Secret in Aurora, Il, train your staff! Horrible will not be back.
I went to today to buy 3 lipsticks and when I got home TWO lipsticks were not in the bag!!! I checked the receipt and the stupid cashier didnt scan them ?!?!? Now I have to go all the way back to the store, waste my precious time, and gas money to buy the lipsticks that the stupid girl didnt scan or put in my bag-_- hopefully the sale is still on because they where on sale and I dont wanna have to get them for regular price because of her negligence.

Had a great time shopping here as I always do and Victorias the lip gloss was a bit much other than that great experience just. Dont go on a holiday if you dislike long lines lol

Unlike the image, it is not a portal to the roblox world. which greatly disappointed me. my friend told me i could buy custom spongebob bras here but they didnt have any, but then again my friend could have been lying. it would be better if they started carrying those, though. meh 1.725481/10, fancy underwear doesnt excite me. i must not be a real woman.
The sale was spectacular with the perfume, body wash and spray. We even purchased under garments on sale. This was the best sale ever at Victoria Secrets.

2022-07-04I love VS and have shopped there for years. The workers are very nice however my last trip there was met with not one but two rude managers who clearly didn’t like me coming in with my receipts to get the ADDITIONAL 25% off the already 60% off discounted items. This is something VS allows.. you only need to bring in your receipts to get the credit for those qualifying discounted items. This means I bought the items at 60% off and then when they dropped even further, I was able to still receive that discount even though I already purchased the items. Idk if the managers get a bonus for charging higher prices or what the deal is but everyone was super sweet except those two.. who made ugly faces and acted in a way that made me feel unwelcome and like I was ruining their day. I think VS needs to remind their management team that their protocols are there for the customers benefit.. not to make them feel like they would rather shop somewhere else. This was at fox valley mall in Naperville on 7/4/22 near end of day.

2021-12-28If you feel like getting discriminated against because you have an accent and are a person of color be sure to stop by this store. Not only will they accuse you of trying to return a fake item with a receipt, but they also will not take a return that you bought with cash right before trying to make this transaction.

2021-06-12They are still controlling how many people are in the store and I appreciate that (June 10, 2021), everyone was friendly, helpful and I like how the person controlling the line ask you what youre looking for and then radios the info to someone in the store and they approach you and guide you to everything youre looking for (but they dont tell you theyre doing it). Very helpful and youre in and out quick.

2021-05-13Julian was a really nice and super helpful salesperson. There was a long line to get in, and offering questioned about what Im looking fir, if I know my size, etc (just let me in to shop pls!). After I made my purchases, I went to car and tried a new perfume and it didnt smell like the swatch to me at all, so I returned that one $10 item.....so, waiting in long line to get back in, and she tries to talk me out of returning it....the line at register was 20 min...finally could return. Maybe an off day? But not fun waiting in lines multiple times.
