Need more employees lines where so long didnt wait.
Was there a little over a week ago. Had to social distance, of course. Waited in line outside for maybe 5 minutes. The assistant asked what our shopping needs were and she notified the staff inside. We were welcomed in with smiling faces soon after. We were given a shipping bag for our things and then started our mission. When we realized what we came there for wasnt easily accessible, the staff went over and beyond to help us. I hate I cant remember her name but she was freaking awesome! I know in times like this, people can be easily frustrated but I sensed not one attitude from staff who were dealing with unhappy customers. I appreciate your help given to my sister and I which was filled with a joy and pleasure to assist. 🤭
Great experience! Excellent customer service! Great guidelines for dealing with COVID. We waited outside in line and the line moved quickly. I appreciated hospitality of the young lady outside. We visited October 17th. Crazy times we live in currently, and the safety of us customers was greatly appreciated!
Great job during COVID! They are limiting the number of people in the store, providing hand sanitizer, and paper bags to shop with. Lines move fast! If only the customers would obey all rules....
Too much of my money goes to this place! They have the cutest clothes and I caught a great sale.
They had some good sales. However, I was over annoyed with all the people asking me for help just got to be a bit much. In addition to that I didnt empty may bag right away and noticed I received a coupon that expired it should have been handed to me.
The hubby and I went over the weekend. We were shopping for our friends bridal shower. Store was very clean and organized ( which is a plus). two ladies helped us Jenny and Lisa, they were so nice, very pleasant. they were very helpful. they both went above and beyond to our needs. These two ladies are AMAZING!!!! they joked around with us, it felt like we knew them for years. If you want excellent customer service ask for Jenny and Lisa. they will go above and beyond. thank you Ladies
We were in town visiting family and decided to do a little shopping. Because of the COVID guidelines, I had to wait outside in the line. The line wasnt very long, and the wait time wasnt very long either. The staff is very upbeat and helpful and a lot of fun.

Poor customer service. I called the manager in regards to my concern and she did nothing but make excuses. Then she put me on hold, probably in hopes I would hang up. I came into the store with my RECEIPT the unprofessional cashier tells me she can’t return because the barcode didn’t match my receipt. This was a lie!!!!! I live in Munster, IN and came to Aurora to visit family. I went to my local store in Merrillville, IN and it was returned with no problem. I will never shop at this location. If employees don’t know the return policy with a RECEIPT they should perhaps work on the floor not as a cashier.
They have more options than at my local store but this time I found not many new options beside very plain t shirts with no logos or designs and over priced.
Wouldve been 5 stars if they had slides in stock... other than that great selection clean store in order where u can easily find things

The store was nice, the young lady that helped me was sweet. The young man at the register was arrogant and he was annoyed about having to help me apply for credit card at register, as if I could not afford my purchase without applying for card.

I bought the 7/$28 panties and I bought a total of 28 underwear 7/$28 x 4 sets, but when i got home, there were only 27pcs. This is the 2nd time it happened to me in a victoria’s secret store, there’s always 1 missing, they won’t show u when they put it in the bag, the cashier’s must be doing it on purpose, please make sure to double check what u purchase in this store!
We need better BAGS where the bottom does not fall out and u lose your merchandise!!!!

The best womens clothing, particularly in this mall, you get at a great price, they have free parking and every time Ive visited this store they always have promotions, excellent staff and the cleanliness and order of the store is outstanding. Thats why my 5 stars and above all my recommendation.
Some employees use unfair competition with their colleagues to want to put the customer against another vendor (one of their colleagues) supervisors should not allow that kind of practices leaves much to say about the organization.

2022-07-28Every time I come to this location the associates are always rude and don’t care to help the paying customers. Nobody greets you nobody offers help with bras. They act like the customer is a burden. I have visited this location 3 times and had a negative experience every time. This location is definitely not held to the same standards and expectations as other Victoria’s secrets. They rush to get you out and don’t care about the customers experience. The employees all need help with their customer interactions and customer service.

2022-07-11Early in the morning, Walked in to a full staffed store looking for a gift. I was not acknowledged nor helped while searching for a gift. While ready to check out another individual was checking out and was serviced like she should. However, when I checked out I was not greeted or asked about my experience by Star! Neither was I asked if I wanted to apply or if I had a credit card. I was clearly treated differently and very unprofessionally! Star should be talked about not treating who she chooses to differently!

2020-10-28Visited this location on 10/27/2020 at 1:04pm. Cashier #3124326 rung me up & I must say my visit was very unpleasant. The cashier lacked customer service skills & I was very offended when I was checking out & she proceeded to staple my bag & I told her this was a gift for my co-worker and I would like tissue paper in my bag & no staples please (looks tacky). She insisted it was company policy & I in return asked to speak to a supervisor & she stated “Oh look staples gone” but my receipt was stapled to the bag instead. I was treated like a thief & racially profiled. I will be contacting corporate in regards to matter as well.

2021-06-13I was at this store yesterday. There was no one in line but there is an employee at the door.She asked me what I was looking for - I said “I don’t know yet but I wanted to look around”She kept asking what I was intending to buy. I told her I was looking for underwear - then she wanted to know what kind of underwear - lace - cotton etc…So I told her I just want to look around and see what piques my interest (politely).But she kept asking me questions . So I finally asked her if this line of questioning is really necessary before she lets me in the store. She says “pretty much” and just stared at me like I was bothering her 😡😡😡.Either she was profiling me coz I am Asian or the heat hot in her head. I left.

2021-06-19The staff inside are very friendly and always make small talk and say stuff like your choices are so cute and stuff like that.However the staff outside are quite annoying they don’t let you enter in less you tell them what your there for,I went Monday and i kept telling the girl outside that i was just looking around to see if anything catches my eye and she wouldn’t let us enter in less we told her what we where there for so i said perfume and she kept saying which one its very annoying and frustrating because all you want to do is shop in peace.
