Victor was well trained and took us step by step on how to upgrade and save money at the same time. He also followed up with us if he had any concerns days afterwards. We spent over three hours with him and he was patient. I would recommend another visit at this location again.

Victor and Gustavo great customer service, very patient , professional I have no complaints what so ever. Came in just to look at new inventory and end up upgrading my phone absolutely no confusion . Victor was amazing!!! I was very happy with my service there. He has great customer care skills and I am very satisfied. He helped me switch from TMOBILE to Verizon with no problem. If you’re in ask for Victor!!! Won’t be disappointed!

Went in to have an issue involving a damaged phone resolved and the associate who helped me was Daniel Luna. He was fantastic. Super patient, helpful, and informative. Took the time to make sure I left happy. Was considering switching networks, but Mr Lunas help steered me back.

Absolutely the worst customer service in store and over the phone. Switched from T-Mobile a month ago and have had nothing but problems. Orders on my account vanish with no explanation. Waiting for phones for months. They screw up and don’t even apologize. I had more issues in 30 days than Iv had with T-Mobile over 10 years. Stay clear of this horrible company. The best part is when they tell me I’m wrong, they call CORE and CORE tells them I’m correct. They can’t admit when they are wrong and don’t apologize for any inconvenience they have caused. Wasted nothing but time and money with these people.

Victor went above and beyond to assist us in multiple cell phone and accessory purchases and plan updates. He not only assisted us on the purchase but, was available to answer multiple follow up questions that we had and helped us when we needed to work with customer service for adjustments that were not received. He has great customer service skills, is highly professional, and has continuously impressed us with the great service he provides, which has kept us loyal Verizon customers. Ive learned my lesson. Everybody was very friendly but clueless. Every visit resulted in them calling customer service... I could have done that at home. Waste of time.
