I went to drop a few letters in their mailbox before going in and the mail was literally crammed coming through the slot like the box was full and hadn’t been picked up in a year. Have NEVER seen anything like it. Instead of driving off like I should have I went in to drop off labeled online return packages. It’s been over a week and there’s no evidence of the packages having been dropped off much less shipped. I am a hundred percent sure this will end up a claim I’m going to have to make. Avoid this place. There are post offices in every town…

This post office is always delayed. Expect to have to wait long times even when it’s not the holidays . The clerks always seem upset and they are always short . Even if there is 2 clerks only one is available the other one can be seen walking around or doing something else than helping customers . Just come prepare to wait awhile

I understand it is a hard time of year for postal employees but I just had the worst experience. The kiosk gave me a receipt but no postage so I went to the counter for help. Besides me there were two people in line. I told the woman behind the counter that I got the receipt but not the postage. She proceeded to slam her hand and storm away. She did finally come out to the kiosk and fished around until she got the postage. She never said one word to me or acknowledged my presence at all— no excuse for this rude behavior.

Fantastic staff, especially Earl! Sometimes its gets busy and they dont have the staff to keep up. It nice that they have a postage dispenser machine that you can use if the line is long. Also it is available after hours because it is in the area with the po boxes that stay open for much longer hours.
