This is the ONLY place I will go to for my waxing and threading needs. Deepi and Prya are amazing. I never have to go home and tweeze a single hair. They aren’t afraid to get in all the spots and get everything.

This was the worst experience I had ever had with a waxing. It felt like this lady reap off layers of skin . I was swollen 😫 and painful. She was no compassion, no care or any sympathy. I will never go back . If could show pictures I would .I had to take a Tylenol 4 for pain. 🥺😡

I just wanted my brows tinted no wax no threading and mink lashes. They told me that they cant tint them unless I got them threaded first. Ive been here several times and this has never been an issue. They tried to give me strip lashes instead of individual because they said they dont carry mink. Another lie! I will never ever recommend this place and I will definitely never ever come back. FYI If the owner is not there they are so rude and act as if they are doing you a favor instead of providing a customer a service. I should call the board of health and expose the cleanliness of their bikini wax procedures. 10 out of 10 I would definitely never recommend. Tried to change $15 for just tint when its $21 for threading and tint.

Deepi threaded my wild brows, making my requested adjustments. I previously came here with consistency, but began going to a business closer to me. I’d rather make this drive for the great service with beautiful results. Other places over thread leaving me with bumps and irritation. I never have this problem at Ultimate Arch Threading. I walked in and walked out within 15 minutes, looking like a polished woman.

This was my first time having any kind of body waxing service. My first armpit, legs, and Brazilian. I told my my technician (Amy) this and she was the absolute sweetest. She kept checking in on me to ask how I was doing, which I really appreciated! She made me feel more than comfortable for experiencing my first Brazilian. Like every other women probably goes through, the nervousness of having someone you just met see ALL of you. Lol The process was nice a quick. Im always pleased with eyebrows when I leave! I get them threaded and tinted. Today, I tried my very 1st full Brazilian wax and I will definitely be back for another one! Not as painful as I expected and I was asked repeatedly if I was ok during the process... Definitely making me less uncomfortable. Theyre very professional, you will not be waiting long, and youll be exceptionally pleased with whatever service you get!

I’ve been coming here for the past 9 years or so for eyebrow threading. The workers are always polite and professional. I explain to them how I don’t like my eyebrows thin and they listen! Some places take too much off but they always check in with me to make sure I’m pleased with my service. Today Julie did my eyebrows and they came out perfect. She also walked me through each step as she went.The only thing I would change is bringing back the discount on eyebrow threading on Mondays and Tuesdays! Due to Covid there has been price changes and no more discounted days, but service has not changed so I will be back.

I am 8 months pregnant and was in desperate need of Brazilian wax. This was my first time using this place and they were amazing and fast. I was very worried about the pain I would experience since it’s been a minute since I tended to down there but overall it wasn’t as painful as places like European wax center. My first experience was great the staff was excellent. I did a full facial hair removal with lash extension my lashes were great and lasted 3 weeks.My second visit I Had the same services but my lashes came out the very next day.My third visit, I only got my eyebrows tented and threaded , the technician tore the skin over my left eye with the thread and she did not add any shape to my brows I couldnt tell until the excessive tint wore off... I was very dissatisfied the second and third time so Ill go to another location.

Preeti is amazing. She does an excellent job with every service she provides. She’s always on time, professional, and the salon is very clean. The 1 hour facial she did was freaking awesome. My skin felt so soft and visibly looked great after the service. I will getting a facial monthly now because of the great service and results I see. Pretti also does my eyebrow thread and tint. I have yet to find someone who has mastered this as great as Preeti! She has a forever customer!

I come here all the time for a Brazilian wax, and often ask them to wax my inner thighs as well. Well, this time I bruised so bad on my thighs, she was very rough. Not sure why, or what happened but, I probably won’t even go back for a wax. Only my eyebrows. Just be careful.

The store was clean and I did not have a long wait either since I made an appointment for when the store first opened. I have been a customer of this location for a year or so now. They usually provide pretty good service, just Dont bother making an appointment, they dont honor appointments at all. Waited over 40 minutes for my scheduled services while they took care of a walk in who had at least 5 or more services they wanted done. MY appt. was scheduled 3 days in advance, I ended up leaving due to another appt I had scheduled for a later time, but they almost made me late for that one smh...and the lady(Neepa) never apologized. Very terrible customer service, their time is very valuable to them especially when theyre getting ready to close, but they dont value their customers time and thats a HUGE problem for me! I WILL NOT BE BACK!

I needed a last minute wax and I was able to get right in! I had some issues with waxing in the past and I expressed this and was offered better options here which I am so happy with! I was given care instructions for after my wax too which is very important to me. The plan was to go to my normal brow wax lady and get my brows done after my bikini wax but luckily I was offered a complimentary threading which i normally would stay away from but It really was a great experience and my brows are so bomb! Ill be back in a month

Vina was awesome! This was my first brazillian ever. She made me feel so comfortable. Asked consistently if was if I was okay. Does it hurt? Do you need a break? I would DEFINITELY go back. Not to mention my eyebrows look great!

Went in for a full Brazilian. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Komal did a great job making me feel comfortable through the whole process, even got a complimentary eyebrow threading with the Brazilian. Prices were fair and affordable. Will be going again!
I decided to try this place after the lady I usually go to was a no show. I was skeptical to get my brows threaded here because I’m very picky about my brows, but GRISHMA did them beautifully. She also made sure to ask if I was okay while she was doing them. I’m so happy with how they came out. I will be going here from now on. Thank you!

2022-07-18I had armpit wax and eyebrow threading and tint. I was referred to this salon when my normal place was booked. They are amazing they get me in and out no appointment needed every time. They are excellent at their craft Ive had each one do my eyebrows and definitely not disappointed with any of them here. They listen and deliver what is asked. I would definitely recommend this place to others

2022-06-03I’ve been coming here for years and I completely love it, the girls are super sweet and helpful and by far the best work I’ve ever gotten done , from getting my eyebrows, upper lip , chin everything and very quick to. They remember their customers and how they like their eyebrows done I will never go anywhere else and if they ever move I’m gonna follow .

2022-05-12I got Brazilian wax in Komal was very gentle and I also got a complimentary eyebrow wax/threading for $48. $58 with hard wax but they have been the best I had in a while. Go see my girl Komal she will take care of you!
