I got a wig from them and when I got ready to put wig on some of the extensions on the wig were hanging I took this wig back to Utop the next day and they said it was nothing they can do about it so they are selling defected product. They want get me again....
The owner here is very nice she was surprised that I spoke to her and held a conversation with her because customers when they come in they just shop,pay & go. Not me I was in the back trying on all types of wigs & had a fun time while I was doing it😂 I had a girl help me in the back she was so sweet & patient. I brought a wig it was on sale I love it! Only paid $22.00 with tax. I will be going back to buy more wigs fir my photo shoot 👍
Had a variety to choose from. Were very helpful and kind. They do have real hair extensions and wigs that are real hair as well.

Nothing special, youd be better off going online. Much of the inventory they carry is wayyyyyy overpriced and many popular hair care products will not be found here. If they do get these products its years after they have been available on the market.
Cleaner than it used to be. Good for my wife and daughters hair accessories. Havent been in there is a long long time though, disappointed they dont carry as much apparel anymore.
Sometimes they will try to help you out & sometimes they will even give you a discount, especially if you pick up the last bundle of hair.
First time there; it was great. Im from Chicago and I never seen a beauty supply like this. They had snacks and etc. I found that interesting. I was able to find a variety of things there and the service was great!
Prices on some things are much better. Need to hosiery blend colors and sizes for full figures grey oatmeal or off white
Easy to find products I thought it was weird that they have signs of people stealing hanging all over but maybe its a a.p tool .. Workers were helpful
I was in town visiting family and they referred me to this place for beauty supplies. I was followed around the store as if i were some sort of theif. Cashier was polite
They are pleasant. Crowded store hard to get through the narrow aisles when others are in them. But there is plenty to choose from
They sold a wig in the wrong style when I tried to exchange it is was told there was a no return policy in wigs. However, I was never informed that there was not a return policy for wigs. They dont have a sign or any other posting to inform a customers.

Decent hair but good luck finding anything longer than 18 inches. And good luck on finding a 613 color. Frustrating.

2022-05-27Im happy with this store. They carry items I cant find elsewhere (including different colors) unless I order online. And they have enough inventory! Nothing worse then needing 3 bags of hair and only 2 are available. I stop by every time Im in town.

2021-12-10This place has lots of items you can purchase but never will go again because they dont have a place that you can use the restroom and when you spend a lot of time this is something that is essential to good customer service. We spend lots of money in these stores why is the expectation that we go to the business down the way to empty our bladder?
