I have been going to Linda Uden for 3 months religiously. She does my hair color/balayage/cut/conditioning treatments. She always greets me with a positive attitude and a beautiful smile. I will fallow her wherever she lands after graduation. You have to come find her and try her out before she graduates from this university. I give her a 20 out of 10 stars!!

Today was my first visit and it was such a wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in , I was greated Istra , and then Kylee and Kaitlin Harrington were all so helpful and kind. I would recommend the relaxing experience of the facial and pampering.
I just had my third facial with Devin and I could not recommend her enough. I have had many facials at other spas for a lot more money and she tops every one. She explains every step of the process so you know what each treatment does and goes out of her way to make sure you have a comfortable and relaxing experience. The massage is a cherry on top to the experience. 10/10 all around.

Tiffany A was very nice and I was extremely happy with my hair cut.
So this is what you get for sitting in a chair from 930-430. My request was to cover up my gray and touch up my blonde highlights I already had in my hair. The instructor (Middle Aged with straight blonde hair) gave incorrect instructions to the students and covered ALL my highlights. She did not cover the gray and then proceeded to give me this “lovely” haircut. Since she didn’t cover the gray they had to go back and complete a root touch up afterwards. She didn’t bother to tell me she was leaving and left me in the hands of another student to finish the job. When I asked for a manager nobody was available. I asked if anyone else in charge could discuss and I was told to call back tomorrow. 70 bucks and now I need to pay to have it fixed by a real professional. Scary that this instructor is teaching her students. BEWARE as this is not the same place it used to be. I have been coming here for over 5 years and this is now the second time this same instructor has ruined my color.

I was a student for the esthetics program and I was disappointed with my course. The school is very disorganized and the teachers don’t really know how to teach properly. We were all over the place when clients came and I’ve gotten some other opinions from other people as well. Not wanting to go there again.

Liz was a great hair stylist who gave me one of the best hair cuts I’ve had in a while! I usually go to places like sport clips but I know where ima go for now on! I scheduled an appointment for my little nephew yesterday at Mario Tricoci with Benjamin Lane. Ben is easily the best barber to choose when getting a haircut! I took my nephew, Dominic, there because he was beginning to look a little shaggy and with school starting up, I wanted him to look more presentable. Upon my arrival, I was immediately offered bottled water by Ben. It took me by surprise how kindly I was tended to. Needless to say, Ben, did an extraordinary job cutting his hair. Hes very patient while working with children and he obviously knows what hes doing.On our way home, my nephew repeatedly stated he wants to continue going to Ben from now on.I would highly recommend him to family, friends, and to you reading this.A+++++++GREAT JOB BEN!
I came in today to treat my mom for her 50th birthday. We had the most wonderful experience and feel completely relaxed! So grateful to have a great spot to pamper ourselves at a great price!

Going here was a miserable experience. The stylist and the lady mentoring her left halfway through the cut. Someone else took over in the middle of the haircut without a reference point and he completely butchered my hair. i had shown the original stylists picturesof how I wanted my haircut but the second guy (his name was Aaron) completely ignored it and just started cutting random sections.It looked horrible. Someone else had to touch it up at the end because I was so upset with what they did. One of the other stylists also mocked how my hair looked at the end, it was like they were doing it on purpose. The whole process took over two hours and I HATED every minute of it. I will never ever ever ever come here for a haircut again. Wish I could give zero stars.
I was greatly disappointed in my experience. Jessica took almost 4 HOURS to complete a manicure & pedicure. Not to mention the nail room is in a separate room, no music, & she could not only hold any kind of conversation (language barrier?) she was so soft spoken....not going to make it in this business! I’m disappointed that an instructor didn’t check in DURING, or recognize the length of time. My mani/pedi itself is as expected from a student, she was very gentle, thorough & kind, otherwise.

I definitely recommend coming to Tricoci university for getting facials and wax treatments , i got the 20 dollar facial with alexandra and she gave me a very relaxing and patient facial ! definitely recommend my face was glowing . i also got a upper lip wax with cynthia and it was great definitely recommend boh of them did not hurt at all and it was my first time !

Tony the barber did a great job on my child.The best hair cut ever by student Cynthia. She took her time and went above and beyond! Returning to a different student i paid for highlights and low light (2colors) & was disappointed! My hair is chemically ruin. Due to the hightlights , rehightlights same day to try and fix then returned next day to be toned to a color to try to cover the issue. Waste of time and $ but ruined hair is my issue.

Hair yes, facials/body wraps yes, nails... HELLLLL NOOOOO! Like my nails seriously would have looked better if I babysat a 5 yr old && let her do my nails. Everything else seemed to be good. I think the prices are low && the quality is high.

Ike always gives me a good haircut but I got an exfoliating facial from him this time around and it was very relaxing.
Good and bad.Myself and a few friends went here for a mani/pedi, and the young lady that did my pedi, was incredible! The young ladies that took care of my friends, were all really wonderful, as well.The lady that did my mani however, was on the phone constantly, dipping off to take calls, blaming the polish for my nails looking bad, ect. My friends had to wait for 45 mins for me to be done. We all went in at the same time.The atmosphere here was very nice. The place was clean. And the instructors were not hovering, but were close at hand.I wont let one student, keep me from a place that seems so nice otherwise.

Very bad service for mani and pedicure. Did not trim nails and clean the cuticles. Nail polish smears around the cuticles. Looks messy and very bad job. Had it redone at the mall. Charged 30.00 just as much what it cost in the mall. Id rather have it done with experienced staffs and not with who does not know what their doing.
I came in with pretty low expectations for my hair cut. Once my haircut was complete I was very satisfied with the service they provided. Juan munoz was my stylist and I reccomere his service to all my friends!

2022-06-24The wife and I was out shopping and had an urge to have a Pedicure. We stopped in unannounced, although there was a class going on we were greeted and they found two students to assist us. The Pedicures were awesome, friendly, courteous staff. We were so impressed that we made appointments for a facial for the wife and a body polish for me. I can’t begin to express how impressed I was with Kayla and Kali during the body wash, what an enjoyable visit. Next up Back Facial.

Had the pleasure of getting a wonderful facial, massage and all from Brianna Rodriguez. She helped me with understanding that spf is absolutely important and also other products, can’t wait for my next appointment.

I was struggling with acne and I saw a dramatic improvement in my skin. She is very knowledgeable and I have complete trust in her for my skincare needs. She did a great job.
