My experience here was very disappointing and in line with other negative reviews. The women at the front desk were not friendly. I had never been before and had to ask where I could sit and wait as they did not inform me. I discussed with the colorist about a brunette color for my hair and it is blackest black and cannot be fixed. It also cost $60 to have my hair bow dried! How ridiculous to have my hair colored and be expected to dry myself or leave with wet hair? I will not be returning.
The worst experience with stephanie a color stylist . Completely unprofessional and I have been going there for years. She had no regard for loyalty has a sarcastic attitude and a sense of entitlement and does not put customers first. She has customer sitting for hours and schedules clients just to get the sales and not care what the outcome is when rushing to do her work. Never will I go there again and store manager did nothing to resolve the attitude. Tried writing to corporate and general manager. No response. So sad your just a number to them.
Very disappointed with how they handled my daughter’s appt. today. Because person ahead of her was late, my daughter had to either make it here in 3 min for appt. with someone else or re-Schedule for latter spot this afternoon. Also the girl on the phone was very impolite and disrespectful. I just hope that person who was late was very important to this location since it is ok to mess up someone else’s spot who was on time.
TERRIBLEI got my hair dyed here and it faded two weeks later, when I called they said its because they used semi permanent dye when I paid for and scheduled an appointment for permanent, they wouldnt give me a refund or touch up. Manager was incredibly rude. I also paid for an expensive haircut that took maybe two minutes, both of the workers who died my hair and cut my hair barely said a word to me and tried to rush me out of the salon ASAP- it was super weird. Definitely not going back- do not recommend
Went in for a balayage with Enza. Super rude even though I came in super excited to get my hair done. I asked for the best colorist and all she was trying to do is up sell me, my quote went from $140 to $360 for something I didn’t even ask for. It was like what I wanted to get didn’t matter and she just wanted to do what she wants. Obviously its my hair and I wasn’t going to let that happen so i told her that its fine and that I’ll just go somewhere else. First time going and never coming back. The attitude was unnecessary since i came in super excited and smiling.
As usual Joelle did a fantastic job cutting and styling my hair, and giving me any styling tips I needed etc. For years Enza was my excellent colorist until I decided to go natural. She really helped me with that transition too! A bunch of pros at this place! they tend to stay working there a long time which tells me hopefully its good working conditions for employees as well.
Jessica did my hair cut few weeks ago. She just trimmed and did what she wanted to do. I showed her images of hair cuts that i like but didn’t do anything similar to that. My hair cut doesn’t look it was done recently just looks the same as before. They charged me for nothing. Terrible service.
With todays surprising tornado warning, they handled it very well; getting customers and employees to safety and ensuring it was safe before services were allowed to resume. Brittany is a true professional, both in todays unexpected circumstances, and each time Im there making me feel like a valued customer. Her energetic and pleasant attitude and knowledge have helped me on numerous occasions. Every single stylist, technician and employee Ive met go above and beyond, both in talent and professionalism.
I really like my stylist Jon. I have come in for a free bang touch up before and he wasnt there so i went with a different stylist. Wouldnt recommend. If they have a cheap base price they are newer. I always call now! Jennifer (the one with the chair next to Jons) is also very good they are both exspensive but worth it.
This salon is busy, bright, clean, and well-run. Ann cuts my hair and always does an outstanding job. Ive also had other services...highlights, manicures, and pedicures...and have been pleased every single time. I can almost always book an appointment that suits my schedule. I highly recommend Mario Tricoci in Schaumburg!
This was my first experience visiting Mario Tricoci and it was amazing. I showed the hair cut picture to Jasmine and she did an exceptional job. It looked exactly the way I wanted and it took hardly 40 minutes for the whole service including hair wash, cut and styling. I will definitely go back again.
Got my hair partially highlighted by Daniel. He was did amazing and I loved the color SO much. On the other hand my experience was ruined when I had jasmine cut my hair and it was worse than a great clips haircut. I paid $45 to STAND while she cut my hair in the back and I turned my head to each side while she trimmed. That was it. She then proceeded to blow dry my hair with her hands and completely tangled my hair in the process. It took her a total of 10 minutes, I could have gone to great clips for a better cut.
I get my hair dyed here and I love the girl that does my hair but I recently got a haircut just because I needed one and it was left kind of uneven I called to see if I could come in to get her fixed and most places if not all when something is messed up you come back especially if it’s something so small I just trimming off an inch from half of your head because they left you an even it’s free but they said I have to get a whole new appointment pay another whole $50 just because the original person that cut my hair left it uneven.
I badly needed a haircut after 6 months of quarantine and decided to book an appointment today and was able to book it with Veota. She was super friendly and literally brought life back to my hair with nice and fresh layers, exactly the way I wanted. I will def. be coming back to Veota for my next hair appt!
Great experience colorist MS. Drea ! Took time to listen to what I was looking for gave no pressure recommendation. Offers sencere and professional step by step recommendations. Not happy. the place is nice . I paid $50 for a tour of the place , a glass of water and a person that cut my hair the way she wants.dont get me wrong she was nice and polite I was expecting a consultant of what I want and what is best for me and a hair cut . I didnt ask for a trim thats it and bye. your salon name should be for excellence service no matter the person who walks in so they can get out happy with the results paid for. that is the reason I decided for your salon. and to be clear not looking for a miracle.
Nicole cut my hair. When I walked in the atmosphere was instantly relaxing with clean open space and cute music playing. The front desk ladies were cheerful and very helpful without being asked. Nicole was a delight to be around. I showed her a picture of what kind of haircut I was thinking of getting. She suggested customizing that cut for me to make it look its best. Not only do I LOVE my new cut...but hubby and friends love it too! Thanks to all the staff for helping me feel pretty! I will be booking with Nicole in the future...shes a gem!
Ive been coming here for years and my long time colorist moved away, my last 2 visits (since end of May) havent been nearly the quality of service Im used to from MT. The new person might not be mixing properly but the color is completely gone within 2 weeks and when she does it, I get home to find a lot of color all over the back of my neck and ears. Horrifying since after my 1st visit with her I went out to dinner not knowing I hair dye all over me that was very noticeable. Ive spent $160 in the last 6 weeks(including tip)on color that could have lasted longer had I bought a box at Walgreens and applied it at home. Very disappointed. Sorry to say I think Ill be looking for a new place for mine and my daughters hair.
Nicole cut my hair a few days ago and absolutely rocked it! A lot of times when I try to explain or even show a picture of what I want stylists will tell me its difficult with my type of hair, even though Ive had it done before. I showed her the picture and she did it even better than I hoped for! Will definitely be back for her!
Veota is awesome! I have been going to her for years for haircuts, so I knew she had to be the one to do my hair for my wedding. Had an August wedding which meant my hair must be pulled back to withstand the heat and humidity. This resulted in an a simple yet sophisticated hairdo that stood up all night long. Thank you, Veota!
Save your money and do not come here. They say one price online when you book, then charge you more when you go to check out. Your colorist will not spend time with just you. They heard you in and out like cattle. They are working on a ton of other people at the same. This place only cares about making money. Your hair will not turn out how you wanted it to at all. After over-charging, they then make you dry your own hair unless you want to pay more to have someone dry it. Save your money and go to a salon where the stylist will spend time with you and give you great service.
Teresa is beyond amazing with a pair of scissors. I have a lot of hair and prior to Teresa, I would leave salons looking like somebody straight chopped my hair. She is efficient and her level of expertise shows. She makes sure you leave satisfied. I will have a hard time trusting anyone else with my hair if she ever leaves!
Claudia did my wedding makeup the morning of my wedding. She was so wonderful to talk to and my makeup and lash extensions were flawless. She really helped relax me on such an important day. My hair stylist did a great job, but she wasnt very patient. Over all though, Im so glad I went here to get ready for my wedding.
I made an appointment & asked for a person that has experience with cutting curly hair, and with a high class salon, I cannot believe that they used me as a guinea pig to experiment with inexperienced hair stylists. I had hoped that the stylist, Caitlyn, was going to give me a quality hairstyle, she did not even know how to hold a brush while blow drying my hair. I showed her how I wanted my hair done, and I specifically told her not to cut it too short on the top, but she ended up given me a military buzz cut. Not only was it too short, it was ridiculously uneven. It was so embarrassing that the cashier did not say a word about how my hair was done. I ended up being robbed $35 for what was not even worth $1. I had before explained about my previous experiences with several bad hair stylists, but so far this tops the list. I am now embarrassed to leave my own home. My son had said he can see my brain. Worst hair salon ever. Not worth a star.
They dont really care about new clients. booked 30min haircut appt for 5pm and mentioned multiple times i have to be out by 5.45pm. at 5.25pm i was not even in the chair yet. i understand if i went to $10 haircut you have to wait but when you pay $70 i would expect better service then that. it was my first time there and i wanted to get an advice on new style, instead i got 20min rushed hair cut and attitude from stylist Joana that i dont know how this industry works.will look for diff place where service matches the price
My sister took me there Saturday as a birthday gift and it was amazing! This was my first time experiencing a massage which was wonderful, I was shy and nervous but she make me comfortable. Mary who did my facial was so great and made me feel relaxed with lots of laugh plus gave me great products for my face. Tabitha who did my pedi and mani did just a great job! Veronica who gave me a quick tip on make up. Thanks to these ladies I feel great.
This place doesnt even deserve one star, took my little cousin (17) to get her hair done, they didnt even offer her a glass of water (like they offered everyone else). Harmony told her she didnt have time to give her the cut she wanted.. We had an appointment set so then what is the point of appointments? and by the looks of it she didnt seem busy since she was standing around not doing anything.. So we walked out of the salon and my cousin walked out with wet hair because Harmony Didnt have time to blow and style. I dont recommend anyone go to this salon, disorganized and management sucks! Corporate is about to hear from me! Thanks a lot Schaumburg staff! 300 dollars later! Dont waste your money here!
If I could give a zero I would. The massage therapists are often rude and intrusive. They insist upon prying into your personal life and over sharing their problems.I am disabled and one person told me I should go live in a nursing home. There were a couple that got k1 visas and complained about their husbands. One masseuse was very disturbed about money problems and a disabled mother. The receptionist have yelled at me as I entered. One time they had a new checkout that required entering personal information but no one knew how to operate it. I won’t ever go there again.
Had a horrible experience. I got an appointment at Schaumburg location with Luca for hair color. After talking to me about what I am looking for. He came back to me after five minutes and told me that he wont have enough time because I have long hair. But, he was there for the whole time attending another customer. Then, my hair color didnt even come close to what I was looking for. I was told that I have dark hair and would have to come back for few more sessions and would have to pay again. I have gone lighter in one session so my dark hair isnt a valid excuse. I wouldnt recommend and would come back to Mario.
I had an okay experience at this spa. Got a facial before a holiday party. The atmosphere was very relaxing. My facial started out very nice. The esthetician was talkative and personal. She then tried to up sell my facial to include a different treatment. This is where things went downhill. I politely declined the upgrade but she insisted that I needed to go with the upgrade. She insisted and I declined again. She told me that I needed to go with the upgrade and I politely declined again. I told the esthetician that my work was paying for this facial as a thank you for planning the company holiday party and that I had a budget that I needed to stick to. But she kept on pushing that I needed the upgrade and told me that I can just use 2 credit cards. SERIOUSLY!?!?!?! At this point I have told her no at least 4 times and I have kindly explained why I am saying no. I told her no again to the upgrade and her whole attitude changed. The facial became very aggressive and rough. The relaxation completely disappeared from the room. I could not believe that the esthetician was mad at me that I did not do the additional $50 upgrade. I am not a facial newbie so I know what a good facial feels like and I left there disappointed. I tried to turn things around and talk with the esthetician but she was not having it. She told me that she prefers her clients to just keep their mouths shut during the facial. Not sure if this was her way of being passive aggressive and rude or if she did not want me to get products into my mouth. Either way it was inappropriate. Well I kept my mouth shut for the rest of the facial. I had gone to the spa with a friend. We both went back at the same time and my facial ended a full 15 minutes earlier than hers did. My friend had an amazing experience. I completely understand that part of the estheticians job is to up sell the clients. It is not fair that just because I did not upgrade that I was not given the same level of treatment. Also the upgrade was 50% of the price of the facial I did get! this is a little unrealistic to expect someone to upgrade this aggressively. I will not be back to this spa again. The reason I gave 3 stars instead of 1 star (that is what this facial deserves) was because my friend had a great experience and because the spa overall was very nice.
I was pleased with my haircut and styling. The Stylists definetly listen, offer suggestions and you walk out looking great. I love that they are on time and you dont sit there an indefinite amount of time. In and out in 30-45 min depending on what you are having done.
I simply asked for a basic shoulder length that I could still put in a bun. The stylist immediately chopped it down to my chin length so that I cannot even put all of the strands into a ponytail, let alone a bun. For $50+ you would think they could get a simple cut right. Don’t waste your time or money on this place.
So I had a $50. Gift card I was given. So I made a appointment to get my nails done for $49. Witch was very high for a no chip. I don’t even like no chip. So I get there and they had only like 10 colors to choose from and the lady looks at my nails and says what do you have on your nails now. I said dip and she was like oh well it’s $13. Extra to take off my polish. Are you kidding me. I walked out and will never be back again. And I will give away the gift I was given.
Overall experience was awful uncaring student, instructor and management!! I had a horrible experience as a haircut model. My hair was cut unevenly!!! I was there for 3 hrs for a simple long layer cut. I realize the students are cutting your hair but the instructor is there to make sure its done correctly. The instructor had to re-cut my hair and was unable to correct mistakes made by the student. The next morning I was drying my hair and noticed the length was still uneven so I return to Marios and was told sorry but no one is available to correct the cut and I could come back later at the end of the day!!! I finally spoke with corporate who brought me into Arlington Heights location to correct terrible cut. It was 1/4 to 1/2 inch uneven!!! Never going back to Schaumburg location again.
Mary from the Schaumburg location was great from start to finish. I got a French and an underarm wax at 8 months pregnant, she was patient and friendly. Everything turned out great. She even made my kids who I had to bring in last minute feel comfortable in the waiting area, great customer service!!! Not only will I be back for waxing but I will also try the other services.
I went there yesterday and i am happy with the haircut. Although the stylist had chopped my hair too short (much more than what i asked for) but still i like my new look. :)P.S My hair was long (till waist) and now they are very short(till shoulder)Just give clear instructions of what you want exactly.
Lack of attention to detail & true customer service. Had my hair colored at this location, b/c Mario wont let the colorist I love, that works at the downtown location, come out to a suburbanan location to service her clients that cant spend an hour+ going into the city. Also if they truly practiced customer service they would want to ensure that the color came out as expected & to satisfaction & offer to blow dry ur hair for you! They dont.From what I observed at this location, they never set any timers. So my 3 minutes set, judging from the fact that the same song was playing when they washed it out as when they put it in, was maybe 90 seconds. So it ended up needing to be redone after I had blown it dry myself! And I had to go track down the colorist to do it.They never put anything on my hairline/very upper forhead to protect the skin from getting stained, so now I have a dye line there. They rubbed my hair when towel drying which gives you snarls, break hairs & just generally doesnt feel nice. And they must use fabric softener on their towels b/c they absorb nothing. So it took forever to blow it dry b/c it was still really wet.
After reading all the negative reviews I was very nervous to go there. Adriana did such a amazing job on my highlights that even though the service cost me a small fortune Im willing to go back there again. Service was awesome people very friendly. They did what I asked for and Im really happy with the results.
Daniel saved me! I had my blonde hair colored at a different salon and it turned out green. All I wanted was some low lights and my whole head turned a greenish brown. Whatever Daniel did got rid of the green and lightened all my hair. Now my hair is a beautiful honey blonde. Can’t wait to go back!
My balyage was splotchy, literally pieces of my hair went light_dark spot_light Im one strand hair. First, the bleach job was bad, second the guy left me sitting there 3 different times to work on other people and one time was 18 minutes while the bleach was left on. Maybe thats why when he added the toner it TURNED GREEN! Thats right my golden brown highlights were green instead. They were the most green at the first place he started the bleach which was the only section he had done before that 18 minute break when he was only about 5 minutes into helping me. Well it took 3 tries with toner and him doing different colors on the roots versus the ends and after 5 hours I left the salon as the last customer there with ORANGE looking brassy blotchy highlights. He tried to charge me about $200 for this and claimed it was a good deal because he had to use so much toner. Well that was his fault. He claimed I must had had some residue from a temporary blue he did in my hair 4 months prior and thats why there was such an issue and that it wasnt his fault. I literally told him 4 months ago that I do NOT want the blue before he even started if it would at all stain long term. He swore and guaranteed it wouldnt. Guess I shouldnt have given him the second chance for the balyage because he messed up the blue badly and it was more like black. Anyhow, I even did 10 Malibu (color stripping) treatments before seeing him for the balyage and the day of the balyage he inspected my hair and said there was no stain left. So he was just finding excuses. Then he blamed it on the color line I wanted to use called innocence which is free of a chemical Im allergic too called PPD. Well he doesnt really believe in such allergies and huffed at it despite my doctor testing me and saying stop with the hair dye. Well to fix him dying me green he HAD to use the dye I have an allergy too. The dye releases the chemical overtime too so its not like its done aggravating me once its washed out. I had my hair washed so many times and combed out so quickly so we could keep checking my hair that a lot got ripped out. The front looks shredded. All that time hanging over a sink and I kept saying I was hurting and the response I got was, well, it shouldnt but guess what?! IM BRUISED WITH A TENDER BUMP FROM THAT SINK. After all that hair pulling and a bruise and product allergy Ive had a headache still for days too. Thanks Luca!
Ive loved the results the majority of the time. But lets be real, the prices can be extreamly high for certain services. I would never pay for anything more than single process or haircut; or youll really be pissed when you check out. But Ive also had issues twice, which they did rectify. But I had to go back & spend time which of course no one wants to do. Overall, if youve got the money go there. If you dont, dont.
Tiffany at Mario Tricoci did an amazing job, after a horrible haircut that I received at another Schaumburg salon. I have think hair and it looked like I had cut my own hair, it was horrifying! I was traumatized and cried when I got home Friday evening. My husband called Mario Tricco that evening and booked an appointment to get it fixed. Tiffany was brilliant, despite the fact that a whole chunk of my hair was missing she managed to fix it.Thank you Tiffany, you are my new best friend! Went for a spiral perm, was assured they would do something just as good. Told the hair dresser I did not want the same results as the previous perm I had gotten. Described how it was done and what I was unhappy with in it. She promised that it was done wrong the last time, this would be different. Spent 250.00 for a disappointing result. Ended up with a piggyback perm that was inconsistent and has flat spots instead of curls the whole length.
I go here all the time, Im regular but on this particular situation I was quite offended. I called the salon to see prices for no chip manis and pedicure pricing. I was baffled by the prices $62 for a no chip and $49 for a pedicure... holy smokes. I asked the girl why it was so pricy and instead of explaining she hung up on me.. my guess because she didnt think I was a serious customer. How rude and disrespectful! I recalled spoke to someone else she immediately apologized on the other girls behalf and offered me to speak to a manager I declined. I dont see the point talking to a manager, its rude but what is she really going to do besides say sorry. I just was so appalled by this womens behavior over the phone.Since I last wrote this review I spoke with a girl named Debra she apologized for that womens behavior and offered me a $20 giftcard toward my next service so Ill be getting my mani and pedi here after all. I just had my first deep tissue massage at Mario Tricoci and it was wonderful! I was somewhat apprehensive and did not know to expect but Tatyana, the massage therapist, was kind, inviting, professional, and she explained everything that would be taking place. In a word, it was heavenly!!!
If youre in the market for a fresh spring look I urge you guys to try this place out for a few reasons. I usually come in for a cut and color and somehow magic is made every time. Dont ask me how, Mario teaches em well what else can it be. But if youre still looking for more youre in luck - this place is filled with incredibly cute girls!
Please stay away from this hair salon!!!!You think you would be safe because it’s upscale, but it is NOT CLEAN and NOT SAFE during Covid 19. They do not care about keeping their clients safe!This salon has destroyed my scalp and I now have Folliculitis, which I have never EVER had one problem with my scalp in my whole life.They shared a comb back and forth between me and a dirty Indian girl with Alopecia. I knew when I left I would have a problem. Now I’m at the dermatologist spending hundreds of dollars trying to fix the problem.I would never want this to happen to someone else. Please do NOT go here. I will be contacting the health department and also a lawyer, but that still does not help me from the pain and suffering of my scalp.
Completely Unreliable! Booked an appt ahead of time and they scheduled it incorrectly and did not have the time for me. They were non-apologetic about it and would not find a way to accommodate me before I left the country! You look forward to getting pretty before leaving on vacation and they completely ruined my ability to get scheduled anywhere on time. Unbelievable!!!

Update on my previous 1 star review. The old GM is still trash but the new GM Mathea is exactly what this location needs to fix the mess the other one made. Youre in good hands with her!--------------------------------------------------------------------------------The general manager there is trash. She allows the front desk to steal the cash tips that are intended for the stylists. She allows it to happen to cover her own thieving self from getting caught taking facial products from the inventory closet. Unfortunately no ones word counts against her since shes best friends with the regional manager. Best of luck to all the techs that choose to stay with that company.

2021-08-01Wanted to make a change and lighten my hair as much as possible. I booked a Folyage with Drea. She is the absolute best and I am so glad I found her! She took the time to ask questions about how I normally wear my hair and how I style it so she could apply color in the most flattering places. I’ve gotten so many compliments. She was able to lighten my hair way more than I thought possible and my hair has no damage and looks so healthy! Cant wait to see what she does next with my hair.

2022-06-13I have been going to Tricocci for years and it used to be good but now is a HORRIBLE salon!!!! One time I got my hair colored for blonde highlights and the guy made my hair white. A second time one of the hair cut people cut my hair unevenly to the point where the right side was significantly shorter then the left side. I went to a different girl a couple months later and the same thing happened. When I asked to fix the cut she refused and said she had another client to help. Then just last week I went for a FOURTH TIME and the lady messed up my haircut. She made my hair look all choppy and uneven. My sister even went to the Schaumburg location and saw a different stylist and that lady did the same thing. This is a total of FIVE DIFFERENT HAIR STYLIST AND COLORIST THAT MESSED UP!!! I mean it is so unbelievable that this could happen. NEVER GO HERE! You won’t be able to find anyone good and you will just waste your money.

2022-04-04I have used Mario Tricocis salon services for years and was always very happy. I recently went to the Schaumburg salon since it is right by my new office and is very convenient. I went in with hair that was right past my shoulders in length and with a beautiful balayage and left with a hack job almost in tears. Several people pointed out the uneven haircut and after a few days I contacted the salon to schedule a recut. When I sat down with the new stylist, she made the comment she had no idea what the previous stylist had done to my hair and she was shocked. She said my only options were extensions or to go shorter to even out the layers and grow it out again. I said I needed to look professional and didnt have to time to wait for extensions to be ordered and put on. My only choice was to go with a really short hair cut that I didnt want. I think I should be given a refund for the time and hassle of dealing with this situation and the frustration of growing out my hair again. Im unsure whether I will use Marios salon services again. Definitely wont be going to the Schaumburg location again! Very disappointed!!

2022-04-07YOU HAVE TO BOOK PATRICK AND JENNIFER Schaumburg location!!!!! Omg I haven’t been here since I moved and booked an appointment last minute. I asked for a reverse balayage with blonde money pieces and Patrick did exactly what I wanted and very close to my inspo photo! Jennifer gave me the perfect haircut too! I showed a video from TikTok of the cut I wanted lol. It was a very 90s soft layered hair inspired and got what I wanted! BOTH DID AMAZING!!!!

2022-03-21I had an appointment with Angela. Truly the best. I told her I wanted bangs and showed her a picture of it, and she gave me exactly what I wanted. She was super friendly and did a really great job!! Totally reccommend!!

2021-03-07This was my first massage at Tricoci. It was a very nice experience overall. The woman in front explained how their membership works and didn’t try to oversell the benefits (which is great since most salespeople are too pushy). My therapist was Tatyana and I was very happy with experience. I am definitely going to use her again as she found a couple sensitive areas on my back and could tell just by touch what needed to be done (gently) to remove some issues. Also, she massaged my hands perfectly...and that’s what sold my eventual return to her. Great job, Tatyana.

2021-11-19Enza for color is hands down the BEST! My hair grabs red tones and she makes sure i have zero hints of red!Joell, for hair cuts is a hair cutting wizard. I have finicky hair. Not curly, not straight, BUT frizzy. The way she cuts my hair, I can actually let my hair dry and it looks normal! Most styles cant achieve that with a cut.Love this place overall. Great staff and excellent services

2021-12-31DO NOT GO TO ENZA! I just had a really bad experience with Enza at this location. She is one of the rudest people I’ve come across in the hair industry. I spent money on babysitter for no reason and wasted my time. I’ve been coming here with another stylist sherry for a while but her availability is very limited and so I needed to come in and went for Enza. I walked into my appt 15 min early and excited to get my hair done. She seen me sat me down and asked what I wanted…I said a touch up as I normally get.. she looked at her watch and with the worst attitude asked if I wanted to go dark… (I’m blonde and have been working towards going blonde for months..my natural hair is dark brown) so I was completely shocked she even asked me to go dark knowing how damaging that is after knowing I’m trying to continue to keep getting blonder?? She sighed and then said “I’ll be right back”. She came back to me and said “we’ll i can’t take you today i don’t have enough time” I said why not I’m just doing a touch up like I always do. She said “sorry next time you need to schedule a longer time” I said I never been told I need to schedule a longer time.. all the times I’ve come sherry has always done my hair at normal time… this has never happened to me ever before... she said “i can walk you up to the front”.. basically kicking me out. She gave no real reason.. she seemed like I was inconveniencing her and she was incredibly rude. I have talked to the GM at the Schaumburg location and they told me that basically she had told them that what I wanted was going to take a very long time that my hair was compromised!!! Lies lies lies… she offered a discount for the next time I come in but I declined and will not be coming back here again. I’m waiting to hear from regional manager. I would 100% not ever go to her for your future color needs. Literally anyone else would be best. I recommend sherry.

2019-08-03My previous visit here will be my last. I ended up leaving with a hair cut I wasn’t happy with. I decided to utilize the option of coming back in for a re cut and wasn’t warmly welcomed that second visit. Again I left with a hair cut so short there was nothing more to do but leave unhappy and grow my hair out. I have had great haircuts here but the way I was treated when I didn’t like the cut I was given was plain bad customer service!
