Got my haircut by Shaun, and absolutely loved it! Really reccomend this place, they give you great advice for future treatments or reccomend you Quality products that they stock. Now I know where I should be doing my future haircuts/hair dying.Welcoming atmosphere & brilliant hair stylist !
Ive had a great experience in the handful of times Ive gone to get my haircut. What is most annoying to me is that to tip it either has to be in cash or check ... you cant add a tip onto your card. How few people actually carry cash for a tip or checks??? They do have an ATM there but thats a real inconvenience for me to pay an ATM fee in order to tip someone.
Glad my stylist switched to another salon. The vibe here isnt good and the desk staff were rude. They didnt phone me, said they did, then said they had my number wrong in their records, yet this was during a phone conversation when they called me up. The only reason I went back was my stylist who has moved onward and upward.

I called and scheduled for a haircut in the Feb 17th snowstorm and they said they were closing early today 6pm but when I got there BEFORE 6pm. They told me sorry everyone went home already. Would you like to reschedule they asked? I rapidly dug my car out to get there and I have work the rest of the week. So no I would not like to reschedule. Try to change my review if you can get me to come back. Im letting friends and family that go here too know what happened.
I used to love this place but the people working here are so catty and rude. Why would I pay people to judge me and be super dramatic? Not to mention they NEVER make mention when they change their prices. That is just extremely poor practice. Dont let me go through my service expecting my cost to be the same as always, only to hit me with a $10 difference in all my services. These people are the worst.
Love this place! Started going here as its conveniently located and they are very friendly! I usually get the no chip mani (CND shellac) and they do a great job! Pedicures are great too!
I love the elegant but not uptight atmosphere and the quality of work is superb. Great salon!

2022-02-08Ive been going to this salon for a number of years now and I love how modern the decor is. the people who work there are very accommodating and super nice, the pricing for a haircut is very reasonable. Ask for Sean cause he is the best hair dresser for guy or girls.

2022-05-28Stylists Ive seen at other salons always gave me a decent cut but would not usually style my hair the way I asked for it. Karen at Trendsetters not only gave me a great cut but styled it exactly the way I wanted it. She is awesome and I would recommend her to any one.

2022-01-07I showed up about a half an hour early for my appointment. I took a seat and after 15 minutes, no one said hello and no one acknowledged me and no one welcomed me. So I got up and left. Will not go back! They seriously need to learn the meaning of customer service not to mention at least common courtesy! Would not recommend in the slightest!

2019-12-22Sean has been my stylist for several years now, and he ALWAYS does a phenomenal job on my cut/color! The salon itself is clean, bright, and every staff member is super friendly and helpful. Id recommend Trendsetters to anyone who desires feeling pampered by knowledgeable and skilled staff.

2016-10-31I think it greatly depends on which stylist you go to see here, as I have had good and bad experiences. I would recommend any waxing services with Roxanne here as Ive never had such beautiful brows.But when I went in for a cut and color, I ended up with a haircut nothing similar to the photos I had shown, and color that could have been achieved at a lower cost elsewhere. I was very unhappy with the Mom haircut I received from Karen Ann, as it aged me when all I wanted was a cute and fun pixie yet ended up with a Q-tip haircut.Perhaps the atmosphere is worth the extra prices, but for me it was just okay. Be sure to research which stylist best fits your personality and style, and book an appointment for when they are available.

2019-11-23I love this salon! Melissa is my go to hair genius and everyone else there is super friendly, polite and just overall nice. The salon is well kept and stylish and has a fun atmosphere. I do recommend trying Trendsetters out if your havent already!

2017-06-10Everyone was so nice! I got my eyebrows and lip waxed and a haircut by Lisa. Both ladies were so professional and made me feel right at home. Chatting happily the whole time like old girlfriends. My hair and eyebrows look great! Worth every penny.

2020-01-25Jameson is your go-to guy for trendy, chic looks. He has a real craft for creativity and can give you a vision for your hair you didn’t expect but absolutely LOVE! Need a new look but don’t know what yet? He’s your guy! First time he touched my hair was in 2010 and it’s been game-over ever since.

2015-05-02I have gone to trendsetters for well over 10 years for my hair. I go between long and short/pixie cuts. Natural color, highlights, and now full color. I have to say that Nikki is amazing!!! She really knows how to cut my hair. I have requested her since day 1! I just got a really short cut today (12 inches off) and I couldnt be more thrilled. It looks just about identical to the pic I brought in. I have gotten nothing but great comments from all of my friends. Anytime over the years (the very few times) I have gone somewhere else, I have only been disappointed and then come to Nikki to fix it :) I even moved 40 minutes away from them about 2 years ago and still come back because they know what they are doing here!!Thanks Trendsetters!!!

2018-11-23Love Trendsetters! I searched for years for a place that could cut my hair correctly, so it would lay nicely and be low maintenance. I finally found that place, in Trendsetters, about two years ago. The atmosphere is great, and the prices are comprable to many places that dont do nearly as nice a job.
