My wife and I used Town and Country Gardens for our wedding on APril 9th, 2022. We were absolutely amazed with the beautiful bouquets that were created for the ladies, the Boutonnières for the men, corsages for the mothers, and the presentation roses for the ceremony. Cait was wonderful to work with and helped make sure our vision came to life from the inspiration photos we provided. She got our wedding theme colors spot on! She was friendly, quick with email responses, understanding when I had to reschedule appointments due to conflicts, and more than willing to work within our budget. We would highly recommend this florist for any needs, big or small. Thank you Cait for making our wedding day vision come to life!
I ordered two bouquets. I ordered the deluxe Full of Love from the Geneva location. It wasn’t very delux. Had maybe 5 tulips, 5 carnations, 5 roses, and the rest foliage. They called to say they were out of fresh flowers and it couldn’t be delivered until Monday, day after Mother’s Day. Which was perfectly ok. To my pleasant surprise, it arrived on time which was great. But I feel like they skimped on the flowers to make up for time. I also ordered the desert sunrise. Standard was the only option. It was supposed to come with a succulent but it did not. It had two large roses, four small roses, two lilies and the rest foliage. They were pretty but nowhere comparable to the pictures. For $160 I was unimpressed.
Their flowers are gorgeous! My fiancé sends me flowers from here often and they are always breath taking. We are having them do our wedding flowers April 2nd and I know they will be beautiful. I’ve been working with Cait and the process could not been any easier. She is a gem!!! I’d be lost without her.
Town and Country absolutely KILLED it for our wedding! Our flowers looked absolutely stunning and everything from preliminary meetings to the day-of went flawlessly! We did centerpieces, bouquets and birch arch with Town and Country. They work with you on everything and even merge your pinterest board with their system to help bring everything to life exactly how you want it! I couldnt recommend a better florist for your big day!

I found Town & Country Gardens through Google searches for nearby florists near my wedding venue. Without much knowledge when it came to the flowers I wanted, I scheduled a consultation with Jamie. She was amazing. Even though I did not have many ideas for the flowers, she took the small amount of things I did want, and produced some of the most beautiful flower arrangements I had ever seen. The girls wore mauve and the guys wore blue. I said I wanted the flowers to match/complement. The flowers were perfect and delivered right on time. And all of this was done and coordinated in between her maternity leave! She and the company did not miss a beat. I could not stop staring at the gorgeous flowers all day! Even with the smallest amount of information, Jamie created something gorgeous!
They are definitely a bit weird, left me two voicemails 20 minutes apart on a Saturday morning starting at 8:20am (which was 6:20am for me on the west coast lol), just because I ordered something for a birthday that wasn’t technically a birthday item. They called my mom too, so it sort of destroyed the surprise of receiving flowers lol. I guess they thought I made a mistake with the order.After years of ordering from ftd, amazon, etc with very mixed results (i.e. wilted or completely incorrect flowers), I gave these guys a try, and they have been great so far in terms of delivering high quality flowers. The flowers delivered were a pretty close match to what was in the picture online both times so far.My mom loved her birthday wreath. She posed next to it with a jug of milk, and said she won the Indy 500, haha.
My flowers turned out excellent! My colors were not standard and I didn’t have a lot of pictures to work of off, but Cait understood my vision and everything turned out lovely!
Bought some flowers that needed same day delivery and to my surprise the delivery did not even take that long after I placed the order. They also offer a rewards program. For sure I will buy from the place again.
Absolutely incredible arrangements. My now husband, and myself used them for our wedding and the flowers were so fresh and exactly what we asked for. Not to mention the service was excellent. Jamie made sure every detail and request we had was added or edited in our proposal. I loved that they could use pictures from Pintrest to envision what I wanted for my dream wedding. So incredibly happy!
Did a beautiful job on my mom’s birthday flowers! Ordered at 9am, they delivered them around 3 which is exactly what I asked for. She loves them. Great selection of flowers!

We were thrilled with the flower arrangements for my mother in laws funeral service. The florist worked with our color requests and created arrangements that were absolutely beautiful and exceeded our expectations.
I am a wedding photographer and have seen Town & Country Gardens floral arrangements and wedding flowers before and was just blown away. I inquired just this weekend and already was able to come in for a consult today with Cait who was just spectacular. She made sure to understand what I was looking for and helped work with my budget for wedding flowers. I cant wait to see how they all come out. Some people you come across while wedding planning are just nice caring people and I can tell Cait is that way! I would highly recommend going here for you flower needs as they produce top quality work!
I can not thank Town & Country Gardens enough for the amazing job they did on the flowers for our daughters wedding this past weekend. They were spectacular!! The bridal bouquet and the attendants flowers were stunning. They also did a great job decorating The Haight. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding florist. I cant thank Jamie enough for the work that she did to make our daughters wedding her dream wedding. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous. She really was able to read our desires from day one. She knew exactly the look we were going for!! She was extremely easy to work with and made the experience perfect. We have 3 daughters and I would use her again without a doubt. Again, we can not express enough the confidence we had in her, and she TOTALLY pulled through!

Jamie from Town & Country Gardens helped us to get last minute decor for our pandemic wedding. They were extremely responsive, flexible, and helpful with exactly what we needed. They helped make our wedding vision happen!
1. Delivered late2. Delivery driver LIED and said no one was home3. The flowers received were sub par, and “filler flowers used”, zero color scheme, arrangement sparse even though I ordered the upgraded version “best” of the arrangement.4. Was told by customer service thru FTD , they would re do the arrangement and send another. Multiple calls and emails have been made and no attempt to produce/ replace the flowers I ordered.Ordered flowers to be delivered on 3/1 for a birthday. The delivery driver stated no one was home, didn’t call me, texted me that no one was home. I didn’t see the text for a few mins, when I texted back I asked if they could be left at door, they texted back “no”. I called florist and they said they would attempt to reach driver. Florist called back and said driver would not go back to house. When I checked with the person I had the flowers sent to, she let me know 3 people were home ( 3 cars in driveway)including her, plus her 2 dogs bark any time a delivery is made, let alone some one knocking / ringing doorbell. An arrangement was sent the next day- day after the birthday. And the arrangement in no way was what I ordered and paid for. I have called and emailed multiple times and let them know that FTD told me a replacement arrangement would be sent- still nothingSPEND YOUR MONEY AT A REPUTABLE FLORIST- NOT AT Town and Country Gardens.
I received a fresh cut flower arrangement from my niece for my birthday a week before Thanksgiving. They were beautiful and so fresh that now after Thanksgiving I’ve placed them in a Christmas container and they still look as lovely as the day I received them. The arrangement was classic and in colors that fit both Thanksgiving and now transitioning into the Christmas season. Thank you Town & Country!
Working with Jamie from Town and Country gardens was extremely stress free. I met with several florists before Town and Country, and I was extremely stressed out from their experiences. Jamie was the only one that listened to my vision without any preconceived notions. She made my ideas come to life, as she recommended flower choices to fit my winter color palette at a reasonable price. When everything arrived, everything was delivered with a healthy look and punctual with helpful labels. I loved working with Town and Country!

I ordered flowers for my Mothers Birthday. They were beautiful! She loved them and raved about how perfect they were. We will definitely continue to use this florist.
I am posting this as a florist who wired an order out to them. You never know how the other florist is going to handle your order but my customer called me to say that his friend had called him ecstatic that she had received the most beautiful, big bouquet from him. Days later it is lasting well. I know this is only a one-time experience, but often, wire orders are not treated with the same respect as an order from their own local customer so I think this is obviously a really good florist. Credit where it is due. Thank you for taking care of my customers order

After consults w other florists, we met w Jaime. My daughters vision was more formal than seen today. Jaime had ideas for bouquets, 3 centerpieces, and the cake. My daughter loved all of her flowers: white roses, freesia and peonies w greens. The tall centerpieces were esp eye catching along w the bouquets and cake flowers..perfect!!!
It was a beautiful flower arrangement. I was hesitant to use the florist choice. But I was very pleased with the results. And I’m glad that they were able to fill my last minute order in time for Mother’s Day. I will definitely use them again

My husband and I just got married two weeks ago and Town and Country went above and beyond for us. We were caught in a situation where our original florist went out of business and Town and Country picked up the pieces. Jamie not only made for an easy transition; she set us up with her team that created flowers that were stunners. The flowers were beyond our wildest dreams. EVERYONE was talking about how gorgeous the flowers were. They were of the highest quality and we are forever grateful!
The BEST florals & business around! TCG provided the florals and arrangements for my wedding in Geneva. They were thorough, detail oriented, and everything went so smoothly! My consultant truly listened and designed arrangements to exactly what I loved. HIGHLY recommend!!
I booked Town and Country Gardens through a friend who worked there at the time of my booking. She ended up taking a new position elsewhere and a colleague of hers (Jamie) took on our wedding. While we are mostly satisfied with the work that TCG did for our wedding, we had 2 specific (and significant) concerns that we brought to their attention during the wedding and again post wedding. Our first concern was regarding our arch. We ordered an arch with curly willow and the contract even showed a picture example of what we were supposed to get on top of a worded description. Unfortunately, what we ordered was not what we got, and we were left with two separate pieces that did not form an arch at all. Jamies response to this was that if the pieces were placed closer together then that would have given more of an arch effect. As you can see from the photo, there is no way that those pieces would have ever been able to form an arch. Our 2nd issue was involving the staircase. Our venue has a beautiful staircase and we wanted to accent it with lush greenery/florals coming downlike a cascade/runner. What we ended up with was loose greenery pieces on each step. I informed Jamie (on 2 occasions) that the stairs needed to be ready by 2pm because that is where we were planning to do our First Look. Jamie assured me that this wouldnt be an issue. On the day of the wedding, of course, the stairs were not ready and wouldnt be ready until well past 2pm. My photographer, luckily, scouted the venue ahead of time and found an alternate spot for us to do our First Look. Jamie took absolutely NO ACCOUNTABILITY for this. I was disappointed by how lack-luster the stairs were compared to the photo example in our contract and Jamie blamed this on our friend giving us a discount. When we met with Jamie for our final review, however, she never explained that what was in our contract would not be what we were getting. We made several upgrades/changes to our contract during our final meeting and Jamie re-worded and re-pictured the contract to meet those changes. Absolutely no changes were made to the contract concerning the stairs that would have properly described what we got vs. what (we thought) was ordered. I made it clear to Jamie that I am not as upset about how the stairs turned out as I am about the fact that they werent done on time. She has yet to apologize or take any accountability for that.Overall, my husband and I had a great wedding day and everything (including our florals) turned out beautifully (which is why I am rating a 3!). If it werent for Jamies poor customer service, I really could have forgave the misunderstandings w/ the 2 concerns that I described. To be fair, Jamie did offer a $100 refund for the arch. I would have been happier with an empathetic response to my concerns, some accountability, and an apology.
Choosing Town and Country Gardens to do our wedding was the best decision ever. They completely created and carved the exact image we had dreamed of for our wedding. What I mean by that is we simply gave them an idea and they went above and beyond to bring that image to life. Our venue was already slightly decorated but by giving such simple details and explaining breiefly to them what we wanted, they created such a beautiful room(s) and they transformed our venue into our dream.What I love about this company is that they make your planning so simple. Out of all of our vendors for our wedding (we had several) the flower planning was by far one of the easiest because of their professional behavior and understanding as well as their system of planning. Planning a wedding from scratch and finding a vendor for everything is already so stressful as is. Working with T&CG they were able to manage keeping in contact with me but also not overly contacting me. Which was super helpful because when I wasnt wedding planning I was tied down with my 7 month old daughter.Breaking down my experience; I emailed, went in for a simple meeting, they make it so simple by helping you plan the perfect day by going through your pinterest with you if you have one, you discuss what exactly you want, closer to the date of your wedding you either go in and meet again or discuss over the phone your finalized details, pay, and they do everything day of.The experience I had with this company was so fantastic not only by the simple and easy planning, their understanding of your dream image, and their service, but also their incredible talent.This company goes above and beyond, we are so lucky to have found them for our day.
Went in to order 3 dozen red roses for my mothers 60th birthday. Roses were just threw together. When I called to state that I could have done myself they agreed recent me the flowers the only difference a piece of babies breath was added! I WILL CONTINUE TO GO TO JEWEL. I spent 209.$$$$ on something I could have done myself.
Our son got married last month in Sweden. We had a Reception for him & his new wife here in the states so family & friends could celebrate them with us. Jamie helped me choose flower arrangements & they were all so beautiful. I so appreciate her help to make our Reception So Special!!!!

Me and my fiancé came here for our unilateral meeting and loved the company. They were very helpful and take care of everything. Our wedding is coming up and I will update this review at that time but I have no worries that they will do great.

The arrangement they gave me looked like a deep discount version of the photo from their book. Very disappointed in an almost $60. arrangement.

2021-09-26We couldn’t have asked for a better florist for our wedding. Our day, like many, was affected by COVID. Because of this, we changed our plans for the day many times and Jamie was always able to accommodate them even when we had to postpone the date by over 6 months. Any time we had questions, Jamie was happy to hop on a call or return our emails with a quick turnaround time. I know nothing about flowers so it was one task that I was not looking forward to when planning our wedding. Jamie made the process simple. We went through pictures I had pinned on my Pinterest and gave me options based on my budget and vision (even including my love for succulents!). The flowers turned out gorgeous and we received many compliments on them. Also the pricing was super reasonable and ended up being less expensive than what I thought. The setup was on time and the room for our reception was prettier than I could have ever imagined. Hannah set up the centerpieces the day of and had everything done on time. We had additional flowers as we had less guests/tables than I originally predicted. Hannah went above and beyond and spent time decorating other areas of the room with the additional flowers that we had left over. We cannot recommend Town and Country Gardens enough!

2022-02-04I ordered a Peace Lily for my late Uncles wake and it was perfect and a lot bigger than I had expected. I live across the country in Canada now but my hometown is Elgin and I used to shop here when I lived in town. I had no worries about it being delivered even though I live so far away. They delivered on time, and the flowers were beautiful.They are responsive over the phone and even helped me get a refund when I accidentally ordered the wrong package & helped everything get sorted. Definitely use them for your floral needs!

2022-07-07My husband and I got our flowers through Town and Country Gardens for our wedding day and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a florist! We got our bouquets, boutonnieres, ceremony backdrop, and decorative lighting through them which all turned out exactly like we envisioned it! Additionally, we wanted to create our own centerpieces consisting of wooden boxes and mixed greenery/ferns, and Jamie went above and beyond by letting us hand these off to her a couple days in advance to put the finishing touches on the centerpieces and deliver them to the venue for us so we didn’t have to worry! Throughout the entire process Jamie was very communicative by answering all of our questions about details and timelines, and exceeded our expectations in every way. It also didn’t hurt that Jamie and her team are a preferred vendor for our venue, The Haight, so all of the coordination on our wedding day was absolutely seamless!

2022-09-07TCG was apart of our wedding dream team. I was able to use a piece of my moms wedding dress to tie my bridal bouquet. Jamie was so friendly and truly listened to all of my requests. I wanted to have a fall wedding in August and Jamie did a great job of creating my moody and romantic bouquet. TCG created such a beautiful atmosphere and they were super affordable. I would recommend them to any bride!

2019-11-30Jamie and her team were incredible! We were blown away by our flowers and greenery. As an out-of-town bride, Jamie was so great at communicating any changes and/or requests we had for our Chicago wedding. Everything from the bouquets to the greenery garland to the table centerpieces were incredible and beyond our expectations. I had a very specific vision in my mind and Jamie was able to help bring that vision to life. She was even able to help incorporate things I had purchased on my own for our table centerpieces. On our wedding day, she informed me that the greenery sprays were not going to be able to be attached to our copper arch and instead we decided to drape them from the arch and it turned out even better than what we originally planned. Lauren and her staff do incredible, affordable, beautiful work and are easy-going to work with. I cannot recommend Town & Country Gardens and its staff enough for any wedding or event!
