Dr. Zubinas is a phenomenal dentist. He is an expert and also a wonderful person. In addition to doing an excellent job with the work on my teeth, he made it an excellent experience and was kind, professional, and good natured. He spent extra time providing tips on how to best take care of my teeth, showing an authentic care for my well-being. He is a truly passionate Dentist who focuses on doing what is best for his patients. The staff was just as outstanding and it is clear they have a wonderful culture. I highly recommend him and will be a customer for life.

They’ve truly done a great job with creating a safe environment for easy scheduling and reminders, entering/exiting for appointments, and as always being super clean and sanitary during the covid craziness. Appointments are always on time or early. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable! I continue to stand behind my positive reviews for Dr. Zubinas Office & recommend them 100%!UPDATE: This staff continues to amaze me!! Dr. Zubinas did an awesome job on my Invisalign with perfect timing for my wedding!! Carlie is always upbeat and helpful on the phone!! She makes calling for appts and asking questions quick and easy!! Daniella did a fanatic job on my ZOOM whitening!! If you can imagine this even being possible, we laughed the whole time!!! Today was my first visit and I felt so welcomed and feel good about my treatment plan. Finally, I AM IN LOVE with my dental cleaning...my teeth have never looked like this!
I hate the dentist…but I like Zubinas. His staff are friendly and make you feel comfortable. They have awesome taste in music for the office. (I appreciate that because it helps me to relax.) He’s a chill guy which also helps you feel relaxed as the patient. Thus far, no one has hurt me, so I keep going back. 😁

My dentist for years now. The dental techs have always been very nice and have always done a good job, they are very gentile and its not painful for me. Its a small practice so its usually not too busy, I have never waited for very long. Even the receptionist is nice to work with now, this was not always the case. Parking can be awkward especially for disabled persons as some of it is on an incline and not many spaces, but I have always found a spot. I have had regular cleanings, repairs, and Invisalign with this dentist.
The entire staff at this office is great! Dr. Zubinas is efficient and to the point. The front office is always clear with explaining my insurance benefits and any related costs. Ive recommended several friends and family and were all super happy with the service they provide.
My cleanings have always been a breeze. My gums are carefully treated. I love how my teeth look and feel afterwards. The exam is thorough. I never need to wait and am treated with dignity and respect. I want to keep my teeth healthy and beautiful forever. I have been happy for many of years now. I highly recommended this office.
Been going to Dr. Zubinas office for many years, the staff are great! Never really had problems with my teeth because I go every six months and the hygienist cleans them up really good.
Went with 8 sore teeth,, was told my root canal from over a year ago is infected. Told to return to the doctor that did the original work for treatment. Waited a month for this appointment to have it cancelled day of and rescheduled to have no treatment what so ever. If youve ever had dental work elsewhere this is not the place for you. The office staff members are really friendly but the dentist couldnt possibly have spent less time with me. He came highly recommended by 2 friends with deep pockets. I can only wonder if its because I have insurance that I was *not* treated the same way. I definitely will not be returning.
Dr. Zubinas and his staff are not only professional, prompt, and courteous, they are great at what they do!! I have had cleanings, root canals, crowns and today my teeth whitened. Every time is a pleasure when it may not be such a pleasurable task. If you need a dentist you need to check Dr. Zubinas out!

Ive been going to Dr Zubinas for over 10 years. My daughter got her Invisaligns thru him and great results. He has a awesome staff of girls that are so friendly. He also seems to have the latest upgrades of things for making crowns and cleaning teeth. Definitely worth the visit.

Dr. Zubinas and his staff are great! Very nice and professional. What I love the most about this office is that they don’t try to convince you to have unnecessary dental work done. Dr. Zubinas takes his time to explain the treatment plan and expectations right away. He’s a great doc!
Danielle is my dental hygienist and she is very nice and probably the most gentle hygienist Ive ever had. Dr. Zubinas is very nice as well. Ive had minimal interaction with Dr. Z because my teeth are healthy, so I cant comment how he is with more strenuous dental needs, but Im sure he could get the job done.
I’ve been going to Dr. Zubinas’ office for over 5 years now: they’re great! All of the staff are very kind and helpful. They really make the experience of going to the dentist personable. Dr. Zubinas helped make my Invisalign treatment so easy and guided me every step of the way. It was good talking to Carlie Tuesday morning as I had a very painful tooth. She told me that I could come to see Dr. Zubinas right away. He would take x-rays and see what was going on with my painful tooth. After he talked with me about pain and took xray he explained I would need to see endodontist in Palos. Carlie made the appointment for me right away.I saw Dr. Teahen, the endontist right away. He was very nice and after his x-rays he said I would need root canal. He explained everything he was doing. And soon he was done . His hygienist assisted and was very nice. They gave me pain medication. I only needed to follow up with dentist in a few days.I had a good experience with Dr Zubinas and his staff. They took care of everything for me. Thank you to all.

Had tooth that broke, called left a message on a Saturday. ( after hours ) Within 30 minutes someone responded and was able to book an appointment that Tuesday morning. Great experience. Great team.

Dr. Zubinas has been my dentist for many years and Ive never had an issue with either him or his staff. Dr. Zubinas has performed many procedures on my teeth and has always taken his time to thoroughly explain what was going on. He has that personal touch that is too often lacking in the medical field. I just started going here in the past few months and I love it. They treat me as if we have known each other for years. Although it is a friendly environment, it is also very professional. The staff is highly competent and I can tell that they truly care about not only the oral health of their patients but also their overall health. The employees are very friendly and efficient. I have the invisalign treatment, started in Dec and it’s been very quick and easy to receive new trays. For those worried about covid, most visits are not very long and they make sure to check your temperature at the door.

Great experience during my recent dental cleaning. Upon arrival, Carlie was very nice and gave great instructions on how the process would work during this Covid-19 pandemic. Daniella was awesome. Today I visited Dr. Zubinas office for the first time for a cleaning and I had a great experience from walking in to exiting. The staff are very friendly and professional. Daniela cleaned my teeth, did my x-rays, and recommended several options to better my teeth’s overall health, but I didn’t feel pushed!! I highly dislike places that push you for procedures and products and she didn’t do that at all. Turns out I have a cavity, that my past dentist failed to identify, so I already like them much better than my previous dentist and I will visit them again in two weeks to work on my cavity. So far so good and I really enjoyed my visit to the dentist... which is a rare sentence lol.

They are very friendly and make you feel so comfortable. You never have to wait to be seen and appointment times fit into my busy schedule. My children have absolutely no fears when seeing Dr. Zubinas and Daniella DeLaurentis. Daniella always makes sure to talk to my children about what she will be doing and makes them feel comfortable. On our most recent visits we have found some changes and additions to the staff that seem to be a good fit with the office.I still cant claim to LOVE visiting the dentist, but Dr Zubinas and his staff make it more tolerable.

My kids and I started going to Dr. Zubinas because he was close and he was an in network provider. We have continued going because of the experience we have had. Scheduling is never a problem even though we have a very busy schedule ourselves. We get phone calls and texts to remind us. Dr. Zubinas is always patient with my kids. From dealing with cavities on my 6 year old, to helping with my 15 year old ruining her Invisalign. He and his staff never seem to get frustrated and they are always willing to go the extra step. Daniella always works hard to get x-rays done and create a personal “bond” with me and the kids. Overall, it’s always a great experience and I would highly recommend them to family and friends.
LOVE Dr. Zubinas and his entire staff! Years ago, I visited Dr. Zubinas for the first time - I had neglected my teeth for a long time, and have always suffered from a huge fear of dentists. Finally I couldnt ignore my problems any longer, and made an appointment. Dr. Zubinas couldnt have been nicer to me. He was patient and super understanding of my fear, and walked through my treatment plan at my pace. He was very gentle in his work, and within just a few appointments, I was much, much less afraid. Dr. Zubinas fixed all of my issues, my teeth are now spectacular and healthy - and my insurance covered quite a bit of the bill! I will never go anywhere else!

I went to Dr. Zubinas because he was in my HMO insurance plan, and close to home. I regret this decision. I have recently gotten a new PPO plan through work, and went to a highly regarded dentist as I had been having issues with all of the work Dr. Zubinas had done on my teeth.My new dentist was absolutely shocked at the poor quality of the crown and filling Dr. Zubinas had done in my mouth. I havent been able to chew on the crown for the past 8 months, the new dentist found cement from adhering the crown, all around it, which has made my gums inflamed and irritated. I now need a root canal on this tooth because of further complications.Prior to finding a new dentist, I went back in to see Dr. Zubinas 3 times trying to solve why this crown was bothering me so much, and he said it all appeared fine. Now knowing what I know, I will have to pay to fix the poor work that he has done.To top it all off, the other filling he put in has fallen out, after only 8 months. I must also mention I have never had any major teeth issues before. Disappointing, and from now on I will definitely pay for a more quality dentist. I would recommend avoiding this place.
I found this office quite by mistake. My temporary tooth in the front came out & my dental office couldnt accommodate me. I was leaving town for a wedding the next day. Dr. Zubinas was not only able to accommodate me, but the experience was nothing short of excellent. The entire office was very kind & extremely friendly. The pricing was reasonable too.
This is the first dentist that I’ve been to that I don’t mind coming back to. I’ll usually go to dentist and never come back but I’ve been going here for over 4 years now and I’ve gotten a lot of work done by them from cleanings to root Canals and for a person that hates the dentist I have nothing but good things to say. The entire staff is friendly from the front desk all the way to the dental chair and what matters most is the dentist, the dental asst, and the hygienists all make sure you’re comfortable and do a great job!

Turned a love it to a hate it in one visit!! Will NEVER return after this treatment. Oh, and dont try to book a cleaning appointment. The ONE hygienist they have is booked through December.I use to LOVE Dr. Zubinass office. The dental hygienist is sweet and gentle and the Doctor himself is nice until you have to make a complaint.Ive been calling since the beginning of July to make an appointment for myself and my husband and I have had to leave message on their voicemail most of the time. One time I did talk to the receptionist and she took down my name and number before telling me shed have to call me back because she was too busy to book my appointment right this second. Im still waiting for a returned call from any of my messages.I had an appointment scheduled for 9:45 this morning, they called yesterday, didnt leave a message on my voicemail, so I called them back about 30 minutes later. The secretary didnt answer but the lady that did told me that she was just confirming appointments so we hung up. I go in today, the secretary is on the phone and motions for me to be seated. Another woman walked in about 10 minutes later and got the same. We sat and talked for over 30 minutes before she was called in. I went up to the desk, waited for the secretary to end her call and asked when we would be seen since we had a 9:45 appointment. Her response was Obviously we are behind. She then told me that she called me yesterday to try and ease a scheduling conflict and wanted to change my appointments from 9:45 to 1:45 but since I never called back, I never got the message.When I attempted to ask the dental hygienist if it was always like this now and started to explain about my husbands appointment when she asked Why do you ask, the receptionist came in quite rapidly to let me know that she had never spoken to me about my husbands appointment and she had no clue who I was calling because shes the one that makes the appointments and returns every single call on the voicemails. She continued to argue with me until the Dental Hygienist asked her to leave. On her way out, she said then youll just have to talk to the dentist about that.When the dentist came in, I started to tell him about my experience from the beginning of today and she came in immediately waving a paper around she didnt leave at 10:30, she left at 10:20. So I thanked her for talking over me and continued to tell the doctor about the rest of it. When I told him about her Obviously we are behind comment, she stepped in again and started to yell at me. The doctor gave her a look and she left.I finished telling the doctor about my husbands appointment, the appointments today and my experience with her on the phone. He responded with make sure you make the appointment before you leave. I told him quite honestly, I dont think Ill be back, not after her attitude and the way she was permitted to speak to me. He finished examining my daughter and asked if I would still want the other one examined. He didnt have anything to say after I asked I paid for it, didnt I?And on top of it all, I had to fill out all the forms for my son again because they lost his file from last year.I will not be back, I will be filling a complaint with the BBB and I will be filling a complaint with my insurance provider all with the exact same story. The way this receptionist and doctor treated me and my family today is unacceptable.

I was in extreme pain with a broken tooth, I got this place from My Insurance Company, They had no openings until the following Monday. Having given up, They called back about an Hour later and told Me to be in by 3 P.M. and The Dentist would check it out. Really nice Guy and straight to the point with what was needed and how much it would cost Me out of pocket. The Receptionist could use a little personality adjustment, but everyone else in the office were really nice people.
Zubinas is a great Dentist! His staff is great too, very professional. Highly recommend his office and his hygienist Monica.

I wish I could give him 0 stars. I went to him for 2 years and according to him my teeth looked good. I didnt give much thought to his extremely brief examinations until I switched dentists several weeks ago and was told I have multiple cavities and two are so bad they need route canals. Thanks to him I am looking at several thousand dollars in dental bills.

2022-04-12My first visit and it was great. Daniella was my hygienist and she was amazing. She was very personable and gentle during the x-ray process and cleaning. They don’t try to upsell you on anything like the chain dental places. Dr. Zubinas was very nice as well. He thoroughly explained the x-ray findings and went over his recommendations. They also will not do any procedures until they confirm coverage with your insurance company so you’re full aware of what the cost will be. This is a great dental office. They’re very personable and they don’t rush you in and out.

He’s knowledgeable and personable but not overly talkative like some other dentists I’ve experienced in the past.My son and I have been patients for almost 5 years and soon my husband will become a patient of his, as well.Also, his support staff is excellent - Carly is helpful and friendly. Daniella cleans my teeth so well, I don’t want to eat or drink anything until the next day and she’s friendly.I highly recommend Dr. Zubinas to anyone needing a good, honest dentist.

2021-12-17Dr Zubinas is hands down the best dentist Ive ever had... to be honest hes the ONLY dentist thats ever been able to get me engaged in my oral health. Hes helped me to see the importance of building good habits and keeping them. Dr Z is incredibly down to earth, takes the time with his patient, and is just good at what he does. When hes gotta numb you up he has a great touch with the needle. When its time for procedures Dr Zs expertise and knowledge show up big time. If you need a new dentist look no further. If going to the dentist is scary for you, or if you hate going to the dentist but you know you gotta go and you feel like finding the right dentist is like finding a needle in the haystack, trust me, this is your guy! Dr Z is easily in his prime. Take advantage.
