Not so customer friendly employees, seems like I wasn’t felt welcome there. I will try finding other places to go for my wellness need. Associate didn’t even thank me for purchasing $25 sleep aid vitamins.
I love coming here for my daily care.. from vitamins to lotion..they have it all..a big plus is she helped me and gave awesome information on the different probiotics...thank you for outstanding customer service!!!

2022-04-07I would like to give 5 stars to the guy who worked in this shop in 2019-2020 (unfortunately I do not remember his name but I still remember him).Long story short: my husband has already came to this shop with his colleague (female) before to help her find some special supplements for vegans (I see what are you thinking about but no, nothing suspicious ;) - he was on the phone with me lol).First time I came there, the guy from staff came directly to me, looked at my husband, then turned to me and said: Hey, I remember you (showing my husband). You came here last week with another girl. How is it going? Need any help?.Probably you all will laugh but I really appreciated his gesture because I have the right to know if something goofy is going on (remember the time when your family and friends tell you that it was to protect your feeling bla bla bla ? Remember your feelings of betrayal when you discover that everybody was lying to protect you? ). This guy was better than any bestfriend I ever had!He did a right and very ethical thing. If you read this, please know that we still remember you and we hope that all is well. Thank you for everything and for the great experience in the shop (yeah I bought a couple of things :) ). You rock!

2019-11-27Tylers customer service is best Ive seen not just at this chain, but any store in general. He goes above and beyond and if he isnt sure of something he will look up the information for you. Awesome friendly dude that gives the store good energy.

2020-09-24Excellent assistance from the two employees working today. This store was not the Vitamin Shoppe where I regularly shop. Everything was laid out differently. The two employees personally helped me find the supplements that I needed, saving me a lot of time. Thank you Vitamin Shoppe in Naperville.

2016-09-14I have visited this location twice this week. Newly discovered Isopure drinks and Quest chips. The customer service I experienced was phenomenal! They are very attentive, very helpful and willing to do what it takes to make sure the customers are happy. I am a diabetic trying to get on the right track and the products available in the store have helped greatly. The staff here are the best! I will definitely recommend this location to everyone.

2020-02-02Walked into the store without being acknowledged. Workers were too busy talking to what appeared to be friends or other workers not working that day to ask if we needed any help. Great selection of homeopathic options though.
