Clean store, organized but set up different then other stores. Be sure you know whats on sale because sales prices were not noted in the store on the shelves at this location which means they are missing possible add on sales.

2022-07-20The Bolingbrook Vitamin Shoppe is my go to store for my supplement needs. I moved to the area over three years ago and this location and their staff have made me feel like home from day 1! They are each so knowledgeable and informative about suggesting products to address my needs.They know me so well that if they have moved things around since the last time I was in, Nancy will walk around collecting my standard items for me!! Now THATS service!I have moved over 30 minutes away at this point...and I admit I tried other Vitamin Shoppes, and while they may sometimes have my usual products, and the staff is ALWAYS friendly... its just not my Bolingbrook store.I highly recommend this location. Dont be afraid to ask questions if youre looking to address specific needs. This staff will go above and beyond to help you find something to meet your needs, and if their location doesnt have it they will locate it for you!!

2021-11-15I admire The Vitamin Shoppe for the expert staff who is not trying to upsell you stuff but trying to help your personalized needs. This location specifically should be proud of their employees, especially one of them, who is genuinely interested in offering you what works for your body and explains why. She would show you how to read the labels and disregard the marketing hype. I am happy of getting the right supplements without spending a fortune!

2022-02-17I ordered online for the first time, I bought a few things but what bothered me was that it said buy one and one is free and when I went to pick up my order. The manager told me that to get the other one for free I had to have it on when I ordered on my. order online, put it in my cart. no indications about to get the second product for free

2021-11-19I do not recommend this store. Very rude managers and store associates. Every time I went in this store I felt very judged by one of the main store associates. Today was my last night walking in this store in bolingbrook. I didnt feel comfortable in there.

2020-01-15Always clean and staff is very welcoming and friendly! I went there today for last minute energy drink shopping for my early shift at work tomorrow and I noticed they had the new Bang flavor which I was dying to try since it came out and when I told the lady that was cashing me out this is the first time I am going to have it, she opened another one for me, poured a trial sample, let me try it and when I said I loved it she had me keep the opened bang for free which is so nice! Thank you!

2019-09-03Love the local store, the staff is very friendly, but I recently placed an order online and instead of having it shipped for free directly to my house, which would have taken 3-5 days to receive, I had it shipped to the store (thinking it would be quicker). Its been two weeks already, and theyre estimating itll be another two weeks before my single item arrives at the store. Thats beyond ridiculous and unacceptable. If there was a way to cancel my order, I would - and go buy it elsewhere. Nothing should take 4 weeks to receive, especially because its not even a rare or out-of-stock product.
