The store was quiet, the cashier was friendly, came and asked if he could help me with anything. The item I needed was not there but another suggestion was given
I bought a bottle of collagen powder it didnt agree with me. So I called to c if it could b returned I was told only if I have the receipt I told him that I dont have it so he said without a recipe u need to have an account with them to even get store credit like REALLY dont u all recognize your products first place that u ever heard does that smh I will never go there again.
I came in to Vit Shop to look for a protein shake because i have problems having meals throughout the day, but I dont know anything about them and I dont trust all of the online reviews of products. But i came in to my loca Vit shop and this guy approached me asking me if I needed help and after telling him my problem he recommended me a protein shake that not only tastes good but it has very easy instructions on when to use and he was very knowledgeable. I dont ever leave reviews but this guy Alex took care of me so well I wanted to leave him some recognition. So ask for him (he tries to upsell you a bit) but he has good info on all their products.

I place an order for C4.40serving and one available on 7180 Harlem when I reach here they say only they have 20serving I inform them I m coming from all the way north to pick up my order which I place online they say some inventory issue that was showing on the

2021-03-28Clean organized shop. Staff was helpful and not overbearing. So much product its a bit overwhelming. Next time Ill have to do my homework ahead of time and ask for more assistance. Prices seem to be reasonable with other brick and mortar retailers.

2017-10-25Theyve got very nice healthy snacks and I like the amount of choices for water bottles and vitamins and teas. I get some pretty good digestive teas here that I like and theyre not awful in terms of price and the vitamins are always nicely priced, in particular the digestives. But honestly, everything else is really overpriced. The food and a good 80% of the teas, and it feels like theyre always doing vintruction on this store. Plus the location is really inconvenient its right on the edge of a busy street thats impossible to make turns in and out of.

2016-05-25Been shopping here for about 2 months now and all I can say is I have the best experiences here. Every single time I go there, the staff is happy to help, but they arent too pushy and they dont suggest horrible products like some other big name supplement shops nearby. Apart from there amazing staff, they have a very large selection of different supplements in all the categories you could think of, as well as the categories you didnt know existed. They are well trained in knowing where everything is and what products work better than others. It isnt often that a worker would suggest a lower priced item over the other choice, because it works better, so this showed me the level of honesty they had in their products as opposed to just trying to make a quick sale. I refuse to shop at the other supplement store after what Ive seen in here. 10/10

2020-01-15I used to shop there for Vitamin C and Iron pills. However, despite my shopping there, several clerks started refusing me access to the mens room, even when I was having an emergency.More recently, the store, for some unknown reason, has been keeping the front doors locked for over a year now during business hours, creating customer inconvenience.This Vitamin Shoppe outlet almost seems to be trying to discourage customers from shopping there. Even if thats not the case, theyve definitely convinced me not to enter the place again.
