This UPS Store location is OUTSTANDING. They have ALWAYS gone above and beyond my expectations. I wanted to order an unassembled daybed for home delivery however the package would be way to big for a porch delivery. Contacted this UPS store where they offered their address for the shipment and held the item for me. When I arrived with a friend to move it to my storage locker located nearby it would not fit in her car. The owner of the UPS store asked one of her employees to load the daybed into one of their SUVs and helped me take it to my storage unit. On other occasions I have called this store for tracking information for packages that I sent as returns where I was having problems getting credit for the items and each and every time I have called they have provided the information without hesitation. On multiple occasions when I arrived with several packages and they helped me bring them inside and/or helped me unload my dolley. I would recommend this location above all of the other UPS stores that I have utilized in the past.
Service with a smile all the time. Very helpful at counter. A little out of the way for me but because of customer service it makes it worth going. FedEx could learn from UPS...because of larger packaging area. Counter staff seem too busy to help at FedEx. Thats my reason for staying with UPS.
Had to drop off a return package. My box wasnt taped and was looking to buy packaging tape there to tape it up. The worker there quickly said dont worry about it, taped and scanned my bar code. I was out within 2-3 mins. Im so use to being in line for 20+ minutes at the US post office.This place is great!
Such a horrible experience. I called over the weekend to inquire about their notary service. I was told by a staff member to come back Monday and the lady who notarizes will be in at 9am. I came in today Monday 11/2 and a man with glasses was behind the counter. I asked about notary and a lady with black hoodie was walking around frantic. She was extremely rude!!!! I asked for something to be notarized, she went on and on how she can’t, she has to go, should be w reservations etc. I explained that I called over the weekend and she just responded with such disgust. Then she said ok if it’s one I can do it, I said it would have to be my passport and ID card and sheWent “pfft” no that’s too much and went on another rant.Google- please remove this establishment as a notary because whoever that rude lady was do not know how to work with customers. No alternative solutions, no later solutions, no consideration, no right way of tone... rude rude rude!
Had an awesome experience on Monday! The employee that helped us was very polite and spoke us with the entire time we were in the store. I had to fax 18 sheets of paper, and she was surprised that I had that many, lol. She said, you know its a dollar a page, right? Lol. I said, yeah I know, but I gotta do what I gotta do. 😀 She was super nice! I love positive attitudes and I will definitely be back when I need to do anymore type of mailing business.
Super helpful staff. Google needs to update the directions though with the construction. You have to go in the side street with the McDonalds and follow it behind the Aldi. Went in with a mistaken package, and they were kind enough to help me package the product and gave me directions to the FedEx where it turned out I was supposed to go. Will definitely be using them in the future.
UPS store did not offer to assist in assuring my package made it to its destination without being damaged. Receiver reported item was damaged, had to call store, they told me I had to call corporate to initiate investigation. Called, claim was denied due to supposedly improper package. Called store to resubmit claim, they wouldnt. Will not use this store to mail through UPS again.
I’m sorry for do this review, but lost more then 200$ for nothing. I sending Mac book and iPad to Canada. They was charge me 108$ With insurance, and the day after the ups in Canada call my nephew tell him to pay another 530$ for get that, that why i go back to ups again to ask what happened, and they figure out because I send it out the country and i have to pay that and they don’t know why they charge that much? And i want to take that back, because that to much money to pay more, then they said i have to pay another $101 to get that back. So i have no choice that better then $530. That why I feel very uncomfortable, i will not sending that if i know that happen, and why I lost more then $200 for nothing? The people at ups is very nice, but they should to let customer know and explain to the customer. And everyone have to be careful to send something out the country.
I didnt even realize it when I checked out here, but they charge you an extra 10 cents for each Forever stamp. So stamps are 65 cents each here. Thats crazy, they shouldnt be able to charge more than stamps cost at USPS if they offer postal services there. So I bought 5 stamps and they made 50 cents on me. Annoying.
If I could give zero stars I would. They lost my package and when I called the store about it they said they would call me back and never did. I had to keep calling them, and each time no one knew what i was talking about. And apparently UPS doesnt do any other work to see if they can find your package until the receiving end calls them... Because by the time the receiving end knew to call them they closed out the investigation and now have to reopen the investigation giving them another 8 days to find it. One would think they would have some info from the first one, and considering they didnt, left me with believing that nothing gets started until the receiver contacts them even though the sender started the investigation. So now were mixing incompetence with poor customer service. This has put me off from using UPS anymore and mostly likely the receiver too. Go with FEDEX.
So Im not from the area and I needed to make a few copies. Let me tell you the staff here are so sweet made me feel like family as soon as I walked though the door they are the best I didnt get there names but it was a beautiful women and a young man very polite thank you for giving me such an amazing experience ❤️ Im running late to where I have to go but I just had to stop and type a review
BETH AND MILES WERE REALLY A BIG HELP. I HAD A CLIENT WHO HAD TO SIGN DOCUMENTS AT THE UPS STORE AND THEY WENT ABOVE BEYOND FOR ME. THEY DID EVERYTHING FROM SCANNING TO PRINTING FOR FREE AND GAVE US THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE POSSIBLE AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING THEM AGAIN AND AGAIN BECAUSE OF THEIR AMAZING SERVICE AND HELP. 2022-04-24Ive been using this location pretty much since they opened. Although these days I am typically using them for their Amazon return dropoff service, the employees are still very nice, always saying hi and quickly getting me on my way.It used to be kind of a pain to get in the parking lot but with all of the development thats happened over the past several years its much easier to get back there now.

2021-12-15I cannot express how thankful I am to this particular office, for how amazing they are. I normally dont do long winded / or make reviews but an ordinary run to a UPS store turned into what was the best experience I have yet to receive in a long time. Lizs Team truly exemplify what it means to be our Christmas Sprit 🎄 - Her teams Hard Work and Professionalism in handling my large order... I mean large last minute order for my company was truly above and beyond. Her honesty, amazing communication, and execution by her staff - I couldnt be happier with everything they did for me. We will be continuing to use this office for all our future Orders. ♡ Thank you so much.

2021-10-16Horrible service. “Notary” spoiled my document, charged me over $50 to ship it, then refused to resend when the document was rejected becaUse she didn’t follow the clearly printed instructions.Even if it’s true that she had to edit the document (which the state of IL apparently disagrees with) she was extremely unhelpful and only interested in explaining that she did it right and that she would not be refunding or helping me in any way. She then asked me to prove to her that the document was rejected while still insisting that no matter what I showed her she wouldn’t help me… deeply disrespectful, dismissive, and defensive.I’ve been here twice and seen this woman give very poor service both times. Recommend looking elsewhere for notary service. I’m grateful I don’t have to go back!

2020-04-27I read these negative reviews and I am astounded! This is a business. They charge for things. If you dont want to pay the price go somewhere else. You have that option. Dont knock a hard working woman like Elizabeth for having a business. I have shipped countless items through this store. Elizabeth has always been NOTHING but helpful and the one time I did have something damaged she was right there to help me get my claim which I did but that would not have happened without her help. She stood up for me and knew that the package was shipped correctly. Elizabeth stood by me and fought to get me my claim. This store has always done right by me but I have been there when miserable people have come in (and it happens a lot) and demand things that this store cannot give. Everyone wants something for free and many people are just miserable and make everyone around them miserable. If you cannot get along with Elizabeth and her staff I suggest its you that has the problem. They have always been stellar to me. This is the only UPS Store I will ship from and they always make sure that I get the lowest ship price possible. It doesnt get any better.The Guitar Man

2020-11-24Ignore the negative reviews. Twice in the last several months Ive dropped off large heavy boxes, with my own labels (so Im not even a customer), and the service Ive received has been polite, efficient, and professional. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location.If youre going to leave a negative review, you probably need to look at yourself to see why you are so negative.

2020-04-24Avoid this store at all costs! Go check Yelp reviews on this store as well. My company does business with several UPS stores across the IL and WI area. This store was possibly the WORST EXPERIENCE Ive ever had at any UPS Store in all of my years. The current woman manager as of this post is snarky, unprofessional, not helpful, and the guy employee was also snarky and seemed like Parrot Muppet for the manager. This employee just tossed my package on the counter like it was not important at all and it had HANDLE WITH CARE tape all over it. Used my package as an armrest with his heavyweight on it, telling me I cannot use a cart to unload my boxes that they had in the store. Very very unprofessional staff. I needed to use a large cart that had no packages on it to unload (10) 30 pounds boxes, the employee said no, use this small one. He said, You cant use that cart!? I said, R U serious? He said yes, you have to use this one. I said can you help me then, he said no. We only accept your packages as a courtesy, we do not have to take your packages. This tiny cart barely held the weight of 4 of my boxes! and I had to make several trips back and forth, struggle to get them through the doorway. I was shocked and very upset by this experience. It seems like they treat you like trash because you are making them work. Its like when you walk in the door and they have to do something or something extra to help UPS customers, they have a bad attitude. Why would anyone want to do business with people that act like this, who are supposed to be the face of UPS!? I have to take time out of my day to inform people about this USP STORE. Just go out of your way to avoid it at all costs or just use FedEx instead, probably will receive cheaper rates and better service. The FedEx store is right down the street. Please go there.And I noticed the owner of this store replies to reviews on google.To the owner: Perhaps you should spend some time training your employees on how to handle customer service and take care of business clients that have been using UPS for 20+ years. Your store will not survive on amazon returns and local clients sending out packages at retail prices. If your store is to survive, I suggest you act fast and get yourself some qualified candidates to manage your store or just manage your store yourself for the time being. I know several UPS store owners who run their store for 5-7 years before they hand it over to a paid employee-manager; to run it and be the face of their business. Because clearly, based on past reviews and current reviews, youre not doing a great job hiring at this store. And the more people that have a bad taste in their mouth about your store will eventually lead to its demise.I canceled my UPS contract about 6 years ago, not due to a UPS store experience but due to UPS internal issues with our NRI account. I just started using UPS again in 2020 and then this experience. Very disturbing to say the least. I will more than likely not resume using UPS again. So not only are you ruing customer experience for in-store purchases. You are ruining UPS business accounts at the same time.Epic Fail!
