PAM she was amazing! Had confusion with driver, address who it was going to but she handled it like a pro. I honestly didnt think it would be possible to figure out this problem. But Pam did it. And I was very frustrated but she was professional and very well mannered. Thank you thank you thank you ☺️
Mike was wonderful! I had to send back something I had to return and I never done it before so he helped me with the label and tape the box up for me and didnt charge me for the tape just asked me to do something nice for someone and pay it forward. Its so great to see that theyre still nice people out there especially during the holidays. His store was very busy but he treated everyone very nicely said hi to everyone who came in he did a great job today! Definitely recommend using this location! I will be back.
I would like to mention that this is the one of the store where I would always like to visit. I visited this store for two times in last week and really amazed by the exceptional service received from the staff.Today I reached there around 5.45 pm for Notary services and to my surprise they allowed me to come in and stayed there until 6.25 pm until we have completed all the things we were looking for.I would recommend this store for all the members who are looking for Notary services.Special thanks to Mr. Nadarajah!
I had to ship out a pair of headphones, and was really nervous about shipping them. But I guess theres new management at this store because for the first time I walked out feeling at ease. The lady helping me, I think her name was Pam, was so kind, and made sure that I was assured my headphones would be safe and they would be packed properly. Something is definitely different at this store. Im guessing its new management for sure!
Ive always been iffy about this store, but now thats changed! I walked in to send out a small package, and I met the new owner and WOW. I have never felt more welcome in that store! The last time I was there I had to pay them to tape my box up, but the new owner told me it wasnt a rule anymore! Safe to say, these guys are great! I highly recommend giving them a second chance!
I brought a large package to ship as a gift to a friend to this UPS location and left forgetting I left the price ticket on it and forgot the card. I live far away. I took a chance and called to ask if they would open the box, take the price ticket off and add a card. I never thought they would help but thought I would try. Pam picked up the phone and was willing to help me, friendly, and offered to take care of it, so I did not have to come back, and I was thankful. Who willingly offers to help you when you are in a jam these days? Thank you, Pam, at the UPS store at 924 W. 75th Street Naperville, IL!
I had received a quote for shipping suitcases two days before selling them, so I would know what to charge the buyer. When I returned to actually ship them, the store owner remembered me, honored my quote, and even saved me a couple of dollars! The service here was friendly, helpful, and good value. The estimate I received at another local UPS store was almost $40 higher. I will be back!
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called there today to confirm that they now take Amazon returns for free, BOX IT UP free, and label for free. The employee said yes they do. I confirmed with him one more time and said great Ill be there in a little bit. I arrive there with my package and a different employee said that I needed to box it up. I said no I just called and was told I didnt need to!!!!! That employee stepped in and all he said was Sorry about that. I told them I just drove 10 minutes out of my way to come there to drop off the package! The employee said I could PURCHASE AN ENVELOPE. I cannot believe they just didnt take my small package and put it in an envelope!!!!! DONT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY TELL YOU ON THE PHONE BECAUSE THEY CLEARLY DONT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORD.
I have always had good service, hence the 5 stars. Today I dropped off a package and I asked the clerk why he didnt have a mask on. He said that they have been asking the manager for them, but have not received them yet. Please protect your employees and customers and require them to wear masks!
Awesome staff in this place!!! I cant wait until they move locations, fighting for a parking spot with the DMV has been the only negative thing I have encountered since moving to this state and coming to this location. Cant say enough good things about the lady that usually works in the mornings or anyone else that works there. They are all extremely friendly and knowledgeable in what they do and they always help in a timely manor. Opposite from some of the other stores I have been to in the area.

My mom and I are frequent goers of this UPS store. Michael is an awesome store owner and has amazing customer service. Today, I walked in to ship back a rental text book from Amazon and this guy was in there arguing with Michael over $0.50. Heaven forbid he pay 50 freaking cents in a business. Anyways, I thought Michael handled this rude customer very well. I told the guy to leave and as a thank you, Michael gave me a discount on printing. I highly recommend this store.
OMG !!!Wow this place is horrible !!!!!I had my Amazon return 3 boxes without label, i was told to do it by myself at there computer with card swipe service (3.99$) which its okBut i never used their computer beforeI try to log in without success,i ask for help 4 times and they just ignore me(just me in store and 3 employees) at the 5th time indian guy came to me and help me out thx 🙏So it takes 25 min on slow dayI left 1 star because youngest lady was very rude and she breathe hard all the time idk whyAt the end i sad thank you,she gives me the receipt without saying anything and left behind the door, I thought I owed them somethingI will never come back here 😤 noooooo way
Shame to see I brought in a prepaid UPS label and box to the UPS Naperville store. I needed 8 inches of clear tape to secure the box before shipping it. They charged me .50 for that. It’s not the money, but the whole structure of what’s wrong with franchises in America. You have lost one more customer since you charge for such a pretty thing and it’s a slap in the face to customers for this. I can see a roll of tape charging me your actual cost of 1.50 per roll. Thanks for nothing.
Had to deal with a female manager a handful of times because of a damaged package and boy was it not fun. Some of the worst customer service ever. Very rude and short tempered. The shipper had the same feeling about the situation as well. Glad Ill never have to use this store!
Quick summary: Store manager psychologically manipulates customers to maximize profits and overcharge for shipping and other services.Full summary: I came in with two packages to ship. One was boxed and ready to go, but I needed to print a shipping label from the Internet that had been sent to me by the recipient of the package. I called ahead to the store to make sure they could print the label for me, and they simply said, sure. The other package I needed to be boxed and packed for me. When I walked in, the manager, Mike, happily printed my label and took my items to the back to be packaged for me. Little did I know, he was packaging my items in a box more than four times the size required, and filling it with packing material so that it would cost more to ship. When he came out with my massive box that could fit a person in it, my friend pointed to a basket of lollipops and said, are these free? Mike said yes, and my friend grabbed two. Mike said, angrily, just because theyre free doesnt mean you can take eight! Now I go to pay, and Mike tells me that the package he packed will cost $66 to ship. I told him that I was sorry to waste his time, but I couldnt pay that much. The price was unreasonable because of his insane packing.Finally, I said just to ship the prepaid package for which he printed a label. He said, That will be $3.20. I asked how it could cost anything since the label was prepaid, and he said for printing the label. I inquired about the insane price for printing literally one sheet of black-and-white paper, and he said something like, the $0.20 is the normal printing price, but Im charging you $3.00 extra because we printed it for you. He literally charged me $3.00 for 20 seconds of labor, and did not notify me that I would be charged beforehand. When I complained, he said thats how business works.Bottom line: Mike, the manager of this store, believes that a good business is one that squeezes every last penny out of its customers and spits them out. Do not do business with this mans store.
Worst customer service, the employee who was working Tuesday morning (03/07) was very rude. I just needed to make 2 copies from my USB, but he said the minimum I have to pay $ 2.99. Before I was able to make copies in other UPS stores and there was no such thing, when I told him that, his reaction was like I can go to that store. He said have a good day and went inside. I would recommend fedex, there is one just across the street, I was able to make copies for 40 cents. The point is not about the money because he wont fix the rates, its just the attitude of the employee was not right.
Requested all my packages to be held here since I was currently moving and I didn’t want any packages ending up at one of the houses if no one was there. I got an email saying a package would be delivered the next day. When I went to go pick it up, they said they didn’t have it. A few days later I got an email that it was being returned to the sender. I called to ask why, waited on hold for 15 minutes, and they hung up on me.
I was visiting from out of town and wanted to ship a lightweight wreath to my home out of state. The clerk weighed the wreath and told me it would cost $15 to send. He then assembled a box, threw in a handful of packing peanuts and taped the box shut. I naively thought that with the exception of the cost of the box the packing service he provided was a courtesy of the store. The final cost to me shot from $15 to $35. I asked for a breakdown of the costs but he said he could not give me that. I also asked that the box be marked FRAGILE which he said he would do, but when the package arrived it was not stamped fragile. This store is a total ripoff and I would not recommend it. Ever.
I was dropping off a box of shoes to return to Zappos and I was using a Zappos prepaid UPS return label. I asked the man behind the counter for a drop-off receipt and he refused. He told me that UPS and Amazon (Zappos owner) do not compensate his franchise for shipments like mine. He promised me that my package would indeed get picked up and delivered, and told me to take a picture of my shipping label so that I could track my package. I have tracked my package and yes, it did get picked up by UPS, but I have never before been refused a drop-off receipt. If my box had not made it on to a UPS truck, I would have no proof to show Zappos that I had indeed shipped it to them! I will take my packages elsewhere next time.
Unbelievable. Talked to guy on phone for directions. Very rude. Arrived and he was completely rude. Asked me the value, I told him $92.00. He said ok, $92.00 to ship without even looking. He then just had a happy little grin on his face. I left and went straight to post office up the street and paid $47.00. Not sure who he was but middle aged with glasses. I will never go to a ups store again.
The owner of this UPS store discriminates against mothers with small children. Had an appointment at this site to have fingerprinting done for a job. Was told he could not fingerprint me due to liability concerns (Had my sleeping 1 year old with me). Then proceeds to say, Well you are here to have this done for a job, are you going to being your kid to work with you too? Its one thing if that is a rule (which it was not listed) but to make a comment like that was poor service and wildly unprofessional.
The store clerk refused to ship a properly labeled box containing ammunition today. He said that he does not have a license and I need to go to the UPS customer counter location in Westmont. I went the the UPS store at Washington and Ogden in Naperville and shipped the package.I know for a fact that UPS Store locations are supposed to ship properly labeled packages containing ammo. I previously shipped ammo at Route 59 and 95th Street location in Naperville as well as Route 59 at 135th Street location in Plainfield with no issues.
The service was outstanding. I was in a difficult situation with a tight deadline and they walked me through what I needed to accomplish. They went over and above to make sure my experience was excellent. Their knowledgeable and friendly demeanor made a stressful situation so much better, I could not recommend them more highly.
Pathetic service of this center, never go there. They will charge you $0.50 for taping your package. Rude staff, now wonder their reviews sucks. Save your self from dealing with them and go to fedex across the street.This is just a franchise not company owned so they don’t care about customer service.
Horrendous service!!! The owner, Mike, is a rude individual not suited for customer service type business. At first I thought he possibly had medical issues and was having a psychotic breakdown, but looking at prior reviews - this gentleman is a habitual abuser. He is rude, abusive and unprofessional to many of his customers. Stay away, unless you are gluten for punishment.
Mike the owner is always very helpful and friendly! Any time I call in or get our offices mail he is great! Like today I called to see if something was in our mail box and he had no problem looking into it and said to call back again in a hour after he gets the mail he goes above and beyond!
I agree with the reviews in here. They charge you for anything and everything as stupid as possible. They charged me 1 dollar for just brown tape as I forgot to tape at my home. I talked to the manager and he was rude and was like you have to pay for everything you do in here as nothing is free. I cannot believe that a shipping location can charge for 2 inches of brown tape.

2022-07-22I work from home for a large organization and when I have to ship things such as laptops, computers, or records to our headquarters they use UPS. They provide me with a label and I am to package and drop items for shipping in what they expect will be UPS packaging. If this sounds like you, do not come to this location expecting to find shipping supplies, such as the free UPS Express Shipping boxes. This location does not have them and, if asked, the person behind the counter will say they have boxes to sell but not the standard UPS boxes because they are a UPS Store. Do not waste your time.

2022-05-14Stepped in to send a package with a prepaid shipping label, that I didnt not have on hand, but I sent packages from here before and was paying $2 to send an email with a label to them and have it printed out. Now... the old man from India with zero customer service skills, called Nada, is telling me the only option is to use their prepaid PC to access the internet and print my label. Was ok to pay those $2.3 at the machine after explaining to him that I did send packages from this UPS Store before by sending my email to them for print, for $2 paid cash, but that talk was useless.Long story-short, ended up paying $5 for the PC time, because the $2 you pay initially are gone before you can login into your email for the label, and the option is to extend you time before running out of it, but now for $3 , for an extra 10min.PS; Paid $5 for nothing, and $0.3 for the label. FEDEX, which is just across the road never charged me a penny, always printing my pre-paid labels for free, and when I asked how much to pay for printed label? was told this is part of their service, how nice..Asked for the manager here, but the only girl working there, Sophie, said shes not the manager, but shes a nice and polite girl that helped me before with printing shipping labels from my email sent to store email.

2022-06-13There is no information about till what time the notary is available. After utilizing their computer and printer to print the documents for notarizing, the employee say notary can be done only till 5PM. They didn’t mention anything about this. I asked if the person who is about to do notary is available in the store, he said yes but still not ready to do notary. Very bad customer service!!

2021-12-17This is my local store and ever since the ownership and location change its like a different store entirely. Whether it’s shipping a package or a prepaid return the safe is always friendly and helpful. It’s also a top location for a PO Box and you even get a real street address with their box service.

2021-11-17I was having a bad experience at the dmv but Anna was willing help me even before the store opened around 7:50am. I was able to get everything done smoothly because of Anna’s help. She was extremely professional and kind! Her service should be the standard. I would highly recommend her service to anyone.

2021-11-07Truly the worst experience every time I have to (unfortunately) go here for notary services. This is an understaffed and disorganized business. There is one guy who does everything and he doesn’t do any of it well. After waiting 30 minutes while he struggled to print someone a document, he finally found time to notarize my docs. He then very slowly entered details in his notary book, and after each sentence, walked away to help people bringing Amazon return packages. When I tell you that it took 20 minutes to notarize four signatures, you’ll get an idea how bad it was. And it’s like this every time. They also charge inconsistently. I’ve paid $1 per signature in the past and this time he charged me $2 per signature. Depends on his mood I guess.Find a different place if you want to notarize something. Great place to return Amazon packages though. They’ll drop what they were doing and help you!And to put a cherry on this $@!+ sundae, he charged me for five signatures, after notarizing four.Stay away from this clown show.

2021-09-17I wish I could give them negative ratings. They charged me an arm and a leg and guaranteed my delivery to Canada because it was time sensitive, they sent it originally to California, and when they found out they made mistake they sent it to Canada but it arrived too late. I called the center they told me the reason for delay was this mistake and I should get my money back from the store. When I called the store they blamed it on Covid situation before they knew I already know the reason. I got to speak to manager after multiple tries in the end but he was a scam too, he promised me to follow it up and call me to reimburse my money which NEVER happened. Do not trust this store, don’t give your money to these liars.

2021-12-05The notary who’s a senior with white hair on staff literally helped 5 people ship packages who were in line behind me, before deciding he was ready to help notarize my documents. It took him 10 more minutes to write details in his book. He then said he wanted to read every sentence of my paperwork before notarizing. I gave him the paperwork to read and he took another 10 minutes trying to read it and handed it back to me. I explained to him what it was and what it was for. As I was attempting to sign, he walked off and said he wouldn’t be helping me. This store is totally disorganized and the customer service is non-existent. This notary is moody, childish and I’m wondering if he understands what a notary service truly is? This isn’t the first time he’s acted like this with me but it will certainly be the last time I visit this location.

2020-08-28Visited this store for the first time today and I was extremely impressed! I had 4 different things I needed to get done and the woman working was so helpful. Having done very little shipping, I had no idea what I was doing or what was necessary as far as packing or addressing my items. She kindly explained the entire process to me and helped me find appropriate packing for each of my items. Everything I did was much simpler than I thought it would be with her expert knowledge. Very thankful for people like her in todays world with all thats going on. Highly recommend
