I went into the UPS store kind of confused on the directions of an important document. Aaron kindly took his time to assist me in the right direction. The other team members made the environment friendly by connecting with their customers with jokes! I really appreciate the great customer service!
I visited this UPS Store yesterday at 6:58pm. To be quite honest, I expected the employees to have a bit of an attitude as I arrived 2 minutes before the store should close. I could not have been more wrong! The gentleman Aaron at the front desk was so efficient, helpful, professional, and kind. Team work makes the dream work! Good job to these guys! 5 STARS!
I was in the store on 7/29/2019 around 5:00. I like that Aaron acknowledge me when standing in line, and when it was mine turn he was nothing but nice and very professional! He knew his stuff!! What I like the most was he was genuine, nothing phony about his customer service. You could tell that he enjoyed working there. Thank you Aaron for great customer service!!
Aaron helped me flawlessly send a package to my husband in Afghanistan. He was friendly, funny, and we took care of everything within 10 minutes, which had taken me multiple trips to my local USPS store previously. Thankful for understanding, efficient, and knowledgeable staff at the store! Thank you!
Every time I have been into this UPS store Aaron has been above and beyond friendly and helpful. I just have to say more people should take notes from someone like Aaron on customer service and how important it is to the customer that you are courteous and caring. Jacob was wonderful! We needed something of value shipped and something else notarized. We were there less that 20 min. He also helped other customers as he was faxing stuff for us because he was the only associate there. He was very helpful, explained everything to us and was very professional. Jacob greeted me so cheerfully right as I walked in the store. He knew exactly what I needed when he saw my box of cable equipment. And, 45 seconds later I was finished dealing with this lame errand. Definitely worth the trip from Danville for that rare enthusiasm and outstanding customer service. I was highly impressed with his friendly attitude and he actually put me in a good mood. These types of errands are not fun but when someone is more than happy to help you with your business, it really makes a difference. I saw that the store had plaques for excellence and those accolades are dearly deserved. Thank you, Jacob!!!
I went into the UPS store on Marketview (store#2833) to return a large package that Amazon screwed up the return on. Aaron helped me and was extremely helpful and went above and beyond! I was so frustrated and spend forever on the phone with Amazon customer service while in the store and he was so patient and understanding! Aaron you deserve a raise!
Aaron is amazing! I came in right before closing on a Friday to return four packages... and he went out of his way to help me get everything done. I am so grateful, because I was going out of town for two weeks and would not have been able to return these items if he hadnt helped me!
I went to this UPS Store 4/17/19 shortly before closing time. I had two large boxes of Amazon item returns, but Amazon had only provided me with one label to scan. Aaron was extremely kind, patient, and helpful. He explained my options, and I decided to take his advice and contact to Amazon customer service to get new labels sent. Heres the catch, he made this suggestion knowing that the process would probably take a little while, and the UPS Store was obviously about to close. Aaron said that I could take my time to get the matter taken care of with Amazon and that he would wait for however long it took-even past close. Sure enough we got it taken care of, and it ended up being several minutes after the scheduled store closing time. Aaron treated me like a valued customer the whole time. Much appreciated. I met a kind and nice guy named Aaron. He was very kind and guided me very well with the notary process. It only took about a 5minutes and he also helped with sending which was very convenient. I recommend y’all to meet this guy if you need help with notary. Literally, his service was wonderful.
You think to yourself, how great could a trip to UPS be? UHhhh AMAZING. Jacob helped me to both send my packages and have a significantly better day. Sometimes just a little human kindness goes a long way. I got everything shipped quickly, easily and with no confusion. He anticipated my postal needs and even listened to my anxious ramblings, all while keeping the line moving. I rarely send packages because its such a hassle. But I would actually consider doing so now.
I needed a notary. I called around to a bunch of places, and no one--not even my bank--would provide this service. On a whim, I decided to call UPS store #2833. I was fully expecting to be turned away (again, as I had been many times in the last hour I had spent on the phone), but Aaron said that that was a service they were able and happy to provide. In person, Aaron was friendly and informative; he explained what he was doing and he triple-checked with me to make sure that everything was as requested. He even scanned the form for me. Within 10 minutes, this seemingly impossible task was taken care of--perfectly. THANK YOU, Aaron, and thank you, UPS #2833!
I have been a customer at the UPS Store #2833 in Champaign, IL for 2 years now, and I want to commend the staff for their professionalism everyday that I come to pick up my mail. I want to personally thank Jacob, who I see at least 3 days a week, for his kindness toward me and every other customer that comes in the facility. He greets everyone by name and makes the customers really feel wanted and appreciated. I have never seen him in a bad mood, or not see him on his A game. This alone will keep me as a customer forever. Keep up the good work, and continue to give that outstanding customer service. Your store has been a blessing to me!
Theyve taken care of us since college and book returns, and this is still the place I go to drop off any and all packages! I actually recently took in a USPS package because I was running short on time, and they took it!! The whole team has been great, but shout out to Aaron for the above and beyond work. Its always a good experience that leaves me smiling. Errands dont usually do that.

I went into The UPS store to return two Amazon purchases. I thought that I had taken care of what I needed in order to make the return but I I chose the wrong option and was required to package the return and print the packing slip. The gentleman behind the counter told me that he didnt want me to leave and have to worry about this. He said he would take care of everything. Unbelievable customer service! I will never go anywhere else for my shipping, postal and business needs.
This store is stunning. More, Cody is amazing. My wife and I have sent various types of courier parcels all over the world. Great service! I needed to send a notarized paper for an application and missed a signature (my fault). When I came back in to fix my mistake a few weeks afterwards Aaron not only recognized me but he also helped me with the notarization to make sure I had everything correct the 2nd time. Will plan on only using this store for my future mailing needs.
I have been to this location several times and it is always very clean! I had a few damaged items to return and was not sure where to start but an employee named Ethan really helped me out! He is usually the person there I see first and always greets people as soon as they walk in the door! Thank you for the help!
I stopped in a day ago to see about the printing options they had available. I was in need of getting birthday invitations for my daughter. The lady that was in there, Michell, was very helpful in finding the best option that saved me some money as well. I would highly recommend store #2833 to anyone in the area that needs shipping or printing done. The new management there is very friendly and knowledgeable. Customer service is top notch.
Really friendly staff, I went in with only my amazon rental book and needed to return it. I was able to print the labels at the store(very impressed) And while I was looking for the email Aaron was getting the packaging and putting it all together. I am very impressed with this store and I will definitely go back for their great service.
I needed to send a family heirloom to relatives in Europe. I was concerned about it arriving undamaged. Jacob was extremely helpful and assured me that my package would be well-wrapped and arrive in 1 week. In addition to the automatic emails from the UPS system, he followed up with a phone call to tell me my package was on its way. He was correct -- the package arrived in 1 week in excellent shape. My friend was sending a unique piece of art at the same time. It was also incredibly well-wrapped and arrived at its destination on time and in perfect condition.
After visiting an Amazon return site elsewhere I took my Amazon return to UPS store #2833 in Champaign, Il. Aaron politely helped process the return, which was seamless and got me on my way within a minute or two. My return was credited to my account before I got home.Awesome!
I drove to this location 4 miles specifically because of the good reviews. It took them 20 minutes and 3 employees to figure out how many stamps I need to buy for 4 regular mails. And after they finally figured it out and let me pay, not even ‘sorry’, ‘thank you’ or ‘good buy’ was said. Very disappointed, since I really came only for good service and knowledgeable stuff and received none.
Michelle and Aaron both are amazing. I took my amazon return in to return and even though I had it set up to return through Kohls, Aaron walked me thru switching it to their store and had me set up in under a minute. Super friendly and willing to help with a smile. Will definetely be going back!

I am always greeted quickly with a smile from staff as I enter. Quick service, friendly. I have been there numerous times and have been treated in an excellent, efficient manner by all the staff I have encountered. Yesterday I happened to have been served by Aaron, same great service, same smile.
Michell has to be the most amazing employee ever. EV. ER. PERIOD She always greets with a smile and always can anticipate how I want things done and just does it. I can tell she is passionate about not only the people she helps, but the QUALITY of her service. This store will always have my business purely because of Michell.
Night and day difference between local UPS stores...This one is the one you want. Jacob greeted me before the door even closed behind me and very quickly assisted me with a smile. I was in and out in less time than it took the other store to even acknowledge my existence. Was considering just using another carrier after my encounter at the other store but Jacob ensured I stick with UPS.
The UPS Store at 907 W. Market view Dr, Ste 10, is my #1 recommendation to anyone shipping in the greater CU area! Dianne Fall and the team she has assembled are second to none! I I manage a large storage facility and have been doing so for almost 3 decades, so I hear from students and others who are having their items shipped using the UPS store. It is a constant five-star experience there I am assured by every person I’ve ever spoken to about it. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
The most amazing service from Diane for an international delivery. Her team was able to create a crate for artwork that needed to go to South Korea. She worked with our contact in S. Korea and made sure the artwork arrived in the most timely way possible. She kept us informed every step of the way. Cant say enough about the great customer service at this store!!!
I took my iphone in for repair. It was supposed to be easy. Apple told me to give the Repair ID to The UPS Store and they would take it from there. However, my Repair ID did not come up in The UPS Store Computer. A lot of people would have told me I am out of luck and would have to come back later. However, the UPS Store Employee called Apple, sat on hold for what seemed like an eternity, and didnt hang up until there was a solutions. He went above and beyond. Thanks again!
I just drove 30 min to get to the store before 7. I get here and they are closed 5 min before 7. If You say 7 stay open until 7. If you close at 6:55 then say that instead. I just wasted a lot of time & gas to get here, theres another customer here as well ... it sucks.
Sent back our Directv equipment on 9/13/19 and Cody could not have been more helpful. A month later Directv tried to charge us for not returning the equipment. Multiple excuses that we didn’t follow their directions in sending it. Told me it arrived by FedEx and Cody said to hang on to my receipt just Incase there was a problem. Me bill went from $111.83 down to the credit I had on my acct of 15.31. Thank you Cody for just being a good employee and honorable guy.
Completely rude I was shocked at how the person treated me. I wish I would’ve gotten his name. But he had glasses. Pretty sad shipping a baseball bat had to be so stressful. Headed to USPS !Update : you guys quoted me 49.00 to ship the baseball bat. I went to USPS and shipped it for 12.97.
I bought a padded envelope here and sealed my item in to be shipped, they then tried to charge me $1 just to tape the label to it, even after buying the package. Then there was a $5 minimum credit card charge which was not displayed at all in the store, so I had to buy useless junk just for one envelope. They obviously dont care about customers here and want to rip you off in any way possible. I never had this problem at the shop in old farms. That is a much better location than this dump.
First I must state that I am not related to UPS or any of their employees. I came today to this store to send a small package. Ahead of me there were two customers with a lot packages to send. As soon as I came in, Diana, the store clerk, asked me if I already have all the paperwork ready. Since I replied no she immediately handed out the form and in a few seconds she gave me instructions how to fill it up. Then she went back and finished taking care of the customers that were in front of me. When she got to me, all the paperwork was ready, then patiently she explained to me all the shipping options and rates. While she took care of me, other customers came in and Diana in a few second (about 10) instructed them how to fill the forms. The whole transaction took a few minutes to my total satisfaction. They will nickel and dime you for everything. You need to get something printed out from an email its $2.60. But they dont take credit cards below $5 so then you have to buy something else. I chose stamps which have a 30% markup. Its a fine place to drop off a package but Id be ready with tape and all labels when you get there
When a new driver delivered two boxes to the wrong address, we were shocked and disappointed. It made no sense that the boxes meant for Los Angeles would come back to me in Atwood. Tracking the boxes was difficult when I called UPS 800 number, but once I got a hold of the team in Champaign, the problem was solved immediately and with professionalism. Cody and Melissa were unbelievably helpful and apologetic. These things happen--this is a complex endeavor and sometimes people mess up. I appreciate when mistakes are acknowledged without blaming others and the problem solved quickly. BTW: all the other nine boxes made it safely and on time to their proper destination.
I walked into the store and wanted to send a package with a return signature. I had a wrapped packaged and needed a label made out. The woman behind the counter said without looking at me that all packages had a return signature. She said this in a tone of voice that indicated she thought I was a idiot. I replied that I didnt know that but thats what I wanted. She looked at me and said well do you have a label?. I replied that I had already told her that I did not.At this point I was getting pretty upset about her attitude. I asked if there was someone else who could help me. She said there wasnt. I asked if a manager was available and she told me she owned the store. I was angry by this point myself and told her that I would go to the post office. She told me she didnt need my business.I really didnt understand the hostility from this woman right from when I came through the door. I can see from the other reviews that Im not the only one. If she does own the store shes terrible at running this customer focused business. If she doesnt the manager or owner really needs to deal with her.
This store is not following social distancing practices. Only one of the three employees was wearing a facemask. They were not wiping down pin pads in between customers. At one point there were 8 or 9 customers in the store and none of the employees offered to prop open the door to allow 6 feet in between people in line. At a time when people feel unsafe leaving their homes these are absolutely horrifying business practices to a customer.
Through my 18month of observation, I find that a driver from this store never delivers. He is around 56, little bit chubby, between 30 to 40 years old. Unlike a guy from a review, he never delivers without ring the door bell. I missed all his delivery even if I am home. He did not bring the package and directly stick the label. In this way, he can not complain that UPS did not deliver on time, very smart but lazy.Also, I asked him once why he did that, his argument is that he did not have the key to access our building (but we do have door bell directly to my cell). He even asked my keys. So what does UPS want to do? access my apartment and steal something from me? Anyway, he kept on doing like this for 18 months now. Luckily, I am going to move.
This review all starts with Mediacom... They put me through the ringer after moving and switching my ISP. Then they wanted me to take my old modem to Tolono or Rantoul so they wouldnt charge me the $500 for it. I have absolutely no reason to EVER go to Tolono or Rantoul. So after my husband called requesting they send us a box and a return label, I wrapped it up and took it here. The guy who helped me was really pleasant. I wish I could remember his name, but he was very helpful and got me taken care of very quickly! I really appreciated it because I was ready to snap on Mediacom :)
Update:The owner Diane contacted me over the phone and apologize for the inconvenience. She promised me that she will follow up with DHL that my cargo will arrive to the destination. She really did so. The way she handled the problem was 5 star. However, I raised my rating to 4 stars due to initial staff issue.I am a business owner and I have been using this store due to its proximity to my house. I havent had a bad experience until the last shipment. It was one of my worst experience ever. I tried to send a big box ( over 70 lb.) to Boston. I brought the box to the store with my sister. After weighing the cargo cashier lady told us that we could leave the cargo on the lobby floor. We told her that there is another UPS label on it. So, she verified that she was going to cover the old label with the new one. Apparently, they didnt do that and cargo came back to my house two days later. I had to take that heavy box to the office again. Same cashier was there and she remembered us. We told her that the cargo came back to my house instead of going to Boston. This is where the story begins. Instead of trying to resolve the problem she and her colleague got defensive. Store manager came out and checked the labels and found out that the new one was covered instead of the old one. I explained them that we clearly stated the old label to the cashier lady. She confirmed him that was the case. However, the manager told us that the label on the box was already used in the system. Therefore, he had to charge me again. I said I was not going to pay for it. It is their fault and they should have fixed it. He then said that he was not authorized to do that and should have confirmed it with the owner. I said call the owner then. He said that he couldnt because the owner is out of town. Further elaborated that the owner wouldnt do any thing about it either. No further comments because there is nothing else to say after this approach.

2022-07-02Came in with exact measurements and weight for what I wanted shipped so that I could charge my customer. Was quoted $156 + $45-$60 for repacking. After charging the customer the quoted price, I loaded up the item and brought it in and all of a sudden the total was $350+. Lack of professionalism and a need for more training is evident. Went on piratebay and printed my own label for $80. Repacked it for 40.

2021-12-05Probably the best usps store. I mean, have you met their super friendly staff? Everyone greets you and is happy to help! With two packages and a stack of letters, I was offered great ideas on fast shipping, and which box options were the best for me! (In other words which would save me more) Katie and Danica are friendly, smart, and efficient! They both were working during a Saturday in December and still smiling and cracking jokes even though they must have helped over a hundred customers each that day! (The box pile behind them was huge!) 20 out of 10, will go again! I hope they all get raises for their hard work and kindness even under lots of pressure.

2022-03-22Your company did not deliver my package after I explained exactly how to get there and where to go then I was hung up on by your coordinator. It is my mothers urn that needs to be filled for the funeral so now I have to drive to Champaign pick it up and deliver it myself. This is ridiculous

2022-01-03I never write reviews, but I have to give a shout out to this store. The customer service is amazing, it’s such a breath of fresh air! Extremely helpful and efficient. I go completely out of my way for this location even though the one in Old Farm is less than a mile away.

2021-10-11I rarely take the time to write online reviews but this UPS Store is one of the best. Not only does it seem to always have two employees, they are moving quickly to process customer. The store is neat and well organized. This store is more of a drive for me but its my No. 1 choice.

2020-12-14This store is awesome! I went to ship an Amazon return, and the customer service was awesome! I worked with Ethan who helped me find the right type of shipping and made sure I had all the information I needed! With his help it was easy to track and make sure my package got where it needed to be!

2021-04-15I worked with Cody to ship a large antique linen press from IL to NC. He went out of his way to make sure it was packed so it could travel safely - including recommending crating in lieu of the normal blanket wrap. It arrived at its destination with no damage. Cody and the Marketplace crew are great - and listened to my requests. Thanks!
