I went there to get my eyebrows done. She completely made my eyebrows look terrible. They are uneven and there is still multiple hairs that are misplaced. Complete waster of money and time.
Ive been going here for years, over a decade actually. Never once had any problems and also receive quality and friendly service.
The staff here is amazing and gives exceptional service. I’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences visiting this salon and their prices are very reasonable!
Made an appointment for my mom. She loves her new cut.
Turned away for service..I was there at 4:20pm and they close at 6pm and said there wasnt enough time to do color and 7 foils! They had one other customer and on worker who wasnt with a client and nobody waiting. They lost my business!

Get a haircut equal to or better here than you would if you went inside the mall for more money.

2019-03-24Love this place! Made an appointment with my girl, Heather, for a haircut. I wanted to get rid of length, but wasn’t sure exactly what I needed. I also suffer from Trichotillomania and Heather has been huge in helping me to stop my compulsive hair pulling. She was able to work in an undercut style that essentially stopped my hair pulling all together. I walked in for my appointment today with extra long, broken, unruly, stringy hair. I showed her some photos of cuts I might like and she ran with it. My hair looks awesome! It’s light and bouncy, I absolutely love it. She knew what I needed and I trusted her to work her magic. On top of that, she donated the 14 inches of my hair that she cut! Heather also cuts my husband’s hair and she always gets it right. It’s so hard to find someone who learns and knows your head and your hair, so I’m so glad we found Heather!

2019-04-09I’ve been going to this salon for quite some time now. Heather is amazing! I have never been disappointed. She is so sweet and pays attention to what you want. I have had to have her fix my hair after I tried to cut it, and she never acts like it’s a big deal, even though I know it is😊 Don’t hesitate to call for an appointment with Heather.

2019-04-12Jami is amazing and I would highly recommend her! I have been going to her for many years and I receive so many compliments on my hair. My color is always beautiful and she takes the time to listen to what I want and is never afraid to try new things!

2017-12-28I started going there about 5 years ago. I really think Cassie, my hairstylist does a great job. Previously went to every place around and believe this place is a good place to go.If you need foils and coloring, probably be a good idea to call ahead. This place is better than anywhere around Joliet.

2019-03-13This is the 2nd time in one month Ive taken my son for his extremely simple haircut and been extremely disappointed.The first time there was a stylist and Im guessing the manager. Stylist was busy, manager refused to do the cut. I walked out.Today, I went in this morning both ladies were busy and explained a time that would work, it wouldnt work for us so we scheduled an appointment for 415.We arrived at 415 and both stylists were again busy, different ladies from the morning. One was busy with a perm, an obvious appointment. The other had a fresh wet head, a pretty obvious walk in.I was asked if I had something I could go do for about 30 minutes. THIRTY minutes. Why did i make an appointment for a walk in to be helped first?! AND I was told the appt directly before be wasnt a long one so it may be a few minutes sooner. Absolutely unacceptable to take a walk in when you have a client on the books. Now I know why all these places are going under.The staff is no longer acceptably trained in customer service and I will never be back. This salon is old, run down, and cant keep a stylist. I can see its for a reason.

2019-03-17The Look is the best hair salon ever. The owner is very professional. Heather and Martha are very accommodating. I come in with unruly hair and come out silky and smooth. I love this salon. They are the best EVER!!!!
