The store is pretty well organized and clean. Bathrooms are clean. Their plant care leaves a lot to be desired so I dont buy unless its a new shipment. Theres an okay selection of plants. Its easy to do returns but the checkout line is often a mess and its difficult to find people to ask for help.
More chech out personal always big lines and a wait you know youre going to get busy everyday everybody doing the house improvement get more cashiers and have them open all the time you make good money there from people who shop at the store we dont and shouldnt have to be waiting in line that long
Visits are always painless the store is sometimes crowded but never enough to deter me from shopping there. the shelves are always stocked and the aisles are very clean. Customer service is always friendly and if I ever need an extra hand the app for the store simplifies my search because it breaks down the location of items by isle. Good store honestly prefer it over Menards.
Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Trying to buy a snow blower tax exempt for the church. They dont know how to take tax off. Tab in customer service is way to monthly to us. We have been here an hour and now the internet people have a 10 minute wait. A night mare and NO RESOLVE!
I asked 5 employees where are the rubber mat tiles no one knew, but Dwayne knew and he walked me right to them. Excellent work Dwayne, thank you. Horrible attitude in the customer service desk too. How do you work the customer service desk and not know where a product is???
I was very disappointed the last time I was there. I was looking for silicone based concrete caulk, and what I bought was old and dried up. I suggest for small items, use your local Ace or TruValue. You get service and a better selection without having to look for someone to help you.
I bought one item from there. I tried to returned it and the lady from the return department told me I cant because it was out of season. But my receipt said I have 180 days to return it. So I asked to speak with the manager he told me the same thing so what was the point to keep the receipt he told me thats is a new policy. I went to a different Home Depot and they took it back without any problems. I always shop it this location but since this happened I better stick where they really take care of my money.
Horrible cashier experience. Specially from a cashier named Liz. From my understanding, I was told she’s the cashier supervisor. Always with an attitude, tries to force credit cards down people’s throats, and is super rude to her own cashiers. I had called to make a complaint about her because it’s not the first time I get treated horribly by her and it turns out she’s manager now? I’m sure I’m not the only one that complains about her attitude and horrible customer service so for her to be manager is unbelievable and is quite disappointing from Home Depot. Thought they put customers first? I always try to go in the morning with Nidza or Eva— both super sweet ladies who ACTUALLY treat customers correctly.
Service was ok. Their was a hold up due to price problem but we got a discount and were able to walk out feeling good of our purchase. It would be nice if they made sure that when items were placed under a price and the label reads right you wouldn’t have to question why the label and what they scan for on the same item wasn’t a mix up.
This home depot is is great with keeping the basics stocked.BUT if youre looking for a variety of lumber, higher end tools, or really any options you need to go to a different location where youd have more options.I noticed the one on Roosevelt and on Lincoln have higher end options in the lumber department and a variety of tool options .This is my home store, but id love for it to carry more options for woodworking
Its a typical home Depot. Its pretty big, with a lot of stuff. Good selection of tools. Surprisingly, if your looking for a given thing like a faucet aerator, they may not have a wide variety of choices. But, again, its big so they have room for all kinds of stuff. Often its not easy to get the help you need in finding things. So I spend a lot of time just looking for something. When you do get help they are generally decent employees. We bought our Kraft maid kitchen cabinets here and I really like them. They are top quality and the gentleman in the kitchen section was very experienced and helpful. They was 10 years ago, though, so I dont know whos working there now.
This place sucks hour and a half to get a piece of wood cut never shop here again going to Menards down the block from now on lumber department was page several times what the hell are they doing over there this is a picture of what it look like where I was standing whole lot of nothing never again
THE WORST HOME DEPOT. For the following reasons:1. When I place pickup orders, it takes 8-24 hours for the store to have my order ready for pickup.2.The items I need from the store that show available online are out of stock 95% of the time.3. Person working in the paint dept didnt correctly match my paint, and they didnt have the machine properly mix it before I purchased it. I had to tell him to do it.4. When I do curbside pickup, it takes associates more than 15 minutes to come out to my car. The last time I just ended up going in after waiting in my car for 15 minutes. There was no one in line and 3 out of the 5 associates were talking to each other at the pickup registers.I live 3 minutes away and choose to go to Broadview now. I did a pickup order with them today and they had it ready within 20 minutes. I did a pickup order with Cicero on Monday, and I had to call them the next day because it still wasnt ready.This is an ongoing issue for the last 3 years Ive gone here.
I quite like this store. I have never had an issue. I have bought paint here and, I have to say, they have a pretty great selection of outdoor plants. I have checked out this store and the competition and they both have a huge section of nice flowers and such for your outdoor patio.This is my local go to if I need to buy something and, so far, Ive had only good experiences here.
Edna was beyond unprofessional. Kept having side conversations with her co workers. She hardly wanted to help us with anything. I was ready to purchase because Home Depot has great designs but I could not come to purchase anything with her. Very rude and short with us. Don’t make appointments with her.
Good help in store. Hard to get help on the phone without spending approx n hour being transferred and hold only to get hung up on. They give you this great presentation on how beneficial it is to apply for the home depot credit card only to have the purchase amount listed on my credit as a loan amount instead of a credit card purchase. I was totally lied to in the sales pitch for ordering blinds and a door. I was told 2 weeks for the door and the blinds to come back as they were custom and if I used one of their specialist to install the items would be shipped to the store, the installers would pick them up from the store and bring them to the property to install. Let me tell you that was also a lie. The blind has taken almost a month and the door is taking 7 weeks at least to come back, who knows how long to have it installed along with I am now being told that I have to pick the items up and wait to be contacted by a install company.
Special Thanks to Store Leader/Manager Ema and her Team!!Had an issue with my drywall vendor, walked in the store on a busy Saturday morning without warning and ordered 150 sheets of 10ft drywall. 40lbs per sheet:-)Ema and her team jumped in and tackled the sudden request within 30mins. I was able to meet my material deadline and start the project on time. Tremendous job to the entire team led by Ema!!
As i write i have been waiting for help,for more than 30 minutes,i have ask a couple of times for assistance to different employees they call for someone to came and help me but nobody shows up as usual,i cant believe that this people are getting paid to joke araund and ignore clients,but it is what it is, I will definitely from now on consider Menards or even lowes for my next purchase
I cant speak for every employee there and mine is just one experience, but the general upkeep of the store has fallen for a long time. Dont even expect to find anything in its proper place in the plumbing department. And as far as the staff on the floor I get the feeling that my asking for help just pulling them away from something more important. I used to prefer going to a Home Depot versus other stores. Now I tend to think twice.
Visited the Home Depot in Cicero this evening. There was this one assistant that helped us out tremendously. His knowledge not only in his department but in others as well was a big help getting everything we need last minute (we walked in at 7:40pm, they close at 8:00pm). We hit three departments in 15 minutes and found everything we needed with his assistant but for the life of me I cannot remember his name but he worked in the department where Shop Vacs are and was still knowledgeable enough to direct us in Building/Masonry and to locate the vacuum seal bags for storing blankets and such. He was very helpful, his name begins with a J but cant remember his name. He is a big African American with a great sense of humor and knowledge. Find him, he is our new go-to guy.
I wouldve gave this location a higher rating. The old lady associate that works at the PAINTING department isnt professional at all. It looks like shes forced to work there. If you ask her something regarding a paint or any other thing of that department, she only answers I DONT KNOW. MAYBE ITS RIGHT THERE. Arent you supposed to know if you work in that department? Dont even bother asking this lady for help. Store manager or Human Resources should do a better job in the hiring process.
I’ve never seen a group of people that care less about their jobs and customer service than this location. Online orders take 24 hours or more to process even though it is supposed to be within 2 hours. None of the employees know anything about hardware or construction. Any and all questions are answered with a shrug. Ask anyone cut some carpet or lumber and they disappear as to not have to do any extra work. Terrible overall, save yourself some time and headache and go to the Menards down the street. Most of the positive reviews for this store look like they were written by management.
I called for assistance with plumbing three times, the only person in the aisle; old Mexican man coming walking into the aisle after Mexican Johnathan (Home Depot representative) was on his way to assist me and Mexican Johnathan decided not to help me but to help Mexican old man instead. I had to start over again with looking for assistance and complain to manager.
Slow giving you help. I called the store before I went there. It took to long to answer the phone by a Home depot agent. After someone answered the phone, I was put on hold and no one ever came back. I stayed on the phone waiting was over 15 mins. I decided to go to the store. When I got to the store the type of decking stain and color I wanted was not there. If some one could have assist me over the phone I could have went to the right store that had it in stock. Poor customer service!
An excellent Home Depot for actual knowledge. There are people there who will try to help you if you’re patient. Many people who work here know about fixing things in your house or apartment. I have been going to this store for 15 years. There are people who have worked there the whole time.
I had excellent help. The guys didnt have the chemical I needed to kill drain flies, so they suggested a home remedy. Very friendly and very professional. My return of a shower head went very well and without a glitch. I found one at Aldis, of all places, which I think is going to do me very well, because I wanted a mist setting which the one at Home Depot did not have. And, I even checked out myself which was very easy with a credit card!
Although I never write reviews, I felt it absolutely necessary to do so after my visit this morning. I was ready to check out and approached a cashier, who had the phone to her ear, but not speaking, and asked if she was open. After asking her twice, no response, she turned her back. She looked at me AND SAW ME but chose to ignore me and turn her back. I moved down to the next cashier I saw... received even poorer customer service. There was an overwhelming amount of attitude when I requested her to double check what I was charged. After the transaction was done, she rudely and not genuinely asked what else she could help me with. Absolutely infuriating. Moral of the story: if you clearly detest your job, do not have it be at the expense of a paying customer.
Plenty of employees in aisle but at checkout its like a ghost town. Found the small part I needed for a Kohler toilet. Nice selection of outside lighting. Store needs more people on register many companies losing money because contractors in line while not at sight working!!!
This Home Depot staff wasted hours of valuable company time. Refused to accept a return on a saw we purchased at another Home Depot, but that we were far away from. We had receipt, it was only to days after purchase, and it was unopened. The refused, said they wouldn’t give me the full amount we paid in return, and would only give me the clearance price for this item- though I paid full price. They told me to return to the very far Home Depot in order to return it. Once I did that, the returns department told me that they should have accepted it at any Home Depot. They wasted hours of valuable time, by refusing this return. Poor service
This stores return policy is so stupid they only return $200 worth of merchandise because people steal without a receipt. I was returning 5 gallon bucket s of paint and ladders think you can run out with that any other home Depot returns it fine. Its store credit you gat to use it there strange.
Has to be the worst home depot i have ever been too. The employee’s know nothing about customer satisfaction. Rude and unprofessional to a customer that spends $1000+ every visit. All the girls at the pro desk were gossiping between themselves took forever for them to notice i was waiting for assistance, then she knew nothing about what she was doing there. Finding a flatbed cart inside is impossible you have to go back outside just to find one scattered in the parking lot. I rather drive 30 minutes away to another store then ever come back here. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!
Curbside pick up doesnt exist here. Waited 10 -15 minutes after I checked in meanwhile brought 2 plants and still no curbside service. Entered store waited in line , spoke with a employee standing talking to a friend near curbside pickup area and he told me there is no curbside pick up because they are too busy. Security guard informed me the employee I was speaking with handles curbside pickup. I stood in line spoke with CSA. She looked around then retrieved my package and said it wasnt too heavy.
I go to home depot more than anything else, as a property manager and owner, they are on the yearly budget. All stores staff seem to be uniquely different. I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. D, she went out of her way to help me in the paint section, we all know this area can get busy quick and she really went out of her way to help us get what we needed. She helped match paint and did a great job showing awesome customer service. Then we had the pleasure of meeting Armando in hardware, it must have been in the air as he too went above and beyond to help. I will be making this my new local store as they were exceptional with their service.
So I went in to purchase a step ladder..... didnt realize the policy changed on receiving cash back at self checkout. No problem. I pick up some gum and asked where is there a checkout open where I can get cash back. There were 5 associates standing around an unused register. Instead of just checking me out there, which was possible. They sent me to the contractor register where there were big orders being checked out. Horrible customer service.
They were very nice helpful I gat savannah coffee paint and she tinted and shook it while smiling and telling me what was taking place she gave me to free stick to stir the paint a opener the young man greeted me at the door with a smile and directed me to were the paint was
I agree with all the horrible customer service reviews. The staff doesnt know much. One time they had me walking in circles. 3 different employees sent me to 3 different aisle... In multiple occasions with or without a receipt they will make any excuse to not return my item. So I always end up driving to a different Home Depot to return the items they refuse to return. And I never have a problem elsewhere.I guess I will start taking my 50k a year to menards now.
No employees are ever available based on 10+ visits here. The 2 or 3 employees on the sales floor that arent socializing are busy blocking multiple aisles with their forklifts. Good luck if you need any assistance, easier to order online than waste time trying to find someone to assist you in this disorganized mess of a store.
If i can write a review with no stars i would,Sales representatives need to go over customers orders when purchasing a big product for there home and not try to assume thats the product os what you desired, and not the product you originally orderd,this is the 2nd time I have a problem with them and when the product is delivered they take no responsibility for it once you sign that paper your basically at your own luck , we called maybe not even 1 hour after they dropped off our appliances, what happend to the customer service at the home depot, its terrible I have gone to different homedepots and never had an issue but this store needs a DM to look inyo it. Home depot in cicero il needs to get it together. Management also need to be more involed in problem solving instead of going after there customers who been thousands of dollars $$$.
Its great. The staff for the most part leaves you alone. Only every once in a while when the guy trying to sell furnaces is there is it a pain. Really doesnt want to take no for an answer. I dont understand how any business could possibly find harassing their customers as profitable
We were there for over 3 hours trying to get assistance with custom blinds and no one ever came to give assistance. When we finally got the manager he asked what do you want in a pretty rude tone.Getting shelving cut was just as difficult. I most likely wont return to this particular location.
I cant believe some of the people working here. They have no clue where things are or what I am talking about. Come On Home Depot get your act together you need to start training your team members better. the Home Depot in Bedford Park is one of the worst Ive ever been to no customer service no pro desk no more business from me.
This place is awesome at customer service. I went to several different home depots, where one was local to me and the others all out of state. Lowes should go study these guys, they do it right, where as Lowe is the complete opposite. Its easy to get help as personal arent hiding and are in plain sight. And even if they cant help, they are friendly enough to find the person to help you. Stay away from lowes, do yourself a favor and get your home, etc needs met here.
I would think the store manager would be a lot more professional. He was rude and inconsistent, not only to me but others customers as well. I believe his name is Berto or Roberto. Doesnt really matter, someone that holds a Supervisor position should not treat the customers the way he does. 0 stars, the supervisor is suppose to leave the customers happy not frustrated.
Terrible service, the employees dont want to take ownership of customer problems, been waiting for 100 sq feet of tile since Saturday. when it was promise to me first thing in the morning the next day. i been trying to get in contact with a manager, but every time i call i am on wait for more then a hour. then get discounted. i been a loyal customer from home depot but after this i will take my business else where. this store is a joke. will never take my business there again.
I paid for a flooring installing job. Had to wait 2 1/2 weeks. The contractors (GS Flooring) get here and tell me they don’t know how to put this type of flooring + my floor is too unleveled. HDP could’ve checked 2 1/2 weeks ago when they measured! I came to them thinking I was going to get the best service, WRONG, WRONG, WRONG.
This is the worst Home Depot in the world. They never have any thing on the shelves. there customer service is horrific. The owners of Home Depot should be embaressed to even claim this location in their franchise. I will never set foot in here again. They dont even have a person to cut lumber. Very bad ecperience.
Had a great experience dealing with the professionals during my design and purchase of my complete kitchen renovation. However, getting everything delivered, has been a nightmare. First all of my items were supposed to come together to avoid any issues with my paid for deliverys. My first shipment arrived with not problems, except all the items were not there, no worries lets call and get the other pieces. Their phone systems are horrible, the call menus are straight forward but the ring times are atrocious and not done properly. You should not have to listen for a full minute of the phone ringing before someone picks up, only to ask you which department you want, then patch you through to that department only to have the phone ring again for ever, then go into voice recording that all associates are busy at this time. Ive sat on hold, sat waiting for associates and been hung up on so many times its ridiculous with this store. 30 Minutes waiting for Deliveries to pick up, 1hr to get to someone who could finally get things moving, then to find out that everything they worked out really was a plum of smoke and mirrors. I tried for 3-days to get someone on the phone, finally Tuesday July 5th I was able to get someone to finally get my deliveries worked out, in which they delivered the wrong cuts on my counter-top 10 which I cannot fit my car, hence the reason for the delivery requirement, but now they say they will deliver, but at their convenience of course, so another day goes by, no call thus far, and Ive got contractors waiting to install my countertops and finish up my kitchen. What a joke of a HomeDepot. My next course of action is BBB and see if things get done then.
Super pissed. They partnered with a terrible carpet company, with incompetent employees. They destroyed my fiber cable internet from AT&T with their inability to practice proper handling of carpet. They dropped one on my fiber cable, pulling, and no doubt breaking the damn cable. So, now I have to wait for AT&T to come out and repair it. Ugh, never again. I dont plan on shopping at a Home Depot again. Thankfully theres a Menards right by there.
When you call just to make sure they have what you need , leave you on hold then answer and transfer you put you on hold again and again. I was on the phone for 20 minutes with no help from them just finally hanged up and used a different store. Not real impressed with the customer service.
Dont ever call there...the phone prompts will send you in circles. And if you do get someone on the phone, they have no clue what you need, especially when they say, We dont carry that , because they dont know how to look it up. Finally i got fed up and sent my husband there and guess what? They had that item. Tried calling in to avoid going on slick icy roads.
Pretty bad customer service from all the staff. Since I work in construction Im here quit a bit and I hate going here. If menards wasnt under construction at the moment I would not step foot in this place. Prices are the same as menards. Take your money and go to menards. They have major tool companies. The only reason you should step foot in this place.
Avoid going in this store!!! Went in looking for a dehumidifier last night 6/22/2017. Approached the Customer Service desk where two women employees where speaking to each other at a register and did not acknowledge my presence, even after being like two three feet from them. I left the desk and started walking through the aisles, I asked two other employees, they did not know where they were located nor did they make an attempt to assist me in finding them. After skimming through the aisles and not being able to locate them, I decided to walk out, thinking maybe Home Depot doesnt sell any dehumidifiers. Once in my car, I decided to check the website, wish I would have done that first since the website provided aisle number. There is a Target next to this Home Depot, I went in there and gave them my money instead. I have never experienced bad service at any Home Depot until last night. Im new to the area and this is the closest Home Depot to me I will drive the extra miles to go to another HD store.
So we went to home depot today to buy a fire pit. When I asked for assistance to a woman employee that I need a male to help me instead of finding a male employee she doesnt listen and comes with me. Not only she didnt help meI i had lift the fire pit myself cause she got lost on me. And when I asked for help load the fire pit on the vehicle the help never came. Yet their was male employees talking looking at us struggle to load it and a stranger helped me and my mom instead. Im never going to this home depot again. Worse service ever.
Horrible, cant get from the register to your vehicle without a bunch of bums rushing up to you basically taking your stuff from you and trying to take it to your car, when you say no they say no ima help no again. Then you have to worry about being robbed by these people. Its awful. There should be cops there making all these people who arent shopping leave. Bedford home depot is much better/safer.
Flooring for Heavy duty gloves asked 3 different employees the man at the saint departament said I dont know look on the wall by the Mos asked 2 more dame answer I finaly pulse my phone said had 9in stock I bought 2 pairs Everytime I asked for help seem that your employees dont want to assist
Went to by an $800 Lincoln welder from there(Chicago Ridge,IL) Was having someone else pick it up from store and was paying with credit card so I ordered online and did in store pickup and put him as authorized person to pick up. That went smooth and they brought up the welder. Opened it to find out it was the wrong one and the one I wanted had been stolen. Someone switched labels or boxes or something. They put the money back on store credit to pick up from another store(Cicero,IL) Went there and bought new one in sealed box only to bring it home an hour away and find out it was used, missing every part, and not the right welder. I don’t thinking Lincoln even makes or distributes the welder that was in the box anymore. How does an old, used, worthless welder show up in a perfectly sealed box with “Lincoln” factory packaging tape on it still? Inside job? 🤔
Cashier forgot to ring up 10 of 20 2×4s on my cart. I did not notice her mistake.Security stopped me and asked me if I wanted to leave the 2x4s there. Huh? If I didnt want 20 2x4s I wouldnt put them on my cart. Meanwhile, people keep rushing past us out the door. I finally said Get me to a register. Her mistake is costing me my time. Ring them up so I can leave.Sad when you have to hire a private firm to check up on poorly trained staff. Just another stop along the big box road to hell.
This place is a zoo, rude garbage can people that work there offer no help and are busy talking to other worthless employees , then give you an atittude when you need help , Who hires this trash and who the hell is in charge off this zoo??? Home depot main office better open there eyes, keep this up and you will be out of buisness soon . Start reading these reviews and clean it up, by the way im going to lowes for now on and i just chopped up my home depot credit card ,3 times there and 3 bad endings.By the way try calling there cooperate complaint department you got a better chance finding jimmy hoffa.
Avoid this store and others in the general vicinity if you want to maintain your sanity and hours of your time! This store is a mess: open packages, items in wrong bins, self checkouts continually broken, parking lot riddled with construction debris. Plus traffic on Cicero/Cermak is always a nightmare.The employees are seemingly nice folks but they (mgmt included) just dont grasp the concept of the service industry: the customer is always right. Ive been to many HomeDepots across the Midwest and I can say without a doubt that this store is the most mind-numbing ridiculously shitty one of all time ever.So why do I still go here once or twice a year? The employee recognition board up front. More glitter and paper stars than a kindergarten classroom. Everyones a winner! Yey!
I bought a 30 inch door from them yesterday. Come to figure, It needed to be 29 and 3/4 inch. Brought it back the next day to try and have the lumber department rip it to size, but they wont do it. Call Menards next door, and theyll do it for free. Last time I shop at Home Depot.
From 2008 Up until recently this store was the best place to shop because of customer service I have spent nearly $30,000 in this store and recently I have noticed a huge turn around in staff who are not trained and more importantly dont care if they not trained and are quick to say I cant help you,or this system is a little bit weird and youll have to wait until someone comes into work that can access this thing and are clearly not ambitious enough to find someone who can help because they are too busy chit chatting with the other ambitous staff memebr sitting next to them, a complete change in what I am used to from this store and thats a shame I will miss it.
This is the worse home Depot I have ever delt with poor service and worse attitude they are there just to get paid for the day not because they want to help out a customer I thought of them differently before but they got worse thru out time I can go on and on and its only been three days in a row i dealt with them Denise in the service desk has a bad attitude along with two others there Rick in the pro desk is bad at what he does mostly all afternoon/evening reps are the idiots they dont have the will or customer service attributes they need to get retrain or get another job WORSE SERVICE EVER IN ANY HOME DEPOT I DEALT WITH
They have mexican guys out side rude as they can be i dont believe there should be guys out there for any reason anyway for anyone who doesnt know what pinchay guerro means fkn white boy. Very poor customer service I was at the Self paying Machine after I pay with my credit card wish I have 15k above balance I Was waiting for my Receive and it never print I ask for help Nobody help me they say I have to pay again I took out my phone open my Amex app And show them that I pay for it day say My credit card is declined so I pay for the same item Twice I ask to show me where it say My credit card is declined the first time they fail to do so I ask to speak with A manager Her name was “Janice “ She mentioned she was a supervisor and I didn’t need to speak with nobody now I pay for the same item Twice
Noone at this store ever answers their departments phone. On several occasions they pick up the call then hang up. POOR CUSTOMER PHONE SERVICE. I would never special order anything here since you would not be able to check the status of an order or ask a question over the phone.
I went in looking for outdoor blinds for my back porch.The young lady with tattoos acted like she was doing me a favor by looking them up for me to purchase.She acted like helping a customer didnt make the top 5 things she wanted to do for the day.After the 3rd asinine question she asked I was done and left.
Customer service sucks and its so hard to find someone to help me find something. On CICERO and 31st, that has to be one of the Worst ones. This Black Dude was talking on his phone and I asked him for some assistance but that punk kept on talking right along. Look at your dame camros.

2022-05-24I placed an order for store pickup and received an e-mail stating my order was ready. My husband went inside the store to pick up the item and was told they had just canceled the order because they didn’t have the item in stock. I never received a cancellation e-mail. If the item is not in stock don’t send a ready for pickup e-mail and make the customer go to the store. Definitely will not order from this store again.

2022-03-26Its okay. Went in to just to get small nails to hang up picture frames. Did not see any workers come up to us to ask us if we needed help with something. But, found what we were looking for and command strips too.

2022-03-17Believe it or not the employees are nice & helpful, they actually dont run when you cant find something! They ask can I help you! The ladies at the check out register are the best, if you cant find a particular item they will either direct you to it or look it up then direct you to it!!!!!

2020-06-13Location is easy to get to, take an alternate route to avoid the trains on Cicero Avenue, North of Home Depot. The store layout is similar to all larger stores with convenient curb side pickup, Pro or not with orders placed online. They have trucks to rent at $19 for the first 3 hours is a deal when picking up items larger items.
