Not sure what to say about TGI Fridays. They offer a standard American cuisine with a twist here and there. There food quality is generally okay and the prices do reflect it. You get what you pay for. I dont necessarily have a preferred dish here. I believe I tried their steak, which was cooked to order, but my Weber grill does a better job. The server was friendly and had a fun attitude and took care of us well. The ambience is on the louder side with TVs but not disturbingly loud.
Happy to say theyre back to good service and the new fajitas chicken meal was really. The bartender was pulling double duty and pulled it off without a hitch! Glad today was a better experience than last time.
We dont have anymore TGI Fridays in California anymore. I was so happy to see this one and the food was great just like I remembered it.
Service at this location has always been spectacular. The food is nothing fancy but consistent quality. Nice drink and appetizers selection so dinner or popping in at the bar are both good options. I always make anyone I come with try the green-bean fries.
Service was wonderful and quick. Our server Michael was very attentive. Food was very hot and tasty. The ultimate double berry mojito was perfect.
Food was not good. Service was ok. Ribs were dry and burnt. Mashed potatoes were tasteless. I havent been to TGIF in 2 yrs and wont be back. So disappointed!
Never had a issue with any carryout order Jack Daniel burger or whatever it’s called now is always solid.

The service earned the restaurant as a whole a great rating from me. Busy packed weekend and it was slowish but speedy considering how busy.Our waitress Kayla was awesome tonight! I even saw her making ordered drinks at the bar. (Im guessing) Even the manager was bringing out food and checking in on everything. Food quality/temp and accuracy were impeccable. She was even kind enough to apologize for the wait even though we didnt even think it was that bad.Manager was very considerate of the plate being hot for my toddlers sake. Very appreciated!The closest TGIF to me is Midway but Ill definitely be coming to this location more often.Only possible cons:Table wasnt wiped down but I honestly may have done it myself anyway if it had.No highchairs allowed in end of the booth so families with younger babies cant sit at booth/may wait longer specifically for a table.Smallish booths with no hooks for sweaters/coats/ bags. However, the double toddler diaper bag is no joke so maybe this is just an us problem lol

Was very disappointed with our food. The server was great she accommodated us and gave us a different side to replace the one didnt like but the food was not good. The long island ice tea was not good either. We left almost a full glass on the table.

Had a craving for some Cajun Shrimp & Chicken Pasta. They did not disappoint! I wish they were the Fridays of 25/ 30 years ago. They were so much better back then.
Ate here today and the food was really bad. We ordered pasta and it tasted really gross. Wasn’t hot and the chicken in mine was burnt. The artichoke dip was also very distasteful. And it all really cost 53 dollars. I really wish I could get a refund because my girlfriend and I didn’t enjoy them meal at all. The only reason why I’m even giving one star is because of our waiter. I think his name was Chris. He had glasses and black hair with earrings in. He was super nice and attentive and really tried to make everything go over well. I gave him a tip because he definitely deserved it but the food was just not good at all.
The family and I went to have dinner before our movie and our waiter Andrea was the best. Her customer service was the best. I was filming for my Facebook post because my birthday. She was a little nervous but she did her job to perfection. And the food was amazingly good. I give her 10 stars. Good job Andrea. Everytime I come if shes there I want her as my waiter.....Thanks TGI FRIDAYS. Your staff was awesome.
Cayla was, and normally is, my bartender/server and I couldn’t be happier with my experience each time. She’s always on top of every guest and the experience she gives them is always memorable. 10/10, will always come back because of her consistency.
Great service tonight celebrated my birthday had bbq whisky chicken with double broccoli . tasted so good and good portions so had extra food for a second meal. Server was friendly and accomidating. Recommend this location.
My fiancé and I had gone here and they had amazing food! It came out smelling good and warm. I definitely recommend the potato skin burger! 😋At the front seating people, Ashley was very sweet and friendly!

My family and I hadnt been to a Fridays in years because, to be frank, the menu had gotten tired and the food quality was sub-par. So when we stopped in because they were open late on a Friday night we were pleased to see the menu had been revamped. The portion sizes on the kids menu were good. My wife got the Cajun chicken pasta and I got the Oriental chicken salad. In both cases the chicken was a little rubbery but not too bad. The bill was reasonable and the service was pretty good.
Mike who is the bartender and weights on tables in the bar is the reason we go there... Just take it from there... when you go in ask to sit in Mikes section!!!
Great, we had dinner at TGI Friday. Im not a big fan of TGI FRIDAY, way more expensive then Chilis for the same kind of food.But there is a waiter name Brandon and he was so nice, funny and very attentive. I use to love coming here but the past 3 times it has not been good. The cajun shrimp and chicken pasta had this weird taste to it and I had to send it back. I dont know if Im done with fridays all together or just this one but over the years they have really taken a nose dive. Just not happy with them lately

Worst service Ive ever had at a restaurant. They claimed to have lost our online reservation when we arrived. Then refused to seat us although there was a table ready because it was for a reservation an hour later than ours. So after we complained to the manager they sat us. They took our drink order which took 20 minutes to get. It took 40 minutes to get soda for one of us. We were there for over an hour and a half and still no food. We left. First time Ive ever done that. I would give a zero if the app would let me.
We had an amazing time here! Our server Marcus was absolutely attentive, friendly, quick and all the food was satisfying. I got the 3 for $13 dollar deal and I could hardly eat it all. Very good. Ill come back again for sure!
Loved the ribs! Theyre sometimes burned sometimes good...tonight they were amazing! Mashed potato and fries were delicious as well as the strawberry lemonade. Our waiter Brandon is the reason Im leaving this review he was amazing! Very friendly was always nearby in case we needed something. He was also very fast in getting us anything we requested like refills more ketchup extra napkins. We will definitely be back.
Their menu prices have increased over the years but the size/amount of these items decreased. Food still great tho. The establishment could use a rehab. Service courteous, good, kind. Warning: they overfill alcoholic drinks w/ice, so my 20oz glass had about 5oz of drink, 5 sips & it was gone, total ripoff.
First of all, this is my most favorite restaurant. Today I was not so happy. The food was fantastic as always. The service was not so great. When I was seated I was given the name of the server. About 10 minutes later a server finally appeared. It was not the one I was told. Thats fine. I figured the other server was overloaded. I gave my order. Give minutes and the wrong drink was brought to me. A couple more and I finally get the correct drink. Then when my burger was delivered, it wasnt the right one. Argh! Finally I get the right sandwich.The server was very pleasant. No explanation was given for reacting being so slow. I went in at 1:00 and it was 3:00 when I finally got out. Most of the time was spent waiting.Im really disappointed in my favorite restaurant. :(
Ordered ribs for take out today..have had many prior orders of ribs.. these tasted like they have been sitting around for a while.. disappointed
Food was very good but messy. Seems like everything has a sauce on it. Good selection. The kids meals were very good. Mac and cheese was tasty, the fruit was pineapple, watermelon, and strawberries. Great place to bring kids.
The food and the service is great here! We have tried a number of their entrees and they have been very good. The server has always been upbeat and super friendly!
Service was so so. Steak was like rubber, they made new one but had to wait for it about 20 min while my broccoli and mashed potato got cold. Redone steak was not the way I ordered and missing whiskey sauce and still hard to chew. Only upside drinks are good.

I always enjoy the food and atmosphere at TGIFridays. Although the prices have gone up. I love substituting salmon for chicken on a salad, and it becomes both my lunch and dinner. My friends enjoy the burgers and pasta and they have wonderful margaritas!
Our server was Cassie, she was amazing and very fast. We ordered the bucket of wings, filet mignon and I think the bourbon or whiskey bacon burger, the strawberry lemonades and a cupcake glass of wine. All the food came out delicious and quickly too. Definitely recommend coming here.
This is absolutely one of the finest restaurants in the area. Anytime I go there I am awfully glad. They manage their high standard service and the highest level of cooking they provide. You will be always satisfied with this restaurant. Very recommended.

We come here quite a bit. The staff is wonderful. Today I found a little label in my broccoli and our waiter noticed and apologized. Afterword the manager (not sure his name but he was a handsome gentleman) apologized and I told him it was no big deal and he stated they do not like seeing that kind of thing. He gave us a card for a free app or desert. Stuff like that really goes a long way and is appreciated. Very kind staff. Will keep returning.
I came here tonight with my family. Brandon S was our server and he was fantastic! He was so attentive and polite! Our drinks were never empty and he checked on us multiple times! We will be requesting him next time! The manager Nick was also very nice!
On a Wednesday night this place was empty, but I ate and had a good conversation with the server. Food was good and came out fast, the dinner rolls are awesome.
We went later in the day and we were eating here before catching a flight, so we told them we were in a hurry, they sat us down and it took nearly 30 minutes just for a server to come by, it wasnt even busy.
I have been to this location two times in the past month. First time I went, they seemed understaffed but the food was good enough and the price was right. The second time, we were seated within a few minutes, but NO ONE CAME TO OUR TABLE TO WAIT ON US. After 15 minutes, another table that had been seated after us was getting waited on, so we got up and left. No one even noticed us leaving. The Bakers Square down the road was much better and offered us quick friendly service at a good price. Go there instead. The Chilis down the road is also pretty good.
We got the worst experience from Fridays today our server was so not happy to serve us. I never have this kind of experience from Fridays always the service is very friendly and honest and very always ready to help and to ask you if you need anything, first bring me the salad which chicken and I ordered with salmon. Then well we will in the middle of our dinner she bring our bill so that like we are ready to go. I also in the meanwhile ordered a water and I never get it. The food was okay but is always okay in Fridays. I hope that my next experience in Fridays will be better.

The $26 fridays appetizer deal is the best!! you get some wings, pretzel sticks, potato skins, and mozzarella sticks! enough to feed 2 people! and the staff is very nice! best place to get awsome food!
Came in yesterday, and I’ll say the cooks are doing a great job its the servers and host that makes me want to not come here ever again. The time I came in it was not even all that busy the waitress kept disappearing and smelled like cigarettes, kept leaving for smoke breaks while serving us and seemed intoxicated as well. Then at the end of the meal takes 30 mins to get pick up the card. Are you serious! Under what management does this place run under!
Food portion sizes especially steaks do not have bigger portion sizes like they used to for example the cheeper steaks 6oz only. The food is bland. I will say our waitress was fantastic.
We came in about 10pm this past Sunday (9/8) night and sat at the bar. It wasn’t busy at all. The bartender took our drink order and when we were told they were out of a beer and deciding what to get instead she had this look in her face like we were wasting her time. Darling as a bartender you should have given us the heads up on beers you were out of. We ordered our food (I had the chicken with broccoli and mashed potatoes and my boyfriend had the Salmon and rice). The manager had to bring out the food (which I totally understand. The manager asked if we needed anything else and that was the only follow up we got. A couple other tables came in and a server sat them in the bar area and the bartender just rolled her eyes. Hey...you work for cash...take it...it’s part of the job!!! The bartender never follows with us or even asked if we wanted another drink. My chicken was warm at best, my broccoli looked bad, and my potatoes were ice cold. Our 2nd dish was at least a little better, but still only warm. I had to ask for a box and tried telling the bartender about our food but she just walked away and didn’t care.I normally do not write reviews unless needed. I’m in the industry and Customer Service is the key to bartending/serving. We still tipped 20% even though she did not deserve it. We will NOT be back. As a corporate restaurant she needs to go back through training and learn that it’s all about the customer regardless.
I celebrated my birthday at TGIF! The waiter, Zeus really did a great job! He even asked who my favorite singer was and played a couple of songs on the restaurant music system and even played a Happy Birthday song! Really made my day. Thank you.( and the food was great as well!)
I think Fridays uses the lowest Quality Meat possible. The chicken had the weirdest texture and was fatty. It didnt even taste like chicken. The server was very nice but the quality of Fridays food is absolutely disgusting. The appetizers even were bad they remind me of Applebees
Atmosphere fun. Our server was cool. The portions were minimal and Ill add a pic of the dessert which comes with the two for $20. Its only an inch across. Give me a break!
Great food and our waiter (James) was even more outstanding! I left my wifes purse in the restaurant when we left. James saw it and ran outside to try to find us. He brought it to us saving us a lot of trouble and turmoil. Everything of importance (cash, credit cards, etc) was in her purse! Way to go James! Thank you TGIF for hiring a person of such great character and integrity.
We just ate at the restaurant, we both had Jack Chicken which was good, but they brought my wifes food out (same meal I had.) 15 minutes before I got mine. The salad came at same time as her meal also. Overall it was over an hour for 2 of us with a mostly empty restaurant. The server had tables all over the restaurant also. Seems very mismanaged, too bad for TGIFridays, this was a disaster!
I love this TGIF , I’ve been coming here since I was little with family , and now me and my fiancé come here all the time . It’s my comfort place and the food is excellent , and the servers are great. Love it here !
The server we had was EXTREMLY SLOW! There was a big group next to us. They came in way after us and left just before us. I saw another table with 3 people. They not only came in while we were waiting for our food, but finished and left way before us. Everything he did was slow. At one point as we were waiting for him I could see him in the kitchen eating something. Both myself and my son in law ordered center cut sirloin. The portion was small and the meat was tough for both of them.
I frequent this location often I have lived in the area for 3 years. I have been here numerous times and ordered the same way. Today I order the same exact appetizer the way I always do and the manager says that she will not make it the way we always have it. The main reason why we go there is for the Jack Daniels chicken. My family and I all got up and left. The server made me pay for a drink that we ordered from the bar that was not brought to the table. We will never visit this location again.
Fridays has been my favorite restaurant since I was a kid. I havent been to this location in about 4 or 5 years (I typically go to the one in Aurora) . All I have to say is the service was probably the worst Ive ever experienced . I walked in at 11:59 (this location closes at 1am) and from the moment I walked in the door I felt rushed. My server was great! He was extremely friendly , had a great personality, and was cracking jokes. I ordered drinks then an appetizer. This man whom appeared to be some sort of manager was pacing back and forth and was literally doing circles around my table. I literally felt a vibe that was like get out . I ended just asking for the rest of my food to go. I was planning on getting more drinks and dessert .They pushed away about $20 worth of potential sales
Ordered delivery from them 3 times. Same order every time. Was perfect steak. This time meat is unchewable and hard to cut . Seems to me it is old. Trying to reach the manager. 10 minutes on hold . No answer. Well, no TGI for me anymore
2 stars only for enviroment. The bar is really not ordinary. But food was the worst quality. I took a burger 10$. There was no sauce, no cheese just a bun, slice of plastic tomatoe, some lettuce and the meat was overcooked, black with cancerogens. They have a choice of beers but its only big breweries beer. Waitress had no idea about the beers she was selling all day, they didnt even had a descent list of beers. The HOLE..
Always got coupons or deals here. Stop in for drinks at the bar. I stick with the classic awesome barbecue ribs. They are known for beverage options too. For non-alcoholic beverages, I suggest the Mango Peach lemonade, and now you can add popping boba if you want! Friendly staff.
The Fridays on 75th Street is great the servers are friendly and really good to their repeat customers. My family signed up for the rewards program and it gets us fe nachos every time we go. The also have great daily specials.
As far as I recall I have never had a negative experience at this location, foods always turned out great, service as well.
I told my friends about this place with my highest recommendations. I visit this restaurant often. I get very good feedback from my friends. The the cooking is fantastic and the crew is very friendly and cooperative. always when we visit this place we have a gorgeous evening. I recommend this place with pleasure.
Granted it was our first time in a restuarant in a year but we had a great date night there. Loved the long islands.
The Hispanic lady behind the bar acted like she didnt want to take our order for take out so I didnt leave a tip. Not everyone in that neighborhood is stuck up. We had to work the 4th of July too. Life of working retail is we dont have holidays off so we ordered out. Never again! This place wasnt even packed and we had bad service!
The new manager sucks (woman with blonde hair) ! There was hair in my friends food and she literally didn’t want to take the contaminated food off the bill. I was so angry because it was my friend’s bday! They need new management. Other than that terrible experience this location is cool .
The food here is always good and the drinks are strong. It can sometimes beca little slow but never terribly bad. I like this Darien location bettervthan most. Wish theyd bring back the spinach.
Just ate here. Food was great. Drinks were great. Its mid day and service was bad. Actually the waitress megan gave my cc and receipt to the wrong table. How do you mix that up when its not even busy? Lol. Worst part is there was no apology when I pointed it out. Oh well.
Food is good but very slow. Service is terrible and no matter how many empty tables they have it is a 45 minute wait for us yet another party comes in after us and are seated right away. Unless you want to wait and feel like less than any other regular customer i would go elsewhere
The staff didnt really seem to care that I was there and the steak I ordered unfortunately could have doubled for a hockey Puck. It was really disappointing , I went back because my last visit was so good. Win a few, lose a few.
This places food tastes like straight ass. Ive never seen a place that can serve water that tastes like your drinking out of a toilet. All food tastes so bad. You order nachos and get a platter of soggy ass chips with stuff on top that looks like my dogs puke. Took way to long to be seated when barley anyone was there. All the staff were in the back laughing like hippies on their first play date in the 4th grade. Do not recommend. Unbelievable.

Food was good, was a little sorry to be seated right next to a big party of about 12 people. And some of them were very little kids, a baby screaming. They got up with the screaming baby and tried to calm them right next to our table. Really put a damper on our long over due date night when we couldnt hear what each other was saying. Im a mom dont get me wrong, Ive been there........ Take the baby out for a little walk....maybe outside for some fresh air. A way from other people paying just as much as you to go out to eat for the evening. I wouldnt have minded a few tears......but this carried on for the hour we were there. Perhaps it was PAST THEIR BED TIME. Because it was a big group their chairs were in the aisle. Hard to walk. There was a whole area of the restaurant with open tables. Dont know why we were all so lump together. Would have been nice if they would have spread the guests out. When we were paying our check we asked about our AARP discount. They told us they no long do that.😢 You would have thought they would have just give it any ways for all the disruption to our meal. I hope the little baby gets some rest, wasnt their fault. But next time I will just have to speak up and ask to be seated to a more open area before put in that position again. I hope we can try date night together again soon sweetheart 😘 maybe the movie lol. Parents please be mindful.......there are other people around you. Be courteous
First thing. Everything here is good. It just takes so long to receive your order. I hate to give them 4 stars. We waited almost an hour for our order. Other than that 1 thing we love this place.

Ive been coming to this location for about 20 years. Lately the service has been terrible, the food portions have gotten smaller and the drinks more expensive. It took us 10 minutes before our server took our orders and then disappeared for about 20 minutes in the middle of the meal.
Just had a few drinks. Long island. But sweet and sour mix was a bit much. Will not order that again.
Food ok, service poor, took forever to be seated and get drinks. When we did it was wrong. Waiter disappeared regularly, didnt know what beer they had. Just $100 down the drain.

The waiter was great, the drinks were great, we were told about specials and the food was delicious, the only comment would be is that the bbq ribs were not very meaty but they were tasty.
Good food poor service. They always mess up orders. A friend ordered the potato skins with no bacon, they put bacon on. When asked for new order they took it back pulled the bacon off and brought the same plate back with some bacon left still.
Food quality and quantity has dropped dramatically yet the prices rise. The overpriced drinks have barely any alcohol, waitress was rude and they are apparently the only TGIF that does take coupons that clearly state redeemable at ANY TGIF location. I miss Bennigans.

Just did endless apps here. Food was good. The kitchen must have been short handed because the food wait times were really long for some reason. There were only 4 other tables with customers.

Highly upset I order bacon ranch chicken sandwich and a Caesar salad. My salad was fine, but my chicken sandwich was undercooked. Now I have to go out and buy a new lunch.

Buffalo wings seemed like leftovers from the day before. They were dry and cold. Burger was overcooked and dry. Service was extremely slow and it wasnt even busy.
Above average food. Tasty but small portions for what they charge. Everything here is á la carte , so it can get expensive if you add soup etcetera, to your dinner. Lunch and happy hour at the bar, are your best deal here.
Great good. Super clean. Shawn was awesome. You should go chill with him. He was really cool. It was my cousins 18th birthday and we had a great time.
Very good food. Same great taste as always. I actually used to be an Applebees fan but as of lately, Applebees has gone downhill. I like the surf and turf thing and is usually what I go for. TGI Fridays has been the same always. Applebees has started to get way to much of a fishy taste to the shrimp. Its almost like they cut back on a couple grills and are now coking all the seafood together. Gross! BUT TGIs has remained the same and still has the best shrimp in this style of chains
Had a fantastic experience in this spot with my son. The food arrived rapidly and the customer service is just fantastic. Prices are affordable.
I LOVE TGIF!! But, not this one because of the service and the food I was served. Basically, I will not be visiting this restaurant again. Bad experience with an arrogant, unprofessional waiter named Kelvin made this an experience I will be happy to forget.
So it’s 4pm on a Sunday, and we waited over 20 minutes before us walking out because no one even acknowledged our presence. It’s not like the place was filled either. Also I’m not sure what happened to the menu but its very over priced and not a good selection

Very bad experience would not recommend this location. Service is slow, food is lacking, and place just seems poorly managed. With so many other quality options out there dont waste your money. Drinks werent bad but you cant just do one thing right.

They changed the cajun shrimp pasta recipe bc this is the 5th time the cajun pasta is bland. It doesnt even look the same. It doesnt have as much sauce as before and theres barely any cream on the sauce. I can tell bc it is not milky color like it used to be. My Family will be ditching this Fridays from now on and maybe all the other Fridays if all their cajun shrimp pasta taste the same.

Food was terrible! ! Overcooked beyond edible and all I got was a fat bill. Sad when you spend $40 on urself at a restaurant and still have to hit the drive thru on ur way home :( Definitely wont be back!!!
The food selection has really improved. Several meals look very appealing. Fried chicken sandwich was rather flavorful.

Everytime I go into this establishment the manager a middle age caucasian always seems very bitter and can careless about the servers . He’s always in a bad mood but aside from the cranky manager everyone else is great and treats you with a smile .

No silverware, had to ask for water refill, waiter didnt introduce who they were training, noticed that waiter was more friendly with 2 other tables , just wasnt attentive at all, never coming back! Oscar and trainee missed out on a tip!

2021-12-21We were greeted with a smile and seated immediately upon walking in. Cayla took our order and the food was brought to the table within minutes. The food was hot and fresh and got a to go cup for our drinks. Thank you for a great dining experience we will be back. Happy holidays 🎄

2022-04-24This review isn’t because our server was bad or the food was bad. This one star is over the management at this Friday’s location. I go out to eat to relax and enjoy the company that I am with.Our server was great however, the manager was throwing a fit and screaming at his staff. I don’t know why anyone would deal with this. Friday’s needs to get a grip. Good help is hard to come by and most restaurants are in dire need of help.We come here for convenience reasons. We’ve lived across the street for the last 5 years. Since the pandemic started I’ve watched this location go down hill. I used to be a server and no one deserves to be treated like garbage.Maybe instead of screaming at his employees he should have been out there helping like a good manager does. If he doesn’t like his job he should find a new one. We won’t be back!

2022-02-06Great experience tonight the service and food were excellent. The waiter Christian made my night by asking for my ID when I ordered a drink, I am rarely asked for id. He was on top of everything and made sure we were happy with everything. I just wish I could give more stars.

2020-01-03I had a really nice experience here tonight. Our waiter was very kind and did a great job serving our table. Appetizers were pretty great including the warm pretzels and the loaded potato skins. The chicken wings were just ok. The burgers and sandwiches were also good, the new Nashville chicken sandwich was very tasty. This is a good spot to bring your family for dinner.
