Texas Roadhouse in other cities:
If I could leave a zero star review, I would. This was supposed to be a nice steak dinner for my anniversary. I called first to get on the wait list and was told 15 min. After arriving and waiting nearly 40 min, I was advised the hostess accidentally gave our table to another party of 2, so we had to stand around another 10 min to get seated. Got seated at the worst table in the place, right outside the mens bathroom. Then another 10 min goes by with nobody bringing water or taking a drink order. Numerous servers walked right by with nobody acknowledging our presence. At that point we got up and walked out. We advised the hostess this was the worst service we had ever received and she made zero attempt to apologize, she just smiled. I will never step foot in a Texas Roadhouse again.
Always have great food. Good service. This time he tried well. But they put the shrimp on bread and onions instead of mushrooms. Grapped the plate and said theyd make it right. Without checking what was right.dish was comped. Thank you. But steak made her sick and still didnt have mushrooms on it. Gf. Dietary.
Dine in is not usually as complicated, but with time restraints we cannot always take 2 hours to sit down and eat.One mouth watering good steak last year & since then Ive gotten a couple mediocre, but 75% is fatty and burnt when I order medium-RARE to medium. I complain and this last time when Ive taken pictures everytime and even went so far to call ahead & ask them to please NOT BURN ANYTHING! and the manager Stephanie tells me maybe you shouldnt do take out anymore. AS IF ITS MY FAULT!When its good, its good, but when its bad its awful. Not just are the steaks burnt, but so is the chicken, plus the sweet potatoes were burnt and inedible 2x, the regular baked potatoes had rock salt on the whole thing at least 2x and made it so salty it was inedible and theyve been burnt black on occasion. Once there was an issue with the green beans. The cup of green beans were inedible and looked and tasted like they tried to add black pepper and the cap fell off the bottle and several tablespoons of the pepper went into my bowl alone. See picture below.Weve also somehow gotten a partially raw biscuit once. See picture!I just want what I pay for.Is that too much to ask for?!?And its supposed to be customer service. Not lets do the least we can. Who cares how they order it and yell at the customers when they complain! .I love Texas roadhouse, just not Joliets location! And its not like it just happened once.Maybe were masochistic over good food. Keep going back and hoping itll be good again, instead of being burnt. Lol.Sadly, I do think itll be awhile before we try it again. 🤢Forgot to mention the MOUNTAIN of unrendered fat we got this last time OFF ONE STEAK! SEE PICTURES, PLEASE. Which is also an ongoing issue. What good steak place doesnt know how to render the fat!??They must stop blaming customers, especially when I specifically tell them to please not burn or leave burnt char marks. But I guess its my fault they dont understand do not burn! And simply cannot cook food to order. SEE OTHER SIMILAR REVIEWS.Medium rare is the professional preferred temperature for a steak. Seared to seal in juices and medium RARE.NOT BURNT.Now when we dine in its totally a different story. You dont like anything and they quickly fix it without ANY problems.Got a filet mignon last week and it was succulent! Melted in your mouth. Not burnt! The 2 stars are for the dine in only!Such a shame they dont give the same quality and respect to take out customers who helped keep them open during the pandemic.
Not real busy, told it would be 15 minute wait. Waited30 minutes told the table was ready. Stood there 15 more minutes and never got seated while hosts just talked. Mean while people are walking in and being seated. Horrible service. Glad I left for outback steakhouse. Ill make sure to never return as to answer your question. I did talk to the manager before I left. All she said was sorry. Did nothing to correct the problem
Learn how to cook your steak right, told the manager I had a stomach infection from eating there before and tried to intimidate me not getting a refund and just blatantly told me that he can recook the steak. Man he sure is blind cause it was still red. I’m here once again with a stomach infection, tried to give them a chance but blew it.
Let me start by saying this place was packed. Line to be seated packed. Yet the service was amazing she made her rounds frequently and was very polite. I am a Texan and a truck driver thats why I was in the area. When I heard there was a Texas roadhouse nearby I knew where I was going for dinner. It definitely passed the Texas check. To the point I felt like I was back home. Now onto the food I ordered a burger and baked potatoe. Now I dont know if they ran out or just dont do it here the baked potatoe back home is rolled in rock salt then baked. This potatoe although good didnt have that. The burger had a charred rim on the meat and it was amazing gave the burger that little bit of salt flavor. All in all very good meal and I would go back if Im ever in town with time to waste.
April 19th today is my sons birthday. There were no friends to celebrate with him so I decided to tale him to Texas Road house because i know these restaurants sings happy Birthday. When entering we were greeted the hostess asked us were we celebrating anything and we said yes. My sin said my 17th birthday thu said congratulations and help a brief conversation with my son. Our waitress was nice and food was good. I gave a 3star because we were ignored when it came to singing my son happy birthday Texas roadhouse style. Everyone around us the staff went to their table and sang happy Birthday Texas roadhouse style. We was not asked if we wanted dessert or anything. She brought our bill and left. So we sat there and sat there and sat there and nothing so we went to front counter and lady said your waitress will pick up bill. I said okay i didnt know she bever came back So we went back to our seats and I paid our bill. We waited to see if they will come to sing to my son and nope no one came. I ask waitress do the restaurant give a happy birthday dessert because its my son birthday. She said unfortunately we dont and walked away. I am shocked by how they ask if celebrating anything you let them know and they only acknowledge certain people. I felt so bad for my son because Im sure he was waiting for his turn to come to be acknowledge and no one came to our table its like they didnt care. The reason I took my son was 1 to celebrate his day and 2 for him to have that experience of staff members singing to him. I wanted so bad to ask for Manger but I didnt want my son to see that I was upset.
Happy Memorial Day! Salute to all our service men/women. Past and present. This is our 3rd visits here. Each visit we are greeted nicely. FYI- call ahead to get seated sooner. Awesome friendly service staff always. Asian people friendly. We never felt alienated nor discriminated.
We were informed that there was table space available when we arrived at 2pm Sunday afternoon. When my obviously pregnant wife was taken to the booth that was open it was clear that there would be no way for her to fit. On our way back to the main area we were informed that it would likely be 20 minutes before we could get a table. We passed a table with 2 people sitting at it that had an extender which would have easily say the two of us.5 minutes later we were seated at a table where my wife was able to sit. Our server was Ariana and she was pretty much perfect. She was very attentive without hovering. The timing of the food/ courses coming out was excellent. The food was cooked perfectly. Slightly pricy but that is expected.
This was my first time at the Joliet location. I really liked the online reservation system which allowed us to arrive just in time when our table was ready. There was zero wait time for us, e.g. reserve from home, get ready and leave when Goolge Maps tells you to leave to get there on time for your table. The steak was surprisingly good, I had worse at other places. The place was busy, yet the server were nice and attentive.
Always a tender, juicy, flavorful steak. Sides and appetizers are standard fare, but tasty. Service usually very good to outstanding. A wait of 20-30 minutes is worth it. Good value for the money, at least as of December 6, 2021. Can hardly go wrong with this chain of steakhouses!
Great food and excellent service, I usually sit at the bar when Mallory is bartending. There’s a white male mgr, he came behind the bar and asked the white couple next to my left how’s everything? He asked the white gentleman to my right the same question, he walked from behind the bar and asked the white couple at the table behind me, the same question! The gentleman to my right jokingly said to me “maybe he didn’t see you”. it is what it is, Mallory treated me well.
Fantastic experience tonight for dinner. No wait time and all staff members we encountered were impeccably polite and friendly. The food was delicious and the overall atmosphere was fun and comfortable. Our server however was the standout of the night. Emilia was *so* awesome, she made our night! Very prompt and easy to talk to, and she made sure to check back in on us several times. I am a very shy person so eating out and engaging others can be very difficult for me but she made it very very easy and I felt comfortable being around her. She even gave me extra eggs on my salad, the best part of all for me personally. If you happen to have Emilia as your server, youll be in for a treat! Thank you so much for an eggcelent end to a long day.
Went to Joliet location, server Lauren was awesome! very attentive and great conversationalist- didn’t forget any sauces , remembered extra when we asked and drink refills came up super quick !! usually go to tinley park cause closer but definitely wanna make the extra little drive for this kind of service and will be requesting Lauren again! (:
As a former employee do NOT come here ! the management is terrible , doesn’t care about the employees or the customers . all they care about is making $$, there has been rats in the kitchen and dining room and management did nothing about it! customers have found roaches in their food and they do not clean in the kitchen! you’re better off going to another restaurant
We went for our anniversary dinner on a Tuesday and wanted to go early so we wouldnt have a wait. We were there right when they opened at 4pm and we were happy to learn that they have dinner specials from 4-6pm during the week. My husband even told me he thought they undercharged us when he saw the check. I had the bbq chicken for $8.99 with corn and mashed potatoes which was good. But lets be honest, we all go for the rolls! This was my first time visiting this location and I was pleasantly surprised that they had sweet tea on the menu! We will definitely return.
Called the Joliet location to get on the call ahead list for a party of 9 and I was told they dont do partys that bigWe would be split up into 2 tables and no guarantee they would even be close to each otherVery disappointed in this establishmentCalled Outback and they were more than happy to take a party that big
My steak didnt get done the first time it took three times I wasnt too happy with that my husband got done eating his food almost all the way cuz he took his time so I could eat with him..been a while since weve been there so I dont know if well be back considering the issue..
Apparently this place likes to talk down on special needs CHILDREN and have to make customers feel embarrassed since he can’t make the $10 off them for the kids meal…. Like really? It’s 2022 and I’ll are stilll letting people in “power” be like this?? Shame on all of you.
Tonight wasnt a good night at Texas Roadhouse. Our server, M, apologized a lot but never seemed to get the rythmn to bringing things in a consistent manner. She had to be reminded multiple times (and it was already nearly 8 pm so they certainly were not slammed) for water, rolls, peanuts....someone else brought out our food, with cold fries. The only thing she checked back for immediately was payment. Piles of dishes sat at the end of our table and she stopped by twice without picking up anything. We finally asked her to remove some of them. The people 2 tables down were offensively rude with a screaming toddler that we put up with for half and hour at least We are used to managers .walking the floor and checking on guests. Didnt happen tonight. However, we did see the manager carry out food to a table across from ours. When she appeared done we called her to our table and asked if she could say something to the ride noisy family. She told us there was nothing she could do except move us to a different table (at the very end of our meal). Gosh, if someone had of been drunk or shouting a manager certainly would have addressed it. It wasnt the toddlers fault , it was the rude people who shoved him down on the booth seat and ignored him while he screamed for at least half an hour so they could order and eat. In addition, when we walked past the kitchen and first few tables it smelled like vomit be. And yes, the smell was still there when left. This TR is continuing to go down hill as its not the first time. The food was a finally very good but the attitudes of the staff
This place has good food and average pricing, if you come early its great, fast service and calm atmosphere.However. Once its busy because families from Joliet come out to eat and they bring their bratty screaming children and cant parent properly. So the staff just deal with it.Should have a children only section. They didnt get my order right.....steamed veggies not fully cooked, I hate how families ruin good restaurants.Maybe my waitress would have performed better if she wasnt directly avoiding my table because of the god damn kid!!! Wont be back During peak hours ever agin
Went here for the first time. Our server, Kristen, was so sweet and was wonderful. The food was absolutely delicious and we got a ton for a good price. The manager, Lizzie, came over and gave us a little treat since it was our first time. Overall very very happy and I look forward to coming back in the future!
Food was excellent sat at bar lots of flies, watch bartender never sanitize, nor washed his hands. With crowd Id think after each customer you sanitize menus. The area of glasses from machine never damp wipe. Id went next day to tell management unfortunately it was closed Monday able to walk in get menu, Tuesday.not.
I order here once every year around my birthday for a steak, i was excited today to get a medium warm new York strip and a loaded baked potato, so after getting it and rushing home before it cooled down, my disappointment is unmeasurable, they charged me for a loaded potato but gave a plain potato, and the steak is well done, even though i placed this order over an hour and a half in advance, Thank you for sacrificing quality over quantity on the worst possible day.
I had Prime Rib. It was excellent!! Baked Sweet Potato with Brown Sugar, just enough brown sugar to say job well done. House Salad with House Ranch Lite Dressing was good. The salad would have been excellent if served with choice of Black Olives & cheddar, or my favorite Feta, cheese. Overall, my server young lady named CHARLEY was very attentive, polite & informative of menu items.
Always a good place to eat. Our waitress was awesome! Our food was really good. I cant give it 5 stars because the customers coming in were told it was an hour and a half wait. Thats it. We knew to call ahead and get our name on a list. ( not a reservation) I think the customers that just walked in should have been given that option. They just told them the wait time and let them walk out.
This place was packed both times I came. They seem to regular have a 1 hour wait. Good food and good service are probably the reason.I ordered the $5 Long Island Ice Tea, Fort Worth Steak, fully loaded potato, and house salad. The Long Island was extremely sweet/sour and had little alcohol. The house salad was fresh and tasty. The Fort Worth Steak was delicious. The fully loaded potato lived up to its name.I was at the bar to watch the game. Service was good.
Tonight was a very good meal our waitress was terrific im terrible with names but she was absolutely great we order 2 sirloin steaks and a onion blossom and our friend ordered the chicken critters all of the food was great as well as our sides. Also for being busy the food came out quick. Definitely will be coming back we have been coming for years and have never been disappointed.
Returned to this restaurant for the first time since the lockdown of the pandemic and had a great dining experience. While acquaintances had the pork chop, I had the chicken Ceasar salad. Though I wish they still had the roast chicken dinner like they did years ago, this meal was very good. Great service and food.
Worst experience today thanks to the rude manager or supervisor named Stephanie. I have been a loyal customer of multiple different locations and when I asked for a modification of my order, one I have never had any issues with the 50 other times I placed the order, she refused to grant my request. She never introduced herself, I had to ask who she was. When I told her my last Togo order was wrong and awful and cold she said I can call another manager about that concern. She never apologized. This place lost customers today. I will call the manager she asked me to to get refunded for the meal we could not eat while driving to see family. I will post here if I have more issues.
We went to celebrate a birthday tonight. (5:15) One of our party of 4.was on a limited time schedule (2 hrs) one was on oxygen. After placing our reservation for a table, we sat to wait..and wait. And wait. At least 15 people were seated but we waited. Finally our limited time guest decided to order carry out. She was told the next pick up was 8:00. (WHAT?) At 6:10 we got up and left. (At this rate, our guest would run out of oxygen before we would be done). What was suppose to be a celebration had turned into a nightmare & very big disappointment for our guest... I will never go back. Dont think any of us will...
Just had an extremely rude and truly awful experience at this location. We were here to celebrate my mother’s birthday and we’re waiting for over 40 minutes. Once we were paged we were asked to be seated in the reserved spot two. After 15 minutes of waiting we asked when we could expect to be seated and they informed us that they had a party of three down. At that moment we asked if they could let us know if we could be seated or not. All they did was put up their fingers and no communication was given. After an additional 10 minutes of waiting other parties who had just arrived were being seated in front of us. Needless to say my mothers birthday was ruined and it was too late in the day to go elsewhere.
Had great service from the moment we arrived. Our server was amazing and definitely recommend asking for Simon as your waiter. Probably one of the best customer service Ive had in a long time. He was attentive, friendly, and gave good recommendations. Our food was great although I would ask to get extra BBQ if you order BBQ chicken and ribs as it was quite dry. Waiters and waitresses were all acknowledging us as we came in and left which was very nice.
If I could give more stars I would. We ordered the ready to grill pack and it was amazing. All the food was packed and ready to be prepared. The instructions were very well done and easily followed. The steaks were so good with the seasoning and it was souch food. We would buy this way again even if the restaurant was open. We love sitting in the restaurant also but this was nice and very well done. I had to laugh though because my kids asked where the peanuts were. Thank you for accommodating us so well under the circumstances! Thank you!
Got a to go order and had to sit outside in the heat, while people went in to the restaurant WITHOUT masks. Sat out in 93 degree heat, had to ask for peanuts, which they give out for free, and waited an hour for 2 steak dinners that were a bit tough and didnt have much taste other than some too salty steak seasoning...price was OK, steaks were cooked right, but the cole slaw was gone in 2 bites
We enjoy eating here, however the call ahead seating told us not to come in so we were waiting for a text saying that it was our turn We didnt know that we had to go in and say we were in the parking lot. The potato was good and super hot but the steak was not It was still good but not hot.
Food was good, but every single time I order, they forget something from my order. This time it was the honey butter for the bread. I even ordered extra bread and had no butter (which is the whole reason for ordering the bread). Last time, they forgot our side salads. Its just annoying.
Tried going out to dinner for Moms birthday before she goes out of town. I was told over the phone that we could not make a big reservation and had to do it in person. Once we get there we waited over an hour to be seated only to be told they messed up the number of our party so we had to wait some more. After an additional half hour of waiting and multiple families seated ahead of us we just left. Manager was no help. She seemed very confrontational with anyone who was not white.
Dine here often. Have asked numerous times what the wifi password is and none of the employees know what it is. Asked for the Manager but never saw him. My question is if you have wifi either make it public or give the password to the employees. This is 2021! BTW other restaurants have wifi for their customers!
I loved this restaurant before, now you cant get a table or even a to go order. I had 4 orders in a row tuned down because they were too busy and stopped taking to go order. One time a 4pm in the afternoon! They need a major management overhall. Maybe someday after a big change Ill try again. Love their food, hate there complete lack of service.
During Covid while curbside pickup was really the main option- each order the steaks were extremely under cooked (Ill post a pic of the medium well steak and medium rare steak as soon as I find it again. Youll see theres no difference in the 2). And this has happened twice- Texas Roadhouse showed no interest in resolving their expensive mistake. Mistakes happen- but when companies dont even try to make it right it makes it hard to want to support them anymore.
Weve ate at Texas Roadhouse in multiple cities in Texas, North Carolina, Tennessee, and now at this location in Illinois. For the most part food and service has been extremely consistent in all locations, including outside of Fort Hood Texas, Camp Lejeune, Seymour Johnson AFB and Fort Bragg North Carolina, however at this location the service was less than desirable, we realized after getting home despite sitting for 20 minutes after giving our server our card to pay on a relatively slow night we never had our card returned. Due to our boys becoming cranky we rushed so not to disturb the fee other customers or workers. The food was flavorless and we never even got the extra sides ordered. Needless to say we have not returned since
Took my family for a early dinner when you come in peanuts on the table l ordered the catfish must say it was good you get two sides the drinks are also good and the customer service is great if you want a casual place to hang out with family or friends give them a try there is a big barrel on your way out you can take a bag home. We dined here for dinner and had a pleasant experience. We both ordered steak dishes and they were very good - ample size, tasty and cooked as ordered. Our server was very good. We don’t often go to chain type places but we had a very long drive, the restuarant was next to our hotel and it was totally satisfactory.
Good bread but everytime I get a meal here I leave disappointed. a long while I got a burger here, and the burger had absolutely no seasoning. It was definitely not worth the money. I decided to try again yesterday, and I got a steak. I was very excited to try again. But what I got my steak, I cut it open and it was a lot more rare than ordered. It was definitely undercooked. Again, I lost my appetite. And I basically paid $16 to eat a side of mashed potatoes and corn.
This place is five stars all the way! From the owner John right on down to the waitresses the place runs like a well oiled machine. Food is always top notch quality, and drinks are awesome. The prime rib is a must try if you havent already! Glad to see a gem like this in the Joliet mall area!
Positively immaculate ribeyes (though I prefer to gorge myself on the complimentary bread). Personally I think the cactus blossom is just ok. Our server, Jake, is an upstanding young man who deserves a raise. The service was the best part of the dining experience for me 😇
Slightly loud atmosphere during busier time, but the food is great and the wait staff is professional and friendly. My family and I have been dining here for a while, and our service is always great. The servers and hosts are generally welcoming and are great at making sure we have a pleasant experience.
To long of a wait for mediocre food. Server was great and very tentative. However I asked for my steak medium rare and it came out a hamburger. (Not the servers fault) I was gonna accept it but even the server felt it needed to be remade. Second steak came out in about 15 minutes. This one was delivered by the manager. Also very nice and polite. However this steak to was a car tire. Overall the service was good. Wait was to long for the food and the food was not cooked well at all. Hopefully next time things will be a bit better. I will try to go during a less busy time so the backroom staff has more time to take in preparing the food.
Just went to another location for the first time and boy did it open my eyes... Everything came out cooked better(they know what medium rare actually is), the rice came out soft and fluffy(didnt realize it wasnt supposed to be that stiff), and everything was actually seasoned. It was a night and day difference from the Joliet location. Guess Im in for a drive now every time I want some Texas Roadhouse.
We made a decent size order and we had to wait 30 minutes past pick up time . Once we got home we realized we were missing half the order and on top of that my 4 medallion filet steaks were not even Filet they were just pieces cut off what look like something else burnt and nasty I will never come back to this place I’ll try and post photos
The wait staff was very hospitable and not only did the waitress check on us multiple times, but so did other staff. The only downside was the salmon I ordered (I know, salmon at a steakhouse). It was aovercooked and dry. I am so glad to be able to write a good review about roadhouse. We stopped coming here a few years ago because we just couldnt get a good steak.
The worst restaurant in the area! Their cooks are awful! The last 3 times I’ve gone my steak was overcooked and dried out. I will absolutely NEVER be back! The meat was so over cooked this time it looked grey! The manager Stephaine didn’t even apologize. She didn’t seem to even care that we we’re so inconvenienced having to go back to pick up a new one. I decided forget it. They lost my business for good. Stay away from this place. You’re better off at McDonalds!
We have been going here for a while now. Food is good and service is good. In fact there has been some times that someone has gone above and beyond and we make sure to ask for the manager to let them know. Most of the time people only let them know about bad things. They had a new person on the grill 1 night, the steaks came out absolutely perfect. We made sure they knew that and also on our way out said something to the cooks. We will be back of course.
Place was really packed my server started off seeming to be nice. But I quickly realized that wasn’t the truth it took 25 minutes if not more to get the bread. She never checked on our table she only talked to the table next to us and gave them 3 baskets of bread when we still did not have 1. Then when she did give us bread she threw it in the end of the table. I gave her the worse look , I guess she felt the vibe she had another server bring the main dishes. Food was good service was not.
Service terrific for a Saturday evening dinner as staff kept customers happy with attentiveness and smiles. Entrees- Road Kill done medium well was awesome - (chopped steak with onions and mushrooms.) 10oz New York strip medium well melted like butter to thumbs up. All meals were terrific. Will definitely visit this location and order these items again.
Im love prime rib and TR serves it up well. I went last week with a friend as I was in the mood for a country fried steak. It was peak dinner time and I was pleasantly surprised we were able to get seated quickly. Its always a hit or miss thing. Nothing they can be knocked for. If the food is good, they will come. The service was spotty this night though. I ended up waiting for a refill even as the waitress came by a 2nd time to realize she forgot about it. We had the appetizer combo and it must of been sitting for a while as it was cooled down a bit. I was disappointed in that. The country fried steak was good. Everything on the main course was good. This night wasnt their best night, but it wasnt bad that I would not want to dine there anymore.
I hadnt had a good steak in a while so I got their combo plate 6 oz sirloin. The person I was with told me more then once to get the bigger meal. When my food arrived I was a bit overwhelmed based on what I got. I definitely needed a doggie bag and Im not small eater. You get a good value for your meal and the medium rare steak came out darn near perfect. I recommend adding the mushrooms for a buck. All in all it was a good evening and Id def go back another time.
Everything about this place makes me smile. From the minute you walk in the door and are greeted by staff and then served with the most amazing bread and butter to die for. Prices cant be beat for a mouth watering steak and then you get awesome country music while youre dining in. I would go here every day if I had the chance 😍
Honestly a great place. Love the peanuts they give out when waiting and waiting at the table. Fantastic fresh bread. With the cinnamon butter. I look forward to returning often great prices for great food. I get the pulled pork steak fries. You know what I plan to return this weekend. Getting an oil change and maybe a new pair of shoes.
We met with friends at this restaurant for lunch. my friend recommended this place. Well, it was very nice. the staff members were so friendly and we had an excellent feeling. The food was just great. We loved this spot very much and we shall definitely come back again. Highly recommended.
I do love the food at Texas Roadhouse the prices are very reasonable. I would have gave it 5 stars but had a small issue last 2 times I ordered food. One thing was I didnt get the cheese and onions or crackers with the chilli I ordered and sometimes they scrimp on the chicken critters. But overall the staff is always friendly when I pick my order up and Im always satisfied with the flavor of the items I order.
Awful service. After waiting 2 hours to get in when I received my food it was cold they offered to get me a new steak and it took them over 25 mins. to get that then it was over cooked. No More you may as well be at lone star which closed down with this kind of service.
This was my first time back after its reopening and it was a fantastic experience! They went to great lengths to protect me and my daughter from the terrible disease thats ravaging our country. The waitress was very attentive and polite plus the food was delicious! Congratulations Texas Roadhouse!
While the food left a bit to be desired, both undercooked and under seasoned, it was more than made up by the exceptional service given by Carter! I can honestly say I have not had such a bright and engaging interaction with restaurant staff in years, if ever. He made the meal an experience, and I will love to return someday in the future!
This place has always been one of my favorites. I always choose to go here for special occasions. Ive been coming here since they first built this place and it honestly never fails to impress. They have absolutely wonderful service, their food is always delicious, and their prices are not bad at all for the quality and quantity you get as a whole. Highly recommend!
Being a US Army Veteran it is so nice that Texas Roadhouse delivers such a tasty meal for Veterans EVERY Veterans day. One of my favorites and will ALWAYS be at the top of my list. The country fried chicken is just crazy good...love the breading they use. Plus the steaks are awesome. Keep up the great job
Worst experience. Me, my mom, husband and kids went to eat. Waited an hour ok fine. Then they tell us we are to big of a group and cant sit together!! Ok whatever (my 1yr old shouldnt count)but they literally put us in different ends of the restuarant! Ok whatever the gave me a booster seat (not a highchair) for my 1 year old. She fell under the table. They didnt tell us that they no longer provide a menu. We have to scan the picture on the table to bring up the menue. Try explaining that to a 60 yr old! Then we ask for a menue and it went more down hill from there she stop coming over. My husband and 2 of my kids ate and left before we even got our appetizer!! When we did get our food it was cold!! NEVER AGAIN!!!
*Edit* They have redeemed themselves with a beautifully cooked filet, and amazing service for a birthday party!Honestly used to love coming here years ago when it was in its prime. Nowadays, its always overcrowded and the service is poor. The last three times Ive visited, all of the meat that the table ordered was not cooked correctly. Burgers were well done instead of medium, steak was half medium rare and half well done, the list goes on. The only reason Im giving two stars instead of one is because we were compensated slightly each time there was a problem, but unfortunately theyve become too inconsistent for my taste.
Great Food. Great Beer. Great service. Always crowded.I often get the sirloin grilled perfectly, but the different kinds of fish are another favorite. Good shrimp and the burgers are great too. Our steaks are always cooked perfectly. Great beer. They have great service but it is always crowed so get there early.
Used call ahead seating and upon arriving we were seated immediately. Friendly and knowledgeable wait staff in a fun atmosphere. Very good menu with a big variety of steaks, chicken, grilled shrimp, all reasonably priced, attentively prepared and generous portions. Also, a large full service bar . All in all, a very enjoyable casual dining experience.
I love this place! Originally started going to the one in Countryside every Sunday with my mama. We loved it, so now I go pretty often to this location (closer to home) with my boo. The prime rib is amazing & not expensive! Drinks are also delicious. Bartenders Alex, Andrew, and Kaylee are great and server Jazzy is awesome. Highly recommend for a casual steak dinner.

2022-04-12Had a nice side salad and the beef kabob. The rice that came with it was ok. Might ask for a baked potato to substitute the rice next time. Waiter was very friendly. Checked on us several times during our dinner.

2022-02-12I wasnt expecting much but it was surprisingly good. The ribs were tender and tasty. My husband enjoyed the country fried chicken with the brown gravy and my dad said the salmon was very good. Service was quick and friendly.

2021-09-28T bone steak was delicious. The warm rolls and cinnamon butter that melted in out mouth. Oh my goodness. We had a birthday celebration. The look on my husbands face when they said ride the bull. He got into the saddle! 😁 The staff was so friendly. Great experience!!

2022-03-21Fantastic place, great steaks. We had Tamara taking care of us, she was very friendly and very helpful and informative. I asked her if they put any alcohol on the steaks, she said no, and i asked if they grill the steak using the same grill for any pork products, she said I’ll tell the chef to clean up the grill and make sure to bot mix our food with any pork products. She alone gave this restaurant a 5 star review

2022-02-08I love Texas Roadhouse just not this location. Drove 2 hours to have dinner. 2 out of 3 steaks had no seasoning at all on them. Loaded sweet potato only had marshmallows on it. Chicken Critters were soggy. Our salads looked and tasted like they were left over from the weekend. $75 for 3 people you expect fresh food for one and properly seasoned. We will drive 2 hours south next time we go to Texas Roadhouse.

2022-06-20Texas Roadhouse is one of those places you really cant go wrong with. You know what youre going for and you get exactly that. Staff is inviting, food is great, and the service is on point. They deserve a 4.7 overall. Now if you want a slight con it would be the crowd. Since this is one of the more popular steakhouses they are always full of people and sometimes it can be a bit loud or crowded. But they handle those crowds nicely. I never feel unattended or that its taking too long for my food to come. I suggest the ribeye if you go. If you can handle being around a lot of people and love steak this will always be a good pick.
