This studio is full of some of the nicest and most supportive women! It truly is a community here. Laura is a fantastic pole mom. ❤ the studio is also very clean and theyve handled COVID restrictions and CDC guidelines very well. I feel very safe coming into the studio every week.
Wonderful studio with incredible instructors. All staff are very well-trained on their apparatus, and can teach any level of student. The studio is very clean, well-maintained, and inviting to all. I have nothing but great things to say about my experiences.
This was my first experience taking a class at Tease. I decided to try burlesque and had a great experience! The instructor, Megan, was fantastic and really made all of us feel comfortable and empowered. Every week we started with a much needed stretch session, then she taught us typical dance moves for this genre, which eventually led to learning a few dance routines. So much fun!! If you are looking for something new to add to your fitness routine I would recommend checking this place out.
Tease has been one of the best decisions Ive made in my life! The studio is as beautiful as the people in it. The women there are extremely supportive no matter what your purpose is there. For me, it was about trying something new and outside of my comfort zone. Now, it is a weekly self care time where I can continue to workout, feel supportive, and do something I can actually be proud of. I have been there for over one year and tried various classes there, in addition to meeting numerous instructors. I have never had a bad experience there, nor have I ever been treated poorly. I would (and already have) highly recommended this studio to women of all age, size, and fitness journeys!
The instructors are so nice and so helpful. Zoe, Lynzhi, and Laura are amazingly talented. The skill and patience that they teach with is unmatched. I don’t think you’ll find a studio like Tease. Lynzhi is a gem and she does her best to get you not only what ya want what ya need! Thank you Tease for being a safe space that I will always return to!!
I went to Tease to accompany a friend for a intro to aerial yoga class and loved it so much that I signed up for the 8 week session with Kat. Im currently 5 weeks in and just signed up for my next 8 week session with Kat AND an additional 8 week sling class with Kat. Shes knowledgeable, personable and fun! She lets the participants guide the direction of class as far as what parts of the body to work on, and she incorporates the use of oils and massage to add to the experience. Ive also taken an intro to Lyra/hoop class with Amanda and she was extremely great to work with as well. She helped you figure out your moves until you were confident enough to try on your own. The atmosphere is welcoming and the instructors are encouraging and supportive!
Tease is such a wonderful, welcoming dance studio! The staff and other students are kind, judgement free and fun. If you have ever thought about taking a burlesque, lyra or pole class, I highly recommend Tease!
Sooo much fun! So glad I finally decided to sign up for a class. Everyone has been super friendly, from instructors to other students, very fun and welcoming environment. The pole class has definitely been challenging but it’s also motivated me to be more physically active and you definitely notice the progress you make.
This place is amazing! I really enjoyed the female empowerment and freedom from body image issues. Everyone just loves each other and accepts each other for who they are. The reason I give 3 stars is because I signed up and my work schedule changed unexpectedly so I wasnt able to attend all the classes. The second phase I signed up for I only went to 2 classes. They do give you options to take other classes however they need approval and to make sure that there is enough space (which makes sense). I wasnt able to make any of the other classes and if I did it was usually full. Once you pay you dont get a refund or classes to carry over. So I paid for those classes and only attended 2. I understand its a business that has to run and that there are phases etc., but I think customer service wise it would be nice if someone wasnt able to attend a class or something similar to my situation happened then the sessions could carry over. They do have open pole days where you pay $10 to practice (which was also mentioned to me) but I couldnt justify paying more money when I didnt even get my sessions transferred over or a refund. So basically my advice is if you sign up for a class make sure you can make EVERY class or have another day open where you can make up for classes. Overall I love this place but just felt like I was giving more than I was receiving.
Tease is such a wonderful place for a woman to gain strength, confidence, capability, and motivation. The classes are amazingly unique, empowering and adjustable. The workers and instructors there have been incredibly flexible with me in regards to scheduling conflicts and worked with me to make sure I could attend when I could.This place makes me feel so empowered. I brag about it to my friends all the time, willing them to come in and see for themselves. Not only is this an amazing place for a great workout, but they really make you feel welcome, encouraged, and motivated.I love Tease. And I would bet you will too!
I’m so lucky to be near such a great place to unwind or get my butt kicked with a great workout while having fun. The instructors are all amazing and classes are small enough and I love that they are a full 90 min sessions. Clean, beautifully decorated, and most of all fun fun fun. I’ve never had so much fun while getting an amazing workout. They let you purchase 7 week sessions all up front or on a weekly basis. Overall, it’s not cheap but the more sessions you sign up for the cheaper it gets so keep with it. They offer lyra, silks, and belly dancing which i have not tried but also pole, burlesque, aerial yoga which I have tried and loved.
The staff are incredible, I went for two intro classes, aerial silks with Anne and pole with Jessica, and I’m already signed up for the 8 week sessions with both of them. The studio is welcoming of all ages (above 18), sizes, experience or lack of, thus making it a really welcoming environment. The way to move up levels is clear and defined by each 8 week sessions. I highly highly highly recommend women who want to either dance again as an adult, begin a new hobby, get super fit without going to a gym, or any other reason, go to Tease! 💕
I love Tease! Everyone is so welcoming and theres no judgement. The classes are super fun and all the instructors are just amazing and really make you feel confident and help you push yourself to accomplish what you thought you couldnt. Love being apart of the Tease family!
I have been going to Tease for over 3 years and absolutely LOVE this studio. It truly is a second home to me. The women who go here and are apart of this community are like sisters to me and they would go above and beyond to be there for me if I needed them. The classes here are taught by very talented and amazing instructors and you will truly enjoy yourself in any of their classes! I have been in class with Christine since I first began and love how she constantly challenges and supports us. Tease helped me through one of the most difficult times in my life and I would be lost without this studio. If youre looking for a pole fitness studio that offers amazing classes and shows endless love and support to all of their students, then this is definitely the place for you!!!
When I signed up for my teaser class I was very shy and unsure of myself. As soon as I walked through the door I felt as though I was home. There is not one bad thing anyone says at Tease. It is my happy place. When I need my spirits lifted or Im feeling down on myself, I go to Tease. I had to take 9 months off because of a work injury but still felt the love from Tease throughout. I received emails from my classmates and instructors asking how I was feeling. I met all of the bridesmaids for my wedding at Tease. The instructors at Tease really get to know you and help you play to your strengths. If you need to do a move a different way, they will work with you. I really enjoyed the individual attention. If you are looking to try something new, take any teaser class and you are sure to feel the love and support from a huge group of women.
My friend and I did a private lesson with Amanda and it was AMAZING! I have some bruises probably because Im a newbie but the space is classy and gorgeous. The class was so much fun!! You gotta try it!
I started at Tease with a Teaser and was hooked. I have been taking classes since last August and look forward to going each week. I take Burlesque and love it and love the instructor Megan. Lynzhi, Karen, Kristin and everyone there is just fantastic. Tease Dance and Fitness is a safe environment that has helped me build my confidence, feel better about myself and help me get into better shape. It also has help me build supportive relationships with other women and provides that soft place to land when needed. I walk in the doors and breathe. Thanks Tease for everything.
I am going on week 4 of my pole class. I love it! My instructor, Laura is the best! Shes patient, encouraging and helpful. I cant wait to go class ever week. Just take the leap and sign up for a class. You wont regret it :)
After doing an intro for signature pole with Lanie, I had to sign up. I ended up with Jessica as my instructor due to a conflict in my schedule and shes awesome too. I consider this as therapeutic. I always leave happy and excited for the next session. Its a lovely studio with a spa feel. Consider this a great investment into your well being. Its money well spent, imo. And you do get discounts if you do more than one class. Its definitely an empowering environment with positive energy.
Starting at Tease Dance & Fitness has been the best decision Ive made for myself in a long time. First starting I didnt know what to expect and I was blown away. The community at this studio is amazing, supportive, and loving. Ive been attending classes for just over month now and my confidence in myself has sky rocketed. Not just in my class but in my life in general. Every time I leave class I always say I cant believe I just did that! You dont even realize youre exercising until the day after when youre sore muscles so kindly inform you of how much work you actually did in class. Im very thankful for this studio, the amazing instructors, and the groupon that got me hooked.

Ive had the pleasure of taking classes now with Anne, Amanda, and Kat -- and they are all fantastic instructors. The atmosphere is laid back but they are happy to challenge you as a student. Best dance classes Ive been to in a while!
Beware you will make friends. I have been going to this place for almost a year. As you stay and level up the pricing becomes cheaper. I also take a session off when i know I cant make it to enough classes or I need to save $$. I started taking yoga and then added pole classes. You will grow physically and mentally. For me it was level 3 that really got interesting. Stick with it its worth it. I do love the I can make up a session in another class. They do text u reminders that you have class the next day. The teachers are also really helpful with learning and making up classes. If you have a bad day there is no better group of women to be around to cheer you up.
The relaxing atmosphere along with the friendly staff made for a welcoming reception. Further, the intro class itself made me feel sexy powerful and like a dancer. Megans easy nature put everyone in the class at ease. Everyone there was on the same page, meaning we were all there to have fun, learn something and not feel judged while doing it. Mission accomplished! Megans energy let the simplest moves, like walking with a sexy strut, feel completely natural and comfortable
The environment is very welcoming, its so positive and the aerial yoga is life changing. In two of my classes two women have been able to move their bodies in ways they hadnt from past injuries! I wasnt sure how open I would feel like dancing in front of strangers but you almost feel close after the classes. Its a reasonable price and there is even Groupons to try out teasers and each time I have signed up for more classes after them!
This studio is great! Clean, spacious, charming decor, great instructors, courteous staff. Good location. Payment is flexible if needed. Plenty of parking. The classes are truly progressive. Class time is appropriate to allow for warm up, teaching, and practice. 6 week durations. Class size is appropriate to allow for plenty of hands on without too much doubling or sharing. Would definitely recommend for exercise, or for those seeking full out pro.
Ive been taking classes at Tease for over 3 years now. I have tried other studios closer to my home, but after going to Tease first, none of these other places have even come close to measuring up!!!! Tease Dance and Fitness is an amazing place for women or all ages, sizes and skill levels. Its been the part of my week where I am with friends who support me in everything they I do. We all see each other every week. We support each other when we struggle and we cheer each other one when we succeed! We sweat together and dance together! It is an amazing place for women who want a judgefree place to try a new workout! You dont need to take a class with friends, because after your first 8 week session ends, you will have a class full of friends.I recommend Tease to anyone. Whether youre in amazing shape and want to try and new workout or whether you want to get back into shape... These classes will help you feel Confident, Sexy & Strong! Hope you see you there someday!
I love, love, love Tease Dance and Fitness. If you are looking for variety this is it - they have Lyra, pole , sling , and more. I initially started out trying a couple Introduction/ Teaser classes and almost a year later I am still there. The instructors are AMAZING- everyone from Lynzhi, Kat, Amanda, and Jess !!! I felt right at home from the moment I stepped inside . If you are looking for a place that has community, embraces your uniqueness, and supports you in challenging yourself- this is definitely the place to go.
I absolutely love this place! All the students and teachers are so supportive not just with you in-class goals but also your life outside of the studio!I used to take different genres of dance classes growing up and always felt like if you were not going to be a professional you should not be here. This studio is nothing like that and strives for every student to succeed at their own pace! I highly recommend!Also this was the best fitness decision after being tired of going to the gym!
I had such a fantastic time taking an introductory class. The place as a whole is beautiful and elegant. Everyone was very welcoming and I will absolutely be coming back in the best future.

I was so scared to start and now I can’t stop!!My one complaint is that they do not offer any pole choreography classes. It’s hard to learn that skill on your own without any guidance so I’ve had to search elsewhere for that.I truly love Tease ☺️

So many different dance styles and aerial apparatuses to choose from. Beautiful location, the largest aerial studio in IL that I know of with 4 different rooms/studios, a beautiful lobby, lockers and of course bathrooms . I Love the women, the atmosphere and the classes fit along with the ambiance. Would highly recommend any class with any instructor because they are all fabulous.
Great space, wonderful customer service, fun pole dancing class, and excellent instructor! I will definitely be back in the summer when our COVID #s are lower and more people have been vaccinated.

Words cannot express how much I LOVE Tease Dance & Fitness! It is more than a Pole fitness studio, it is an AMAZING community of women from all different backgrounds and all different shapes and sizes who support and encourage each other without judging. The minute you walk in the beautiful studio you feel so welcomed by not only the AWESOME instructors but by your fellow classmates as well! Not only have I gained more strength and flexibility from pole dancing-- more importantly I have gained self confidence, I have learned to love and appreciate my body the way it is, gained life long friends, and unleashed my inner sexy while doing it! Pole dancing becomes more than just a new workout , it becomes a part of your life that you never knew was missing! The instructors are amazing women and are really outstanding teachers! They create a supportive, encouraging environment where women can support each other in reaching their goals. I cant even express how much I am loving my pole journey. I discovered pole at the absolute perfect time in my life and love the way it has helped me explore, experience, and experiment with who I am! I highly recommend this studio to anyone considering pole as a fun new fitness option or to any woman looking to increase her sense of herself as sexy and powerful!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Tease. Unfortunately due to my mother’s illness I have not been able to attend class in quite some time. Lynzhi is an absolute dreamboat and the instructors are beyond amazing. I am well past the age where I might be expected to engage in this type of activity but the entire family there is so generous and supportive that I did not feel like the old women. Truly inspirational.

Ive been at Tease for over 3 years. Its a studio filled with wonderful instructors and supportive students. After visiting other studios, Tease is definitely the best. They have 3 studios with poles and silks and lyra. Its a great workout and so much fun you wont realize youre working out until youre sore the next day.

Tease is a great and if I hadnt moved to the city, Id still be a student. The instructors provide a great atmosphere to learn new moves, strengthen both your body and confidence as well as foster camaraderie amongst your peers! Lynzhi was my Fav instructor! Her classes were always fun and I felt them the next day and the boot camp/tabata after burn hurts soooo good! You wont be dissappointed!
I experienced Aerial Yoga with Kat on Friday, 7/20...it was awesome!I totally thought it was easy, but passed out when I got home and woke up so sore I had to ice my spine. Im really out of shape and want more. I didnt really feel like I was working out and thought she went easy on us, but man do I feel muscle groups now.If you are looking for something different to peek your workout interest, this is for you. They are a womens only, safe space where you feel comfortable in your own skin surrendered by a sisterhood that supports and encourages you.Im going back for sure!
I took a class here and although it kicked my butt, it was an amazing class and the staff was so friendly and wonderful to work with! I would highly recommend anyone who has any interest in taking these classes, to just do it! They accomindate to all levels and make you feel very welcome and comfortable. I cant wait to go back!!
I love Tease! They had a great deal for 3 intro classes and that allowed me to find the right fit for me for a full course. Every week, I gain more physical ability (and confidence) than I even thought possible. Truly a wonderful and supportive environment.
Fantastic experience! My 11 year old daughter enrolled in the Mixed Aerials class for kids. The instructor was knowledgeable, engaging and fun. My daughter couldnt wait for class day to come every week.!
We attended a class for my bachelorette party with Megan.. it was tons of fun & entry level as this was our first class. I was hesitant before we arrived but once we started, Megan helped us to feel comfortable. If there was something we struggled with, she found a way to show us an alternate or modified move. She let us select our own music if we had requests & even took several pictures of the group. We all talked about how we would like to return for another class in the future. Thank you!
I went to the studio because I wanted to try out aerial yoga and they had a Groupon. I had done aerial yoga once before at a regular yoga studio and that was a very nice experience but my experience at Tease set the bar exponentially higher. Everyone at the studio was super friendly and the communication before the class was unlike anything I have ever experienced in the past. I received a phone call from the studio when I was having trouble working the online system to register seeing how they could help. Once they had done that for me they texted to confirm that everything was set up correctly. The day before the class I received an email just going over the things that I would need for the class and providing me with the cell phone number of the instructor. Theyve worked hard to cultivate a community and it shows in everything they do.
I took a taster class here for pole and while pole isnt for me, the stretches before class were fantastic and worth the price of the class alone. Do try a taster class (easy to get) if youre not sure whether swinging on silk, around a pole, or from a large metal hoop is for you. Im currently taking lyra (aerial hoop) and enjoying it; most of my classmates apparently do pole and boy, does it make them strong. The teachers Ive met here are very positive and encouraging; even if I cant do all the things the stronger women can, Im getting stronger and learning new things.Lyra classes are priced similar to local market prices; burlesque is more expensive than in the city (but you dont have to go into the city). Women only.
Kristin and Tease has created a little dream world in the middle of Naperville, IL where women can embrace their feminine self. While media and traditions have discouraged women, this is a place to experience your inner diva, your beautiful side of yourself you may not have explored or given life to. Through dance you can become the strong woman of your wildest dreams. It’s a safe place with encouraging women and the end result is you gain confidence, inner beauty, inner strength, engage your imagination and creativity, and make a lot of great friends doing it.Another great thing about Kristin’s studio is there is no drama. The women are supportive of each other and it’s not catty. In fact at the charity fundraiser (only event open to public) my guy friends commented and noticed at how encouraging, loving and supportive of an environment it was for women, something not seen that often.Ive been dancing here for more than 1 year and my abs and confidence have both become visibly strong!
Tease Dance & Fitness is my happy me place. Ill start with the objectives for those trying to get an understanding of the studio, and then ill mention the subjectives of why I wouldnt go anywhere else.This particular studio focuses on strength and abilities. The classes are taught in succession of levels. Each class is 90 minutes long and begins with a stretch/meditation, then a section of strength-conditioning. Youll spend a portion of class learning new tricks/moves and then a portion learning how to integrate those into a dance. Each instructor will tailor every class for each student, modifying to make things more or less advanced as needed. Its common to move up in levels with the same classmate, creating a community of strong women. Some studios are more sexy. This studio focuses on strengths, confidence, beauty AND sexiness. Here we are goofy, fun, sexy and strong, all in balance and comfort. Here, you are...you.I have been going to Tease for 18 months, now. Part of me wishes I would have written the review the day I started, but perhaps its better testament that nothing about what I would write then, has changed now. The classes keep me in shape, physically, and the staff and other dancers keep me in shape emotionally. The investment in yourself, even for 90 mins each week, yields returns like no other. I am happy, healthy, strong and confident. I came to Tease to improve my confidence, not even owning shorts, and now i am so proud of what I can do, that I cant even stop to judge myself for what I cant.I am grateful for my courage to try Tease and grateful for the strength and confidence Tease has helped me to discover about myself. This place was amazing!! Everyone was very welcoming and friendly, the aerial silks beginner class was challenging but not intimidating, and I really loved the entire experience. Ten out of ten would recommend!

I had always wanted to take pole dancing classes after hearing all the hype about them and how great of a workout you get. After being in the gym 5 days a week I was getting burned out by the same old thing, so I signed up at Tease. Its an all over body workout, you use muscles you didnt realize you even have, plus its so much fun! Once you get into the swing of things its hard to believe that after one song you are out of breath, sweating. The staff is great and the enviornment is fun and challenging, I actually go to the gym to help make me stronger for the class. I highly recommend it!
I absolutely love going to the burlesque classes. Not only do you get your exercise in you get to dance. I recommend Tease dance and fitness to everyone. The burlesque class brought out the sexy in me.

I dont even know where to start. Tease and everyone there are incredibly supportive, encouraging, and fun. Its a great atmosphere. Everyone has their own story and theres no judgement. Its not just a dance studio to me, its much needed me-time. I LOVE tease and I dont use that word lightly.
As I sit here after a wonderful time at Tease Dance and Fitness, it got me thinking about why did I start going. Well I first walked into Tease over 5 years ago I went for 3 levels and I had to stop. I prayed that one day I would return, but God had other plans for me so I waited. Well one year ago I told myself I wanted to do something for me, so I went online and seen that Tease had a payment plan, so I budget by taking my lunch to work and used my lunch money to pay for classes, I promise myself I would start at level 3 and go all the way through to level 7 without stopping no matter what. Well the devil tried it, with a car accident, vertigo and even messing with my child. But I ask God to help me get through this. And today I have passed level 7 and still going strong and I like to thank all my pole sisters for their hugs and listening ears. To my pole moma I love you more then you can ever know.
Pretty much the funnest place you can ever go in the Chicago Land area. Ive taken pole classes and about to take their new intro to Aerial class. All the instructors are the shiznitz and if you take time off like Ive done....you will miss it very much. Its addicting.

This is a group of the most positive warm and inspirational women you will ever meet! They truly are there to embrace women of all shapes and sizes and nurture the strength, beauty, and confidence in us all. If you dont feel you have those things, come try a class and they will help you find it.
Customer service is customer coerement for non, pre-registered students.They punish patrons for not pre-registering by charging late fees if not signed up 1 week before class. No consideration or pro-rating for prescheduled absences and makeups not available other than for a class another discipline. 14 yrs olds are considered adults. Too many women walking around in attire not appropriate for teens and children.
I have been going to this place for a while now and I love the way I look and feel. The fun i have learning and the friendship I have with the people is awesome. You never to old to go to Tease Dance & Fitness :)

It’s been a few years since I’ve been at Tease (took a hiatus and had two kids) but I’m looking forward to going back and trying some of the new classes! Particularly Lyra!
They have been so awesome! I am a beginner and not in the ideal shape but yet still feel very welcomed and encouraged!
Absolutely love this studio! I felt welcomed from the very first class and I plan on going back for more sessions.
It was an interesting experience that my friend and I really enjoyed the 90 minute session. It was entertaining and fun trying various pole dance moves.
Tease changed my life... and if you let them they can change yours, too. Long story short- I love it here.

I took a level one pole class with Jessica and it was so fun and a great workout! Loved it!!

I loved all the classes and educators. There was a small conflict in the past due to missing classes and making up classes but other than that it’s good.
My getaway... I love this place and all of us women are absolutely gorgeous when expressing ourselves... judgement free zone, such a stress relief 💖

2022-04-23This incident occurred probably 5 years back and I should have made the review MUCH SOONER....So I had spent plenty of money on this studio between multiple different sessions of pole classes. At the beginning of one of the classes, we were all asked why we wanted to learn pole and what brought us to Tease.... I nervously answered that I was currently working in a club and a wanted to better my skills. Everyone loved my answer and was highly supportive. Thought that was the end of it!THEN CAME THE NEXT CLASS - The instructor pulled me aside and told me how she told the owner of the studio about me being a dancer, and then told me to make sure I wasnt recruiting others in the class to work at the club with me... Im not sure if it was the owner being biased or the instructor but either way, I should have demanded a refund and never spent another penny...I had 0 intentions of recruiting anyone, I was there to better my own skills on the pole for fitness and for my work. Unless I was caught recruiting other people in class, what would make you even think to say something like that ? I was a paying customer, never had any issues with anyone, and that was my introduction to Tease.... I loved everyone in my classes too, so its a shame the owner or the instructors have personal feelings towards dancers. Great place visually but if youre a dancer in a club - Id take my money to a place where youre more welcome.....

2022-03-15We had never tried Aerial Yoga before, but Kat the instructor is fantastic! Great at walking you through the moves and there to lend a helping hand. My daughter and I love being able to do this together! The studio is clean and beautifully decorated. Staff is friendly. We will definitely be trying more here!

2022-05-115 stars just isnt enough... My instructors Kat & MaryKate are the best fitness instructors Ive ever had. Theyre experts at their craft, super knowledgeable, and are great at instilling confidence when Im unsure. I feel myself getting stronger after every class. Im excited to see where they can take me in my Aerial/Pole journey as their student!I did all types of dance growing up, but stopped altogether when I was 15 years old. I was really nervous to start any weekly fitness routine again, but Im so happy I pushed myself to go for it. Its the full package at Tease. I initially didnt want to overwhelm myself, and was hesitant to take up time on my weekends, but now Ive signed myself for 3 classes this time around. If I could be there everyday I would! The entire staff and students are all very inclusive, and the environment is super welcoming. Treat yourself and sign up now ♥︎

2022-06-22I have loved my experience at Tease in both silks and pole. Jennis silks class is both fun and challenging and something I look forward to every week. I also enjoyed Lizs pole class very much - she focused more on the technical aspect, which I preferred. If you are thinking about trying out a class, go for it!

2022-05-09The classes are fun and more different than any other workout Ive ever done. I love being shown how to embrace my femininity while building muscle and toning everything else and love that mostly everyone supports eachothers growth and accomplishments. I am sad that its only one class a week. And i do find the cost to be intimidating... $135 a month for 6 hours is quite pricey. I wanted to join a second class to help myself achieve my own goals better but the cost is too unrealistic for me to be able to do that and pay my bills. Masks are still currently mandatory in classes, if that is helpful for anyone wondering

2022-05-29I love Tease Dance and Fitness! All of the instructors are caring and help you find the right classes for you and your dance/body goals. Even being disabled the Tease team tailored my lesson to my needs which was just a show of their excellent service to their customers! I love working with Cristy K 😊

2021-12-20My daughter loves the kids aerial class with Kat! She just started her 2nd session and has learned so much. Says Kat is nice, kind and very helpful when teaching plus the class is so much fun and a good workout.

2021-07-23I went here to celebrate a Bachelorette party. Everyone that I talk to was very professional & has great customer service. The instructor did an excellent job teaching and she was very encouraging. We laugh & had a blast. The facility was decorated beautifully & very clean.

2021-09-30I had my daughters 18TH birthday party a few week ago there. It was a huge success. The girls love it. It was challenging and fun. The staff was great. They want to go back. It was worth it. Great experience!
