Clean store and found what i needed < and then some> :) the Woodridge store had a young man who greeting me as I came in and as I left, with manners. This store is so clean and organized. LOVE shopping here

Service I placed my order, expecting at least a two hour wait because it was 1:00 on Christmas Eve, and it was ready in 25 minutes. I used their app when we left the house and the order was ready when I arrived. Pickup was quick and hassle free. My delivery person was cheerful and upbeat! I’ll definitely use pickup at the Woodridge Target again!
The quality of Targets products continues to be high standards. The Auden bras are better quality than the ones Ive been paying 3x as much for. Universal Threads are great quality and price. Food selections saves me from another stop at Jewel.

Everything was well organized. I was impressed with their curbside pickup organization. However the front end near the grocery and skincare/beauty smelled of hot garbage. Might wanna see whatsup Target.

I love this location, everyone is very friendly and helpful. I am there at least once or twice a week and it is always clean, they have what i am looking for. Both curbside pick up and online ordering pick up is very convenient.

Always a great place to shop. Made a return today. Not a long wait to get my items returned. Was looking for something and the shelf was empty. I was able to find an employee quickly and have them check to see of the item was in stock elsewhere in the store. It wasnt, but they were able to tell me other stores in the area that have the item. Walking through the store, the toy section was pretty tidy despite having lots of items on clearance. Seasonal was slowly being put together for Valentines Day. Made a couple of other stops in the store and was happy to see lots of employees cleaning up and putting items in their proper place. Other items I was looking for were easily found and had the usual great prices. Can honestly never go to the store too often.
Target has a perfect variety of the most popular and affordable items. There are not too many or too few options. They have a lot of fun and stylish options to choose from. I love that their carts are easy to maneuver. Theres Starbucks in case I need a pick me up while I shop. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and organized layout. I love that I can also pick up a few groceries for the week.
Shopping here the night before Christmas Eve I was nervous. I knew it would be packed and I REALLY wanted to find the gifts I was looking for! When I couldnt find something, a Team Member led me right to it and the cashier was SO SWEET and also the Manger!!! I will DEFINITELY make this my Target!!!
Terrible set up after remodeling cant maneuver through grocery area by produce. Aisles too small and they are constantly leaving carts in the way when stocking. Too many self serve lines if you expect people to check out their own stuff they should get a discount. For those us who prefer waiting in line what happened to attention Target teammates. Was a customer since this store opened not anymore oh and yeah like another customer stated you cant find anything and employees dont help.
The cashier was extremely rude to me. She never greeted me. She honestly didnt want to take my transaction however the young lady working with her had taken the next customer. I processed a return and wanted to purchase baby spoons for my daughter. She told me she could not take my purchase because she had a line and was very rude about it. I honestly did not want to do the survey until I paid another visit and the same lady assisted me with the same attitude. Im a target patron who just moved into the area and was happy about finding this target. However I will not be back and was very devastated that I was treated so poorly. I dont believe I was offensive, loud, or rude to her. So Im not sure what I did to her to be treated so poorly.
Love this Target!!! Always moving, even when the store is packed , you dont feel it. Associates are always around to help and even give their advice when you need some help coordinating for the home.The Drive Up crew! I love you guys, always coming out with a smile when I cant run in because the babies are napping in the car. Rain or Shine, these guys are on point! Love ittttt!Great work Target! Target drive up pickup at this location is super convenient. Employees are helpful and friendly. Make sure you pay attention to which option you select, order pickup is for going in the store, drive up is for the lanes outside the store and works with your phone’s target app.
I am in this location too much. It is the only target store by my house that is actually close. I find target to be kind of expensive in some ways. I usually buy their clothes only if they are on a good sale or clearance. I am a stay at home mom and a wife so I dont need to dress all fancy for anything. Some of the grocery items are expensive but if you use their cartwheel app you can get some what of a good deal on it. I have the target credit card that saves me 5% each trip. Also if your bring your own bags those can save you a discount too. The people here are pretty good. I havent had any problems with them. Customer service counter is easy and simple too.
I asked the lady where I could find an item after seeing her help three other customers tom She looked at me and said I don’t know where that could be. I proceeded to leave the store when I saw Rob, he restock the shelves I asked him to help me showing him the website and the item I was looking for he did not know where to find it but he search for the item and directed me to where I could find it. If I did not meet Rob today this review would have been a one star review

The pickup process for an order placed online was very painful, especially compared to WalMarts. There was no one manning the order pickup counter, so I had to wait in line with people doing returns. When I finally did get my order, it was wrong, and some of the merchandise was damaged.I would have spent way less time in the store and gotten the correct stuff right away if I had just skipped the online order.
I have always loved this Target and I am thrilled it has recently been given a new look with more upscale merchandise. More products. Good prices. Great selections. One stop shopping. Keep it up Target!
Purchased a decent number of items on October 11th. Noticed a sign near one of the items about Target Circle discount, so I downloaded the app and added it. When I hot to the register, I asked how to make sure I got the discount. Manager, Kimberly was the cashier, and she took the time to explain the whole savings thing to me, and then, since there were no customers behind me, she scanned each and every item to see if they too qualified for a discount. Turns out, she saved me $22.21! What an exemplary employee you have, Target! Its difficult to find workers who go above and beyond, to help a customer. Thank you, Kimberly!
Good sales, different items, bigger selections of things and the employees...I have NEVER had an issue with employees. The employees are super helpful and they dont follow you or stalk you while your shopping. Theyre good people 😊

It was clean and well stocked ,no Issues. I was there yesterday to pay the credit card bill and I brought the wrong bill with me. I was informed that they could not able to look up my account to see what my balance was. that way I have to make an second trip. I am surprise that they cant punch in the number account and get the balance info.

Shopping with target online and picking up with their drive through service was easy. The only thing I would suggest to the store AND customers would be to double check the items before leaving. I did have one discrepancy but that wont deter me from using the service again.
Love the store after its been remodeled except for a few issues. Aisles are smaller in certain sections and two customers cant pass each other - particularly near the milk and dairy and by the clothes. This was bad design. Maybe some narrower carts could be in order.Also, a few of the products that use to be at this store are no longer here :-(. I still love Target and the products and will continue to shop here at the Woodridge, IL store, but some improvements should be considered.
Several of the items I wanted to get were out of stock, even though just about every aisle I walked down was blocked by someone stocking on a Saturday afternoon. The people stocking take up so much room and the aisles are not big enough since they redid the store. On top of this the cashier was also rude and did not know how to pack a reusable bag. I will be going to Walmart for most of my shopping in the future.
Target is fine, Starbucks inside is a disaster. I waited 20 minutes for 2 coffees with one 2 people in front of me. Then she gave my drink to someone else becuase they didn’t take names on the orders. I get stuff happens but I mean it was a train wreck watching these people make coffee clearly neither were trained well.
So, this Target recently want through a remodel, during which time they were consistently out of stock on things and everything was a mess. I thought things would get better after the remodel. Unfortunately, this is not the case; their stocking is abysmal (they had virtually no fresh meat at 4:00), and they dont do a good job of checking their best by dates (I was in a hurry and did not check, but the meat I purchased should have been removed from the shelves 2 days before I purchased it). Im used to other Target stores pulling product from the shelves if its past the use by date, and I was surprised to not see a coupon on the meat (most Targets give a $1-$3 coupon when meat is close to the end). There are other Targets/Walmarts/Meijers close by; do not go here.
I went to Target on Friday May 22nd at night. And a worker with a red hair in a short ponny tail walking by the candles sectiont started yelling we close in 10 min in my ears, then seven and on and on and she moved my children away from me. I think she was the most awful, rude and no manners worker. She shouldnt be working there if she doesnt know how to deal with customers in special with children.The most awful part is that she scared my children and they were crying after because they thought she was separating us from each other.
Went here because our cell phone died and it was eight months old. Employee said there was no warranty. Sold my husband a new phone. I read the info and for warranty information, I was referred to the manufacturer website. Per website, phone covered with an one year warranty. Then the employee actually said that the warranty period started when Target received the product! Website said it starts when customer purchases it! We demanded a refund. Since she activated the phone we wasted over an hour! She didnt even apologize for her actions.
I shop here often being that I live 5mins away but now everytime the security guy follows me all around the the store. Ive complained many times before yet it still happens and today 6/26/2020 im fed TF UP!!!!! NOT ONLY DID HE FOLLOW ME around the store but guess whos standing over me while im a CHECK OUT even stood at the door as I made my way out... I didnt want to make it about race but I sent my coworker to walk the store and guess what NO SECURITY to be found? Ive been pretty disappointed with not being able to find Equal while shopping at Target. In my last trip the cashier asked if I had found everything I was looking for? I told her no and asked if Target sells Equal? She didnt know but called for the manager on duty to check. He searched their site and advised he was showing it so called to a guy on the floor who went and found me 2 boxes. I was so pleased with this service that I will definitely be shopping this Target more often.
BEST TARGET EVER!!! Every target should be like this. Everything is brand new, store layout is perfect and different, tons of inventory and variety, very high class feeling. Found myself just filling my cart with everything in sight
I hate how the store is reorganized. Its cluttered it looks messy and its hard to walk thru the clothing sections. I HATE IT. I dont mind that the store itself was updated but you shouldnt have arranged it the way you did. Why is the womens section span across 3/4 of the front of the store? Why are the shoes in different parts of the store? Why is that the cashiers are all the way closer to the other exit and not by the grocery entrance? If I dont want to do self check out I have to walk all the way past the middle of the store and I mostly am on the side of the store that has groceries. Now that they installed self check out lanes, theres less lanes open with actual cashiers and the lines are longer. Very unhappy. Very unorganized. If I am back by the kids clothing, I have to zig zag around stuff to get back to the front of the store. Its a total mess. They ruined target

Employees are nice and helpful. The boxed food items are close to expiration date by 6 months or less. It isnt your stock up store for long storage pantry items. They have a variety of drinks as well as a liquor section.
Use to be good before the remodel. This store is so crammed that you cant fit two carts down an isle. Everything is always out of stock but not before you spend 20 minutes looking for the spot it should be. When you ask an employee where something is they have to look it up on their phone, only to spend 10 mins searching with you. The mens clothes are terrible, goodfellas brand sucks worst clothes ever. I use to like target until this remodel, absolutely garbage...
This evening I had a remarkable experience with the store manager and an employee by the name of Carlos. I had called to ask about the Xbox one, which is not a cheap purchase, they were kind enough to explain the items, the pricing, etc. They went well abovThank you again for your patience! Your customer service was impeccable this evening.
BUYER BEWARE ... maybe this isnt a big deal for some, but I feel I have to say something. I have noticed for some time now that on many products, the unit price goes up with quantity -- and I think Target is exploiting its customers who probably believe in the economy of scale (i.e., that the unit price goes down as the quantity increase). Make sure you check the unit price! Recent examples include kitty litter, hardware, and now today -- Scotch shipping tape: buy one for $6.99 and get 54.6 yds or buy two at $3.24 ($6.48 total) and get 55.4 yds -- almost a yd more for $0.51 less. Target is hoping your math skills are subpar -- dont let them do this to you!
Its target! I wouldve given this location 5 stars, but from what Ive noticed, this store does not carry as many different items as other Targets. Even so, the staff is friendly and this store is always clean and well lit. I still go this this store for most of my regular shopping!

My four year old has a great time talking to our cashier. There wasnt anyone behind us so the cashier took a few minutes to actually talk to him. Great staff. Now he asked when we can go back.
So easy. Ordered online, was notified when it was ready a couple hours later, used app to notify store I was coming to pick up, and store worker was wheeling cart with my items out to the parking lot as I pulled up.

I came to my local Target to pick up a few things for pride. A nice salesperson (Luna) who is also transgender walked me all around the store to help me find some pride items.. Tell me why Target has taken everything down that represents the LGBTQ Community.. The month isnt even over and last time i checked the Parade is the last Sunday of the month.. Wowww, really Target.. I expect more from you guys..I will definitely make sure I tell all of my LGBTQ friends and family not to support TARGET... OUR MONTH IS NOT OVER..
The girl who rang up my purchase was so sweet and considerate. I had left my credit card in the car and she said she would suspend my purchase and when I came back with it she was ready for me...such a nice person.
Great service BUT i paid with a cc and store gift card--they charged my cc but didnt give me credit for my gift card but it shows 0 balance on the gift card so it was used but not given credit. WHY WHYi called they said it takes 24 hours but if i use in store it used right away.dont no if anyone reads this thats a problem target has or only me.now i have to call back thats not a way to treat a customer

Went to buy scotchgard and spent 15 minutes walking around looking for it. I asked a gentleman if he knew where it was, but he was a vendor not an employee. Finally found an employee and she sent me to the opposite side of the store. Walked around for another 5-10 minutes. No employees anywhere to be found. Finally find an employee and sends me back to the other side of the store. I end up looking up the product on the website to find it in isle 32c. Very poor customer service and lack of employees.
The Management team over there are just so professional. I started to bring my husband shopping with me just in case one of these days, a manager knocks me out. I had this lady who suppose to be an LOD - leader on duty comes over to speak with me puts her hand on her hip and the words that just came out of her mouth like wow are you talking to a client? This place is just pure ghetto.
Lost our keys close to closing and everyone had the most disgusting and dismissive attitude Ive ever seen in retail. No one offered to help, everyone was passive and short. Fun fact, if you tried to help, you would be able to close faster, instead of putting all of your energy into giving an attitude over MISSING KEYS. I work in retail and this was awful. I try to help people when they lose things and why would I have an attitude? Over someone missing something. Miserable people who hate their jobs. Pathetic.

I love this Target. If the register lines get more than 2 people long, more people are called to ring. Clearance gems are around the store, and I enjoy using Cartwheel.
I really prefer to actually go in and look at the product. The pick up service is fine but first hand knowledge is better. Service is fast and people are polite.

I cant believe the way these people treated me. The staff here is terribly cold and rude. Im sorry but if a woman and her 2 small Children are in turmoil it shouldnt be a problem to allow her to make a phone call. Especially when theyre trying to get out if a terrible storm.

My girlfriend was in to purchase cleaning products. I tend to gravitate towards the electronics when shopping anywhere. I was looking for the Google Nexus 1 which I had recently purchased but had not seen in person. The Target associate stated that there was no Google Nexus at the store. I moved to the accessory aisle to find the pocketjuice mobile phone charger I purchased at Wal-Mart for $6. I needed to gift a friend this charger but could not find it. This store had the books and movies near the electronics and so I found myself in the book and movie section. Since I generally read instruction manuals or legal books I quickly gave up my search for anything interesting. I saw a sign that read Movies under $10 and found Man of Steel for $8. As I was deciding whether or not there were enough scenes in this movie that I could happily enjoy on my 240hz TV, BluRay Player, so as to merit the $8 purchase a security guard approached me and offered assistance. Why did the security guard offer assistance? Why did he return to his post after speaking to me? How did he know where I was? I dont know what it was but two stars Target.
RT RT RT - he is the rudest staff I have ever seen. Last week, while I checked out, he suddenly come to the counter and grabbed the coupon I gave to cashier, after read the coupon he said only apply for 1 item, I showed him a term of coupon. He knew I right and he just said “we just can’t accept it” . Oh my god, what kind of the attitude???

Rude, Store seems to be pushing South Capitol. When Tracker did open they did not come to get the next person in line (obviously myself). What happened to commercial n courtesy. Look lines with only one cashier open.

I go here about 1 a week. They have the Vitatops I like and there cheaper than buying online. I also buy DVDs of recent movies. I wait a several weeks after the initial release and can get them for about $15.

2021-11-10I just got done talking to chat support. Very nice lady and she was helpful. I am a little disappointed with the answer I got about a bed set I really loved. She told me it was for advertising purposes only. I also liked the two pictures above the bed. Hopefully they consider selling it if possible because I would definitely buy it!

2020-12-07All things are more expensive than Walmart here but some are unique. Spray paint selection is limited but face mask selection is wide and of good quality. Women coats are fancy but not warm.

2021-12-29I am a loyal customer here. I like the cleanliness here, but I had a very unpleasant experience with my family recently. My brother wanted to buy Nintendo games so he went to the gaming area to look for it. There was only an old gentleman staff there. My brother asked his question about the game, he answered the questions impatiently and perfunctorily said that was out of stock and immediately turned and left, what a rude person?! First time so disappointed with target.

2022-01-25By default this is our Target of choice because it is the closest to our home, but we find ourselves increasingly going to the Wheaton location when getting groceries for 1 simple reason. This Target seems to think veggies and fruits are optional for grocery shopping. If you ever want either of the two you are most likely going to be disappointed at worst or stuck with an alternative a best. Other than that, service is great and basically anything else you could need is available.

2022-01-16Been shopping at this location for years. Attempted to make a return for an item in which the cashier manually entered the amount and was not able to pull up on the app. We were then treated as if we had stolen the item. After waiting for over 30 minutes with several target personnel finally pulling up our receipt that proved that we did purchase the item, we were finally refunded. This situation was handled very poorly and unprofessionally and we will no longer be shopping at this location

2022-02-07This store has gone down considerably. I have given them several chances this is the last time. I will not return to any Target stores just like I do not go to Walmart stores anymore.. Jewel-Osco in Marianos are two places to go otherwise AmazonMost of their food is expired, or they dont even have any food on the shelves. Numerous times I have seen only expired eggs and dairy products out like they want you to buy the expired stuff first before they put out new stuff.Dont bother going to buy a TV there, all of the TVs they have listed as being in stock in their stores are not in fact in stock its a gimmick to get you to come in. The counts are way off so when they say they have something in stock dont hold your breath! But they have the more expensive version of the TV you looking at.I used to work for Target its so sad to see how bad its gotten; I think this will be one of the box stores thatll be out the door in no time at all.

2021-12-13This is my favorite Target, always has the most space, best layout, best selection of t-shirts and kitchen stuff. I got a great coffee grinder there for a wonderful price, and my wife found a licensed yoshi plush the size of a small child for less than $20! I go out of my way to go to this Target.
